The Embodied Holiness podcast is a breath of fresh air in the world of spiritual and self-improvement podcasts. From the moment I started listening, I was captivated by the authenticity and genuine nature of the hosts. Each episode is filled with wisdom, encouragement, and relatable conversations that inspire me to incorporate holiness into my everyday life. It's rare to find a podcast that not only educates but also uplifts, and this one does just that.

One of the best aspects of The Embodied Holiness podcast is the authenticity and honesty of the hosts. They openly acknowledge their own struggles and flaws, which makes them incredibly relatable. This willingness to be vulnerable allows listeners to feel seen and understood. Additionally, their discussions about embodying holiness serve as a reminder that we are all on a continual journey of growth and learning. The advice they give is practical and actionable, making it easy to apply in our own lives.

Another aspect I appreciate about this podcast is the timely topics they cover. Whether it's friendships, relationships, or navigating hardships, each episode tackles real-life issues that many people can relate to. The hosts provide valuable insights on how to bring these concerns to God and find solace in His presence. Their perspectives are grounded in scripture, yet they remain relevant and accessible to listeners from diverse backgrounds.

While there aren't many negative aspects to this podcast, one thing that could be improved upon is the frequency of episodes. As a listener, I found myself eagerly awaiting each new episode because I was so engaged with the content. It would be great if there were more regular releases to satisfy this craving for more insightful conversations.

In conclusion, The Embodied Holiness podcast is a must-listen for anyone seeking spiritual growth and inspiration. The hosts' authenticity, relatability, and wisdom make this podcast a standout among others in its genre. Each episode leaves me feeling uplifted and empowered, ready to incorporate holiness into my daily life. I highly recommend giving this podcast a listen - you won't be disappointed!

All three of them were robustly physical. Early church leaders spoke about them in almost medicinal terms: a way of healing our souls through how we use our bodies. To work on the body was also to work on the soul; to discipline the body was to purify the soul. Prayer, fasting, and giving are tangible ways to learn to follow Christ not only with our minds but with the entirety of our beings."Thanks for listening to the Embodied Holiness Podcast. "We are shaped every day, whether we know it or not, by practices — rituals and liturgies — that make us who we are. We receive these practices  — are often rote —not only from the church or the Scriptures but from the culture, from the 'air around us' ... The church is to be a radically alternative people, marked by the love of the triune God in each area of life. But often, we are not sure how to become this sort of alternative people."That's an excerpt from Chapter 2 in Tish Harrison Warren's book Liturgy of the Ordinary. In this episode, Susan and Lindsey talk with their friend, Kristin, about the power of habits and why it's necessary to pay attention to the small ways we may be misaligning ourselves and bringing unnecessary burden into our lives. Thanks for listening to the Embodied Holiness Podcast. In this last installment of our Embodied Advent series, we look at Mary, who so willingly received her Christ, becoming a tabernacle for the divine, a dwelling place, a shelter for the embryonic God to grow. She received the calling to carry, birth, and raise a child — to love and pour herself out for him — and then she released him and her heart to the will of the Father. As we draw closer to the day of Christ's birth, consider what you may be holding too tightly. What do you have a grip on, or what are you striving for that has a grip on you? How might you be trying to prove your worth instead of accepting what is already yours and trusting God even with what you see as weakness? How do you need to let go and surrender to the call of the Divine over your life? Thanks for listening to the Embodied Holiness Podcast.
