Un groupe qui connaît une forte expansion.   Dans cet épisode, Anthony Lathière, Marketing & Digital Manager, explique leur stratégie pour fidéliser leurs clients et surtout leurs nouveaux clients. Une expérience surprenante et marquante. Groupe méconnu du grand public mais pourtant leader européen des loisirs, il nous présente la Compagnie des Alpes. Il détaille son métier, le tour operating, un métier d'entrepreneur au sein d'un grand groupe, et ses missions.  Comment structurer un projet qui repose sur une offre à la fois nouvelle et très élargie ? En commençant par la base : l'hébergement.  Accélérer en passant par de l'acquisition externe, le modèle le plus simple pour franchir les étapes le plus rapidement possible. Partie 2 - Cas concret : remettre le client au coeur d'un projet  L'évolution de son métier depuis son arrivée à la Compagnie des Alpes, il y a 8 ans.  Il nous explique comment avoir une approche client complètement différente.  Pourquoi transformer l'expérience client ? Pour fidéliser, donner de l'accessibilité, simplifier. Et surtout pour maximiser les points de contact avec les nouveaux clients pour les enchanter un maximum.  Comment font-ils pour détecter tous les points de friction, les pain points ? Une méthode 100% digitale : 52 000 répondants sur 350 000 mails envoyés post-séjour et ce dès la première année.  Le défi ? Monitorer la satisfaction sur l'ensemble du parcours.  La clé de la réussite ? Prioriser les sujets de transformation pour travailler sur ce qui compte le plus. On revient avec Anthony sur le cas précis de la billetterie. Un programme de transformation purement business.  Qu'est-ce qui est le plus difficile aujourd'hui dans ces sujets de transformation ? Intégrer les métiers de l'UX, du design dans tous les processus de création. Partie 3 - Comment gérer le stress quand on mène un projet ?  Anthony partage sa façon de gérer le stress lorsqu'il mène ces projets d'envergure. L'innovation sur l'expérience client offerte fait partie des nombreux sujets sur la table. L'enjeu est de redonner de l'accessibilité pour une meilleure attractivité. Il avoue avoir un coup de cœur pour la station Serre-Chevalier.  D'origine bretonne, ce fut la découverte d'un écosystème en arrivant à la Compagnie des Alpes.   Avec 1 jour de plus par semaine ? Continuer la préparation de l'ouverture des stations. “Il ne faudrait pas 1 journée de plus mais 2 !” Sur ces 3 dernières années, Grégory Guzzo, directeur de l'office de tourisme de Val Thorens, est sa rencontre marquante. “Un véritable gourou de l'expérience client.”  S'il y a bien un sujet sur lequel il pourrait se battre : l'apiculture.
