#260: I talk a fair amount about managing cash flow as a Profit Coach. I truly believe it's the missing piece for many fitness entrepreneurs. With that said, growing revenue is a vital piece of the puzzle. All else being equal, the business with more clients and revenue wins. Of course, it isn't quite that simple.
