The 25% tariff also applies to imported car parts. The USMCA trade agreement between the U.S. Canada and Mexico still applies. If the content of a car assembled in Mexico/Canada contains 50 percent component parts from the USA, the 25% tariff only applies to the final value of the imported components. In this example the tariff rate would be 12.5% of the total value. The tariff applies to all imported cars and light trucks. Approximately half of all cars sold in the USA are currently American made, the other half are import vehicles from mainly Mexico, Japan, South Korea, Canada and Germany. This is a very big kick in the teeth to Germany. Previously in a long-term strategy to avoid U.S. tariffs, German automakers invested billions in auto assembly plants in Mexico. Ex. the BMW parts were shipped from Germany and the cars assembled in Mexico. Now that investment is worthless as the vehicle will be taxed at a rate of 25% regardless of whether it is assembled in Germany or Mexico. Ex.2 High end auto Mercedes currently builds SUVs in the USA in order to avoid the previous 25% tariff; however, they still build cars outside the USA and export them into the USA market. This will likely change quickly, and Mercedes will begin building all cars and SUVs in the USA. [SOURCE] It cannot be overstated how big a hit this will be to the German economy specifically. That's why EU President Ursula von der Leyen is couching her words very carefully. Germany drives the economic engine of the EU, and the Germans care about their money far more than they care about the security of Ukraine. The next biggest impact will come to Canada. The auto-sector in Canada only exists to send cars and trucks into the U.S. market. That's the entire purpose and business model behind the Canadian auto industry. Every component part of a Canadian car that does not originate from USA will now be subject to a 25% tariff. In this strategy episode, we dive deep into a piece of wisdom that has profoundly impacted both myself and my clients: "Peace begins where expectation ends." This concept, simple yet powerful, offers a pathway to a more serene and fulfilled life. Let's explore the key insights from this episode. Key Highlights: Expectations vs. Reality: We often set high expectations for others, leading to disappointment when they aren't met. This wisdom emphasizes the importance of tempering those expectations to enjoy the present moment more fully. Applying Wisdom in Real Life: One client's experience illustrates this perfectly. Despite their hard work and high hopes for validation from an authority figure, they received negative feedback, leaving them crushed. Seeking Validation: Many people yearn for approval from a specific person (e.g., a parent, teacher, or authority figure) despite receiving positive feedback from others. This often stems from a deep-seated need for validation from someone significant in their past. Understanding the Source: It's crucial to evaluate whether the person you're seeking approval from is capable of giving it. Often, those who haven't experienced approval themselves cannot offer it to others. Letting Go for Peace: Recognizing that some people may never give you the validation you seek can help you lower your expectations and find peace. Shifting focus to those who do appreciate your efforts can be more fulfilling. Relentless Pursuit: The more we strive for approval from someone incapable of giving it, the more disappointed we become. It's like chasing a ghost, leading to perpetual dissatisfaction. Internal Validation: Emphasize internal validation and appreciate the support from those who recognize your worth. This shift in focus can lead to greater peace and personal growth. The journey to peace begins with letting go of unrealistic expectations for validation from others. By understanding the limitations of those we seek approval from and focusing on self-validation and the positive feedback we do receive, we can find the peace we've been searching for. Reflect on this wisdom, journal your thoughts, and embrace the tranquility that comes from within. Until next time, peace and love. Did you know that in the UK alone, 22 million pieces of furniture are discarded each year, the majority of which goes directly to landfill. That amounts to an estimated 670,000 tonnes of furniture wasted, where a significant portion could be recycled and reused. (Source) It's clear to see the need for a more sustainable approach to furniture design, manufacture and lifecycle, which is where today's guest, Design Conformity, come in. Design Conformity live and breathe circular design, the process for creating products sustainably from the beginning, and offer a Life Cycle Assessment Certification Process which has already led to significant carbon reductions. Mel is joined by Adam Hamilton-Fletcher, Founder and Director at Design Conformity, to discuss the application of circular design within the furniture manufacture industry and explain how their Life Cycle Assessment certification process can help businesses reduce their carbon footprint. You'll learn · Who are Design Conformity? · What is circular design and how does it help companies reduce their carbon footprint? · What are the benefits of Design Conformity's certification? · Can sustainability be of financial and environmental benefit to businesses? · Examples of circular design in practice Resources · The ISO Show · Design Conformity · Carbon Calculator · Circular Design Guide In this episode, we talk about: [00:25] Introducing today's guest – We welcome Adam Hamilton-Fletcher, Founder and Director at Design Conformity, onto the show. Design Conformity are currently setting the standard in retail sustainability, particularly in relation to the furniture industry. [01:30] Who are Design Conformity? Adam worked in the manufacturing industry for about 15 years, designing lighting systems for major retailers like boots, Next, Marks & Spencers and Morrisons. He worked primarily with the lighting used in displays, and had been tasked with selling lighting products. In order to do so, he needed to develop a specification to help understand customer requirements, which would then be used to develop their ideal solution. The problem: There were little to no Standards in UK and Europe for the retail display industry. Which directly led to the creation of Design Conformity – who started out as an electrical and lighting Standard certification company, that developed into a full carbon certification company. They aim to become the gold Standard for sustainable furniture design. [03:10] What is Circular Design? – Circular design is born out of this principle of a circular economy. To compare, a linear economy is when we take a raw material, use it, process it, and then it's just disposed of, usually straight to landfill. Whereas, circular economy is where we take that waste product and we design it so that it can be repurposed and refreshed and reused. Those materials can then eventually be recycled – so the goal is to not use any raw materials at any point. Circular design is the intent to minimise environmental impact, to design equipment that could be reused and repurposed, and then at the end of its life be recycled. [04:05] How do Design Conformity operate? – Design Conformity look at the way that companies design their furniture and then take them through a learning process (online course). They help businesses to understand how to design a product in such a way where it can be repurposed or reused, where raw material usage can be reduced and where the shipping requirements can be reduced. They provide guidance and advice on recommended materials, including the provision on an online carbon calculator. They also provide reporting in alignment with existing carbon standards, such as ISO 14064, for product evaluation. [06:55] How can the Carbon Calculator help? By selecting a product of a particular type, you can use the estimator by entering the details of where and what you're manufacturing, and then it will give you a carbon footprint for that, which you can use to compare that against other industry designers. It displays these other designers anonymously, but you can get a feel for if your product is above or below the average for carbon emissions. [08:55] An example of the Carbon Calculator in practice – Design Conformity recently worked with Costa Coffee, who were looking to reduce the environmental impact of their of their shops and coffee lounges. The beginning of that process is to work with their manufacturers, to identify the environmental impact of the furniture that they've got. They used the Carbon Calculator to help create an initial benchmark, which highlighted key indicators that can lead to carbon reductions. [09:35] Design Conformity's Certification – They've borrowed the concept used by existing Energy Performance Certificates, by having a carbon efficiency index, ranging from C1 – C7. Their score is a bit more unique however as it incorporates elements of circular design. Their score is based on a products total carbon emissions, divided by it's size and total lifespan. An Ecolabel is then awarded based on the final score. [11:45] What are the benefits of Design Conformity's certification?:- · It's a mix between carbon reporting and a carbon rating. · It's easier for consumers to understand the benefits in comparison to companies that advertise compliance with ISO 14064 and PAS 2060. · Not just a green label, as reporting is a key component of gaining certification. · It provides a cradle to cradle analysis on a products carbon footprint and translates that into something that is recognisable. [14:15] Are businesses right to be skeptical about the value of the cost versus the value of environmental certification?– 100%! It's not uncommon for eco labels to be more of a marketing tool rather than a tool for tangible carbon reduction. A lot of them out there are unregulated and are contributing to green washing. That's where Design Conformity's differs, as they actually collate and process real data to provide tangible value and add credibility to their claims. [16:10] Will there be a time where sustainability can be of financial and environmental benefit to businesses? – Yes, absolutely! And if there is a way to do that, it's through Circular Design. As an example, if you're a manufacturing company that's producing shelving, you need to buy in steel, which can fluctuate a lot in price at any given time. But you don't need to buy more steel every time, where instead you could get your original product back, reprocess and redistribute. Adam has experience of suppliers who are practicing this, they purchase their products back at 40%-50% of the price, saving a lot of money in raw material! [19:00] Examples of companies who have embraced circular design – Tesco: They've introduced a policy whereby they purchase metal shelving, use it for 5 years, then take it back out of the store to get powder coated, cleaned and reintroduced to the store. That reduces the carbon footprint by 70% in comparison to buying a new shelving set! Boots: Their beauty halls wanted to introduce a lot of new brands, which meant a lot more displays were needed. Boots started working with Design Conformity towards earning their certification, specifically in relation to the lighting they used in stores. With Design Confomity's help, they managed to reduce the carbon footprint at selected stores by 39%! [21:20] Circular Design Guide – 14 people were involved in creating this guide, which is designed to give you an introduction to and overview of circular design. Access it over on their website. If you'd like assistance with any ISO Standards, get in contact with Blackmores and we'll be happy to help

Audio book of Mistress Vania Changes Jobs. Ep.13 Amanda Meets a Source It was early in the morning and Grant Stoat was smoking his fourth cigarette of the day. He pined for Riko. He did not even know her name. So instead, when thinking about her, he called her my love. Stoat was not unusual. Almost all men are at some point in their lives completely irrational over a woman. More commonly, they are irrational over any woman who gives them so much as a sideways glance. As for the women who are overtly hostile, they're just playing hard to get. At least in the mind of the man who is on the receiving end of the hostility. For Stoat, Riko fell clearly into this last category. She had given Stoat no positive signals of any kind. Far from being discouraged, Stoat had rationalized that since Riko was a woman, she did not know her true mind. It was a challenge to him that he might win her over. In many ways Stoat and Roger suffered from a common problem. They overestimated how much attention women might pay to them. Neither of these two men had much to offer. Yet where hope was absent, delusion made a serviceable substitute. Stoat believed that the stars were aligned and with true commitment and purpose he could win Riko's heart. At the end of his nightshift delivering pizzas Stoat's brain was even more addled than usual. He made a vow to do whatever it took to impress Riko. To show her the real Grant Stoat, so that she might fall in love with him as he had fallen in love with her. Stoat even decided that he would take a night course at community college if necessary. Without knowing it, Stoat was becoming a problem. Mistress Vania did not like problems. This is episode 16 in my 30 episode Prosperity Series because I am determined to help you break free from the mental disease of poverty. And today we're talking about why it is actually the LACK of money that is the “root of evil.” Now we've all heard the saying “Money is the root of all evil.” And I'd like to flip that around and say that it's actually the lack of money that is evil because money itself is just energy. If you've been listening through all the prosperity episodes, you know, that money is energy and it matches our vibration. When we say that money is evil, it usually comes from the idea that people use money to do bad things with it. Some people believe that a “nice” person received money in their life and then became this evil person. They think it was the money that changed them. But that's actually total nonsense. All money does is amplify who you are. And that's why I say it's so important for spiritual leaders to be prosperous because we are in a higher vibration. We have an awareness of our thoughts and our feelings. And we have a plan of action for how we want to shift consciousness on this planet. You give money to someone who hasn't done the inner work, who still has a lot of demons running through their head with a vibration of anger or revenge, then the money will amplify that side of them. Now give a spiritual leader money and it will amplify who they are! The money will have a high vibration and the spiritual leader will be able to go out and change the world at an even greater pace because they have abundance flowing to them. We know money is not evil. Money is energy, and we get to imbue money with whatever energy we want. You've heard me say a bunch of times, to imbue it with love. What needs more love than money so that we can do amazing things with it? All money does is highlight and illuminate the issues that the person who receives the money is having. That's all it does. Now I did start this podcast by saying that the lack of money is evil. I know that will trigger some people, but if you really are honest with yourself and you give some real thought to the idea that lack of money is evil, you have to admit that it is true. People do crazy things for money. People kill for money. People steal for money. They hurt other people for money. It's amazing what people will do for it. And why are they doing it? Because they're in lack and scarcity. If a person feels prosperous and abundant, knows that they create their reality, and that their vibration and their feelings bring in what it is they desire, then they are NOT going to be hurting others for money. They wouldn't have to steal and they wouldn't have to commit murder over money because they know they are so powerful the they can CREATE money. See, it's the lack of money that's causing the issue. When someone is in lack, it causes them to be in a lower vibration with all of these crazy thoughts running through their head and like, “How do I get the money to fix xyz?” They think money is the solution to their problem. And we all know that money is not the solution. I hope everyone's got that through this prosperity series. Yes, I'm talking about creating a prosperous life, but that's not even close to the end all be all it. However, to be in our highest vibration, it definitely helps us if we have the energy flow of money to help us do that. So we know money is not a solution to things. We have to do the inner work and it's only through the inner work do we become worthy to have abundance. We have to be worthy of creating prosperity and abundance. If we're not worthy, then that's when things get really out of whack. That's why people say that money is evil. It has nothing to do with the money itself. It has everything to do with the human that is playing with the money that is doing irrational things with the money. That's what it is. It's because they have disconnected from Source. Again, that's why it is so important for spiritual leaders, spiritual coaches, spiritual teachers, all of you guys out there, why it is so important for you to create abundance because you're in a higher vibration. You're doing the inner work every day. Yes, we know it's a process, but you're doing the inner work so that when you have abundance, when you have prosperity in your life, it's in a high vibration. You can do amazing things with it, truly amazing things. I have a few clients that have created spiritual centers and communities. And they're able to do that because they created prosperity in their life with their spiritual gifts. That is how we serve. So remember it is not that money is evil, it is the lack of money. It is being in scarcity and lack that causes people to do crazy, crazy things. If you look around the areas that are in the most lack, these neighborhoods have the highest crime and murder rates. It's a different vibration because they're in lack. Now that does NOT mean that the rich are all happy and in their highest vibration, that is not what this means. Someone can have money and still be out of alignment. This is what we've been talking about, right? Those are the people that we look at with money that makes us think money is the root of all evil. It's because these people are out of alignment and disconnected from Source. But those of us who are in alignment with Source can have abundance. You can have a prosperous life and we can do amazing things with it. So that is why this is so important for you guys to hear and understand. And that is why I am doing this prosperity series because not only is it your birthright for you to live the most joyous, amazing life (that's what God, Source, Infinite Intelligence had intended for you) but it's also part of your duty to take that abundance and spread it around. To give back. That's why we're here, so we can create and give back. And when we stand in that energy, we know we will always have enough and we can imbue money with the energy of love and we can really help transform this planet. So if you have that thought in the back of your mind, that money was evil, I hope this shifted it. I'd love to hear your aha moments. Take a picture of this podcast, posted out in social media and tag me, and I will come on by and say “Hi.” And again, you're not going to want to miss an episode. We are halfway through our prosperity series, so make sure you subscribe and if you like what you're hearing, leave a review. I'll catch you in the next episode. Key Points: It is the lack of money that causes people to hurt others to “get” money Just because someone has money does NOT mean they are in alignment with Source It is important for spiritual leaders to be abundant because they have done the inner work to be in their highest vibration, thus allowing them to do good with the money Resources: Download a FREE copy of my international bestselling book Are You A Spiritual Entrepreneur? here: https://kimberlymaskaspiritualbiz.com/freeayasebook I invite you to join my free Facebook Group, Spiritual Biz Success, where you can get all of your spiritual business questions answered: https://www.facebook.com/groups/spiritualbizsuccess Ready to step out and shift consciousness on this planet with your spiritual gifts? Two and half decades have passed since The Notorious B.I.G. left us, so how is it his name is cemented in stone as one of the best rappers to ever grab a microphone? In an iHeartRadio #BlackExcellence exclusive, we'll unpack what makes #TheNotoriousBIG the illest. DJ Starting From Scratch and DJ Grouch have created an all Notorious BIG mix exclusively available on the iHeartRadio App. If you are unfamiliar… Take a listen to who everyone regards as one of the best ever… And if you are familiar… Enjoy the nostalgia and remember why Biggie Smalls is the illest. Check out the mix HERE: https://www.iheart.com/live/the-hit-mix-7553/ --------- Christopher Wallace AKA The Notorious B.I.G. was born May 21, 1972. Growing up as an only child, in a single parent household, Chris was exposed to Hip Hop among other things while growing up in Brooklyn New York. He was a standout student in school, excelling in English and this is where he'd catch the “BIG” moniker due to his weight. He found his voice as an MC in school, along with some other rappers you may have heard of: DMX, Busta Rhymes & Jay Z. While initially trying to balance school and the corner, it wasn't long before the scale tipped towards hustling full. Biggie dropped out of high school at 17 and caught his first charge in that same year. He landed himself in jail for 9 months before making bail in 1990 and looking for a change. Following his release, Big created a demo tape to shop to labels as an attempt to get his life on track. The tape landed in the hands of Big Daddy Kane's DJ… Who consequently got it into the editor's hands at The Source magazine. In the March edition of the magazine, coincidentally enough, Biggie was featured in the Unsigned Hype section. At the time, The Source magazine was one of the most reputable brands within the culture. If it made The Source… It made a difference! Label executives & A&Rs would look to see who was in, meet and likely work on developing music. This is how The Notorious BIG ended up meeting the man that would change his life forever. Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs. Puff was an A&R for Uptown records, responsible for acts like Mary J Blige, Jodeci & now Notorious B.I.G. 1993 was in fact a Big year for Biggie… He appeared on the remix of Mary J Blige's “Real Love” & “What's The 411”. He also dropped his 1st song “Party & Bullshit” in 93, which was made for the “Who's the Man” soundtrack. Puff Daddy was actually fired from Uptown not too long after signing Big which meant… Puff was gone but Biggie was still there. One week after being fired, Puff started Bad Boy records and Biggie had a decision to make… Stay with Uptown, which had a history of success or take a leap of faith, roll the dice and go with Puff. The Notorious BIG was now the 2nd act signed to Puff Daddy's Bad Boy records. As '94 rolled on, the momentum for Big kept getting stronger. Not only was he focused and ready to record his debut, he got married to Faith Evans, an R&B Singer and fellow Bad Boy recording artist. Ready To Die was released Sept 13 1994. It featured hits like Big Poppa, One More Chance & Juicy giving him his first #1 on Billboard, his first platinum record and his first Grammy nomination in 1996. By the end of the year, Big was the top selling male artist on the Pop & R&B charts. While these milestones were being achieved, Biggie was in the studio working on his sophomore effort “Life After Death”. Life After Death was completed as a double disc and featured hit records Sky's The Limit, Mo Money Mo Problems & Hypnotize. The first single Hypnotize was released on March 1 1997… The album was slated to be released on March 25… And The Notorious B.I.G. was taken from us on March 9. At 24 years old, The Notorious B.I.G. was gunned down after leaving a party in Los Angeles. It's been 24 years since the death of The Notorious BIG… We're here to celebrate the life of The Notorious BIG. We're here to celebrate the fact that to many, he is the greatest rapper ever. Andy and TJ are joined by Dr. Alan Meyers. Dr. Meyers is Professor Emeritus of religion at Lindenwood University as well as Parish Associate at Oak Hill Presbyterian Church in St. Louis. Andy and TJ both took classes with Dr. Meyers while at Lindenwood. We talk about "biblical criticism" (or the "historical-critical method"), as well as the difficulty of squaring the findings of biblical scholarship with the fundamentalist perspective. Biblical criticism is "the process of establishing the plain meaning of biblical texts and of assessing their historical accuracy... and indicates the effort at using scientific criteria (historical and literary) and human reason to understand and explain as objectively as possible the meaning intended by the biblical writers." I recently sat down with Bonnie Fahy, hiring expert and creator behind Source It, the world’s leading program on hiring and managing remote teams according to Forbes. We talked about finding opportunity in disaster, how to manage yourself, and the importance of creating rules in a world where the only rule is to stay home. Bonnie is funny, wise, smart and deeply insightful – you don’t want to miss this. Quarantine has forced many of us to work remotely and that can come with a lot of challenges. There are many tools a leader and team can use to keep productivity high and teams mentally and emotionally connected. And of course, it wouldn’t be a true Awaken the Rebel episode if we didn’t cover handling conflict – especially in a remote situation. Face those fears y’all! Bonnie is so full of knowledge and wisdom, so I hope you enjoy this episode even if you find yourself unemployed and contemplating what the future holds for you. In this episode you will here: How to embrace your new lifestyle perks How to keep teams engaged when face-to-face communication isn’t as readily available How oxytocin plays into leading teams How to be successful as a remote manager What are the differences between a team in real life and remotely What is the right way to give feedback How to set clear boundaries and expectations How social time contributes to productivity About tools that will help you manage remotely and connected with your team in a personable way so communication stays clear Coaching Questions & Thoughts:What are ways your team’s dynamic has shifted since becoming remote? What are ways you’ve succeeded and/or failed in maintaining clear communication? What could you be doing as a leader or employer to make sure everyone is still connected and productive? What are workflow challenges you’ve identified since becoming remote? What are solutions or tools that would help fill the gaps or fix the broken systems? When handling conflict while being remote, did you confront the issues face-to-face via Zoom or a call or did you write a lengthy text/email? What was the result of the action you took? Fun Quotes worth entertaining:“Be gentle with yourself, this is a new skill you’re learning in a new world we are all living in.” Bonnie Fahy When you have a best friend at work you will be the most productive - Gallup “Communication is the response that you get.” Eban Pagan “Communication breakdowns break down relationships.” - Bonnie Fahy “You need to look at this from the framework of opportunity. You need to take yourself away from the shit storm of ‘What the F, this sucks so bad’ to ‘oh my god, this tremendous opportunity is here.” - Bonnie “Leading a remote team isn’t any different than driving in the day time vs driving in the dark. Just like you wouldn’t drive in the dark without headlights, you don’t want to lead a remote team without adding back in what you’re missing - i.e. the visual, the non-verbal communication.” - Bonnie “As a leader of a remote team, you're going to want to make sure that you’re taking full responsibility for communicating in the clearest way possible.” - Bonnie “It’s important to establish boundaries – when will you be available and when you won’t be available.” - Bonnie “Email is the best way to waste hours of your day and not keep track of things in an effective way.” - Bonnie “Conflicts are going to come up. From a teamwork perspective, you need to make sure you don’t take the easy way out. If you have a conflict with someone, get on the phone with them or get face-to-face. Do not be that person who writes up a huge email – that is going to breakdown your relationship so fast.” - Bonnie “When you don’t have trust, you don’t have a productive team.” - Bonnie “While it might seem as though it would be unproductive to have a chat room or social bonding time built in, that’s actually the glue that holds everything together. For remote leaders and remote teams, what can you do to create shared rituals?” - Bonnie “In a remote environment, you have to add the socialization back in.” - Bonnie “How am I going to allow this huge pivot of life to be the best thing that ever happened to me and not the worst?” - Bonnie Resources: Find Bonnie Fahy at: www.BonnieFahy.com www.awakentherebel.com (Stop keeping up with the Jones’! Salvation and forgiveness are the same. They both imply that something has gone wrong; something you need to be saved from or forgiven for; something amiss that needs corrective change, something apart or different from the Will of God. Thus do both terms imply something impossible but yet which has occurred, resulting in a state of conflict between what is and what could never be. Truth and illusions both are equal now, for both have happened. The impossible becomes the thing you need forgiveness for; salvation from. Salvation is the borderland between the truth and illusion. It reflects the truth because it is the means by which you can escape illusions.Yet it is not truth because it undoes what was never done. How could there be a meeting place at all where earth and Heaven can be reconciled within a mind where both of them exist? The mind that sees illusions thinks them real. They have existence in that they are thoughts. And yet they are not real because the mind that thinks these thoughts is separate from God. What joins the separated mind and thoughts with Mind and Thought which are forever One? What plan could hold the truth inviolate, yet recognize the need illusions bring, and offer means by which they are undone without attack, and with no touch of pain? What but a Thought of God could be this plan by which the never done is overlooked, and sins forgotten which were never real? The Holy Spirit holds this plan of God exactly as it was received of Him within the Mind of God, and in your own. It is apart from time in that its Source is timeless.Yet it operates in time because of your belief that time is real. Unshaken does the Holy Spirit look on what you see; on sin and pain and death, on grief and separation and on loss.Yet does He know one thing must still be true; God still is Love, and this is not His Will. This is the Thought Which brings illusions to the truth, and sees them as appearances behind which is the changeless and the sure. This is the Thought which saves and which forgives, because It lays no faith in what is not created by the only Source It knows. This is the Thought
A mini reflection about what is your Source? It may be different from everyone else... and that's o.k.

Michael Wickett returns to The QOD Show to share an inspiring story of an admirable risk-taker who transformed her empire with nothing else but determination in the beginning into a multi-million dollar company. With this, he illustrates the power of resilience within adversity and the power of perception that can ultimately influence reality. Michael believes that the way you see the world becomes your world. He presents to us the life of a person who could've bemoaned her fate but didn't. Instead, she counted her blessings and focused on what she had rather than what she lost, and the result was spectacular. Indeed, what you perceive is what you will achieve. And in Michael's words, "The way you see it is the way you get it."
