“Auta de Souza” ditou poesias em 1976, no centenário de seu nascimento, ao médium Francisco Cândido Xavier (1910-2002). Ele, na ocasião completava seu 66º aniversário. Os versos psicografados ditados pelo espírito Auta de Souza seguem seu estilo literário já visto em Horto (1900). Os psicografados são considerados como seu 2º livro. Temos sonetos rimados e metrificados, em grande maioria; e também baladas em quartetos, que versam sobre os temas mais caros à autora: sua fé e devoção a Jesus Cristo, à caridade, ao amor ao próximo, à natureza (gelo, ventania, temporal, lodo), à fraternidade, ao legado da vida, ao valor do sofrer(“louva a pedrada que nos aprimora”). As rimas são em grande maioria ABBA, ABBA, CCD, EED. No episódio de hoje, produzimos 1/3 do seu livro psicografado, sendo 30, dos 88 poemas. O trabalho de Chico Xavier consolidou a psicografia como uma das manifestações mediúnicas mais respeitadas e estudadas do mundo. Em termos de Psicografia Literária ele escreveu 412 livros de diversos gêneros (romances, poesias, filosofia) assinados por espíritos como Emmanuel, André Luiz e Humberto de Campos. Tudo isso, tendo estudado apenas o curso primário, incompleto. Chico jamais se declarou autor de nenhuma dessas obras. Seu primeiro livro psicografado, lançado em julho de 1932, foi “Parnaso de Além Túmulo”, uma coletânea de poemas assinados por 56 grandes poetas brasileiros e portugueses desencarnados, Castro Alves, Casimiro de Abreu, Augusto dos Anjos, entre outros. Com estilos diferenciados e vocabulário distinto, transmitem que “a alma sobrevive ao corpo”. Google Cloud, I believe, has taken yet another big step in ensuring that it remains the number one company on the Cloud Wars Top 10 by launching a new cybersecurity approach. 00:57 — The person leading that is Francis deSouza, who is the Chief Operating Officer of Google Cloud, but also president of its security products. In a blog post last week outlining what this new AI Threat Defense is all about, deSouza said it's time now that business customers be able to fight AI with AI, to defend against these very powerful incursions that the bad guys are going to be making using AI. 01:58 — So, there needs to be, among customers, a big shift in how they do things. It can't be, "Let's just do a little bit more of what we've always done." There's got to be a new approach, and Google Cloud believes it's got that now with this AI Threat Defense for Google Cloud. Maybe Google Cloud AI Threat Defense seemed overly clunky, but I wonder if, in some ways, parent company Google is riding this high now. Sleep habits may raise dementia risk - and researchers are closer to understanding how. Neuroscientists David Earnest and Karienn A. De Souza explain that genetics may account for only a small portion of Alzheimer's risk, while lifestyle factors—especially chronic sleep and circadian rhythm disruption—could play a major role. Their research suggests that long-term irregular sleep patterns, such as shift work, can trigger inflammation, alter brain immune cells, and increase the risk of cognitive decline and dementia later in life. They recommend maintaining consistent sleep schedules and minimizing circadian disruption whenever possible.

Because to honor the culmination of the show we have a very special guest…a multi-talented director, producer and screenwriter, whose extensive credits include such films as 48 HRS, COMMANDO, THE RUNNING MAN, RICOCHET, DIE HARD 2 and of course the original DIE HARD…Mr. Steven E De Souza!Aging New York cop John McClane travels to Russia in search of his estranged son Jack (Jai Courtenay) only to discover that Jack is entangled with a complex espionage plot, wherein corrupt politician Viktor Chagarin (Sergei Koslesnikov) plains to railroad imprisoned billionaire and whistleblower Yuri Komarov (Sebastian Koch) in a rigged trial, unless Komarov turns over a mysterious file. When Komarov refuses to give up said file, the courthouse is attacked and blown up by well-armed mercenaries. Jack escapes with Komarov in tow, only to encounter his dad – John McClane himself - during the apparent extraction attempt, which is soon revealed to be a clandestine CIA operation. With the delicate mission now in jeopardy, father and son must team up to fight the bad guys who are now after them both, working through their estrangement issues in the process. This is where learning accelerates. Employees begin connecting cause and effect on their own. E – Easier Than Expected Finally, leaders ask what felt easier than expected. This step often reveals hidden strengths and talents leaders may not have recognized. Over time, this process helps employees move beyond task completion and toward true ownership. Why Teaching People How to Think Matters Throughout the conversation, one message stands out: effective leaders do not teach people what to do. They teach people how to think. Atiba explains that as artificial intelligence continues to reshape work, leadership will increasingly depend on asking better questions rather than providing faster answers. Leaders who rely on telling will struggle. Leaders who coach thinking will build resilient, adaptable teams. This shift requires curiosity, patience, and restraint.
