Who Really Killed Nicole?: O. J. Simpson's Closest Confidant Tells AllFeb 25, 2022The True Story Behind the Murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman, from O.J. Simpson's Closest ConfidanteIt's the greatest crime story ever to play out on national  television—the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson, the 35-year-old wife of  famed pro football star O.J. Simpson, and Ron Goldman, a 25-year-old  restaurant worker and friend of Nicole, who were brutally murdered by an  unknown assailant outside Nicole's home in Brentwood, California, on  the evening of Sunday, June 12, 1994. Charged with the murders, O.J.  Simpson underwent in October 1995 a nationally televised murder trial  that lasted nearly nine months, ending in a dramatic acquittal that was  watched live by over one-hundred-million people – one of the largest  audiences to ever witness anything in the history of television.  It was  called the “trial of the century.”But people still want to  know what really happened that summer night when Nicole Brown Simpson's  and Ron Goldman's lives were literally cut short, and now, Norman  Pardo—O.J.'s closest confidante and business manager for twenty  years—offers readers the true story behind these murders. With  revelatory never-before-seen evidence and previously undisclosed  interviews with people who knew Simpson and Goldman, Pardo makes the  case that the real killer was not O.J., whose only aim was to protect  his children from Simpson's lifestyle. Rather, Pardo argues, the true  murderer was notorious serial killer Glen Rogers, whose testimony in  this book just may hold the key to unlocking the case once and for all. Equal parts eye-opening, shocking, and entertaining, Who Really Killed Nicole? is  essential reading for everyone interested in the O.J. Nicole received her doctorate in counseling psychology from West Virginia University. She was clinically trained in the Department of Psychiatry at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. She also has specialized training in the integration of mind-body therapies in the treatment of chronic gastrointestinal disorders and somatic disorders from the Allegheny Center for Digestive Health. Dr. Trainer has been studying integrative mental health since 2009 and has advanced training in mindfulness-based interventions, HeartMath biofeedback, and functional approaches to depression and anxiety, including nutrition, micronutrient therapy, and amino acid therapy. Dr. Trainer has been working in private practice since 2011. She founded Native with the intention to shift the conversation in mental health care away from deficits and subjective lists of symptoms treated largely with pharmaceuticals to one focused on innate health and the integration of evidence-based complementary and alternative therapies. Further, Dr. Trainer believes that a more dynamic and holistic approach to mental health treatment would better prepare an individual for the lifelong process of understanding their emotional self and taking care of their mental health. Dr. Trainer is also passionate about raising mental health awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding seeking help for mental health problems. She encourages a conceptualization of mental health that is more fluid and allows for occasional disruptions in emotional well-being to be embraced as a natural part of the human experience and not pathologized. In this episode, we cover: - how she became a pioneer in the nutritional psychology space - how inflammation, oxidative stress, brain plasticity, and your microbiota affect your mental health - how chronic GI disorders and mental illnesses are linked - why symptoms are invitations to explore more about yourself and your body ... and more! The audio you just heard was from Youtuber and political commentator John Doyle, as he confronted parents (child abusers), who were taking their children to an event called “Drag the kids to Pride.” Whenever I see a child who has clearly been corrupted by adults with LGBTQ agendas, I get angry at the kid’s father. Did he abandon his children to the full-time attentions of a deranged mother? Is he present but too whipped to be a strong father? What man would allow such a thing to be done to his son or daughter? Yes, the mother enrages me as well, but a society in which real men exist would never allow the over-the-top grooming and wholesale destruction of childhood innocence that goes on these days. A recent example of real men in action occurred at a disgusting grooming party in a gay bar called Mr. Misster (get it??) in Dallas, Texas. The bar held an event called “DRAG THE KIDS TO PRIDE – A Family Friendly Drag Show” on Saturday. While most of us understand that a drag show fundamentally cannot be a family-friendly event, Mr. Misster thinks it’s just fine: Mr. Misster’s Drag The Kids To Pride Drag Show provides the ultimate family friendly pride experience. This signature event is a family friendly spin off of our famed Champagne Drag Brunch, with our resident DJ Charlie Phresh playing some of your favorite hits while host Nicole O’Hara Munro brings together some of the best drag entertainers around! Our under 21 guests can enjoy a special Mr. Misster Mocktails while the moms and dads can sip on one of our classic Mr. Misster Mimosa Towers. Do you want to hit the stage with the queens? We have FIVE limited spots for young performers to take the stage solo, or with a queen of their choosing! Come hangout with the Queens and enjoy this unique pride experience, fit for guests of all ages! The show was just as horrible and inappropriate for children as you would imagine. Men cross-dressed in sexually charged costumes and danced inappropriately for children, whose parents encouraged them to hand the performers money — just like at an adult strip bar! Then the children were made part of the act. First, they were brought on stage to play a game of musical chairs while a dragged-out emcee called the shots and the audience whooped and cheered: Once the children were comfortable being the center of attention, it was time for the next step in the groomy progression. Kids were invited on stage to catwalk with the performers. “Who wants to be a diva for the day?” asked a drag queen, as several kids joined him. All of this occurred in front of a large neon sign that read, “IT’S NOT GONNA LICK ITSELF.” Watch Texas-based YouTuber and political commenter John Doyle, flanked by a diverse group of manly men, as he confronts the deranged adults dragging their kids into (emotional disorders) pride… now I’ll also warn you, there is some language from a woman wearing a “love is love” shirt coming… https://twitter.com/i/status/1533119833377734657 - Play whole video I find it ironic when that screaming banshee says “you’re scaring the children!” Then proceeds to carpet bomb the heroic men with F-Bombs… Club Membership Plug: Stuff like this, is why we need to stop and take a moment to talk about Fight Laugh Feast Club membership. We had 490,000 structure fires in 2020 in the United States. We see a lot of fires every year.” Last month, rumors began to circulate on social media that a string of fires and other destructive incidents, including a plane crash, at food processing plants throughout the United States appeared suspicious—despite no law enforcement officials saying that was the case. Conspiracy theorists implied the blazes were connected in some way and even that the federal government could have something to do with them. The rumors came to a head on April 22, when Fox News host Tucker Carlson stoked the conspiracy theorists’ flames, asking his viewers, “What’s going on here?” https://twitter.com/i/status/1517341372851703808 -Play Video According to NFPA.org, The truth, however, is that nothing is unusual about any of the fires that have occurred in food processing plants over the first few months of the year. Although no data is kept on fires that occur strictly at food processing facilities, the National Fire Incident Reporting System tracks fires within broader categories like manufacturing, refrigerated storage, and agricultural facilities. In 2019, the number of fires at all manufacturing or processing plants in the country topped 5,300—nearly 15 a day. Additionally, more than 2,000 fires occurred in agricultural, grain and livestock, and refrigerated storage facilities, which could all include food processing operations. Okay so maybe it is a conspiracy theory, but I’m just saying, conspiracy theorists have been proved right a lot lately. Democratic congressman proposes 1,000% tax on certain firearms https://www.foxbusiness.com/politics/democratic-congressman-proposes-tax-firearms A U.S. House Democrat is proposing a federal 1,000% excise tax on assault weapons, and wants to pass it through reconciliation. Rep. Donald Beyer, D-Va., is introducing the bill which would tax all AR-15-style weapons at 1,000%, according to Business Insider. Beyer, a member of the House Ways and Means Committee and chairman of the Joint Economic Committee, told Business Insider that the measure is "sensible gun control." "What it's intended to do is provide another creative pathway to actually make some sensible gun control happen," Beyer said. "We think that a 1,000% fee on assault weapons is just the kind of restrictive measure that creates enough fiscal impact to qualify for reconciliation." A 1,000% tax on AR-15 style guns could add as much as $5,000 to $20,000 to the sale price, as the price for them is typically from $500 to over $2,000. The report states that several details of the bill aren't finalized yet, according to the report. Under the legislation which Beyer will propose, bullets would not be included in the 1,000% tax, but high-capacity magazines that have the ability to carry more than 10 rounds of ammunition would be included. He told Business Insider that he's open to discussing the high-percentage tax. "There's nothing magical about that thousand percent number. It's severe enough to actually inhibit and restrict sales. But also successful enough that it's not seen as an absolute ban." That bill just screams freedom doesn’t it? US gas averaged $2.39 per gallon the day of President Biden's inauguration. It's since risen dramatically to $4.82 per gallon. Amid rising prices, the White House's official position has been to blame Russian President Vladimir Putin. Following Russia's invasion in Ukraine, the global economy largely sanctioned Russian oil. Meanwhile, President Biden claims he is largely helpless to stem the skyrocketing gasoline prices, as well as those of food items. "There’s a lot going on right now, but the idea we’re gonna be able to, you know, click a switch, bring down the cost of gasoline is not likely in the near term, nor is it with regard to food," he said during a recent speech. Biden's critics say the president's policies are largely responsible for runaway national inflation. For example, Biden famously stopped construction of the Keystone XL pipeline, a project that could have solved America's energy crisis. Now it’s time for the topic I love… sports! Some good news out of Tampa Bay… Several Rays players break from organization's Pride Night logos, citing religious reasons https://www.foxnews.com/sports/rays-players-break-pride-night-logos-religious The Rays have been celebrating Pride Night 16 years, but that hasn’t stopped Some Tampa Bay Rays players from reportedly breaking from the organization’s support of the LGBTQ+ community Saturday during the team’s Pride Night against the Chicago White Sox. Most Rays players were wearing rainbow logos on their caps and sleeves. But the Tampa Bay Times noted that pitchers Jason Adam, Jalen Beeks, Brooks Raley, Jeffrey Springs and Ryan Thompson were among those who didn’t wear the logos of support. Adam made a statement on behalf of the players who opted out and cited religious beliefs. "A lot of it comes down to faith, to like a faith-based decision. So it’s a hard decision. Because, ultimately, we all said what we want is them to know that all are welcome and loved here," he said, via the Tampa Bay Times. "But when we put it on our bodies, I think a lot of guys decided that it’s just a lifestyle that maybe — not that they look down on anybody or think differently — it’s just that maybe we don’t want to encourage it if we believe in Jesus, who’s encouraged us to live a lifestyle that would abstain from that behavior. Just like (Jesus) encourages me as a heterosexual male to abstain from sex outside of the confines of marriage. It’s no different. "It’s not judgmental. It’s not looking down. It’s just what we believe the lifestyle he’s encouraged us to live, for our good, not to withhold. But, again, we love these men and women, we care about them and we want them to feel safe and welcome here." According to the newspaper, the Rays wanted full participation from all players but gave the option to "opt in." Wrapping up sports, last night, game 2 of the NBA Finals took place in San Francisco California… The Boston Celtics shocked many, myself included in game 1 of the finals, as they defeated the Warriors 120-108. The Celtics had a chance to do the unthinkable last night… going up 2-0 at Golden State… well, there’s a reason it’s unthinkable, because it didn’t happen. Golden State took game 2 by a score of 107-88. Throughout the first half it was close, with the Celtics’ defense really stifling the Warriors’ offense. However, in the third quarter, the Warriors blew the doors off of the C’s, winning the quarter 35-14. Steph Curry lead the way for the Warriors with 29 points, while Jordan Poole, the third splash brother added 17. On the Celtics’ side, Jayson Tatum showed up with 28 points, but had an ugly second half, while Jaylen Brown added 17 points. Game 3 takes place in Boston, at 9PM ET. Before we go, how about a little history… I noticed Google had a little gif in honor of Angelo Moriondo of Turin Italy. Apparently he’s the inventor of the Espresso Machine, and it’s his 171st birthday! Moriondo presented his invention at the General Expo of Turin in 1884, where it was awarded the bronze medal. The patent was awarded for a period of six years on 16 May 1884 under the title of "New steam machinery for the economic and instantaneous confection of coffee beverage, method ‘A. Moriondo’." The machine was built by a mechanic named Martina, working under the direct supervision of the inventor. It was successively updated with a patent on 20 November 1884, Vol 34, No, 381.The invention was then confirmed by international patent application after being registered in Paris on 23 October 1885. In the following years, Moriondo continued to improve his invention drastically, each improvement being patented Moriondo never took the invention to industrial-scale production. He limited himself to the construction of a few hand-built machines, which he jealously conserved in his establishments, convinced that this was a significant advertisement for them. Ian Bersten, a historian chronicling the history of coffee, describes the device as "the first Italian bar machine that controlled the supply of steam and water separately through the coffee" and Moriondo as "one of the earliest discoverers of the espresso machine".[8] Unlike true espresso machines, it was a bulk brewer, and did not brew coffee for the individual customer. Get Clear on your boundaries. Some examples of how boundaries are loose and need to be set: A family member doesn't respect your emotional and/or physical needs. Maybe they make jokes/make fun of you and you let it happen but it actually makes you feel really crappy. Maybe they encourage you to not feel or express emotion. Maybe they don't give you space you need when you signal or outright ask for it. A colleague gets you to do more work so they can do less or is always distracting you from doing your own work. A friend is always leaning on you, but never asks you how you are or listens when you need them to. You got the wrong food at a restaurant and need to send it back but maybe you keep it so as not to “make a fuss”. A loved ones always voices that they don't agree with your life choices, work choices or relationship choices. *There is also the other side of the pendulum where you may set TOO many boundaries, create walls and stay too rigid. This can be the result of the same root experiences.2. Release attachment to the reaction and outcome. The other person/people MAY react out of their own trauma or false belief systems. They may turn it in on themselves. They may completely accept it. They may not want to give you what you want. NO matter their reaction or the outcome, anchor in to the wisdom that you need to share your truth and that you have a choice whether to allow your boundaries to be crossed. 3. Be assertive but voice your boundaries from LOVE not frustration. Remember to always communicate from LOVE. Whether that is performing a ritual or doing some breath work before the conversation, prep yourself. You are speaking from your heart because boundary setting is a way to love yourself. USE statements like “I need” “ I want” and “I expect” so it is clear and “I want you to stop asking me when I'll find a partner/husband/wife”“I want you to not ask me about whether I'm having children”“I need you to always call before just coming to my house”“I need you to give me x amount of time when I get home to myself”“I expect you to bring back this thing I lent you by this day”Remember we need to respect other's boundaries even if they are at odds with ours.  Maybe my partner doesn't want to come to my family gathering. 4. Follow through and keep coming back to your truth.  Create consequence if someone violates your boundary. This shows them that you are serious and it upholds the boundary.

Wir haben diesen Fall bereits immer wieder erwähnt und nun als kleines "Geschenk" zu Weihnachten stellen wir Euch einen der medienträchtigsten Fälle überhaupt vor. Zwei Mordopfer wurden am 12. Juni 1994 in Brentwood gefunden.

Shawnna Sumaoang: Hi, and welcome to the Sales Enablement PRO podcast. I am Shawnna Sumaoang. Sales enablement is a constantly evolving space and we’re here to help professionals stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices so that they can be more effective in their jobs. Today, I’m excited to have Nicole join us. Nicole, I’d love for you to introduce yourself, your role, and your organization to our audience. Nicole O’Brien: Hi, my name is Nicole O’Brien. I am the head of marketing at a services firm in the legal space called Tycko & Zavareei. And we’ve got offices in DC and Silicon Valley, and I handle all of their sales enablement areas and I’ve set up all of demand generation for the firm and all of the digital marketing and everything from soup to nuts for them. SS: Fantastic. Well, we’re excited to have you, Nicole. You have an extensive background in the sales enablement industry and in marketing. So how has your background in marketing contributed to your success in sales enablement? NO: The marketing background, really for me, the pieces that have been the most in my success has been the ability to create content, the ability to write and be able to look at customer personas, you know, the buyer’s journey and identifying which messages would resonate and really developing those pieces of content. Now over the years, content is becoming much more important. The creation of content and the identification of messages were going to be so important. And now it’s really moving more in what you can deliver and how you deliver it, to the client across the journey. So that within sales enablement has become really, really critical. SS: Absolutely. What advice do you have for people looking to transition from other fields such as marketing to the sales enablement profession? NO: I know from marketing the skills that you really need if you’re going to transition to a purely sales enablement role is to understand that the sales enablement piece of this is what is the glue that connects marketing and sales. So the sales enablement that is like the necessary, important connection that makes that whole stream flow from marketing leads and marketing messages and all of that straight into sales, giving all that to sales, making sure that those touchpoints are made and that they are equipped to go to the next step with their customer. So, the skills there, you know, they’re varied for marketing, you need to really know the content creation piece of it. And hopefully, if you were successful in a marketing role you would have that skill already in place. Also, the technology around it. A lot of marketing people don’t pay too much attention, or the traditional marketing people don’t pay too much to the digital piece of this, as far as sales operations and marketing operations. Usually, those are sort of two distinct areas and you really need to know the technology that connects so that you can use that technology to work in that whole department. It’s very technology-centric. You need to know how training works. You need to know how upskilling works and you need to know how to create these pieces. But there’s a lot of overlap so it really isn’t a big lift. If you’re coming from nowhere that has anything to do with marketing or sales, it’s a bigger lift. You just need to go in and get some training and make sure that you are up to date on what’s going on in the enablement space and get those skills in order to get in the door. And then once you’re in the door, you need to focus on developing even further. SS: Absolutely. Absolutely. And now on that very point, from your perspective, what skills and expertise are needed to excel in sales enablement roles? NO: I think you need to have a lot of patience. I think that’s the number one thing. But I think you know, patience and perseverance, tenacity, of course. But you need to really understand the content piece of it, the creation of it, the strategy around, delivery of equipping the salesperson with the right tools at the right time at the correct point of the customer’s journey. Every message is going to be different depending on how they go through that flow. And, you really need to be technology savvy or be interested in really learning. And you need to be forward-looking and anticipate a lot of change that’s going to happen. And a lot of it’s really moving fast. So, I think you really need to have those skills, know the salesperson needs, know how the selling is done. Every organization is different. Every sales team is different. They do have similarities, but depending on the environment that you walk into, you’re going to need a different skill set, but the basic ones are really knowing the sales chain, knowing how marketing interfaces with sales, knowing what those touchpoints are, finding out within your organization what has friction and what doesn’t and focusing on the pieces to make that frictionless, focusing on making sure that all of the flow between marketing and sales is completely smooth. Those are, I think, the key areas. SS: Absolutely. Now, what advice do you have for how sales enablement practitioners can develop some of these critical skills or knowledge? NO: There are a ton of training opportunities out there. I know there’s a lot of training within an organization once you arrive. You should really be skilled in knowing what training platforms are out there, how sales training works within your organization, what the technology is, what the automation looks like between how the sale moves through the CRM system, you really need to know all of that. SS: Absolutely. And did you ever have a mentor in sales enablement or somebody that you felt you could go to for advice? NO: Yeah, I’ve always had mentor. I’ve been really fortunate. I’ve had several throughout my career. But I have a mentor now, so, I think that’s really important if you can get that relationship and have that person give you advice and be able to walk through problems with you or challenges that you might be having, learning how to navigate different areas. I’ve had several different mentors so if there’s a mentorship program somewhere that you can get involved with you definitely should. You should also not expect a whole lot from your mentor. I know there’s a lot of people that just go up and ask somebody to be their mentor, that’s probably not the way you do it. But, there are tons of programs out there that you can hook up with for mentorship. There’s also a lot of training programs that you can have for sales enablement, and some of them come from the actual sales CRM areas. And also, I want to mention even universities now have sales enablement training. Some of them are continuing education and some of them are part of an undergraduate degree related to sales. So, there’s a lot of new things out there and a lot more opportunity to really get plugged in. SS: That’s fantastic. Now on that pivot, I’d love to hear from you how you’ve seen the sales enablement profession evolve over the years. How do you think it will continue to evolve in the years to come? NO: Yeah. I was one of the five people that helped found the Sales Enablement Society. I should have mentioned that. I was in the marketing role. There’s a lot of people who were in the sales role or even the analyst role and there was no connection in our organizations between sales and marketing for me and those created the largest headaches. So, we used to joke about that we are in charge of all of the broken things in our organization. So, if it was broken, they would give it to us. That was how the Sales Enablement Society started. It started out as a meetup group in DC and we’ve grown now to 60 chapters in 30 countries and more than 8,000 members. So back then, that was four years ago, it was a very primitive atmosphere. There was not a lot going on in sales enablement. I don’t even think that the term was readily used. It was born. And then now, it’s just growing and it’s growing rapidly. And I think it’s because the pace of change is so great. There are so many gains in technology and how that’s moved the sales enablement profession forward that it’s mind-boggling. So that’s how you grow from five to 8,000 members is having that much growth and that much speed happening in four years. It’s insane. So, there has been a huge awareness that has happened over the past four years. And it will continue because it’s really a developing industry where marketing and sales are finally connected with something that we can name, and that thing is sales enablement. And that now is hopefully a department or a process or a very defined thing that happens in between one and the other and the whole of it all is completely a frictionless, wonderful microcosm of productivity and sales excellence. So, that’s what sales enablement does when it’s working well, it is the revenue driver of a company. And I think people are finally putting their finger on it, defining it, tweaking it, finding new ways to look for success, to develop success, to have all of that expand and be a revenue generator. We’ve managed to just as an industry, we’ve managed to uplift the sales enablement role, name it, make it a career, right? There’s VPs of sales enablement now, which was very few, four years ago. I don’t think I knew one four years ago. All of that has completely grown and we’ve elevated the conversation to not a series of like sales training exercises or CRM movements, or persona-driven content. You know, those were activities before and now it’s a program. Now, there are best practices emerging. The technology is flexing in order to meet what we need, what we find out, what will make it more frictionless. All of that has culminated into just a huge growth and great opportunity career-wise, you know, everybody wants to be part of that growth engine in a corporation, so that we’re really moving that needle forward. We’re not quite there yet. It’s still developing, the technology is going to take it a lot farther. It probably won’t look the same in four years as it does now, which is the good news. I mean, we’ll have so many different things happening in probably the next five to 10 years. SS: Oh, absolutely. I couldn’t agree more. Things are radically evolving in our space. Now as sales enablement continues to grow, I think you’re right, it started with people coming from definitely slightly different backgrounds or perspectives within the organization and it’s kind of, for a lot of organizations now, congealed around this notion of what sales enablement is, you’re right, it’s like a defined practice or department within an organization or even a discipline. Now as that happens though, I think that the next evolution is that there become more opportunities for, you know, practitioners to actually specialize in roles. So, what are some of the specializations in sales enablement that you’ve seen spin out over the last few years? NO: There’s specializing in just training, in just content management and development. There are content management systems now, you know, that are just as sophisticated as the CRM systems, you know, that we manage. Very specific roles in managing sort of sales ops positions that have also broaden their scope into digital performance. Social media has really had a huge effect on the whole chain. The rise of social media and digital marketing has completely changed the landscape of what we do. There are no more advertising departments really in large companies anymore. There are digital, you know, online management that we do in house now rather than go out. So those specialties, it really depends on and it’s still at the point where it really, really depends on your organization and where you enter because not every organization, unfortunately, is the same. There are some very developed sales enablement programs that are its own distinct department with its own sales enablement hierarchy of roles and responsibilities. And there are others that are sort of sales enablement positions that are within, you know, the sales or marketing area that might call it sales enablement, or it might be a department of like one or two or three people. It really depends. But the specific roles that have really emerged are sort of sales enablement training, and sales enablement content management and sort of persona development, but more than like persona delivery. Those are or emerging in anything that is a specialty in one particular sales enablement technology and is always a good place to be. So. SS: Absolutely. Now, Nicole, I’ve really enjoyed our conversation. To close out for our audience, I’d love to hear from you what are some steps that you would recommend sales enablement practitioners take in order to advance their careers? NO: I would recommend that you look into which part of sales enablement, get smart on the sales enablement profession. You know, feel out where you think you belong and get trained in that area. If you don’t have that training, leverage what you have already learned and apply it in that way and get trained if you need it, but get yourself into a position where you are either within the sales enablement department and you can grow that way, but make sure that you know the technology, where it’s going and need to be, you know, a couple of steps ahead. So, make sure to network and figure out ways to elevate your role and focus on revenue and ROI and making sure that everything that you do can be measured. And that’s the advice that I have to somebody who is just coming in or even somebody who has been around or wants to move into an enablement role from a different area. There’s a lot of product managers now that are going into sales enablement and it’s very, similar but different. But there’s a lot of skills that cross, so it’s easy to, you know, to develop into a purely sales enablement role. SS: Absolutely. Nicole, thank you again so much for joining us today I really enjoyed our conversation. NO: Sure. Thank you, Shawnna. It was wonderful to be with you. SS: To our audience, thanks for listening. There is a whole untapped market out there for interior designers that you may not even be thinking about: Vacationers. People who buy second homes need someone to help them beautify it. Knowing realtors and contractors in the area who can refer customers to you is huge. But that doesn’t mean social media isn’t important. Having that online presence amplifies word-of-mouth to help turn prospects into customers. It’s not easy working with vacationers who often are only coming to their house once a month. On the one hand an absentee client may be a big blessing, but on the other hand, you have to really build trust and be prepared to make things as easy as possible for people when they are in town. Nicole has it down to a science, and walks us through how she has learned what her customers need, and build her customer service around them. Geotagging for the win One problem with working with remote customers is: How do they find you? People buying a second home could be coming from anywhere. And Nicole had a really smart answer: geotagging. By geotagging her social media posts correctly, prospective clients searching for designers in her neck of the woods can find her work online. Nicole has found tremendous success with her Instagram Stories. While many Instagram posts show off the beautiful finished product, doing in-process stories allows customers to see different stages of a project, and inspire ideas for their own homes.
