Con la intro sobre el Sáhara Occidental hemos querido poner contexto para la entrevista de esta semana: nos acompañan Benda y Tfarrah (miembras del Movimiento Feminista Saharaui), dos mujeres saharauis nacidas en los campamentos de refugiados en Tindouf, en Argelia, hace ya más de 30 años, que llegaron a España a través del programa de vacaciones en Paz y se quedaron. Con ellas hablamos sobre la causa saharaui en el Sáhara Occidental y qué significa enfrentarse no solo a la violencia del ocupante marroquí, sino también a las violencias internas, a la misoginia y a los silencios dentro de su propia comunidad. Il concourt à une biologisation et une naturalisation de la réflexion historique (Comte). Par le biais de la théorie de l'évolution, le terme instaure une dialectique entre l'individu et le collectif (Spencer, Galton, Ribot). Il prend une dimension politique (Maurras, Benda). On assiste concurremment à des entreprises de dépersonnalisation et de formalisation du problème de l'intelligence (Taine, Binet, Valéry) qui ouvrent la voie aux théories de l'intelligence artificielle.

Václav Havel byl přesvědčen, že Charta říká to, co si většina občanů myslí, ale nemohou to nahlas říkat. Aspoň tak to formuloval v rozhovoru pro rakouský tisk v roce 1978. Chartisté se vůbec domnívali, že dokumenty – alespoň ty základní - zná hodně lidí. Václav Benda mluvil o desetitisících, Jaroslav Šabata dokonce o statisících. Byli přesvědčeni, že principy Charty 77 vstoupily do povědomí národa. Zároveň ale byli natolik soudní, aby si nedělali iluze o široké podpoře veřejnosti. Ta se skutečně nedostavila. Češi hromadně podepisovali Antichartu, aniž Chartu 77 vůbec nečetli. Slovenský chartista Miroslav Kusý to dobře charakterizoval slovy: „pro komunistickou moc byla Charta 77 nebezpečný protivník, ale pro národ aktuálně slabý spojenec“. Uvažování české populace prostě ovládla tradiční sedlácká moudrost, kterou nejlépe vystihuje známé pořekadlo: „Nechoď Vašku s pány na led…“ Většina společnosti vnímala Chartu jako elitářský podnik, na který by svojí podporou mohla plebejská většina jen doplatit. To umožnilo komunistickému režimu, aby po spektakulární propagandě proti „zrádcům a samozvancům“ začal rdousit chartisty v přítmí, což nakonec vyvrcholilo akcí Asanace.

Volby do Sněmovny přinesly změnu. Dosluhující premiér Petr Fiala oznámil, že na příštím kongresu už nebude kandidovat na šéfa ODS.

Fiala OUT, Benda zatím IN. Silný mandát mají podle poslance Jiřího Havránka místopředsedové Eva Decroix a Martin Kupka, potvrdilo se to ve volbách, ve svých krajích výrazně uspěli v preferenčních hlasech, když porazili konkurenty ze STAN i ANO.Jako první politik ODS přiznal chybu WFT i nutnost upozadit program anti Babiš, hnutí STAN definoval jako starostenecký přerozdělovací socialismus a varoval před pirátským pojetím politiky jako vlády expertů. Partnerem podcastu je advokátní kancelář ROWAN LEGAL a mezinárodní poradenská společnost RSM.

ODS řeší, kdo by měl nahradit Petra Fialu. Ten oznámil, že kandidovat na post šéfa strany už nebude. Bude se o pozici ucházet i končící ministr zahraničí Lipavský, který ve volbách získal druhý nejvyšší počet preferenčních hlasů? Hostem Ptám se já byl ministr zahraničí Jan Lipavský (nestr.)Končící šéf diplomacie Jan Lipavský získal ve volbách přes 60 tisíc preferenčních hlasů, víc voličů kroužkovalo už jen předsedu ANO Andreje Babiše. Do Sněmovny se Lipavský dostal jako nestraník za ODS na pražské kandidátce koalice Spolu.ODS, která po volbách míří do opozice, už naplánovala na 17. a 18. ledna stranický kongres a chystá se zvolit nástupce předsedy Petra Fialy. Ten oznámil, že vyvodil zodpovědnost za prohru vládní koalice Spolu a kandidovat na post předsedy už nebude.O post ve vedení strany by podle předsedy poslaneckého klubu Marka Bendy měla usilovat i pražská ODS. „Myslím, že lidé jsou. A výsledek nám jako Praze dává zcela legitimní požadavek na to, že bychom někoho ve vedení ODS mít měli,“ řekl v neděli v Ptám se já.Zda by to měl být i populární Lipavský, komentovat Benda nechtěl.
