Joshua Michael Wenner is an entrepreneur, veteran, and emotional resilience expert. Over the past 20 years, he has dedicated himself to growing companies and supporting others in maximizing their potential. He is also the founder of the Emotional Resilience Training (ERT). Following the loss of his brother to a heroin overdose nearly two decades ago, Joshua embarked on a journey of healing navigating through his own grief and heartbreak. I am incredibly excited for this upcoming episode as we're going to be switching things up a little bit. Instead of interviewing yet another incredible guest, I actually recently had the great honor of being interviewed myself on the podcast „Unhooked“ with my friend Jeremy Lipkowitz. And I felt called to share this interview on the „heart of man“ for a number of reasons. First of all, this has been the first podcast interview I was a guest on in 2 years which provided a space where I could share some of my most current perspectives, teachings and experiences, particularly diving deep into my passion within the field of men's work. During the interview, Jeremey asked me some thought provoking questions exploring reason why I started the podcast and what my intention is with it.
