Greg Wyshynski of ESPN believes Sidney Crosby could one day play for the Montreal Canadians. TK tells us that Montreal has a soft spot for Sidney Crosby and Crosby's dad worked in the organization. TK believes in Sergei Murashov and thinks he could play even more than Joel Blomqvist.

Bryan Rust and Rickard Rakell are talented players who could bring back good returns. Tyler Kennedy would keep Rust around and "it would be a shame" if he's traded because Rust can become the future captain.

Former Penguin Tyler Kennedy joined the show. TK told the guys why Gavin McKenna going to Penn State for a year makes sense before he becomes the top pick in the 2026 NHL Draft. Tyler said it will help McKenna get ready for the league in a less grinding way than playing in Juniors would. Tyler said there weren't many guys from his era that went to college if they were already playing outside of America. Will this set a trend for big-time NHL prospects playing a year of college hockey?

Stanley Cup Champion Tyler Kennedy shares what it was like scoring his Stanley Cup tic tac toe goal. Schedules were mapped out so much during the season that when it's the offseason, it feels weird for guys. TK said it's tough for players to get their footing after they retire. How much did the Penguins hate the Flyers? After your career, TK says it's buddy-buddy and ok again.

Tyler Kennedy thinks Kyle Dubas is looking to build a 5-10 year plan. Anaheim traded John Gibson to the Red Wings. TK wouldn't trade Bryan Rust and thinks Rust could be a future captain when Sidney Crosby retires.

The Pens are basically signing warm bodies to fill out their roster. It won't be as ugly as it got just over 20 years ago, but it could be close. Chris said if you have a kid that is into hockey, but usually can't afford to attend games, this is your year to do it.

He thinks it is crystal clear what the plan is. Sean said most of the league is ‘done being bad,' so the Penguins are one of the few sellers around the NHL. He mentioned Bryan Rust and Rickard Rakell as the two biggest names approaching the season. Sean said Erik Karlsson has interest around the league, but it's all about the price.

The offseason begins today for the Penguins. The Pens have $23 million in cap space. Jason doesn't think they have to completely punt on the season and can try and make it work with this core. The goaltending has been bad. Jason thinks it's reasonable to buy a goalie and fix some problems.

The NHL is exploring going to an 84 game season. Ken Rosenthal says the Pirates should be motivated to trade Mitch Keller and would be available for four pennant races. What could you get for Mitch Keller? Dalton Wasserman of PFF has Mike Tomlin as the 5th best coach in football. Dorin said if he would select one QB in next year's draft, it would be Drew Allar!

NHL reporter Sean Gentille from The Athletic joined the show. The Penguins have picks 11 and 12 in the opening round of the NHL Draft tonight and Sean isn't sure if it's in their best interest to move up. Sean said being in the first 9 picks would be ideal. He mentioned that it could turn into a crapshoot like it normally does. Sean noted that the Islanders are a team to watch tonight. Sean looked at what Kyle Dubas has on his plate heading into the weekend and what type of players the Pens could be looking for. With free agency looming, Dubas has plenty in front of him. We also witnessed Mark Kaboly boot Sean off the air – a first in our history.

Malkin won Rookie of the Year, MVP, two scoring titles, playoff MVP, and three Stanley Cups.
