Psalms and Wisdom: Ecclesiastes 2:1–11 Ecclesiastes 2:1–11 (Listen) The Vanity of Self-Indulgence 2 I said in my heart, “Come now, I will test you with pleasure; enjoy yourself.” But behold, this also was vanity.1 2 I said of laughter, “It is mad,” and of pleasure, “What use is it?” 3 I searched with my heart how to cheer my body with wine—my heart still guiding me with wisdom—and how to lay hold on folly, till I might see what was good for the children of man to do under heaven during the few days of their life. 4 I made great works. I built houses and planted vineyards for myself. 5 I made myself gardens and parks, and planted in them all kinds of fruit trees. 6 I made myself pools from which to water the forest of growing trees. 7 I bought male and female slaves, and had slaves who were born in my house. I had also great possessions of herds and flocks, more than any who had been before me in Jerusalem. 8 I also gathered for myself silver and gold and the treasure of kings and provinces. I got singers, both men and women, and many concubines,2 the delight of the sons of man. 9 So I became great and surpassed all who were before me in Jerusalem. Also my wisdom remained with me. 10 And whatever my eyes desired I did not keep from them. I kept my heart from no pleasure, for my heart found pleasure in all my toil, and this was my reward for all my toil. 11 Then I considered all that my hands had done and the toil I had expended in doing it, and behold, all was vanity and a striving after wind, and there was nothing to be gained under the sun. Footnotes [1] 2:1 The Hebrew term hebel can refer to a “vapor” or “mere breath”; also verses 11, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 26 (see note on 1:2) [2] 2:8 The meaning of the Hebrew word is uncertain (ESV) Pentateuch and History: Deuteronomy 32:48–33:29 Deuteronomy 32:48–33:29 (Listen) Moses' Death Foretold 48 That very day the LORD spoke to Moses, 49 “Go up this mountain of the Abarim, Mount Nebo, which is in the land of Moab, opposite Jericho, and view the land of Canaan, which I am giving to the people of Israel for a possession. 50 And die on the mountain which you go up, and be gathered to your people, as Aaron your brother died in Mount Hor and was gathered to his people, 51 because you broke faith with me in the midst of the people of Israel at the waters of Meribah-kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin, and because you did not treat me as holy in the midst of the people of Israel. 52 For you shall see the land before you, but you shall not go there, into the land that I am giving to the people of Israel.” Moses' Final Blessing on Israel 33 This is the blessing with which Moses the man of God blessed the people of Israel before his death. 2 He said,   “The LORD came from Sinai    and dawned from Seir upon us;1    he shone forth from Mount Paran;  he came from the ten thousands of holy ones,    with flaming fire2 at his right hand.3   Yes, he loved his people,3    all his holy ones were in his4 hand;  so they followed5 in your steps,    receiving direction from you,4   when Moses commanded us a law,    as a possession for the assembly of Jacob.5   Thus the LORD6 became king in Jeshurun,    when the heads of the people were gathered,    all the tribes of Israel together. 6   “Let Reuben live, and not die,    but let his men be few.” 7 And this he said of Judah:   “Hear, O LORD, the voice of Judah,    and bring him in to his people.  With your hands contend7 for him,    and be a help against his adversaries.” 8 And of Levi he said,   “Give to Levi8 your Thummim,    and your Urim to your godly one,  whom you tested at Massah,    with whom you quarreled at the waters of Meribah;9   who said of his father and mother,    ‘I regard them not';  he disowned his brothers    and ignored his children.  For they observed your word    and kept your covenant.10   They shall teach Jacob your rules    and Israel your law;  they shall put incense before you    and whole burnt offerings on your altar.11   Bless, O LORD, his substance,    and accept the work of his hands;  crush the loins of his adversaries,    of those who hate him, that they rise not again.” 12 Of Benjamin he said,   “The beloved of the LORD dwells in safety.  The High God9 surrounds him all day long,    and dwells between his shoulders.” 13 And of Joseph he said,   “Blessed by the LORD be his land,    with the choicest gifts of heaven above,10    and of the deep that crouches beneath,14   with the choicest fruits of the sun    and the rich yield of the months,15   with the finest produce of the ancient mountains    and the abundance of the everlasting hills,16   with the best gifts of the earth and its fullness    and the favor of him who dwells in the bush.  May these rest on the head of Joseph,    on the pate of him who is prince among his brothers.17   A firstborn bull11—he has majesty,    and his horns are the horns of a wild ox;  with them he shall gore the peoples,    all of them, to the ends of the earth;  they are the ten thousands of Ephraim,    and they are the thousands of Manasseh.” 18 And of Zebulun he said,   “Rejoice, Zebulun, in your going out,    and Issachar, in your tents.19   They shall call peoples to their mountain;    there they offer right sacrifices;  for they draw from the abundance of the seas    and the hidden treasures of the sand.” 20 And of Gad he said,   “Blessed be he who enlarges Gad!    Gad crouches like a lion;    he tears off arm and scalp.21   He chose the best of the land for himself,    for there a commander's portion was reserved;  and he came with the heads of the people,    with Israel he executed the justice of the LORD,    and his judgments for Israel.” 22 And of Dan he said,   “Dan is a lion's cub    that leaps from Bashan.” 23 And of Naphtali he said,   “O Naphtali, sated with favor,    and full of the blessing of the LORD,    possess the lake12 and the south.” 24 And of Asher he said,   “Most blessed of sons be Asher;    let him be the favorite of his brothers,    and let him dip his foot in oil.25   Your bars shall be iron and bronze,    and as your days, so shall your strength be. 26   “There is none like God, O Jeshurun,    who rides through the heavens to your help,    through the skies in his majesty.27   The eternal God is your dwelling place,13    and underneath are the everlasting arms.14  And he thrust out the enemy before you    and said, ‘Destroy.'28   So Israel lived in safety,    Jacob lived alone,15  in a land of grain and wine,    whose heavens drop down dew.29   Happy are you, O Israel! Who is like you,    a people saved by the LORD,  the shield of your help,    and the sword of your triumph!  Your enemies shall come fawning to you,    and you shall tread upon their backs.” Footnotes [1] 33:2 Septuagint, Syriac, Vulgate; Hebrew them [2] 33:2 The meaning of the Hebrew word is uncertain [3] 33:3 Septuagint; Hebrew peoples [4] 33:3 Hebrew your [5] 33:3 The meaning of the Hebrew word is uncertain [6] 33:5 Hebrew Thus he [7] 33:7 Probable reading; Hebrew With his hands he contended [8] 33:8 Dead Sea Scroll, Septuagint; Masoretic Text lacks Give to Levi [9] 33:12 Septuagint; Hebrew dwells in safety by him. Who is like you,    a people saved by the LORD,  the shield of your help,    and the sword of your triumph!  Your enemies shall come fawning to you,    and you shall tread upon their backs.” The Death of Moses 34 Then Moses went up from the plains of Moab to Mount Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, which is opposite Jericho. And the LORD showed him all the land, Gilead as far as Dan, 2 all Naphtali, the land of Ephraim and Manasseh, all the land of Judah as far as the western sea, 3 the Negeb, and the Plain, that is, the Valley of Jericho the city of palm trees, as far as Zoar. 4 And the LORD said to him, “This is the land of which I swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, ‘I will give it to your offspring.' I have let you see it with your eyes, but you shall not go over there.” 5 So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD, 6 and he buried him in the valley in the land of Moab opposite Beth-peor; but no one knows the place of his burial to this day. 7 Moses was 120 years old when he died. His eye was undimmed, and his vigor unabated. 8 And the people of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days. Then the days of weeping and mourning for Moses were ended. 9 And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom, for Moses had laid his hands on him. So the people of Israel obeyed him and did as the LORD had commanded Moses. 10 And there has not arisen a prophet since in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face, 11 none like him for all the signs and the wonders that the LORD sent him to do in the land of Egypt, to Pharaoh and to all his servants and to all his land, 12 and for all the mighty power and all the great deeds of terror that Moses did in the sight of all Israel. Bride Rewarded; Factious and Apostates Judged (11) David Eells - 6/26/22 (Audio) A Storm of Witchcraft Fails Claire Pienaar - 6/18/22 (David's notes in red)     (Claire is representing the Bride because of her name which means, “Brilliant” which describes her garment in Rev. 19.) I dreamed I was in my parents' old house. (Being at my parents' home with both parents represents abiding in the ways of the ancient Church.) I was sleeping in the bed I had in my room as a child. My mother and Father came into the room and gently woke me up and said, “It's time”. (As we will see, This represents that "It's time" for the Bride to really fight against the faction in the Church and state and their witchcraft.) I looked out through the curtains and saw it was dark outside. (It's very dark in the world around us right now, but we can rest in the promises and goodness of Our Lord). I walked to the kitchen to get a drink of water from the faucet. (The water in the kitchen represents the water of the Word which is our spiritual food.) As I did that, In my dream, I remembered a teaching from David Eells about a time when he and his family were under intense persecution. His wife (Representing the Bride; the wife of the David/Man-child reformers.) got up to get water from the kitchen and she saw bullets being shot through the water and the faucet from somewhere outside the house. (The bullets through the water represent the fiery darts fired at the Woman through the river of waters that the factious Dragon body spewed out of his mouth to try to swallow her up. Rev. 12:15-16 And the serpent cast out of his mouth after the woman water as a river, that he might cause her to be carried away by the stream. 16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth and swallowed up the river which the dragon cast out of his mouth.)She rebuked it and it stopped. (The Bride will fight against the words coming from the factious Dragon.) Then, I had the exact same experience in my dream, and I also rebuked the bullets. The bullets were big and black. (So this confirms that Claire is representing the Bride. The lies and slander of the factious are very big and very evil.) There was no fear in my head or voice when I rebuked the bullets, but I was just astonished at the lengths people would go to curse us. (Psa. 36:1-4 The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart, There is no fear of God before his eyes. 2 For he flattereth himself in his own eyes, That his iniquity will not be found out and be hated. 3 The words of his mouth are iniquity and deceit: He hath ceased to be wise and to do good. 4 He deviseth iniquity upon his bed; He setteth himself in a way that is not good; He abhorreth not evil.)s ... Then I realized David Eells was sleeping in the master bedroom where my parents were supposed to be. I had an intense desire to pray for him. Then I woke up. David is representing the first fruits David/Man-child reformers that are at rest in the Master bedroom representing the Throne anointing of authority they have received.) Then Riaan and I woke up around the same time and we prayed down all witchcraft and word curses. As we were praying, I had a vision of David Eells' heart and a big black cloud or storm was trying to land on it, but we kept rebuking it. The storm never landed on his heart, and we soon fell back to sleep in prayer. (This is the storm of witchcraft sent by the factious Dragon body in an attempt to devour the Man-child as in Rev.12.) This is the verse I received by faith at random for the dream: Col 2:3 (in context 2-3) that their hearts may be comforted, they being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, that they may know the mystery of God, even Christ, 3 in whom are all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge hidden. The Enemy Attempts to Kill the Bride and Steal the Gifts Eve Brast - 6/18/22 (David's notes in red)     I believe that this dream has a corporate meaning: I dreamed Local UBM had set up the white pot blessing tables in a U shape in the living room of the left mobile home on the land that my dad (Representing the Father) had given me. There were no more factious people living in this left mobile home who had lived there according to previous dreams. (Father had cleared them out like He did the factious wasps in previous dreams.) As I was going around the tables and placing the chairs, these gold medallions appeared at each place setting along with a small white box that contained a cleaning cloth and solution to shine up the coins because they were very old coins. I knew these were a gift from heaven above. (This has both a literal interpretation as well as a spiritual interpretation. Father is going to provide all the finances necessary for us to be able to provide for His elect in the coming wilderness tribulation and He has provided us with spiritual giftings that are very old because Jesus had them 2000 years ago before He passed them on to His disciples.) I picked up the coin in front of me and looked closely at it. On the front of the coin there was a profile of a man with a beard. (Presidents or rulers are on the face of coins. I believe that this bearded man represents Jesus who returns manifested by Word and Spirit in the Man-child reformers to lead God's elect through the tribulation. Isa. 40:10-11 Behold, the Lord Jehovah will come as a mighty one (in the Man-child Reformers), and his arm will rule for him: Behold, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him. 11 He will feed his flock like a shepherd, he will gather the lambs in his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and will gently lead those that have their young.) On the back there was a circle of small stars all around the outer circumference. (God said He would make Abraham's seed, whom we are by faith, as the stars of Heaven for a multitude. Also, the Woman in Rev. 12 has 12 stars around her head representing the doctrine of the apostles which most of the Church does not have yet.) I cleaned the coin with the cleaning kit provided and it was shiny and beautiful with all the years of corrosion cleaned off of it. (The Bride will be able to clearly see her leadership on the coin who is Jesus. It is also Jesus manifested in the Man-child as it was with so many in the Bible including Moses, Joseph, Jesus, etc.) Suddenly, a black Cobra helicopter descended upon the left mobile home and was about to open fire on us. (The Cobra helicopter represents serpent spirits in the Dragon body whose thoughts or fiery darts attack and try to poison the mind.) I knew that they wanted to kill us and steal our gold coins or medallions sent from heaven to us by God. (This represents trying to separate God's people from their true leadership. The factious enemy always tries to spiritually kill us by their lies and slander to separate the head from the body and paralyze us so that we are ineffective to use the gifts Father has given to us for His kingdom.) I began to gather up all the gold from each place setting and put it into a large white tote bag with a small floral design all over it. (The corporate Bride body must put the gifts of God given to her down into her heart, represented by the white floral bag, where they are safe from being stolen by the enemy.) I also grabbed what else I could in a hurry and ran out the door, across the big porch and down the steps to the gravel driveway before they had a chance to open fire. (Rev.12:13-14 And when the dragon saw that he was cast down to the earth, he persecuted the woman that brought forth the Man-child. 14 And there were given to the woman the two wings of the great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness unto her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. [Represented by the Cobra helicopter.]) Leon (Representing Jesus, the Lion of Judah, in the anointed Man-child reformers.)came driving up quickly in his SUV and circled around to me. He rolled down the front passenger window and said, “Hurry and get in. We have to leave now!” (To go into the wilderness Tribulation.) I opened the rear passenger door, and to my surprise, all of Local UBM was supernaturally squeezed into his SUV. I was barely able to squeeze in there myself and shut the door as Leon was peeling out down the driveway towards Calendar Rd. (Calendar road represents the passage of time wherein the the Woman is nourished by the Man-child reformers for "a thousand two hundred and threescore days.”) Then I woke up. The Lord Will Judge the Factious Enemy and Then Give the Bride Her Reward David Eells - 6/17/22 It was so in Isaiah 40: Isa 40:1-2 Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. 2 Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem; and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned, that she hath received of Jehovah's hand double for all her sins. 9-11 O thou that tellest good tidings to Zion, get thee up on a high mountain; O thou that tellest good tidings to Jerusalem, lift up thy voice with strength; lift it up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah, Behold, your God! 10 Behold, the Lord Jehovah will come as a mighty one (in the Man-child Reformers), and his arm will rule for him: Behold, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him. (Notice that the Lord smites the factious and then rewards the Bride for her crucifixion by them.) 11 He will feed his flock like a shepherd, he will gather the lambs in his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and will gently lead those that have their young. It was so in Isaiah 62-64: Isa 62:11-63:6 Behold, Jehovah hath proclaimed unto the end of the earth, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him. 12 And they shall call them The holy people, The redeemed of Jehovah: and thou shalt be called sought out, A city not forsaken. 63:1 Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? (The Edomite sheepfold.) this that is glorious in his apparel, marching in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save. 2 Wherefore art thou red in thine apparel, and thy garments like him that treadeth in the winevat? 3 I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the peoples there was no man with me: yea, I trod them in mine anger, and trampled them in my wrath; and their lifeblood is sprinkled upon my garments, and I have stained all my raiment. 4 For the day of vengeance was in my heart, and the year of my redeemed is come. 5 And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my wrath, it upheld me. 6 And I trod down the peoples in mine anger, and made them drunk in my wrath, and I poured out their lifeblood on the earth. … And Pharoah's army was destroyed at the Red sea but the people of God celebrated on the other side. Isa 63:11-14 Then he remembered the days of old, Moses and his people, saying, Where is he that brought them up out of the sea with the shepherds of his flock? Where is he that put his holy Spirit in the midst of them? 12 that caused his glorious arm to go at the right hand of Moses? that divided the waters before them, to make himself an everlasting name? 13 that led them through the depths, as a horse in the wilderness, so that they stumbled not? 14 As the cattle that go down into the valley, the Spirit of Jehovah caused them to rest; so didst thou lead thy people, to make thyself a glorious name. Isa 64:1-4 Oh that thou wouldest rend the heavens, that thou wouldest come down, that the mountains might quake at thy presence, (I believe that the DS will be retaliating with earthquakes when the Lord returns in His Man-child.) 2 as when fire kindleth the brushwood, and the fire causeth the waters to boil; to make thy name known to thine adversaries, that the nations may tremble at thy presence! 3 When thou didst terrible things which we looked not for, thou camest down, the mountains quaked at thy presence. 4 For from of old men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen a God besides thee, who worketh for him that waiteth for him. The Lord Judged the Factious Enemy and then Gave the Bride her Reward. It was so with the Bride and Man-child in Esther. The King of Kings gave authority to Esther and Mordecai to destroy Haman and his people in Purim and then rewarded Esther and Mordecai. We received this by faith at random this morning. Est 10:1-3 And the king Ahasuerus laid a tribute upon the land, and upon the isles of the sea. 2 And all the acts of his power and of his might, and the full account of the greatness of Mordecai, (meaning "little man” which is a Man-child.) whereunto the king advanced him, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Media and Persia? 3 For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the good of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed. It was so with the Bride and Man-child in Joel 2. The Northern army advanced toward Jerusalem, the Bride. They cried unto the Lord, the Bride and Man-child were revealed to the people. The Lord then smote the army and then rewarded the Bride with revival and restoration. This was probably the Assyrian army of Sennecherib who were smitten of the Lord who killed 185,000 in one night. And here it is... Joe 2:16 gather the people, sanctify the assembly, assemble the old men, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts; let the bridegroom go forth from his chamber, and the bride out of her closet... 20 but I will remove far off from you the northern army, and will drive it into a land barren and desolate, its forepart into the eastern sea, and its hinder part into the western sea; and its stench shall come up, and its ill savor shall come up, because it hath done great things... 23-25 Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in Jehovah your God; for he giveth you the former rain in just measure, and he causeth to come down for you the rain, the former rain and the latter rain, in the first month. 24 And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil. 25 And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the canker-worm, and the caterpillar, and the palmer-worm, my great army which I sent among you. (So we see again the judgment of the enemies like the Red Sea and then the reward of the Bride.) It was so with the Bride and Man-child in 2 Ch 20. The three armies advanced towards Jerusalem, the Bride. Jehoshaphat commanded the praisers to the front line. The enemies killed each other off. The people took the plunder as it will be with the DS and our faction. 2Ch 20:22-23 And when they began to sing and to praise, Jehovah set liers-in-wait against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, that were come against Judah; and they were smitten. 23 For the children of Ammon and Moab stood up against the inhabitants of mount Seir, utterly to slay and destroy them: and when they had made an end of the inhabitants of Seir, every one helped to destroy another. So what has happened to prove this will happen with the faction? Some of our missionaries were killed by the factious Catholics who blamed us for converting their cult members with the Word. They warned us to get out of their country or we would all die. They did a Black mass to enforce this. We called upon the Lord who then started a war between the Catholics, Coptics, and JW's, who were also persecuting the Christian missionaries. So now they have been killing each other off for weeks. This happened as it did with Abimelek and the men of Shechem like I showed the lead evangelist. The Catholics said it was my black magic that did this to them and are doing a Black Mass, which is witchcraft, to get rid of us but they are still being killed by the grace of God. The Missionaries have been spared all of this civil war. Also President Trump and the Alliance have started the mass arrests of the Elites with their DS leadership in the nations and are trying and sentencing many to death by bullet. They just changed the rules because hanging was too time consuming and expensive and we are talking about 3000 elites and many more DS leaders. The witches around the world are with these satanists to support them and destroy the Alliance and Christians but they are failing and so will our faction. And we have received from the Lord that there is a parallel between Trump draining the political swamp and the Man-child draining the Church swamp. So all of this is a type for us. Draining the Swamp Eve Brast - 5/12/19 (David's notes red) I dreamed that I was standing near the edge of a swamp that took up the whole dirt road in the middle of an old western town. (This swamp represents the DS corruption in the “Wild West.”). The sky overhead was overcast (An omen of Darkness over the Land) and I was looking in the direction of a covered, wooden, porch of one of the buildings in town. (The sun/Son has been obscured by the haze of corruption over this country in the Church and state.) I saw a man who was a politician and seemed to be in charge, dressed in a tan tweed suit. He had light colored hair and a single spectacle in one eye. He also had a walrus mustache. There were two or three men standing around him who were dressed like FBI agents with black suits, white shirts, and thin black ties and they were wearing dark black sun glasses. They seemed to be talking over their sinister plans for the town. (Parts of the FBI have been involved in much corruption and criminality with evil government leaders.) I knew these men were dangerous and I slowly skirted around the edge of the swamp to get to the other side and avoid detection by them. They were so busy with their plans that they took no notice of me. (God will protect His people from their evil plans.) When I got to the other side of the swamp all the local UBM people had joined behind me and I knew that we had to wade through this swamp in order to get to where we were going. (God allows this testing to clean us up and get us where we are going in His plan.) (We have been delivered of many “swamp creatures”, just as the Alliance is purging them from the Governmental swamp.) The swamp water was up to all our necks and we were repulsed by it and the feel of water weeds brushing up against our bodies as we kept searching for an area where it was possible to exit the swamp. (So many people in this country in Church and state are sick and repulsed by the wickedness that has infiltrated the Church and government.) I noticed the top of a wooden structure in the middle of the swamp that looked like a gallows where they used to hang criminals in the town a long time ago, but now it was useless because the swamp waters were so high. (“The swamp” has perverted and stifled justice, but once it's drained, justice will return to the “Wild West”. Ultimately the Man-child reformers will deliver God's elect out of the apostate swamp.) Suddenly, the angel named Shemuel, that I've witnessed standing next to the “Drain the Swamp” sign in David's house near the water filter appeared in front of our group. I've watched him at David's house smile and gesture with his head towards the sign and tap it with his sword. (Shemuel represents that not only is God going to drain the swamp of corruption but He is also going to restore the pure water of the Word, the original gospel for the people.) (This angel appears in our house regularly along with two other angels who stand in the balcony, all of whom go forth to conquer when we speak the word concerning draining the swamp in Church or Government.) LINK: Ministering Angels Through UBM. - UBM [David Eells] Shemuel appeared above our group to our right hovering above the swamp waters. He shone very brightly and his sandals were golden as well as his golden curly hair. He still wore the baby blue, velvet sash tied around his waist as I've seen him in David's house. (Shemuel means: Shem = Name and El = >God. Exo 23: 20 Behold, I send an angel before thee, to keep thee by the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. 21 Take ye heed before him, and hearken unto his voice; provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgression: for my name is in him. 22 But if thou shalt indeed hearken unto his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries. This is clear that the angel who bears God's name, meaning nature and authority, is here to lead us to conquer the enemies in the land. And as we hear his directions with humility towards God's Word, he will be an enemy to our enemies.) He was pointing to the politician and the FBI agents that surrounded him and was making proclamations and judgments against them and declaring the immanent draining of the swamp as he pointed with his left finger at them. They were completely oblivious to the judgment proclaimed against them. Only we from UBM heard the sentencing against them. (They do not believe there is a judgment against them even though the scriptures declare it over and over. He says, “The slanderer I will destroy.") I remember that we all let out a sigh of relief when the angel said this, especially Merlene because she had been struggling because of her height to get through the swamp waters. We knew that relief was coming soon. Then I woke up. (In the political realm this seems to be the reality on the ground.) (God is paralleling judgment on this political factious swamp with declassification and judgment of the religious factious swamp. Both have the same demons of faction, witchcraft, slander, lies, fornication of all kinds. It is all the harlot of Babylon. The Dragon seeking to devour God's people. Almost every morning a group of us gathers for prayer and warfare. We all get a word from the Lord by faith at random. In all of these meetings we get warnings of God's plan to drain the political and religious swamp of corruption.) This mornings words by faith at random: Even now the D.S. are destroying the food supply by weather warfare, interfering with food distribution, burning food processing plants, culling whole cattle and chicken populations, and massive inflation which the Lord will give back through His people: Joel 1:15-18 Alas for the day! for the day of Jehovah is at hand, and as destruction from the Almighty shall it come. 16 Is not the food cut off before our eyes, yea, joy and gladness from the house of our God? 17 The seeds rot under their clods; the garners are laid desolate, the barns are broken down; for the grain is withered. 18 How do the beasts groan! the herds of cattle are perplexed, because they have no pasture; yea, the flocks of sheep are made desolate. (We just had 10,000 cows die in Kansas all at once.) Judgment is coming on the apostate leadership of Christianity by the hand of the D.S.: Lam. 2:8, 8-10, Jehovah hath purposed to destroy the wall of the daughter of Zion; He hath stretched out the line, he hath not withdrawn his hand from destroying; And he hath made the rampart and wall to lament; they languish together. 9 Her gates are sunk into the ground; he hath destroyed and broken her bars: Her king and her princes are among the nations where the law is not; Yea, her prophets find no vision from Jehovah. 10 The elders of the daughter of Zion sit upon the ground, they keep silence; They have cast up dust upon their heads; they have girded themselves with sackcloth: The virgins of Jerusalem hang down their heads to the ground. (Judgment on the leadership of the factious swamp in the apostate Church) Jer 2:14-21 Is Israel a servant? is he a home-born slave? why is he become a prey? 15 The young lions have roared upon him, and yelled; and they have made his land waste: his cities are burned up, without inhabitant. 16 The children also of Memphis and Tahpanhes have broken the crown of thy head. 17 Hast thou not procured this unto thyself, in that thou hast forsaken Jehovah thy God, when he led thee by the way? 18 And now what hast thou to do in the way to Egypt, to drink the waters of the Shihor? or what hast thou to do in the way to Assyria, to drink the waters of the River? 19 Thine own wickedness shall correct thee, and thy backslidings shall reprove thee: know therefore and see that it is an evil thing and a bitter, that thou hast forsaken Jehovah thy God, and that my fear is not in thee, saith the Lord, Jehovah of hosts. 20 For of old time I have broken thy yoke, and burst thy bonds; and thou saidst, I will not serve; for upon every high hill and under every green tree thou didst bow thyself, playing the harlot. 21 Yet I had planted thee a noble vine, wholly a right seed: how then art thou turned into the degenerate branches of a foreign vine unto me? (Judgment on apostate Church.) Eze 39:17-22 And thou, son of man, thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Speak unto the birds of every sort, and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh and drink blood. 18 Ye shall eat the flesh of the mighty, and drink the blood of the princes of the earth, of rams, of lambs, and of goats, of bullocks, all of them fatlings of Bashan. 19 And ye shall eat fat till ye be full, and drink blood till ye be drunken, of my sacrifice which I have sacrificed for you. 20 And ye shall be filled at my table with horses and chariots, with mighty men, and with all men of war, saith the Lord Jehovah. 21 And I will set my glory among the nations; and all the nations shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them. 22 So the house of Israel shall know that I am Jehovah their God, from that day and forward. (The Red Sea victory over the factions.) Jer 50:5-7 They shall inquire concerning Zion with their faces thitherward, saying, Come ye, and join yourselves to Jehovah in an everlasting covenant that shall not be forgotten. 6 My people have been lost sheep: their shepherds have caused them to go astray; they have turned them away on the mountains; they have gone from mountain to hill; they have forgotten their resting-place. 7 All that found them have devoured them; and their adversaries said, We are not guilty, because they have sinned against Jehovah, the habitation of righteousness, even Jehovah, the hope of their fathers. (Draining the factious religious swamp.) Dream of Faction Bombed and Scattered and the Elect's Return Eve Brast - 2020 (David's notes red) I dreamed that it was dark outside and I was standing in a line with the local UBM brethren. (Eve along with Local UBM is being used to represent the corporate body of the Bride of Christ.) We were all facing the factious enemie's camp and holding hands and praying. (The Bride must stand united against the faction and their witchcraft in prayer and spiritual warfare.) The camp was being bombed from above and I saw a bombed out vehicle about 50 yards in front of our prayer line. (Vehicles represent lives. It appears God is going to recompense the wicked for their evil committed against His people.) I saw a group of factious men who had been standing in front of the vehicle begin to scatter because of the bombings. One of the factious men who was holding a packet of legal documents was ducking for cover and trying to run away towards his left from the bombed out camp. (The legal documents represent the factious leaders plan to sue UBM and David. Also, the accuser of the brethren, satan, who persecutes the righteous through his vessels or vehicles of dishonor with his accusations in the court of Heaven.) I could see little embers from the bombings floating around in the air. Then a black woman who was deceived by faction appeared in front of me in our prayer line. (This may represent another dream we had of her dying by a plague but repenting. We've had dreams of other factious people dying of the plagues too. This could represent some of the bombing of their camp.) Her skin and clothing were charred from the bombings and she was very thin now. She was dressed in a large floral print dress but it was all tattered. Her hair was all a mess and there was blood on her face and her mouth. (The blood on her mouth represents devouring the saints by slander.) She was crying and weak and she was holding out her hands towards me, palms up, in repentance. Then I woke up. (Also, some who have been deceived by the faction will return as a result of the judgments upon them from God.) UBM Protected by Special OPs Angels Eve Brast - 6/1/21 (David's notes red) I dreamed that local UBM was encamped outdoors near the large, grey, stone wall that I've seen in previous dreams. (This wall represents sanctification which separates us from the world and their wicked practices. We are the stones that are fitted together tightly and they are grey representing our crucified life of death to self.) Our camp was at peace and was lit by a light that came from overhead. (The righteous have a "covenant of peace” through the light from Heaven called the Word and the Holy Spirit. Isa 54:10 For the mountains may depart, and the hills be removed; but my lovingkindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall my covenant of peace be removed, saith Jehovah that hath mercy on thee. Num 25:12-13 Wherefore say, Behold, I give unto him my covenant of peace: 13 and it shall be unto him, and to his seed after him, the covenant of an everlasting priesthood; because he was jealous for his God, and made atonement for the children of Israel. Eze 37:26 Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them; and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore. ) We had the white pot blessing tables set up and our chairs for a meeting. (White tables represents feeding on the pure Word. The wicked faction hate the Word and the God who wrote it and the people who stand for it, because it convicts them of sin. Therefore in Isa 57: 21 There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked. ) Everyone was happy and in peaceful fellowship with each other. (Psalm 133:1-3, Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! 2 It is like the precious oil upon the head, That ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard; That came down upon the skirt of his garments; 3 Like the dew of Hermon, That cometh down upon the mountains of Zion: For there Jehovah commanded the blessing, Even life for evermore. 13 And all thy children shall be taught of Jehovah; and great shall be the peace of thy children. (“Peaceful fellowship" will be God's gift to Zion, the Bride. Isa 54:10 For the mountains may depart, and the hills be removed; but my lovingkindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall my covenant of peace be removed, saith Jehovah that hath mercy on thee. …) Isa 55:12 For ye shall go out with joy (From Babylonish bondage), and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing; and all the trees of the fields shall clap their hands. Isa 57:2 He entereth into peace; they rest in their beds, each one that walketh in his uprightness. … 21 There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.) The factious people, who had been driven from us in bitterness and hatred because of their own sins, were camped about 100 yards or so North of our location. (100 here represents 100% complete separation from Zion, the Bride, whom they consider their enemies because of their demon possession.) (The beast enemy attacks Zion from the North. Jer.6:22-30, Thus saith Jehovah, Behold, a people cometh from the north country; and a great nation shall be stirred up from the uttermost parts of the earth. 23 They lay hold on bow and spear; they are cruel, and have no mercy; their voice roareth like the sea, and they ride upon horses, every one set in array, as a man to the battle, against thee, O daughter of Zion . … 27 I have made thee a trier and a fortress among my people; that thou mayest know and try their way. (Mar 12:10 Have ye not read even this scripture: The stone which the builders rejected, The same was made the head of the corner.) 28 They are all grievous revolters, going about with slanders; they are brass and iron: they all of them deal corruptly. 29 The bellows blow fiercely; the lead is consumed of the fire: in vain do they go on refining; for the wicked are not plucked away. 30 Refuse silver shall men them, because Jehovah hath rejected them. (The northern army who attacks Zion will be destroyed. Psa 101:5 Whoso privily slandereth his neighbor, him will I destroy… Joel 2:15-17 Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly; 16 gather the people, sanctify the assembly, assemble the old men, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts; let the bridegroom go forth from his chamber, and the bride out of her closet. (The Bride and Groom will be revealed) 17 Let the priests, the ministers of Jehovah, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O Jehovah, and give not thy heritage to reproach, that the nations should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the peoples, Where is their God? 18 Then was Jehovah jealous for his land, and had pity on his people. … 20 but I will remove far off from you the northern army, and will drive it into a land barren and desolate, its forepart into the eastern sea, and its hinder part into the western sea; and its stench shall come up, and its ill savor shall come up, because it hath done great things. (Just like Pharoah's army at the Red Sea.) It was dark and shadowy over and around their camp and everything was chaotic and in disarray. I could hear shouting and gunfire with mini explosions and the whiz of bullets flying. (It reminded me of the night fire training courses that we practiced on in Army Basic Training. Isa. 57:14-21, And he will say, Cast ye up, cast ye up, prepare the way, take up the stumbling-block out of the way of my people. 15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy: I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite. … 19 I create the fruit of the lips: Peace, peace, to him that is far off and to him that is near, saith Jehovah; and I will heal him. 20 But the wicked are like the troubled sea; for it cannot rest, and its waters cast up mire and dirt. 21 There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.) In this dream, I was standing at the perimeter of the UBM camp, looking out, across the way, towards the factious camp. It was like I was seeing in the Spirit because no one else in the UBM camp was aware of or concerned by what was happening. (It is very peaceful to miss out on the whole battle while the angels take out the enemy.) (Father gives us prophetic dreams and revelations to be able to warn our brethren so that we can do spiritual warfare against the demons in our enemies.) I was watching a bunch of tracer bullets flying towards our direction and orange basket balls, with bombs hidden inside them, being launched towards us as well. (The basketball bombs represent the juvenile mentality of the faction and their slander and games they like to play.) But they were all being supernaturally stopped. They were either falling short of our camp or were being turned back upon the factious camp by 2 Special OPs soldiers (who were Angels) that stood guarding the UBM camp. (The Lord said of those who curse us, “I will curse those who curse thee”. Notice that the wicked curse themselves because their curses fall back on them. We are not to personally curse our enemies but to pray for them. Rom 12:14 Bless them that persecute you; bless, and curse not. … 19 Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place unto the wrath of God: for it is written, Vengeance belongeth unto me; I will recompense, saith the Lord. 20 But if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him to drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head. God can speak prophetically through the righteous to judge the wicked as He has done all through scriptures. The Spirit of God spoke through Paul to turn apostates over to Satan. 1Co 5:5 to deliver such a one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus. 1Ti 1:20 of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I delivered unto Satan, that they might be taught not to blaspheme (Meaning to speak against God or others). We should not do this to defend ourselves or to fight with others. We should be neutral in this regard. Also, we do not need to turn one over to Satan when we can obviously see that they have already been turned over by God. The Spirit of God spoke curses on blasphemers or railers through David and they are still true. Psa 109:1 For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. Hold not thy peace, O God of my praise; 2 For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of deceit have they opened against me: They have spoken unto me with a lying tongue. 3 They have compassed me about also with words of hatred, And fought against me without a cause. 4 For my love they are my adversaries: But I give myself unto prayer. 5 And they have rewarded me evil for good, And hatred for my love. 6 Set thou a wicked man over him; And let an adversary (Satan) stand at his right hand. (turned over to Satan) 7 When he is judged, let him come forth guilty; And let his prayer be turned into sin. 8 Let his days be few; And let another take his office (Satan entered Judas). (To the railers and cursers God spoke in) 17 Yea, he loved cursing, and it came unto him (Their curses returned upon their own heads as the angels were doing); And he delighted not in blessing, and it was far from him. 18 He clothed himself also with cursing as with his garment, And it came into his inward parts like water, And like oil into his bones. 19 Let it be unto him as the raiment wherewith he covereth himself, And for the girdle wherewith he is girded continually. 20 This is the reward of mine adversaries from Jehovah, And of them that speak evil against my soul. … 28 Let them curse, but bless thou: When they arise, they shall be put to shame, But thy servant shall rejoice. Isa 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. [So the wicked who judge the righteous will condemn themselves because of this promise from God.] This is the heritage of the servants of Jehovah, and their righteousness which is of me, saith Jehovah. The 2 Special OPs soldiers had short military haircuts and were wearing the standard issue, camouflage, billed caps on their heads. and were dressed in grey, urban combat BDUs (Battle Dress Uniforms). They had matching backpacks with supplies and weapons to counter the attacks of our enemies. I knew immediately that they were angels because of their large, pure white wings that were spread out to each side underneath their backpacks. (A symbol that people recognize as angels) Their wings were also part of the protection barrier that they provided for the UBM camp. (Psalm 91:4, He will cover thee with his pinions, And under his wings shalt thou take refuge: His truth is a shield and a buckler.) Since their backs were to me, I couldn't see exactly what they were doing to repel the enemy fire or what weapons they were using upon the enemies camp; all I saw was their arm movements which indicated some type of invisible bow and arrow weaponry. (Psalm 7:9-16, O let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end, but establish thou the righteous: For the righteous God trieth the minds and hearts. 10 My shield is with God, Who saveth the upright in heart. 11 God is a righteous judge, Yea, a God that hath indignation every day. 12 If a man turn not, he will whet his sword; He hath bent his bow, and made it ready. 13 He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; He maketh his arrows fiery shafts . 14 Behold, he travaileth with iniquity; Yea, he hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood. 15 He hath made a pit, and digged it, And is fallen into the ditch which he made. 16 His mischief shall return upon his own head, And his violence shall come down upon his own pate.) I was noticing that every time the enemy launched a ‘basketball bomb' towards us, the angels would hold up their hands in a 'stop gesture' and the bombs would reverse course and fall back into the enemies camp and explode upon them causing much chaos and casualties. The 2 angels looked like traditional traffic cops but instead of directing traffic they were directing the bullets and the bombs. (Like Daniel in the lions den was kept safe while his enemies who plotted against him and their families were devoured by them. Psa 141:9-10 Keep me from the snare which they have laid for me, And from the gins of the workers of iniquity. 10 Let the wicked fall into their own nets, Whilst that I withal escape. Psa 140:9-11 As for the head of those that compass me about, Let the mischief of their own lips cover them. 10 Let burning coals fall upon them: Let them be cast into the fire, Into deep pits, whence they shall not rise. 11 An evil speaker shall not be established in the earth: Evil shall hunt the violent man to overthrow him. Psa 35:7-8 For without cause have they hid for me their net in a pit; Without cause have they digged a pit for my soul. 8 Let destruction come upon him unawares; And let his net that he hath hid catch himself: With destruction let him fall therein. Psa 37:14-15 The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, To cast down the poor and needy, To slay such as are upright in the way. 15 Their sword shall enter into their own heart, And their bows shall be broken. Psa 57:6 They have prepared a net for my steps; My soul is bowed down: They have digged a pit before me; They are fallen into the midst thereof themselves. Selah. Pro 26:27 Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein; And he that rolleth a stone, it shall return upon him. Pro 28:10 Whoso causeth the upright to go astray in an evil way, He shall fall himself into his own pit; But the perfect shall inherit good. Mat 7:1-3 Judge not, that ye be not judged. 2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured unto you. 3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Most of what the factious throw at us is demons of faction, witchcraft, slander, etc. but whatever they throw it returns upon them because God said in Gal 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.) After witnessing this, I walked over to David and was reporting to him everything that I was seeing. I don't remember what David replied but he seemed pleased that the angels were doing a good job of protecting us. Then I woke up. Psalm 91:1-12, He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say of Jehovah, He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in whom I trust. ... 4 He will cover thee with his pinions, And under his wings shalt thou take refuge: His truth is a shield and a buckler. 5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night, Nor for the arrow that flieth by day; … 8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold, And see the reward of the wicked. ...10 There shall no evil befall thee, Neither shall any plague come nigh thy tent. 11 For he will give his angels charge over thee, To keep thee in all thy ways. 12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, Lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. Factious Dogs in the DS and Church Rounded Up and Euthanized Eve Brast - 10/12/21 (David's notes red) I dreamed that I was in a huge warehouse that had many different sections and at least 3 levels. (As we will see, the Father not only stores up provision for His people in His warehouse but judgement is also stored up for the wicked. Rom.2:5 but after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest (or storeth) up for thyself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God. (The ground level of this warehouse represents this earth and the earthly happenings. The second level represents the spirit realm where the directives are handed down from the Father and also from the intercessions of His saints to the angels who are the law enforcers and who carry out the directives of the Bride and the Man-child. Psalm 103:20-21 Bless Jehovah, ye his angels, That are mighty in strength, that fulfil his word, Hearkening unto the voice of his word. 21 Bless Jehovah, all ye his hosts, Ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.) I was standing on the cement ground floor with a 7 ft. tall, very muscular policeman at my right side who was dressed in a navy blue policeman's uniform. He had a silver badge on the right side of his uniform pocket. Even though he was dressed as a 'beat cop', I knew in the dream that he was a police detective. (This police detective represents the angels that carry out and enforce God's directives according to His Word and His will.) On the ground floor of the warehouse was a veterinary medical bay in the back left corner with exam tables and I.V.'s set up along with I.V. catheters and syringes for lethal injections for euthanasia. In front of that was a large chain link fence containment or holding area. (This lethal injection could also be representative of the vaccines that are putting many of the DS minions to death through the side effects. We've heard that many arrests of DS individuals are taking place currently and that they are being questioned and held awaiting military tribunals and sentencing to be put to death. (Our parallel runs true because many of the factious in the church leadership are also being arrested for spiritual child trafficking and crimes against God's children.)The actively factious in the church will also be put to death through lethal injection, (and for many it will be the jab), because they are killing God's children.) I asked the police officer where we were; what I was seeing and what was going on? He began explaining everything to me. It was dark on the ground floor of the warehouse except in the veterinary bay which had some very limited lighting capabilities. (Could this take place on a grand scale during the 10 days of darkness when all the power is cut off and the EBS is enabled to expose all the DS evil crimes against humanity? On the political side they are rounding up these people and executing many. (But also God is using their own spike proteins to take down these people as He said.) As the police officer began explaining I had a vision of the second floor of the warehouse which was very well lit. There were many offices and cubicles with law enforcement support personnel talking on phones and typing on computers and doing all kinds of office work. It was busy and bustling. I asked the officer what all the bustle was about and he said, “A directive has been handed down from the top to round up all the dogs.” (These dogs represent the faction in the Babylonish DS and the religious faction that have conspired to crucify the righteous just as it was with Jesus.) (Prophesying of David, Jesus, and the man-child's persecutions we are told in:) Psa. 22:16,17,&20 For dogs have compassed me: A company of evil-doers have inclosed me; They pierced my hands and my feet. 17 I may count all my bones; They look and stare upon me. ... 20 Deliver my soul from the sword, My darling from the power of the dog.) Then I saw the woman in charge of carrying out this directive. (The woman represents the Bride, who in Esther as a type, is given authority by the King, representing Father God, to put Haman and his sons to death as well as all of the other enemies who have lifted up their hands against her to kill her and her people.) She had a lot of authority from the top and was in charge of the second floor and all the law enforcement personnel. She was a thin woman with very straight hair that was shoulder length and she was standing in the middle of it all dressed in a women's business suit with her arms folded. (This woman is thin because she has gotten rid of all her excess flesh. Her hair is straight representing submission to Jesus, the Word, which is the straight and narrow way.) Occasionally, I saw her bring out her right arm and point off into the distance with her pointer finger and I would see many law enforcement personnel going around the city and rounding up large groups of all different sizes and breeds of dogs. They would put them in temporary holding areas until they could be transported to the warehouse. I was not able to see the third level of the warehouse. (The Bride is dressed in a business suit because she is about her Father's business just as Jesus was and commanding the angels as she sees and discerns the Father's will. Heb. 1:13-14 But of which of the angels hath he said at any time, Sit thou on my right hand, Till I make thine enemies the footstool of thy feet? 14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to do service for the sake of them that shall inherit salvation?) (But the head of the Bride is the Man-child who is shown in all the scripture to take down the factious Edomites. A Christian brother had a dream where the Lord quoted the following text to speak of the David Man-childs in whom Jesus lives. Isa 11:1-5 And there shall come forth a shoot out of the stock of Jesse, and a branch out of his roots shall bear fruit. 2 And the Spirit of Jehovah shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of Jehovah. 3 And his delight shall be in the fear of Jehovah; and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither decide after the hearing of his ears; 4 but with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth; and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked. 5 And righteousness shall be the girdle of his waist, and faithfulness the girdle of his loins.) Suddenly, I felt a dark presence behind me and I turned around to see a large black dog the size of a Great Dane. (This great dog is a factious person we know.) Its ears were clipped like a Doberman Pincher. I asked the police officer what it was doing? He said, “Some of them are turning themselves in because there is nowhere left to go and no other choice.” (They are coming under the authority of these angels because of their great sins. They have "no other choice".) It came into the warehouse through a large open bay door and was turning itself in to the authorities because the round up campaign was so wide and far reaching that there was nowhere else for it to go. None of the dogs realized that a death sentence was decreed for them and some were turning themselves in in hopes of leniency. (Hopefully, some may repent and be saved right before they die.) When I turned back around I saw many kinds of dogs in the fenced holding area in front of the veterinary bay waiting to be euthanized... I asked Father for a word for this dream by faith at random and my finger landed on the phrase, the king's business” in Est. 9:3. (I laughed when I saw where my finger landed because of the woman dressed in the "business suit" in this dream. God has such a sense of humor!) Est. 9:3 (In context 1-5) Now in the twelfth month, which is the month Adar, on the thirteenth day of the same, when the king's commandment and his decree drew near to be put in execution, on the day that the enemies of the Jews hoped to have rule over them, (whereas it was turned to the contrary, that the Jews had rule over them that hated them,) 2 the Jews gathered themselves together in their cities throughout all the provinces of the king Ahasuerus, to lay hand on such as sought their hurt: and no man could withstand them; for the fear of them was fallen upon all the peoples. 3 And all the princes of the provinces, and the satraps, and the governors, and they that did the king's business, helped the Jews; because the fear of Mordecai (Meaning little man or Man-child) was fallen upon them. 4 For Mordecai was great in the king's house, and his fame went forth throughout all the provinces; for the man Mordecai waxed greater and greater. 5 And the Jews smote all their enemies with the stroke of the sword, and with slaughter and destruction, and did what they would unto them that hated them.   Printer-friendly version

Genesis 32So Jacob went on his way and the angels of God met him. 2 When Jacob saw them, he exclaimed, “This is the camp of God!” So he named that place Mahanaim.3 Jacob sent messengers on ahead to his brother Esau in the land of Seir, the region of Edom. 4 He commanded them, “This is what you must say to my lord Esau: ‘This is what your servant Jacob says: I have been staying with Laban until now. 5 I have oxen, donkeys, sheep, and male and female servants. I have sent this message to inform my lord, so that I may find favor in your sight.'”6 The messengers returned to Jacob and said, “We went to your brother Esau. He is coming to meet you and has 400 men with him.” 7 Jacob was very afraid and upset. So he divided the people who were with him into two camps, as well as the flocks, herds, and camels. 8 “If Esau attacks one camp,” he thought, “then the other camp will be able to escape.”9 Then Jacob prayed, “O God of my father Abraham, God of my father Isaac, O Lord, you said to me, ‘Return to your land and to your relatives and I will make you prosper.' 10 I am not worthy of all the faithful love you have shown your servant. With only my walking stick I crossed the Jordan, but now I have become two camps. 11 Rescue me, I pray, from the hand of my brother Esau, for I am afraid he will come and attack me, as well as the mothers with their children. 12 But you said, ‘I will certainly make you prosper and will make your descendants like the sand on the seashore, too numerous to count.'”13 Jacob stayed there that night. Then he sent as a gift to his brother Esau 14 200 female goats and 20 male goats, 200 ewes and 20 rams, 15 30 female camels with their young, 40 cows and 10 bulls, and 20 female donkeys and 10 male donkeys. 16 He entrusted them to his servants, who divided them into herds. He told his servants, “Pass over before me, and keep some distance between one herd and the next.” 17 He instructed the servant leading the first herd, “When my brother Esau meets you and asks, ‘To whom do you belong? Where are you going? Whose herds are you driving?' 18 then you must say, ‘They belong to your servant Jacob. They have been sent as a gift to my lord Esau. In fact Jacob himself is behind us.'”19 He also gave these instructions to the second and third servants, as well as all those who were following the herds, saying, “You must say the same thing to Esau when you meet him. 20 You must also say, ‘In fact your servant Jacob is behind us.'” Jacob thought, “I will first appease him by sending a gift ahead of me. After that I will meet him. Perhaps he will accept me.” 21 So the gifts were sent on ahead of him while he spent that night in the camp.22 During the night Jacob quickly took his two wives, his two female servants, and his eleven sons and crossed the ford of the Jabbok. 23 He took them and sent them across the stream along with all his possessions. 24 So Jacob was left alone. Then a man wrestled with him until daybreak. 25 When the man saw that he could not defeat Jacob, he struck the socket of his hip so the socket of Jacob's hip was dislocated while he wrestled with him.26 Then the man said, “Let me go, for the dawn is breaking.” “I will not let you go,” Jacob replied, “unless you bless me.” 27 The man asked him, “What is your name?” He answered, “Jacob.” 28 “No longer will your name be Jacob,” the man told him, “but Israel, because you have fought with God and with men and have prevailed.”29 Then Jacob asked, “Please tell me your name.” “Why do you ask my name?” the man replied. Then he blessed Jacob there. 30 So Jacob named the place Peniel, explaining, “Certainly I have seen God face to face and have survived.”31 The sun rose over him as he crossed over Penuel, but he was limping because of his hip. 32 That is why to this day the Israelites do not eat the sinew which is attached to the socket of the hip, because he struck the socket of Jacob's hip near the attached sinew.

Then we turned, and took our journey into the wilderness by the way of the Red sea, as the Lord spake unto me: and we compassed mount Seir many days.2 And the Lord spake unto me, saying,3 Ye have compassed this mountain long enough: turn you northward.4 And command thou the people, saying, Ye are to pass through the coast of your brethren the children of Esau, which dwell in Seir; and they shall be afraid of you: take ye good heed unto yourselves therefore:5 Meddle not with them; for I will not give you of their land, no, not so much as a foot breadth; because I have given mount Seir unto Esau for a possession.6 Ye shall buy meat of them for money, that ye may eat; and ye shall also buy water of them for money, that ye may drink.7 For the Lord thy God hath blessed thee in all the works of thy hand: he knoweth thy walking through this great wilderness: these forty years the Lord thy God hath been with thee; thou hast lacked nothing.8 And when we passed by from our brethren the children of Esau, which dwelt in Seir, through the way of the plain from Elath, and from Eziongaber, we turned and passed by the way of the wilderness of Moab.9 And the Lord said unto me, Distress not the Moabites, neither contend with them in battle: for I will not give thee of their land for a possession; because I have given Ar unto the children of Lot for a possession.10 The Emims dwelt therein in times past, a people great, and many, and tall, as the Anakims;11 Which also were accounted giants, as the Anakims; but the Moabites called them Emims.12 The Horims also dwelt in Seir beforetime; but the children of Esau succeeded them, when they had destroyed them from before them, and dwelt in their stead; as Israel did unto the land of his possession, which the Lord gave unto them.13 Now rise up, said I, and get you over the brook Zered. And we went over the brook Zered.14 And the space in which we came from Kadeshbarnea, until we were come over the brook Zered, was thirty and eight years; until all the generation of the men of war were wasted out from among the host, as the Lord sware unto them.15 For indeed the hand of the Lord was against them, to destroy them from among the host, until they were consumed.16 So it came to pass, when all the men of war were consumed and dead from among the people,17 That the Lord spake unto me, saying,18 Thou art to pass over through Ar, the coast of Moab, this day:19 And when thou comest nigh over against the children of Ammon, distress them not, nor meddle with them: for I will not give thee of the land of the children of Ammon any possession; because I have given it unto the children of Lot for a possession.20 (That also was accounted a land of giants: giants dwelt therein in old time; and the Ammonites call them Zamzummims;21 A people great, and many, and tall, as the Anakims; but the Lord destroyed them before them; and they succeeded them, and dwelt in their stead:22 As he did to the children of Esau, which dwelt in Seir, when he destroyed the Horims from before them; and they succeeded them, and dwelt in their stead even unto this day:23 And the Avims which dwelt in Hazerim, even unto Azzah, the Caphtorims, which came forth out of Caphtor, destroyed them, and dwelt in their stead.)24 Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass over the river Arnon: behold, I have given into thine hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land: begin to possess it, and contend with him in battle.25 This day will I begin to put the dread of thee and the fear of thee upon the nations that are under the whole heaven, who shall hear report of thee, and shall tremble, and be in anguish because of thee.26 And I sent messengers out of the wilderness of Kedemoth unto Sihon king of Heshbon with words of peace, saying,27 Let me pass through thy land: I will go along by the high way, I will neither turn unto the right hand nor to the left.28 Thou shalt sell me meat for money, that I may eat; and give me water for money, that I may drink: only I will pass through on my feet;29 (As the children of Esau which dwell in Seir, and the Moabites which dwell in Ar, did unto me;) until I shall pass over Jordan into the land which the Lord our God giveth us.30 But Sihon king of Heshbon would not let us pass by him: for the Lord thy God hardened his spirit, and made his heart obstinate, that he might deliver him into thy hand, as appeareth this day.31 And the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have begun to give Sihon and his land before thee: begin to possess, that thou mayest inherit his land.32 Then Sihon came out against us, he and all his people, to fight at Jahaz.33 And the Lord our God delivered him before us; and we smote him, and his sons, and all his people.34 And we took all his cities at that time, and utterly destroyed the men, and the women, and the little ones, of every city, we left none to remain:35 Only the cattle we took for a prey unto ourselves, and the spoil of the cities which we took.36 From Aroer, which is by the brink of the river of Arnon, and from the city that is by the river, even unto Gilead, there was not one city too strong for us: the Lord our God delivered all unto us:37 Only unto the land of the children of Ammon thou camest not, nor unto any place of the river Jabbok, nor unto the cities in the mountains, nor unto whatsoever the Lord our God forbad us.

Believe His Prophets

These be the words which Moses spake unto all Israel on this side Jordan in the wilderness, in the plain over against the Red sea, between Paran, and Tophel, and Laban, and Hazeroth, and Dizahab.2 (There are eleven days' journey from Horeb by the way of mount Seir unto Kadeshbarnea.)3 And it came to pass in the fortieth year, in the eleventh month, on the first day of the month, that Moses spake unto the children of Israel, according unto all that the Lord had given him in commandment unto them;4 After he had slain Sihon the king of the Amorites, which dwelt in Heshbon, and Og the king of Bashan, which dwelt at Astaroth in Edrei:5 On this side Jordan, in the land of Moab, began Moses to declare this law, saying,6 The Lord our God spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount:7 Turn you, and take your journey, and go to the mount of the Amorites, and unto all the places nigh thereunto, in the plain, in the hills, and in the vale, and in the south, and by the sea side, to the land of the Canaanites, and unto Lebanon, unto the great river, the river Euphrates.8 Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them.9 And I spake unto you at that time, saying, I am not able to bear you myself alone:10 The Lord your God hath multiplied you, and, behold, ye are this day as the stars of heaven for multitude.11 (The Lord God of your fathers make you a thousand times so many more as ye are, and bless you, as he hath promised you!)12 How can I myself alone bear your cumbrance, and your burden, and your strife?13 Take you wise men, and understanding, and known among your tribes, and I will make them rulers over you.14 And ye answered me, and said, The thing which thou hast spoken is good for us to do.15 So I took the chief of your tribes, wise men, and known, and made them heads over you, captains over thousands, and captains over hundreds, and captains over fifties, and captains over tens, and officers among your tribes.16 And I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear the causes between your brethren, and judge righteously between every man and his brother, and the stranger that is with him.17 Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment is God's: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it.18 And I commanded you at that time all the things which ye should do.19 And when we departed from Horeb, we went through all that great and terrible wilderness, which ye saw by the way of the mountain of the Amorites, as the Lord our God commanded us; and we came to Kadeshbarnea.20 And I said unto you, Ye are come unto the mountain of the Amorites, which the Lord our God doth give unto us.21 Behold, the Lord thy God hath set the land before thee: go up and possess it, as the Lord God of thy fathers hath said unto thee; fear not, neither be discouraged.22 And ye came near unto me every one of you, and said, We will send men before us, and they shall search us out the land, and bring us word again by what way we must go up, and into what cities we shall come.23 And the saying pleased me well: and I took twelve men of you, one of a tribe:24 And they turned and went up into the mountain, and came unto the valley of Eshcol, and searched it out.25 And they took of the fruit of the land in their hands, and brought it down unto us, and brought us word again, and said, It is a good land which the Lord our God doth give us.26 Notwithstanding ye would not go up, but rebelled against the commandment of the Lord your God:27 And ye murmured in your tents, and said, Because the Lord hated us, he hath brought us forth out of the land of Egypt, to deliver us into the hand of the Amorites, to destroy us.28 Whither shall we go up? our brethren have discouraged our heart, saying, The people is greater and taller than we; the cities are great and walled up to heaven; and moreover we have seen the sons of the Anakims there.29 Then I said unto you, Dread not, neither be afraid of them.30 The Lord your God which goeth before you, he shall fight for you, according to all that he did for you in Egypt before your eyes;31 And in the wilderness, where thou hast seen how that the Lord thy God bare thee, as a man doth bear his son, in all the way that ye went, until ye came into this place.32 Yet in this thing ye did not believe the Lord your God,33 Who went in the way before you, to search you out a place to pitch your tents in, in fire by night, to shew you by what way ye should go, and in a cloud by day.34 And the Lord heard the voice of your words, and was wroth, and sware, saying,35 Surely there shall not one of these men of this evil generation see that good land, which I sware to give unto your fathers.36 Save Caleb the son of Jephunneh; he shall see it, and to him will I give the land that he hath trodden upon, and to his children, because he hath wholly followed the Lord.37 Also the Lord was angry with me for your sakes, saying, Thou also shalt not go in thither.38 But Joshua the son of Nun, which standeth before thee, he shall go in thither: encourage him: for he shall cause Israel to inherit it.39 Moreover your little ones, which ye said should be a prey, and your children, which in that day had no knowledge between good and evil, they shall go in thither, and unto them will I give it, and they shall possess it.40 But as for you, turn you, and take your journey into the wilderness by the way of the Red sea.41 Then ye answered and said unto me, We have sinned against the Lord, we will go up and fight, according to all that the Lord our God commanded us. And when ye had girded on every man his weapons of war, ye were ready to go up into the hill.42 And the Lord said unto me, Say unto them. Go not up, neither fight; for I am not among you; lest ye be smitten before your enemies.43 So I spake unto you; and ye would not hear, but rebelled against the commandment of the Lord, and went presumptuously up into the hill.44 And the Amorites, which dwelt in that mountain, came out against you, and chased you, as bees do, and destroyed you in Seir, even unto Hormah.45 And ye returned and wept before the Lord; but the Lord would not hearken to your voice, nor give ear unto you.46 So ye abode in Kadesh many days, according unto the days that ye abode there.

Casting Down the Dragon (6) (Audio) David Eells - 6/12/22 The Man-child & Bride Help the “Little Sister” Escape the Dragon   Claire Pienaar - 5/28/22  (David's notes in red)    I dreamed Riaan and I were in a large, walled city that was modern but completely run down. (Our names mean, “Little king” and “Brilliant, representing the Man-child and Bride. I asked the Lord who Riaan and I represent. My finger landed on Psalm 16:6 by faith at random: The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; Yea, I have a goodly heritage.)   There was no electricity, food, open shops or cars running. (This city represents worldwide Babylon who has a body of people who are already ruled by the beast. (In the natural their economy is crashing because it was crooked.) Spiritually, they have no power of the Holy  Spirit, no food of the Word, and they don't get anywhere in their spiritual walk.) All the city's inhabitants were sitting in an arena or  stadium in the middle of the city. It reminded me of the Roman Colosseum. In the “emperor's box”, there was a terrible emperor and his group of leaders. (The emperor represents the elite of the DS.) One of these leaders was a tall, stocky old woman with dark hair. (The dark haired woman in the emperor's box represents the Harlot, who rides the Beast.)  They all had the mark of a red dragon on the backs and front left pockets of their blazers, and their ties. (Representing being dressed up with the works of satan.) There were big banners of this red dragon all over the stadium. (The people are mere spectators [and pawns] to what the rulers of this institution say.).    Riaan and I (Representing the Man-child and Bride) were tasked with helping a young girl care for a newborn baby boy. (This young girl represents those who are coming out of the Babylonish, apostate Churches. She is the “little sister” of the Bride learning to care for her fruit of Christ in her represented by the newborn baby boy. Song 8:8-10  We have a little sister, And she hath no breasts: What shall we do for our sister  In the day when she shall be spoken for?) She had no confidence, authority, or knowledge on how to care for her baby. (The elect of God, who are stuck in apostasy, have not been taught by the false shepherds how to feed their new born spirit man. Psa. 58:3 The wicked are estranged from the womb: They go astray as soon as they are born, speaking lies.)  She was placed in the center of the stadium and we had to help her, but not touch her. (Isa. 52:11 Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; cleanse yourselves, ye that bear the vessels of Jehovah. And Jer. 15:19 Therefore thus saith Jehovah, If thou return, then will I bring thee again, that thou mayest stand before me; and if thou take forth the precious from the vile, thou shalt be as my mouth: they shall return unto thee, but thou shalt not return unto them.) She was thin and pretty and dressed in a white wedding dress. (She appears to be innocent but ignorant and passing through the apostate church system. The apostate Church considers themselves to be the Bride of Christ but they are not. Jesus is coming again for a spotless and blemishless Bride. God sees His elect as beautiful and in white because He sees the end from the beginning.).  She had a little veil over her face. (Because she is still veiled to the truth of who Jesus is. 2 Co. 3:12-18 Having therefore such a hope, we use great boldness of speech, 13 and are not as Moses, who put a veil upon his face, that the children of Israel should not look stedfastly on the end of that which was passing away: 14 but their minds were hardened: for until this very day at the reading of the old covenant the same veil remaineth, it not being revealed to them that it is done away in Christ.  (Being under the law of man separates from Christ, just like being under the law of God.) 15 But unto this day, whensoever Moses is read, a veil lieth upon their heart. 16 But whensoever it shall turn to the Lord, the veil is taken away. 17 Now the Lord is the Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18 But we all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord the Spirit.) The crowd boo'd every time she did something right, so she was very confused at the mixed signals. She struggled to hear us and was really struggling to take care of her newborn boy, but she was making slow progress. (These mixed feelings represents the fight between the flesh and the spirit for the saving of the soul. It also represents the spiritual fight we have to go through to come against everything we've been taught in the Harlot system.).  It became apparent to me that this young girl's mother was the “Harlot" who was in the emperor's box. This mother had treated the young girl so poorly as a child and the young girl kept wanting to blame, shame or deflect all her bad habits and incompetencie's onto the dark haired mother “Harlot" in the emperor's box. (Many of God's elect don't want to take personal responsibility for their actions; instead they want to blame others. A lot of Christians point back to the Catholic Church as a mother of Harlots, not recognizing that they themselves are members of a daughter of the Harlot. As they mature, they can then see their own error.) Riaan and I were in an exclusive suite next to the stadium. Normally, these private suites are up at the top of the bleachers, but our suite was right next to the field on the ground level. (This represents that the Man-Child and Bride company have humility, and empathy with those who are God's elect; chosen to run the race and perform the work of growing their spirit-man). (Our little sister is our little sister, but some would make her their enemy. The hypocrisy is, that they came the same route through the Harlot.)  Riaan kept on telling this young girl to look up, and I kept on telling her to pray. (The real good news of the Gospel teaches us to look up at the sun/Son and get our eyes off of ourselves. Psa. 121:1-3 ...I will lift up mine eyes unto the mountains: From whence shall my help come? 2 My help cometh from Jehovah, Who made heaven and earth. 3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: He that keepeth thee will not slumber.) Eventually she saw her own self as the main problem and she started crying. Then she picked up the baby and loved it. (She recognized and appreciated her spiritual man.) Praise God! Riaan and I were so happy! (True repentance, and realizing the wickedness of the flesh that must be cut down to yield a greater love for the mystery of Christ in you, the hope of glory.)   At this point in the dream, Michael came in to our suite at the bottom of the stadium or arena. (I believe Michael in this dream represents Father, because his name means “who is like God?”).  He asked us what we did with the young girl and we gave him a full account of her as he took notes. We didn't know if it was a “good report” ...but both of us had clear consciences that we'd done what was required of us. Michael was nodding and smiling. (God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble.) (Father has put the first fruits in places where we can help those whom He has chosen to come out from among them, and to realize the great mystery, “Christ in you, the hope of glory”).   The emperor decided then to kill us. A siren blast sounded, and everyone in the stadium heard an announcement that was read, which stated that Riaan and I were to be found and killed. I did not hear the siren or the message, but I did see the people taken over immediately by blood lust while they pursued us, and we had to run for our lives. (The dragon in Church and state desire to devour the Man-child and Bride. The more Christ-like a people becomes, the more “anti” or against them the antichrist is. The faction, represented by the terrible emperor, is a part of the Dragon who is trying to devour the Man-child and prevent him from helping the “little sister”. In our own situation, the leader of the faction tried to destroy our website and took down out videos, which were raising up and teaching the “little sister.”)  (They will persecute all those in the Man-Child and Bride companies for helping the “little sister" come out of their systems. They will, with one accord, be united against us.). (Rev. 12:13-17  And when the dragon saw that he was cast down to the earth, he persecuted the woman that brought forth the man child. 14 And there were given to the woman the two wings of the great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness unto her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. 15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth after the woman water as a river, that he might cause her to be carried away by the stream.) Everywhere we ran, we came up short. We ran into dead-end streets, closed doors, etc. Even though we wanted to escape, I knew in my mind, in the dream, that every other city would be similar to this, but it seems this one we were in was the worst. (Mat 10:23  But when they persecute you in this city, flee into the next: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone through the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come.)  We ran to the west gate in this warehouse, and as we got there, a small army of men dressed in blue, boy-scout uniforms broke open the metal doors of this part of the city. For a second, I thought “Our liberators are here!” On their turquoise neckerchiefs they had the fish symbol and it said “Baptist State University City”. (Representing the immature, militant arm of apostate Churches.)  They were as well organized, if not better, than the leadership of the dragon city we were in. It dawned on me then that they were worse, because they used the name or symbols of the Lord to control people. They were no better than the leaders of the current dragon city, who were using the symbol of the dragon beast to control the people. (I asked the Lord who the blue and red uniformed people represent, and my finger landed on “You brood of vipers!” from Mat 3:7, (in context 7-10) 7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said unto them, Ye offspring of vipers, who warned you to flee from the wrath to come? 8 Bring forth therefore fruit worthy of repentance: 9 and think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham. 10 And even now the axe lieth at the root of the trees: every tree therefore that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.) I knew they were of the same beast because instead of hugging us, and getting us to safety, they immediately took out clipboards, and iPads, and were very official in their speech. It was like they were making sure they had all the right information from us before they would help us. (A person who is not filled with the Holy Spirit and the Word of God have as much in common with the world as they do with the Church because they are following their carnal reasoning.) These represent the organized apostate Church systems who's doctrine is salvation by good works.) It seemed they still had electricity and food because they looked well, and their uniforms were crisp, freshly pressed and clean. (All those  religious people who follow the mind of the flesh and the works of the flesh have the spiritual mark of the beast in the forehead and in the hand.) The men had white plaster painted on their faces like clowns. (Clowns are not real and they are foolish.) The plaster was so thick it looked like a mask, and I could not see their expressions. (As with all religious organizations, the pupils end up “masking” or mimicking their leaders.)  They were eery and kept looking at their iPad screens to determine if they could harbor us or not. (Looking at their computers for direction is like following the Beast.) Riaan and I were trying to be patient but it was really difficult. It did not appear that we'd be leaving with these men any time soon and, interestingly, the people from the stadium were not pursuing us with fervor any longer. (If the devil can't keep you from Christ, he will try to sidetrack you with religion.)    The scene changed and Riaan and I were now in our home, which I think was still in the dragon city. (We returned to the rest, because we realized that the red-dragons and the blue-boy-scouts could not help us escape.). (2Co 12:9  And he hath said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my power is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.) … Now we really needed to get to the airport because we were still fleeing the big dragon city. (Come out from among them and be ye separate.) (We must trust in abiding in Christ in the heavenlies and not in the works of men to save us from the beast or dragon kingdom).   The woman of a couple we knew offered to drive us to the airport in her white car. We travelled on the R25 highway, which becomes the P91 highway. (The P91 represents Psalm 91, which is abiding in the secret place of the most high). ... As we were driving with her, the sky became lighter and lighter even though it was during the night. At 11:11 pm according to the car's clock, the sky was bright blue and the sun was shining like it was midday. (111 is the number of the Man-Child birth. Even as we descend into greater darkness here in the natural, it means the Man-Child anointing is closer and almost here!). (When the sun is directly overhead there is no shadow cast. Pro. 4:18 But the path of the righteous is as the dawning light, That shineth more and more unto the perfect day.) None of us were tired. We were energized by seeing the sun/Son shine in the middle of the night. We said, “We'll just stay awake like it's daytime and catch up on sleep when the night comes.”. Then the dream ended.  (John 9:4  We must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.) I asked the Lord for a verse by faith at random, and I received Psalm 62:2 He only is my rock and my salvation: He is my high tower; I shall not be greatly moved.   Here is the whole story of the Dragon and the Woman: (David's notes in red)   Revelation 12:1-17 And a great sign was seen in heaven: a woman (The Church whose position, but not manifestation, in Christ is) arrayed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars; (The doctrine of the 12 disciples) 2 and she was with child; and she crieth out, travailing in birth, and in pain to be delivered. (This is Jesus manifested by Word and Spirit in a corporate Man-child body, just as all the other entities in this text are.) 3 And there was seen another sign in heaven: and behold, a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his heads seven diadems. (This is the first stage of the beast who is made up of the seed of all 7 world ruling kingdoms and all 10 continental divisions.) 4 And his tail draweth the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth (The stars are the seed of Abraham by faith as God said. The tail is "the prophet that speaketh lies”.): and the dragon standeth before the woman that is about to be delivered, that when she is delivered he may devour her child. (This is happening now.) 5 And she was delivered of a son, a man-child, who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and unto his throne. 6 And the woman fled into the wilderness (The Tribulation), where she hath a place prepared of God, that there they may nourish her a thousand two hundred and threescore days. (The first 3 1/2 years if the Tribulation.) 7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels going forth to war with the dragon; and the dragon warred and his angels; 8 And they prevailed not, neither was their place found any more in heaven. 9 And the great dragon was cast down, the old serpent, he that is called the Devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world; he was cast down to the earth, and his angels were cast down with him. (He is being cast down now, He is losing his grip over the nations ruled by the DS Satanists who are being cast down by the Saints through the Alliance and spiritual warfare.)  10 And I heard a great voice in heaven, saying, Now is come the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, who accuseth them before our God day and night. 11 And they overcame him (The Saints who are exercising authority over satan that Jesus gave them.)  because of the blood of the Lamb, and because of the word of their testimony; and they loved not their life even unto death. 12 Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe for the earth and for the sea: because the devil is gone down unto you, having great wrath, knowing that he hath but a short time. 13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast down to the earth, he persecuted the woman (Church) that brought forth the man-child. 14 And there were given to the woman the two wings of the great eagle (To overcome the world.), that she might fly into the wilderness unto her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. (The first 3 1/2 years if the Tribulation they are nourished by the Man-child just as Jesus did.) 15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth after the woman water as a river (This is a river of lies just as we have a river of the water of truth.), that he might cause her to be carried away by the stream. 16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth and swallowed up the river which the dragon cast out of his mouth.  (The worldly believe the lies)  17 And the dragon waxed wroth with the woman, and went away to make war with the rest of her seed, that keep the commandments of God, and hold the testimony of Jesus:   The Dragon Surrounding Mt. Zion Claire Pienaar - 11/26/21 (David's notes in red) I received this vision as I drove home one day as I was approaching "our" mountain, behind which is the town we live in. (Spiritually, the Bride lives in the cleft of the rock, in the secret place of the Most High.) (The town where the Bride lives is Jerusalem or Zion.) In the natural, this mountain that is before the town has a big cross that is naturally engraved into it. We and other believers have noticed it and it provides much comfort to us when we drive back into town from the north or east. (This mountain represents the kingdom of the Church.) In the vision, I saw a dragon made of the clouds. It had two horns, a collar, and its tail was super thick and long. It was draped around the mountain, but I could still see the cross. (I believe the Lord is using us, our town, and the cloud-dragon as a parable.) (The Babylonish dragon has held the kingdom of the Church as a whole in captivity and is now trying to take dominion over Zion the Bride. This is the way it was in the Assyrian assault when they took over Israel but failed to conquer Zion.)  I asked the Lord what it represented and He said, “This is a very oppressive spirit over the town. It is trying to overtake all who live there. Use your sword.” (The Bride must do spiritual warfare to cast down the dominion of the Dragon.) I asked the Lord for a word by faith at random and received Eze. 30:25 with my finger on "Pharoah shall fall down”.  And I will hold up the arms of the king of Babylon; and the arms of Pharaoh shall fall down; and they shall know that I am Jehovah, when I shall put my sword into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall stretch it out upon the land of Egypt. (Pharoah was called a dragon in scripture too. Eze.  29:3 Speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great monster (The word monster can be translated as dragon as in the KJV.) that lieth in the midst of his rivers, which hath said, My river is mine own, and I have made it for myself.) ... I am praying. We are at war, and we are victorious. Incidentally, we had praise songs playing all the way home, so we had already "sent the praisers out", as the children and I belted out the songs joyfully! (Praising the Lord for the victory already won by Jesus Christ will cast down the Dragon through our faith. 2 Ch 20:20-25 ... Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem: believe in Jehovah your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.  21 And when he had taken counsel with the people, he appointed them that should sing unto Jehovah, and give praise in holy array, as they went out before the army, and say, Give thanks unto Jehovah; for his lovingkindness endureth for ever. 22 And when they began to sing and to praise, Jehovah set liers-in-wait against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, that were come against Judah; and they were smitten. 23 For the children of Ammon and Moab stood up against the inhabitants of mount Seir, utterly to slay and destroy them: and when they had made an end of the inhabitants of Seir, every one helped to destroy another.  (God will faction the faction)   24 And when Judah came to the watch-tower of the wilderness, they looked upon the multitude; and, behold, they were dead bodies fallen to the earth, and there were none that escaped. 25 And when Jehoshaphat and his people came to take the spoil of them, they found among them in abundance both riches and dead bodies, and precious jewels, which they stripped off for themselves, more than they could carry away: and they were three days in taking the spoil, it was so much.)    Slaying Our Little Dragon Beasts Fio Galchenko - 6/5/2022 (David's notes in red)   My dream started with a 'crocodile like' body that my dad (Representing the Father) was teaching me how to control. (This represents our portion of the dragon that has been given us to conquer and that it is our flesh. The flesh is the enemy of God.) He showed me how to grab the mouth so it does not bite me and how to avoid its teeth. (We have to control the mouth or it will come back to bite us.) This crocodile like body then became a dragon that was human like. It was not an adult yet as the wings were not fully developed and the body was still covered with brown fuzz. (The dragon of Rev 12 is the body of all lost mankind.  The flesh is also lost.) We knew that this dragon was going to get dangerous if we let it live longer and grow bigger.  We needed to destroy him while he was still young. (Yes the flesh fights against us and wants to devour us.  We must put it to death daily so he doesn't grow to overcome us.) I would hold him by the back of the neck and his horns would poke and scratch at my hand as he twisted and tried to get free. (The flesh wants freedom but if it gets it, it grows out of control.) I told a nearby person to bring me my shotgun and he brought it but never loaded it.  I sent him back to get ammo while I wrestled with this dragon/human. (The shot is the words of God. It can't be killed without the promises represented by the ammo.) The dragon was upset that my two sons, Fio and Max, did not like him and that they were afraid or uneasy around him. (Our fruit of Christ; represented by the sons is our spiritual man and is at enmity with the flesh and just wants it gone. Gal. 5:17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are contrary the one to the other; that ye may not do the things that ye would.) At this point the dream changed and the dragon was gone but some people brought to me a container filled with the dragon's blood. Then I woke up. (The death of our portion of the dragon frees the spiritual man. The blood of the flesh is full of the Adamic nature of sin that Jesus replaced with His blood.)   The Dragon's Witchcraft is Defeated Chuc Osegueda - 6/3/2022 (David's notes in red) (Chuc, means "to throw something out or away" representing the righteous who war with the swamp and drain it.). I dreamt that I was driving down an empty and deserted highway in a dune buggy. (The Highway of Holiness has been deserted by the majority of Christianity. Only the First fruits are currently traveling it. A dune buggy is mobile in sand, which is God's identification for the seed of Abraham, the Christians.) I then saw an old woman with long grey hair. (As we will see, this is a factious witch that was recently exposed and left UBM.)   She was throwing some strange and unique looking ninja stars. (Ninja stars are one of the ninja's primary defensive weapons used as delaying tactic, although this woman was using them to kill and cause harm). (The factious people are throwing their witchcraft curses at the righteous and their slander is to bring anyone who fails the test of love and truth to spiritual death with them.) This old woman was throwing these stars for practice in an area that I would describe as a mini golf course, but for ninja star throwing practice. There was a little girl who was fetching the stars for the woman after she would throw them. (This represents those immature in obedience and faith who have been among us who ended up being accomplices before they left. Thank God this process of cleansing out the tares is coming to an end.)  As I crept past them, I realized this woman was a factious witch who left UBM.  (Her name represents "accusing others of wrong doing".  The Devil is the accuser of the brethren and he has lots of helpers. She is just a symbol of the witchcraft that is in all of the faction.)  I crept in between them, and what looked like a tennis ball shooter but was actually a ninja star shooter.   I drove past her and kept going down the empty highways, and I noticed a stray ninja star on the ground. The star had sharp blade edges like a normal ninja star, but was shaped like a military vehicle with blades surrounding it. (They are very militant like the Faciast Nazi's in church and state who try to force their will, hatred, slander, and corruption on others. This is a test to see who will chose faithfulness to the Word, Jesus.)   I grabbed the ninja star and continued to drive, and then noticed that the factious witch was behind me facing me. I turned around in the vehicle to face her, as the dune buggy was still rolling down the highway.  The witch was aware that I picked up her stray weapon (the ninja star)  and she then whipped a ninja star at me with precise aim. (We had dreams where the factions own weapons or curses were being thrown back at them by the angels who are our ministering spirits. The Lord said, “I will curse them that curse thee”. We cannot send our own curses but every trap they lay they must fall into it as scriptures say.  i.e. they must reap what THEY sow.)  I tried to dodge this star, but it did hit me on my right shoulder, however I was unaffected. (As we mature in warfare "we are not ignorant of satan's devices” and become immune to them through exercising repentance and faith in the Word. Jesus gave us "all authority" over their curses to “Bind” them. As the Lord showed us, our guardian angels will throw their weapons and traps back on them.)  I seemingly absorbed the star and it did not harm me. I whipped (her own) ninja star back at her and it hit her (this is all happening as the dune buggy is still rolling down the highway and I am turned around to face her). (Atta boy Chuc. :o) She then whipped another star at me with precision, but I don't remember if it hit me. By this point, it didn't matter because I was not hurt by her attacks, although she appeared very skillful at what she was doing. I whipped another star at her and hit her in the center of her chest (heart) or the center of her forehead, but I cannot really recall exactly which. I believe she was hit in the chest area (heart). (Both the heart of evil and mind of flesh are symbolized here.) The witch and I were now in a more confrontational position which is on a sidewalk curved to the right and I was out of the vehicle.  (Witchcraft cannot prosper against us when we are in the “right". Isa 54:17  No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of Jehovah, and their righteousness which is of me, saith Jehovah.)   Then l saw a large video screen display on the outer edge of the bend (like what you see in Times Square NYC).  I punched the witch in the face in retaliation against her assaults on me (which seemed strange for me to do because I wouldn't punch a woman, let alone an old one in real life.) (To deface someone is to change peoples view of them.  Declass of their sins is doing just this by revealing their sins to the world.  This is happening in the world with the factious DS just as it is happening in the Church with our own faction.)  The little girl was still with her, but she had aged a bit in that time and she was now older, but still a young girl. (Perhaps some of the accomplices will mature a bit as they see the loss of the faction. We have dreams where this happened.) I waved my right hand in front of the witch, and she became just a video image on the screen, as if she was sent there and was now stuck and could no longer cause anyone harm. ("That passeth away" came to me.  Isa 29:5  But the multitude of thy foes shall be like small dust, and the multitude of the terrible ones as chaff that passeth away: yea, it shall be in an instant suddenly. And Jer 13:24  Therefore will I scatter them, as the stubble that passeth away, by the wind of the wilderness.  And  Hos 13:3  Therefore they shall be as the morning cloud, and as the dew that passeth early away, as the chaff that is driven with the whirlwind out of the threshing-floor, and as the smoke out of the chimney. Words just received by faith at random: Psa 94:1-11  O Jehovah, thou God to whom vengeance belongeth, Thou God to whom vengeance belongeth, shine forth.  2  Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: Render to the proud their desert.  3  Jehovah, how long shall the wicked, How long shall the wicked triumph?  4  They prate, they speak arrogantly: All the workers of iniquity boast themselves.  5  They break in pieces thy people, O Jehovah, And afflict thy heritage.  6  They slay the widow and the sojourner, And murder the fatherless.  7  And they say, Jehovah will not see, Neither will the God of Jacob consider.  8  Consider, ye brutish among the people; And ye fools, when will ye be wise?  9  He that planted the ear, shall he not hear? He that formed the eye, shall he not see?  10  He that chastiseth the nations, shall not he correct, Even he that teacheth man knowledge?  11  Jehovah knoweth the thoughts of man, That they are vanity. Psa 118:12-17  They compassed me about like bees; they are quenched as the fire of thorns: In the name of Jehovah I will cut them off.  13  Thou didst thrust sore at me that I might fall; But Jehovah helped me.  14  Jehovah is my strength and song; And he is become my salvation.  15  The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents of the righteous: The right hand of Jehovah doeth valiantly.  16  The right hand of Jehovah is exalted: The right hand of Jehovah doeth valiantly.  17  I shall not die, but live, And declare the works of Jehovah. I asked the Lord for a Word about the faction and put my finger down in the middle of Psa 109, which is a curse not from us but from God on the factious. Psa 109:1-31  A Psalm of David. 6  Set thou a wicked man over him; And let an adversary stand at his right hand.   7  When he is judged, let him come forth guilty; And let his prayer be turned into sin.  8  Let his days be few; And let another take his office. (They are Judas')   9  Let his children be fatherless, And his wife a widow.  10  Let his children be vagabonds, and beg; And let them seek their bread out of their desolate places.  11  Let the extortioner catch all that he hath; And let strangers make spoil of his labor. (They use their position while they are with you to steal from you with deception for they have no faith God will help them.)  12  Let there be none to extend kindness unto him; Neither let there be any to have pity on his fatherless children.  13  Let his posterity be cut off; In the generation following let their name be blotted out.  14  Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with Jehovah; And let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.  15  Let them be before Jehovah continually, That he may cut off the memory of them from the earth;   16  Because he remembered not to show kindness, But persecuted the poor and needy man, And the broken in heart, to slay them.  17  Yea, he loved cursing, and it came unto him; And he delighted not in blessing, and it was far from him. 21  But deal thou with me, O Jehovah the Lord, for thy name's sake: Because thy lovingkindness is good, deliver thou me;  22  For I am poor and needy, And my heart is wounded within me.  23  I am gone like the shadow when it declineth: I am tossed up and down as the locust.  24  My knees are weak through fasting; And my flesh faileth of fatness.   25  I am become also a reproach unto them: When they see me, they shake their head.  26  Help me, O Jehovah my God; Oh save me according to thy lovingkindness:  27  That they may know that this is thy hand; That thou, Jehovah, hast done it. (Their leaders tell them that their curse is our fault but “the curse that is causeless alighteth not”.) 28  Let them curse, but bless thou: When they arise, they shall be put to shame, But thy servant shall rejoice.   29  Let mine adversaries be clothed with dishonor, And let them cover themselves with their own shame as with a robe.  30  I will give great thanks unto Jehovah with my mouth; Yea, I will praise him among the multitude.  31  For he will stand at the right hand of the needy, To save him from them that judge his soul. (Luk 6:37 And judge not, and ye shall not be judged: and condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: release, and ye shall be released.)   Worldwide Shakings/Satan Cast to Earth/144 Thousand Revealed Outpouring Gates YouTube - 6/4/22 (David's notes in red)   The Lord gave me two single words. He said, “World - Shaking.” I don't have a time-frame on this; I don't know when, but what I can  say is: This IS coming… I saw these two words and then I was taken in a vision and I'm going to try to describe the best way I can. It was like an epic movie, but a thousand times more intense.  I saw the whole of planet earth from space and it was shaking. At first It wasn't a violent shaking, but… it was just rumbling really hard. …and there were cracks happening throughout the world, dispersed in diagonal patterns, horizontal patterns, and vertical patterns. And as I was watching, I was like, “How does anybody survive this?” It became so violent. ... This was a worldwide earthquake. (Even though He's interpreting many of the events in the vision literally, I believe this worldwide shaking will be a time of spiritual shakings for the elect of God. We know from scriptures that there will be many violent earthquakes when Jesus returns in His Man-child reformers.) The cracks were going through the oceans and land. (the Bible says that oceans or seas represent, peoples, tribes, nations and tongues.) It did not matter. It was just obliterating everything. The whole earth was in an earthquake. ... (It will literally be by the grace of God that people survive this thing because the earth shook so hard that the cracks were like miles wide, it seemed like.) (The DS has seismic weapons and according to dreams they will use them. Insiders in the war against DS have warned to expect the largest earthquakes we have ever seen. We have shown that their fracking has a pattern, sometimes in a straight line across the country for the purpose of steering their earthquakes. Also, there will be a spiritual shaking for the elect people of God leading to a great revival.) From my vantage point from outer space, I thought, “That kind of crack would cave in parts of oceans. Oceans would just start to dive into these cracks." ... So then, as I'm looking directly at planet earth, out of my right periphery, I'm watching Planet X come, and it was so big. This planet was massive, and it was pitch-black ... but it had these red ...cracks in it and it seemed like it wasn't solid, but it was. (It is dark because the face towards us would be blocking the Sun rather than reflecting it.  Planet X was called by the Egyptians the destroyer and sometimes it was called the dragon because of its appearance with a tail. It appears to have brought the Passover and Red Sea judgments. The X means, “10” which is the number of the Law and judgment. We know from History that this is a literal planet and that God will use it for judgments described in scripture.) The atmosphere of this planet was so thick with black darkness as it came past the earth... so very quickly; in a moment. …There was this big transfer of black mist from the planet to the Earth. But it was really just demons… transferring to the earth really quickly. (Demons don't need a planet to live on for they are spirits but they could use this occasion of darkness to spread their alien deception and they could be cast down to the earth here too. Representing satan cast to the earth.) Then... the scene changed and these demons were in cities and they were flying. They appeared as bat... demons. They had weapons and spears. ... As these demons were ... attacking people, I saw these saints ...flying in the air behind them and they were hovering high above where these demons were attacking the people. (This represents the Saints, meaning sanctified ones, are warring in heavenly places against demon forces. The First fruits will be anointed with power from on High to war against satan and his demons.  Rev. 12:7-12 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels going forth to war with the dragon; and the dragon warred and his angels; 8 And they prevailed not, neither was their place found any more in heaven. 9 And the great dragon was cast down, the old serpent, he that is called the Devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world; he was cast down to the earth, and his angels were cast down with him. … 11 And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb, and because of the word of their testimony; and they loved not their life even unto death. 12 Therefore  rejoice, O heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe for the earth and for the sea: because the devil is gone down unto you, having great wrath, knowing that he hath but a short time.) The saints were like super heroes without the cape. … (This reminds me of a dream Garrett Crawford had where once the anointing was poured out on the saints, they looked like superheroes…)   The Anointing of the First-Fruits Garrett Crawford - 07/24/2008 (David's notes in red) I would like to share a dream I was given within days/weeks of finding UBM in the fall of 2006. I was standing in a plain (wilderness) all by myself. I looked off into the distance and I could see someone or something coming toward me. As it got closer I could make it out as a cloud. Within seconds it was right beside me and on this cloud sat a messenger from God. He had an invitation for me; it was in the form of a large golden telegram that was reminiscent of the golden tickets in the Willy Wonka movie. (A ticket to visit a wondrous land.) He said this was an invitation to attend a revival that was taking place in the mountains of the Yukon. (Meaning great river, i.e. of the waters of life.)   As soon as I took the golden invitation I found myself high above the Earth, flying over North America to the far left corner of the continent. This only took a matter of seconds as I flew thousands of miles across the nation and found myself at the foot of a snowy white mountain. I began to walk up this mountain and as I walked I looked down and saw that I had no shoes on! (We are to climb the kingdom of God, which in Dan.2:44 is a mountain. God demands we take off our shoes when we are on holy ground so that we are not separated from His holiness.)  I could not believe it! I had no shoes, walking in the snow but my feet were not cold at all so I kept walking up the mountain. After a long trek up, I made it to a stream and began to walk through the stream that flowed from the top of the mountain. (Walking in the rivers of the waters of life, the Word of God, that cleanses our walk.) There were large square stones that were placed in the middle of the stream for me to walk on. These stones were crafted and had a decorative border on them. (The foundations laid by the Apostles and Prophets.) They were massive in size -- must have weighed tons for just one of them. I continued to walk on these stones until I made it to the beginning of the stream in a small clearing at the top of the mountain. (The source of the "river of the water of life" is "the throne of God and the Lamb", as Rev.22:1 says.) On top of the mountain I saw a group of people who were standing on the bank of the stream. They were all lined up in a straight line and something very, very supernatural was happening to them. (These are the first-fruits to be anointed with the latter rain at the beginning of the tribulation. (Rev.14:1) And I saw, and behold, the Lamb standing on the mount Zion, and with him a hundred and forty and four thousand (The Man-child Body), having his name, and the name of his Father, written on their foreheads. {4} These are they that were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These [are] they that follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were purchased from among men, [to be] the firstfruits unto God and unto the Lamb.)  Something was being poured on them from the heavens. (The coming of the Lord in His people through the Latter Rain. Hos.6:3 ... He will come unto us as the rain, as the latter rain that watereth the earth.) It was like water that glittered and shown brightly. It was so glorious. It seemed that the water was actually liquid glory. (2 Cor.3:18) But we all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord the Spirit.)  As I watched, each one of these people receiving this water was transformed into a more powerful being receiving his own special gift. I even saw one grow what seemed like angel-type wings. (Ability to move supernaturally by translation. They will be able to pass these gifts on to disciples, as Jesus did. Phillip translated.) I know this sounds crazy but they resembled superheroes. (More like "Christ in you the hope of glory".) Then I fell on my face and starting praising God. Next I heard one call out to the rest, "The world hates us now! They hate us! “ (Jn.15:18) If the world hateth you, ye know that it hath hated me before [it hated] you.   He seemed very troubled by this. I got this feeling that this hatred came on so quick that he could not understand why it was happening. That is when I was given the understanding that these people were to be sent back out into the world with their power and gifts to overcome the world. (Just as their Master, who was a type of them, did.) That is when I became bold and full of faith and said back to him in complete confidence, "Why do you question this? Did not the Master tell us this was supposed to happen? The world is supposed to hate us". (This is the beginning of the great revival at the beginning of the tribulation.) End of dream. Back to the Outpouring Gates vision: And then... I saw an insane overtaking. … The demons did not see the saints coming. They ... were flying ...in groups. It was like a wave ...overtaking all these demonic powers. They were clearing them out. And as I was watching this, I heard the Lord say, “Clearing out the mess.” And then the Lord began to speak to me, after coming out of the vision... and He said, “Salvation to the people will take place.” He said, “I will be their Savior again. I will reveal My 144, 000 to the world. (The 144,000 in Rev 14 are the Man-child body in Rev 12.)  They will be ready, purposed, and trained.” He said, “ 'Justice League' is their true purpose. My justice will flow through them. Healings will happen. Powers never seen before will be taking place.”  Then God took me into another vision after He said this (This is a spiritual parable) …and I saw this little Caucasian girl, in regular clothing, with blonde hair who was a part of the 144,000, and with her itty bitty little finger, she was swirling this massive thunderstorm; rotating it. …It looked like a thunderstorm, but it was also a tornado... at the same time. And as she was doing this, ... the clouds that started swirling at her finger, went up to the sky. (We must rightly divide the Word. This is spiritual not physical. The little blonde girl represents a small body of people. A body of people are often symbolized as feminine in scripture like the body of the Church and Bride and the Harlot, even though many of these people are male in the natural. So a body of physical men can be represented spiritually as female to demonstrate good principles. Female here represents they are able to receive the seed of the husband in fertile ground as in the parable of the sower who bore fruit 30, 60, 100 fold. Females bear fruit. Hair is a sign of submission in 1 Co 11.  Blond hair represents submitted to the sun/Son, which is blonde. He also is our husband because we only receive His seed, which the parable of the sower says is His Word. The harlot received the seed which was not that of our husband but the world, even though many of them are physically men. This Caucasian, representing white or pure, girl represents spiritually a corporate body of the First fruits Man-child body of 144,000 even though literally some of these are physically black men. The thunderstorm represents the power and authority that will come with the former and latter rain anointing on the Man-child. They are physically a MAN-child because only men are permitted to "teach or take authority over the man" in New Testament scripture. Jesus only chose men to take a position like this in the 12 and the 70 and as Bishops or overseers in the rest of the NT scriptures. Man-childs have been identified all through the scriptures as men, Moses, David, Joseph, Daniel, Ezekiel, Jesus, etc, etc. We must never add to or take from the precedent of scripture or we are brought under the last curse in the Bible.) And …there was a demon way over to the right who did not notice what was going on. She then sent the thunderstorm with her finger, and the demon looked at it and was in shock and was overtaken by this thunderstorm and was sent flying like hundreds of miles away... When I saw this, I was like, “Whoa! This is a little girl! She's a part of the 144,000, that's cool.”… (In this parable she represents all of the Man-child. The Bride, who were submitted to the Man-child Jesus, were spiritually identified by John the Baptist as Jesus' first disciples who were all men physically. He said, “He that hath the Bride is the bridegroom.") Then the Lord took me out of that vision and that was the end of it and the Lord said this, “Seek Me for more of this revealed. (Which we have done)  I will do great, awesome acts of My glory to showcase I Am the I Am.” He said, “Have faith and know I Am Who I Am and have not given Satan the control. Leave the world, stick with Me. I have plans not one has thought of.” And that was the end of that word...      Select LanguageAfrikaansAlbanianAmharicArabicArmenianAzerbaijaniBasqueBelarusianBengaliBosnianBulgarianCatalanCebuanoChichewaChinese (Simplified)Chinese (Traditional)CorsicanCroatianCzechDanishDutchEsperantoEstonianFilipinoFinnishFrenchFrisianGalicianGeorgianGermanGreekGujaratiHaitian CreoleHausaHawaiianHebrewHindiHmongHungarianIcelandicIgboIndonesianIrishItalianJapaneseJavaneseKannadaKazakhKhmerKinyarwandaKoreanKurdish (Kurmanji)KyrgyzLaoLatinLatvianLithuanianLuxembourgishMacedonianMalagasyMalayMalayalamMalteseMaoriMarathiMongolianMyanmar (Burmese)NepaliNorwegianOdia (Oriya)PashtoPersianPolishPortuguesePunjabiRomanianRussianSamoanScots GaelicSerbianSesothoShonaSindhiSinhalaSlovakSlovenianSomaliSpanishSundaneseSwahiliSwedishTajikTamilTatarTeluguThaiTurkishTurkmenUkrainianUrduUyghurUzbekVietnameseWelshXhosaYiddishYorubaZulu Powered by Translate Printer-friendly version

Isaiah 18–22 Isaiah 18–22 (Listen) An Oracle Concerning Cush 18   Ah, land of whirring wings    that is beyond the rivers of Cush,12   which sends ambassadors by the sea,    in vessels of papyrus on the waters!  Go, you swift messengers,    to a nation tall and smooth,  to a people feared near and far,    a nation mighty and conquering,    whose land the rivers divide. 3   All you inhabitants of the world,    you who dwell on the earth,  when a signal is raised on the mountains, look!    When a trumpet is blown, hear!4   For thus the LORD said to me:  “I will quietly look from my dwelling    like clear heat in sunshine,    like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest.”5   For before the harvest, when the blossom is over,    and the flower becomes a ripening grape,  he cuts off the shoots with pruning hooks,    and the spreading branches he lops off and clears away.6   They shall all of them be left    to the birds of prey of the mountains    and to the beasts of the earth.  And the birds of prey will summer on them,    and all the beasts of the earth will winter on them. 7 At that time tribute will be brought to the LORD of hosts   from a people tall and smooth,    from a people feared near and far,  a nation mighty and conquering,    whose land the rivers divide, to Mount Zion, the place of the name of the LORD of hosts. An Oracle Concerning Egypt 19 An oracle concerning Egypt.   Behold, the LORD is riding on a swift cloud    and comes to Egypt;  and the idols of Egypt will tremble at his presence,    and the heart of the Egyptians will melt within them.2   And I will stir up Egyptians against Egyptians,    and they will fight, each against another    and each against his neighbor,    city against city, kingdom against kingdom;3   and the spirit of the Egyptians within them will be emptied out,    and I will confound2 their counsel;  and they will inquire of the idols and the sorcerers,    and the mediums and the necromancers;4   and I will give over the Egyptians    into the hand of a hard master,  and a fierce king will rule over them,    declares the Lord GOD of hosts. 5   And the waters of the sea will be dried up,    and the river will be dry and parched,6   and its canals will become foul,    and the branches of Egypt's Nile will diminish and dry up,    reeds and rushes will rot away.7   There will be bare places by the Nile,    on the brink of the Nile,  and all that is sown by the Nile will be parched,    will be driven away, and will be no more.8   The fishermen will mourn and lament,    all who cast a hook in the Nile;  and they will languish    who spread nets on the water.9   The workers in combed flax will be in despair,    and the weavers of white cotton.10   Those who are the pillars of the land will be crushed,    and all who work for pay will be grieved. 11   The princes of Zoan are utterly foolish;    the wisest counselors of Pharaoh give stupid counsel.  How can you say to Pharaoh,    “I am a son of the wise,    a son of ancient kings”?12   Where then are your wise men?    Let them tell you    that they might know what the LORD of hosts has purposed against Egypt.13   The princes of Zoan have become fools,    and the princes of Memphis are deluded;  those who are the cornerstones of her tribes    have made Egypt stagger.14   The LORD has mingled within her a spirit of confusion,  and they will make Egypt stagger in all its deeds,    as a drunken man staggers in his vomit.15   And there will be nothing for Egypt    that head or tail, palm branch or reed, may do. Egypt, Assyria, Israel Blessed 16 In that day the Egyptians will be like women, and tremble with fear before the hand that the LORD of hosts shakes over them. 17 And the land of Judah will become a terror to the Egyptians. Everyone to whom it is mentioned will fear because of the purpose that the LORD of hosts has purposed against them. 18 In that day there will be five cities in the land of Egypt that speak the language of Canaan and swear allegiance to the LORD of hosts. One of these will be called the City of Destruction.3 19 In that day there will be an altar to the LORD in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar to the LORD at its border. 20 It will be a sign and a witness to the LORD of hosts in the land of Egypt. When they cry to the LORD because of oppressors, he will send them a savior and defender, and deliver them. 21 And the LORD will make himself known to the Egyptians, and the Egyptians will know the LORD in that day and worship with sacrifice and offering, and they will make vows to the LORD and perform them. 22 And the LORD will strike Egypt, striking and healing, and they will return to the LORD, and he will listen to their pleas for mercy and heal them. 23 In that day there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria, and Assyria will come into Egypt, and Egypt into Assyria, and the Egyptians will worship with the Assyrians. 24 In that day Israel will be the third with Egypt and Assyria, a blessing in the midst of the earth, 25 whom the LORD of hosts has blessed, saying, “Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel my inheritance.” A Sign Against Egypt and Cush 20 In the year that the commander in chief, who was sent by Sargon the king of Assyria, came to Ashdod and fought against it and captured it—2 at that time the LORD spoke by Isaiah the son of Amoz, saying, “Go, and loose the sackcloth from your waist and take off your sandals from your feet,” and he did so, walking naked and barefoot. 3 Then the LORD said, “As my servant Isaiah has walked naked and barefoot for three years as a sign and a portent against Egypt and Cush,4 4 so shall the king of Assyria lead away the Egyptian captives and the Cushite exiles, both the young and the old, naked and barefoot, with buttocks uncovered, the nakedness of Egypt. 5 Then they shall be dismayed and ashamed because of Cush their hope and of Egypt their boast. 6 And the inhabitants of this coastland will say in that day, ‘Behold, this is what has happened to those in whom we hoped and to whom we fled for help to be delivered from the king of Assyria! And we, how shall we escape?'” Fallen, Fallen Is Babylon 21 The oracle concerning the wilderness of the sea.   As whirlwinds in the Negeb sweep on,    it comes from the wilderness,    from a terrible land.2   A stern vision is told to me;    the traitor betrays,    and the destroyer destroys.  Go up, O Elam;    lay siege, O Media;  all the sighing she has caused    I bring to an end.3   Therefore my loins are filled with anguish;    pangs have seized me,    like the pangs of a woman in labor;  I am bowed down so that I cannot hear;    I am dismayed so that I cannot see.4   My heart staggers; horror has appalled me;    the twilight I longed for    has been turned for me into trembling.5   They prepare the table,    they spread the rugs,5    they eat, they drink.  Arise, O princes;    oil the shield!6   For thus the Lord said to me:  “Go, set a watchman;    let him announce what he sees.7   When he sees riders, horsemen in pairs,    riders on donkeys, riders on camels,  let him listen diligently,    very diligently.”8   Then he who saw cried out:6  “Upon a watchtower I stand, O Lord,    continually by day,  and at my post I am stationed    whole nights.9   And behold, here come riders,    horsemen in pairs!”  And he answered,    “Fallen, fallen is Babylon;  and all the carved images of her gods    he has shattered to the ground.”10   O my threshed and winnowed one,    what I have heard from the LORD of hosts,    the God of Israel, I announce to you. 11 The oracle concerning Dumah.   One is calling to me from Seir,    “Watchman, what time of the night?    Watchman, what time of the night?”12   The watchman says:  “Morning comes, and also the night.    If you will inquire, inquire;    come back again.” 13 The oracle concerning Arabia.   In the thickets in Arabia you will lodge,    O caravans of Dedanites.14   To the thirsty bring water;    meet the fugitive with bread,    O inhabitants of the land of Tema.15   For they have fled from the swords,    from the drawn sword,  from the bent bow,    and from the press of battle. 16 For thus the Lord said to me, “Within a year, according to the years of a hired worker, all the glory of Kedar will come to an end. 17 And the remainder of the archers of the mighty men of the sons of Kedar will be few, for the LORD, the God of Israel, has spoken.” An Oracle Concerning Jerusalem 22 The oracle concerning the valley of vision.   What do you mean that you have gone up,    all of you, to the housetops,2   you who are full of shoutings,    tumultuous city, exultant town?  Your slain are not slain with the sword    or dead in battle.3   All your leaders have fled together;    without the bow they were captured.  All of you who were found were captured,    though they had fled far away.4   Therefore I said:  “Look away from me;    let me weep bitter tears;  do not labor to comfort me    concerning the destruction of the daughter of my people.” 5   For the Lord GOD of hosts has a day    of tumult and trampling and confusion    in the valley of vision,  a battering down of walls    and a shouting to the mountains.6   And Elam bore the quiver    with chariots and horsemen,    and Kir uncovered the shield.7   Your choicest valleys were full of chariots,    and the horsemen took their stand at the gates.8   He has taken away the covering of Judah. In that day you looked to the weapons of the House of the Forest, 9 and you saw that the breaches of the city of David were many. You collected the waters of the lower pool, 10 and you counted the houses of Jerusalem, and you broke down the houses to fortify the wall. 11 You made a reservoir between the two walls for the water of the old pool. But you did not look to him who did it, or see him who planned it long ago. 12   In that day the Lord GOD of hosts    called for weeping and mourning,    for baldness and wearing sackcloth;13   and behold, joy and gladness,    killing oxen and slaughtering sheep,    eating flesh and drinking wine.  “Let us eat and drink,    for tomorrow we die.”14   The LORD of hosts has revealed himself in my ears:  “Surely this iniquity will not be atoned for you until you die,”    says the Lord GOD of hosts. 15 Thus says the Lord GOD of hosts, “Come, go to this steward, to Shebna, who is over the household, and say to him: 16 What have you to do here, and whom have you here, that you have cut out here a tomb for yourself, you who cut out a tomb on the height and carve a dwelling for yourself in the rock? 17 Behold, the LORD will hurl you away violently, O you strong man. He will seize firm hold on you 18 and whirl you around and around, and throw you like a ball into a wide land. There you shall die, and there shall be your glorious chariots, you shame of your master's house. 19 I will thrust you from your office, and you will be pulled down from your station. 20 In that day I will call my servant Eliakim the son of Hilkiah, 21 and I will clothe him with your robe, and will bind your sash on him, and will commit your authority to his hand. And he shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and to the house of Judah. 22 And I will place on his shoulder the key of the house of David. He shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open. 23 And I will fasten him like a peg in a secure place, and he will become a throne of honor to his father's house. 24 And they will hang on him the whole honor of his father's house, the offspring and issue, every small vessel, from the cups to all the flagons. 25 In that day, declares the LORD of hosts, the peg that was fastened in a secure place will give way, and it will be cut down and fall, and the load that was on it will be cut off, for the LORD has spoken.” Footnotes [1] 18:1 Probably Nubia [2] 19:3 Or I will swallow up [3] 19:18 Dead Sea Scroll and some other manuscripts City of the Sun [4] 20:3 Probably Nubia [5] 21:5 Or they set the watchman [6] 21:8 Dead Sea Scroll, Syriac; Masoretic Text Then a lion cried out, or Then he cried out like a lion (ESV)

Morning: 2 Chronicles 23–25 2 Chronicles 23–25 (Listen) Joash Made King 23 But in the seventh year Jehoiada took courage and entered into a covenant with the commanders of hundreds, Azariah the son of Jeroham, Ishmael the son of Jehohanan, Azariah the son of Obed, Maaseiah the son of Adaiah, and Elishaphat the son of Zichri. 2 And they went about through Judah and gathered the Levites from all the cities of Judah, and the heads of fathers' houses of Israel, and they came to Jerusalem. 3 And all the assembly made a covenant with the king in the house of God. And Jehoiada1 said to them, “Behold, the king's son! Let him reign, as the LORD spoke concerning the sons of David. 4 This is the thing that you shall do: of you priests and Levites who come off duty on the Sabbath, one third shall be gatekeepers, 5 and one third shall be at the king's house and one third at the Gate of the Foundation. And all the people shall be in the courts of the house of the LORD. 6 Let no one enter the house of the LORD except the priests and ministering Levites. They may enter, for they are holy, but all the people shall keep the charge of the LORD. 7 The Levites shall surround the king, each with his weapons in his hand. And whoever enters the house shall be put to death. Be with the king when he comes in and when he goes out.” 8 The Levites and all Judah did according to all that Jehoiada the priest commanded, and they each brought his men, who were to go off duty on the Sabbath, with those who were to come on duty on the Sabbath, for Jehoiada the priest did not dismiss the divisions. 9 And Jehoiada the priest gave to the captains the spears and the large and small shields that had been King David's, which were in the house of God. 10 And he set all the people as a guard for the king, every man with his weapon in his hand, from the south side of the house to the north side of the house, around the altar and the house. 11 Then they brought out the king's son and put the crown on him and gave him the testimony. And they proclaimed him king, and Jehoiada and his sons anointed him, and they said, “Long live the king.” Athaliah Executed 12 When Athaliah heard the noise of the people running and praising the king, she went into the house of the LORD to the people. 13 And when she looked, there was the king standing by his pillar at the entrance, and the captains and the trumpeters beside the king, and all the people of the land rejoicing and blowing trumpets, and the singers with their musical instruments leading in the celebration. And Athaliah tore her clothes and cried, “Treason! Treason!” 14 Then Jehoiada the priest brought out the captains who were set over the army, saying to them, “Bring her out between the ranks, and anyone who follows her is to be put to death with the sword.” For the priest said, “Do not put her to death in the house of the LORD.” 15 So they laid hands on her,2 and she went into the entrance of the horse gate of the king's house, and they put her to death there. Jehoiada's Reforms 16 And Jehoiada made a covenant between himself and all the people and the king that they should be the LORD's people. 17 Then all the people went to the house of Baal and tore it down; his altars and his images they broke in pieces, and they killed Mattan the priest of Baal before the altars. 18 And Jehoiada posted watchmen for the house of the LORD under the direction of the Levitical priests and the Levites whom David had organized to be in charge of the house of the LORD, to offer burnt offerings to the LORD, as it is written in the Law of Moses, with rejoicing and with singing, according to the order of David. 19 He stationed the gatekeepers at the gates of the house of the LORD so that no one should enter who was in any way unclean. 20 And he took the captains, the nobles, the governors of the people, and all the people of the land, and they brought the king down from the house of the LORD, marching through the upper gate to the king's house. And they set the king on the royal throne. 21 So all the people of the land rejoiced, and the city was quiet after Athaliah had been put to death with the sword. Joash Repairs the Temple 24 Joash3 was seven years old when he began to reign, and he reigned forty years in Jerusalem. His mother's name was Zibiah of Beersheba. 2 And Joash did what was right in the eyes of the LORD all the days of Jehoiada the priest. 3 Jehoiada got for him two wives, and he had sons and daughters. 4 After this Joash decided to restore the house of the LORD. 5 And he gathered the priests and the Levites and said to them, “Go out to the cities of Judah and gather from all Israel money to repair the house of your God from year to year, and see that you act quickly.” But the Levites did not act quickly. 6 So the king summoned Jehoiada the chief and said to him, “Why have you not required the Levites to bring in from Judah and Jerusalem the tax levied by Moses, the servant of the LORD, and the congregation of Israel for the tent of testimony?” 7 For the sons of Athaliah, that wicked woman, had broken into the house of God, and had also used all the dedicated things of the house of the LORD for the Baals. 8 So the king commanded, and they made a chest and set it outside the gate of the house of the LORD. 9 And proclamation was made throughout Judah and Jerusalem to bring in for the LORD the tax that Moses the servant of God laid on Israel in the wilderness. 10 And all the princes and all the people rejoiced and brought their tax and dropped it into the chest until they had finished.4 11 And whenever the chest was brought to the king's officers by the Levites, when they saw that there was much money in it, the king's secretary and the officer of the chief priest would come and empty the chest and take it and return it to its place. Thus they did day after day, and collected money in abundance. 12 And the king and Jehoiada gave it to those who had charge of the work of the house of the LORD, and they hired masons and carpenters to restore the house of the LORD, and also workers in iron and bronze to repair the house of the LORD. 13 So those who were engaged in the work labored, and the repairing went forward in their hands, and they restored the house of God to its proper condition and strengthened it. 14 And when they had finished, they brought the rest of the money before the king and Jehoiada, and with it were made utensils for the house of the LORD, both for the service and for the burnt offerings, and dishes for incense and vessels of gold and silver. And they offered burnt offerings in the house of the LORD regularly all the days of Jehoiada. 15 But Jehoiada grew old and full of days, and died. He was 130 years old at his death. 16 And they buried him in the city of David among the kings, because he had done good in Israel, and toward God and his house. 17 Now after the death of Jehoiada the princes of Judah came and paid homage to the king. Then the king listened to them. 18 And they abandoned the house of the LORD, the God of their fathers, and served the Asherim and the idols. And wrath came upon Judah and Jerusalem for this guilt of theirs. 19 Yet he sent prophets among them to bring them back to the LORD. These testified against them, but they would not pay attention. Joash's Treachery 20 Then the Spirit of God clothed Zechariah the son of Jehoiada the priest, and he stood above the people, and said to them, “Thus says God, ‘Why do you break the commandments of the LORD, so that you cannot prosper? Because you have forsaken the LORD, he has forsaken you.'” 21 But they conspired against him, and by command of the king they stoned him with stones in the court of the house of the LORD. 22 Thus Joash the king did not remember the kindness that Jehoiada, Zechariah's father, had shown him, but killed his son. And when he was dying, he said, “May the LORD see and avenge!”5 Joash Assassinated 23 At the end of the year the army of the Syrians came up against Joash. They came to Judah and Jerusalem and destroyed all the princes of the people from among the people and sent all their spoil to the king of Damascus. 24 Though the army of the Syrians had come with few men, the LORD delivered into their hand a very great army, because Judah6 had forsaken the LORD, the God of their fathers. Thus they executed judgment on Joash. 25 When they had departed from him, leaving him severely wounded, his servants conspired against him because of the blood of the son7 of Jehoiada the priest, and killed him on his bed. So he died, and they buried him in the city of David, but they did not bury him in the tombs of the kings. 26 Those who conspired against him were Zabad the son of Shimeath the Ammonite, and Jehozabad the son of Shimrith the Moabite. 27 Accounts of his sons and of the many oracles against him and of the rebuilding8 of the house of God are written in the Story9 of the Book of the Kings. And Amaziah his son reigned in his place. Amaziah Reigns in Judah 25 Amaziah was twenty-five years old when he began to reign, and he reigned twenty-nine years in Jerusalem. His mother's name was Jehoaddan of Jerusalem. 2 And he did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, yet not with a whole heart. 3 And as soon as the royal power was firmly his, he killed his servants who had struck down the king his father. 4 But he did not put their children to death, according to what is written in the Law, in the Book of Moses, where the LORD commanded, “Fathers shall not die because of their children, nor children die because of their fathers, but each one shall die for his own sin.” Amaziah's Victories 5 Then Amaziah assembled the men of Judah and set them by fathers' houses under commanders of thousands and of hundreds for all Judah and Benjamin. He mustered those twenty years old and upward, and found that they were 300,000 choice men, fit for war, able to handle spear and shield. 6 He hired also 100,000 mighty men of valor from Israel for 100 talents10 of silver. 7 But a man of God came to him and said, “O king, do not let the army of Israel go with you, for the LORD is not with Israel, with all these Ephraimites. 8 But go, act, be strong for the battle. Why should you suppose that God will cast you down before the enemy? For God has power to help or to cast down.” 9 And Amaziah said to the man of God, “But what shall we do about the hundred talents that I have given to the army of Israel?” The man of God answered, “The LORD is able to give you much more than this.” 10 Then Amaziah discharged the army that had come to him from Ephraim to go home again. And they became very angry with Judah and returned home in fierce anger. 11 But Amaziah took courage and led out his people and went to the Valley of Salt and struck down 10,000 men of Seir. 12 The men of Judah captured another 10,000 alive and took them to the top of a rock and threw them down from the top of the rock, and they were all dashed to pieces. 13 But the men of the army whom Amaziah sent back, not letting them go with him to battle, raided the cities of Judah, from Samaria to Beth-horon, and struck down 3,000 people in them and took much spoil. Amaziah's Idolatry 14 After Amaziah came from striking down the Edomites, he brought the gods of the men of Seir and set them up as his gods and worshiped them, making offerings to them. 15 Therefore the LORD was angry with Amaziah and sent to him a prophet, who said to him, “Why have you sought the gods of a people who did not deliver their own people from your hand?” 16 But as he was speaking, the king said to him, “Have we made you a royal counselor? Stop! Why should you be struck down?” So the prophet stopped, but said, “I know that God has determined to destroy you, because you have done this and have not listened to my counsel.” Israel Defeats Amaziah 17 Then Amaziah king of Judah took counsel and sent to Joash the son of Jehoahaz, son of Jehu, king of Israel, saying, “Come, let us look one another in the face.” 18 And Joash the king of Israel sent word to Amaziah king of Judah, “A thistle on Lebanon sent to a cedar on Lebanon, saying, ‘Give your daughter to my son for a wife,' and a wild beast of Lebanon passed by and trampled down the thistle. 19 You say, ‘See, I11 have struck down Edom,' and your heart has lifted you up in boastfulness. But now stay at home. Why should you provoke trouble so that you fall, you and Judah with you?” 20 But Amaziah would not listen, for it was of God, in order that he might give them into the hand of their enemies, because they had sought the gods of Edom. 21 So Joash king of Israel went up, and he and Amaziah king of Judah faced one another in battle at Beth-shemesh, which belongs to Judah. 22 And Judah was defeated by Israel, and every man fled to his home. 23 And Joash king of Israel captured Amaziah king of Judah, the son of Joash, son of Ahaziah, at Beth-shemesh, and brought him to Jerusalem and broke down the wall of Jerusalem for 400 cubits,12 from the Ephraim Gate to the Corner Gate. 24 And he seized all the gold and silver, and all the vessels that were found in the house of God, in the care of Obed-edom. He seized also the treasuries of the king's house, also hostages, and he returned to Samaria. 25 Amaziah the son of Joash, king of Judah, lived fifteen years after the death of Joash the son of Jehoahaz, king of Israel. 26 Now the rest of the deeds of Amaziah, from first to last, are they not written in the Book of the Kings of Judah and Israel? 27 From the time when he turned away from the LORD they made a conspiracy against him in Jerusalem, and he fled to Lachish. But they sent after him to Lachish and put him to death there. 28 And they brought him upon horses, and he was buried with his fathers in the city of David.13 Footnotes [1] 23:3 Hebrew he [2] 23:15 Or they made a passage for her [3] 24:1 Spelled Jehoash in 2 Kings 12:1 [4] 24:10 Or until it was full [5] 24:22 Or and require it [6] 24:24 Hebrew they [7] 24:25 Septuagint, Vulgate; Hebrew sons [8] 24:27 Hebrew founding [9] 24:27 Or Exposition [10] 25:6 A talent was about 75 pounds or 34 kilograms [11] 25:19 Hebrew you [12] 25:23 A cubit was about 18 inches or 45 centimeters [13] 25:28 Hebrew of Judah (ESV) Evening: John 16:16–33 John 16:16–33 (Listen) Your Sorrow Will Turn into Joy 16 “A little while, and you will see me no longer; and again a little while, and you will see me.” 17 So some of his disciples said to one another, “What is this that he says to us, ‘A little while, and you will not see me, and again a little while, and you will see me'; and, ‘because I am going to the Father'?” 18 So they were saying, “What does he mean by ‘a little while'? We do not know what he is talking about.” 19 Jesus knew that they wanted to ask him, so he said to them, “Is this what you are asking yourselves, what I meant by saying, ‘A little while and you will not see me, and again a little while and you will see me'? 20 Truly, truly, I say to you, you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice. You will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will turn into joy. 21 When a woman is giving birth, she has sorrow because her hour has come, but when she has delivered the baby, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the world. 22 So also you have sorrow now, but I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you. 23 In that day you will ask nothing of me. Truly, truly, I say to you, whatever you ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. 24 Until now you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full. I Have Overcome the World 25 “I have said these things to you in figures of speech. The hour is coming when I will no longer speak to you in figures of speech but will tell you plainly about the Father. 26 In that day you will ask in my name, and I do not say to you that I will ask the Father on your behalf; 27 for the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me and have believed that I came from God.1 28 I came from the Father and have come into the world, and now I am leaving the world and going to the Father.” 29 His disciples said, “Ah, now you are speaking plainly and not using figurative speech! 30 Now we know that you know all things and do not need anyone to question you; this is why we believe that you came from God.” 31 Jesus answered them, “Do you now believe? 32 Behold, the hour is coming, indeed it has come, when you will be scattered, each to his own home, and will leave me alone. Yet I am not alone, for the Father is with me. 33 I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” Footnotes [1] 16:27 Some manuscripts from the Father (ESV)

Morning: 2 Chronicles 20–22 2 Chronicles 20–22 (Listen) Jehoshaphat's Prayer 20 After this the Moabites and Ammonites, and with them some of the Meunites,1 came against Jehoshaphat for battle. 2 Some men came and told Jehoshaphat, “A great multitude is coming against you from Edom,2 from beyond the sea; and, behold, they are in Hazazon-tamar” (that is, Engedi). 3 Then Jehoshaphat was afraid and set his face to seek the LORD, and proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah. 4 And Judah assembled to seek help from the LORD; from all the cities of Judah they came to seek the LORD. 5 And Jehoshaphat stood in the assembly of Judah and Jerusalem, in the house of the LORD, before the new court, 6 and said, “O LORD, God of our fathers, are you not God in heaven? You rule over all the kingdoms of the nations. In your hand are power and might, so that none is able to withstand you. 7 Did you not, our God, drive out the inhabitants of this land before your people Israel, and give it forever to the descendants of Abraham your friend? 8 And they have lived in it and have built for you in it a sanctuary for your name, saying, 9 ‘If disaster comes upon us, the sword, judgment,3 or pestilence, or famine, we will stand before this house and before you—for your name is in this house—and cry out to you in our affliction, and you will hear and save.' 10 And now behold, the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir, whom you would not let Israel invade when they came from the land of Egypt, and whom they avoided and did not destroy—11 behold, they reward us by coming to drive us out of your possession, which you have given us to inherit. 12 O our God, will you not execute judgment on them? For we are powerless against this great horde that is coming against us. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you.” 13 Meanwhile all Judah stood before the LORD, with their little ones, their wives, and their children. 14 And the Spirit of the LORD came4 upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah, son of Benaiah, son of Jeiel, son of Mattaniah, a Levite of the sons of Asaph, in the midst of the assembly. 15 And he said, “Listen, all Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem and King Jehoshaphat: Thus says the LORD to you, ‘Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed at this great horde, for the battle is not yours but God's. 16 Tomorrow go down against them. Behold, they will come up by the ascent of Ziz. You will find them at the end of the valley, east of the wilderness of Jeruel. 17 You will not need to fight in this battle. Stand firm, hold your position, and see the salvation of the LORD on your behalf, O Judah and Jerusalem.' Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed. Tomorrow go out against them, and the LORD will be with you.” 18 Then Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground, and all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem fell down before the LORD, worshiping the LORD. 19 And the Levites, of the Kohathites and the Korahites, stood up to praise the LORD, the God of Israel, with a very loud voice. 20 And they rose early in the morning and went out into the wilderness of Tekoa. And when they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Hear me, Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem! Believe in the LORD your God, and you will be established; believe his prophets, and you will succeed.” 21 And when he had taken counsel with the people, he appointed those who were to sing to the LORD and praise him in holy attire, as they went before the army, and say,   “Give thanks to the LORD,    for his steadfast love endures forever.” 22 And when they began to sing and praise, the LORD set an ambush against the men of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah, so that they were routed. 23 For the men of Ammon and Moab rose against the inhabitants of Mount Seir, devoting them to destruction, and when they had made an end of the inhabitants of Seir, they all helped to destroy one another. The Lord Delivers Judah 24 When Judah came to the watchtower of the wilderness, they looked toward the horde, and behold, there5 were dead bodies lying on the ground; none had escaped. 25 When Jehoshaphat and his people came to take their spoil, they found among them, in great numbers, goods, clothing, and precious things, which they took for themselves until they could carry no more. They were three days in taking the spoil, it was so much. 26 On the fourth day they assembled in the Valley of Beracah,6 for there they blessed the LORD. Therefore the name of that place has been called the Valley of Beracah to this day. 27 Then they returned, every man of Judah and Jerusalem, and Jehoshaphat at their head, returning to Jerusalem with joy, for the LORD had made them rejoice over their enemies. 28 They came to Jerusalem with harps and lyres and trumpets, to the house of the LORD. 29 And the fear of God came on all the kingdoms of the countries when they heard that the LORD had fought against the enemies of Israel. 30 So the realm of Jehoshaphat was quiet, for his God gave him rest all around. 31 Thus Jehoshaphat reigned over Judah. He was thirty-five years old when he began to reign, and he reigned twenty-five years in Jerusalem. His mother's name was Azubah the daughter of Shilhi. 32 He walked in the way of Asa his father and did not turn aside from it, doing what was right in the sight of the LORD. 33 The high places, however, were not taken away; the people had not yet set their hearts upon the God of their fathers. 34 Now the rest of the acts of Jehoshaphat, from first to last, are written in the chronicles of Jehu the son of Hanani, which are recorded in the Book of the Kings of Israel. The End of Jehoshaphat's Reign 35 After this Jehoshaphat king of Judah joined with Ahaziah king of Israel, who acted wickedly. 36 He joined him in building ships to go to Tarshish, and they built the ships in Ezion-geber. 37 Then Eliezer the son of Dodavahu of Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying, “Because you have joined with Ahaziah, the LORD will destroy what you have made.” And the ships were wrecked and were not able to go to Tarshish. Jehoram Reigns in Judah 21 Jehoshaphat slept with his fathers and was buried with his fathers in the city of David, and Jehoram his son reigned in his place. 2 He had brothers, the sons of Jehoshaphat: Azariah, Jehiel, Zechariah, Azariah, Michael, and Shephatiah; all these were the sons of Jehoshaphat king of Israel.7 3 Their father gave them great gifts of silver, gold, and valuable possessions, together with fortified cities in Judah, but he gave the kingdom to Jehoram, because he was the firstborn. 4 When Jehoram had ascended the throne of his father and was established, he killed all his brothers with the sword, and also some of the princes of Israel. 5 Jehoram was thirty-two years old when he became king, and he reigned eight years in Jerusalem. 6 And he walked in the way of the kings of Israel, as the house of Ahab had done, for the daughter of Ahab was his wife. And he did what was evil in the sight of the LORD. 7 Yet the LORD was not willing to destroy the house of David, because of the covenant that he had made with David, and since he had promised to give a lamp to him and to his sons forever. 8 In his days Edom revolted from the rule of Judah and set up a king of their own. 9 Then Jehoram passed over with his commanders and all his chariots, and he rose by night and struck the Edomites who had surrounded him and his chariot commanders. 10 So Edom revolted from the rule of Judah to this day. At that time Libnah also revolted from his rule, because he had forsaken the LORD, the God of his fathers. 11 Moreover, he made high places in the hill country of Judah and led the inhabitants of Jerusalem into whoredom and made Judah go astray. 12 And a letter came to him from Elijah the prophet, saying, “Thus says the LORD, the God of David your father, ‘Because you have not walked in the ways of Jehoshaphat your father, or in the ways of Asa king of Judah, 13 but have walked in the way of the kings of Israel and have enticed Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem into whoredom, as the house of Ahab led Israel into whoredom, and also you have killed your brothers, of your father's house, who were better than you, 14 behold, the LORD will bring a great plague on your people, your children, your wives, and all your possessions, 15 and you yourself will have a severe sickness with a disease of your bowels, until your bowels come out because of the disease, day by day.'” 16 And the LORD stirred up against Jehoram the anger8 of the Philistines and of the Arabians who are near the Ethiopians. 17 And they came up against Judah and invaded it and carried away all the possessions they found that belonged to the king's house, and also his sons and his wives, so that no son was left to him except Jehoahaz, his youngest son. 18 And after all this the LORD struck him in his bowels with an incurable disease. 19 In the course of time, at the end of two years, his bowels came out because of the disease, and he died in great agony. His people made no fire in his honor, like the fires made for his fathers. 20 He was thirty-two years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eight years in Jerusalem. And he departed with no one's regret. They buried him in the city of David, but not in the tombs of the kings. Ahaziah Reigns in Judah 22 And the inhabitants of Jerusalem made Ahaziah, his youngest son, king in his place, for the band of men that came with the Arabians to the camp had killed all the older sons. So Ahaziah the son of Jehoram king of Judah reigned. 2 Ahaziah was twenty-two9 years old when he began to reign, and he reigned one year in Jerusalem. His mother's name was Athaliah, the granddaughter of Omri. 3 He also walked in the ways of the house of Ahab, for his mother was his counselor in doing wickedly. 4 He did what was evil in the sight of the LORD, as the house of Ahab had done. For after the death of his father they were his counselors, to his undoing. 5 He even followed their counsel and went with Jehoram the son of Ahab king of Israel to make war against Hazael king of Syria at Ramoth-gilead. And the Syrians wounded Joram, 6 and he returned to be healed in Jezreel of the wounds that he had received at Ramah, when he fought against Hazael king of Syria. And Ahaziah the son of Jehoram king of Judah went down to see Joram the son of Ahab in Jezreel, because he was wounded. 7 But it was ordained by10 God that the downfall of Ahaziah should come about through his going to visit Joram. For when he came there, he went out with Jehoram to meet Jehu the son of Nimshi, whom the LORD had anointed to destroy the house of Ahab. 8 And when Jehu was executing judgment on the house of Ahab, he met the princes of Judah and the sons of Ahaziah's brothers, who attended Ahaziah, and he killed them. 9 He searched for Ahaziah, and he was captured while hiding in Samaria, and he was brought to Jehu and put to death. They buried him, for they said, “He is the grandson of Jehoshaphat, who sought the LORD with all his heart.” And the house of Ahaziah had no one able to rule the kingdom. Athaliah Reigns in Judah 10 Now when Athaliah the mother of Ahaziah saw that her son was dead, she arose and destroyed all the royal family of the house of Judah. 11 But Jehoshabeath,11 the daughter of the king, took Joash the son of Ahaziah and stole him away from among the king's sons who were about to be put to death, and she put him and his nurse in a bedroom. Thus Jehoshabeath, the daughter of King Jehoram and wife of Jehoiada the priest, because she was a sister of Ahaziah, hid him12 from Athaliah, so that she did not put him to death. 12 And he remained with them six years, hidden in the house of God, while Athaliah reigned over the land. But if I go, I will send him to you. 8 And when he comes, he will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment: 9 concerning sin, because they do not believe in me; 10 concerning righteousness, because I go to the Father, and you will see me no longer; 11 concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged. 12 “I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. 13 When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. 14 He will glorify me, for he will take what is mine and declare it to you. 15 All that the Father has is mine; therefore I said that he will take what is mine and declare it to you. Believe His Prophets

And when Balaam saw that it pleased the Lord to bless Israel, he went not, as at other times, to seek for enchantments, but he set his face toward the wilderness.2 And Balaam lifted up his eyes, and he saw Israel abiding in his tents according to their tribes; and the spirit of God came upon him.3 And he took up his parable, and said, Balaam the son of Beor hath said, and the man whose eyes are open hath said:4 He hath said, which heard the words of God, which saw the vision of the Almighty, falling into a trance, but having his eyes open:5 How goodly are thy tents, O Jacob, and thy tabernacles, O Israel!6 As the valleys are they spread forth, as gardens by the river's side, as the trees of lign aloes which the Lord hath planted, and as cedar trees beside the waters.7 He shall pour the water out of his buckets, and his seed shall be in many waters, and his king shall be higher than Agag, and his kingdom shall be exalted.8 God brought him forth out of Egypt; he hath as it were the strength of an unicorn: he shall eat up the nations his enemies, and shall break their bones, and pierce them through with his arrows.9 He couched, he lay down as a lion, and as a great lion: who shall stir him up? Blessed is he that blesseth thee, and cursed is he that curseth thee.10 And Balak's anger was kindled against Balaam, and he smote his hands together: and Balak said unto Balaam, I called thee to curse mine enemies, and, behold, thou hast altogether blessed them these three times.11 Therefore now flee thou to thy place: I thought to promote thee unto great honour; but, lo, the Lord hath kept thee back from honour.12 And Balaam said unto Balak, Spake I not also to thy messengers which thou sentest unto me, saying,13 If Balak would give me his house full of silver and gold, I cannot go beyond the commandment of the Lord, to do either good or bad of mine own mind; but what the Lord saith, that will I speak?14 And now, behold, I go unto my people: come therefore, and I will advertise thee what this people shall do to thy people in the latter days.15 And he took up his parable, and said, Balaam the son of Beor hath said, and the man whose eyes are open hath said:16 He hath said, which heard the words of God, and knew the knowledge of the most High, which saw the vision of the Almighty, falling into a trance, but having his eyes open:17 I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth.18 And Edom shall be a possession, Seir also shall be a possession for his enemies; and Israel shall do valiantly.19 Out of Jacob shall come he that shall have dominion, and shall destroy him that remaineth of the city.20 And when he looked on Amalek, he took up his parable, and said, Amalek was the first of the nations; but his latter end shall be that he perish for ever.21 And he looked on the Kenites, and took up his parable, and said, Strong is thy dwellingplace, and thou puttest thy nest in a rock.22 Nevertheless the Kenite shall be wasted, until Asshur shall carry thee away captive.23 And he took up his parable, and said, Alas, who shall live when God doeth this!24 And ships shall come from the coast of Chittim, and shall afflict Asshur, and shall afflict Eber, and he also shall perish for ever.25 And Balaam rose up, and went and returned to his place: and Balak also went his way.

Bible Study with Jairus -Deuteronomy 2     Deuteronomy 2 reminds us that a nation's destiny is in the hands of God. A country's boundaries are set by God for one purpose: so that people would seek him. Acts 17:26-28 says, “And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place, that they should seek God, and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him. Yet he is actually not far from each one of us, for ‘In him we live and move and have our being'; as even some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are indeed his offspring.'”[1] God determines the boundaries of each nation so that people would seek him and find him. But if they refuse to seek God and instead worship idols, they will be judged and even destroyed.   Deuteronomy 2 records the process by which God determined the boundaries of the nations. He not only gave land to Israel (verses 1-3), but also to Esau, Moab, and Ammon (verses 4-22). He records that the Caphtorites, a Philistine people group, destroyed the Avvim of Gaza and settled in their place (verse 23, see also Amos 9:7).   In Jeremiah, God said that He would destroy the Philistines who came from Caphtor (Jeremiah 47:4). Later, God did severely deal with them. Samson, David, and others brought vengeance on the Philistines, leading to their eventual extinction. It was God's plan for the Philistines to come out of Caphtor.   On the one hand, God used the Philistines to discipline the Israelites when they turned away from Him. On the other hand, He used the Israelites to punish and discipline them. This principle also applies to Edom, Moab, and the Ammonites. Just like God sovereignly ruled these five ethnic groups, He controls the boundaries and futures of all nations. We must obey God. We must not do evil or worship idols so that we can receive His blessing. Otherwise, we will be judged by Him.   The Amorites are the evil spirits' strongholds   In Genesis 15, God told Abraham that his descendants would be enslaved in Egypt for 400 years because the sin of the Amorites had not yet reached its full measure. The Amorites were an idolatrous nation that lived in Canaan. God gave them 400 years to repent, but they did not do so. So, after 400 years, God's wrath and judgment fell on the Canaanites, represented by the Amorites. God told Moses that he must destroy the Canaanites (Deuteronomy 9:3-4). And later, when Saul became king, God told him to completely destroy the Amalekites (1 Samuel 15:18). When he refused to do so, God handed his kingdom over to David. By this time, God was totally committed to destroying the Canaanites. But earlier, God gave them multiple chances to repent.   Years earlier, God was angry with the Israelites because they refused to go into the promised land. The Israelites were afraid of giants and refused to conquer the Canaanites. God, in His wrath, forced the Israelites to wander in the wilderness for forty years. If you look at the situation from a different angle, you can see that God was giving the Canaanites another 40 years to repent.   The Canaanites heard about the miracles that God performed for the Israelites during their journey to the Promised Land. For example, in Joshua 6, Rahab said that she had heard how God dried up the Red Sea and killed the two kings of the Amorites, Sihon and Og, east of the Jordan River. These stories of God's power made the Canaanites tremble, so she asked the spies to save her and her family. Unfortunately, only Rahab's family repented and was saved. Many other Canaanites still did not repent, so they were eventually destroyed.   The Canaanites had become strongholds of evil, so God had to destroy them. Ironically, Edom, Moab, and the Ammonites were all relatives of Abraham. Edom was the descendant of Abraham's grandson Esau. The Moabites and the Ammonites were the descendants of Abraham's nephew Lot.   These people groups remind us of our sinful flesh. Just like the strongholds of evil spirits must be broken down, our flesh must be cut off. As the Israelites grew stronger as a nation, they conquered the other nations little by little. In the same way, as we grow spiritually, we will gradually experience God's victory over our flesh.   Who are the Avvim?   The Avvim are mentioned in the Bible only twice. Deuteronomy 2:23 says, "As for the Avvim, who lived in villages as far as Gaza, the Caphtorim, who came from Caphtor, destroyed them and settled in their place." And Joshua 13:3-4 says, "From the Shihor, which is east of Egypt, northward to the boundary of Ekron, it is counted as Canaanite; there are five rulers of the Philistines, those of Gaza, Ashdod, Ashkelon, Gath, and Ekron, and those of the Avvim, in the south, all the land of the Canaanites, and Mearah that belongs to the Sidonians, to Aphek, to the boundary of the Amorites.” The verses show that although this place is called the land of the Avvim, the Philistines already lived here.   Although we don't know specific reasons that the Avvim were destroyed, we know that God cares about every person. Not a sparrow falls to the ground apart from his will. (Matthew 10:29). In addition, Amos 9:7 says, “ ‘Are you not like the Cushites to me, O people of Israel?' declares the Lord. ‘Did I not bring up Israel from the land of Egypt, and the Philistines from Caphtor and the Syrians from Kir?'” The Lord brought the Philistines out of Caphtor, and then the Philistines destroyed the Avvim. This event must have been permitted in God's sovereignty. We can conclude that the Avvim were also a race that God wanted to destroy. According to Joshua 13:3, the land of the Avvim was counted as the land of the Canaanites, so it can be inferred that the Avvim were also Canaanites. Their sins may have been the same as the sins of the other Canaanites.   Why did God lead the Philistines out of Caphtor to destroy the Avvim? Perhaps it was to help the Israelites carry out His plan of destroying the Canaanites. In addition, God may have orchestrated these events so that the Philistines could become a tool in God's hands to discipline the Israelites in the future. After the death of Joshua, as the Israelites continued in idolatry, the Lord no longer drove the remaining Canaanites out of the land. He allowed them to stay so that he could test the Israelites to see whether they would follow His ways as their ancestors did (Judges 2:21-22). The Canaanites and Philistines became tools in God's hands to test Israel.   Why did God destroy the Philistines?   The Bible gives us additional information about the history of the Philistines. Jeremiah 47:4 says, "For the Lord is destroying the Philistines, the remnant of the coastland of Caphtor.” Genesis 10:14 says, "Pathrusim, Casluhim (from whom the Philistines came), and Caphtorim." These people groups were all descendants of Ham. The Philistines came from the Casluhim people. In addition, Amos 9:7 says that God led the Philistines out of Caphtor. We can infer that Caphtor is the place where the Philistines lived, though no one knows where Caphtor was located. Some people think it was on the island of Kittim in the Old Testament (Genesis 10:4, Isaiah 23:1), called Cyprus in the New Testament (Acts 4:36, 27:4). But we have no way of verifying this information.   Since God wanted to destroy the Philistines, why did He lead them out of Caphtor and help them destroy the Avvim? In this chapter, the Israelites acquired the land of Canaan, Esau acquired Seir and destroyed the Horites (verse 12), the Moabites destroyed the Emim (verse 11), and the Ammonites destroyed the Zamzummim (verse 20). Each of these people groups received God's help in their conquests. But the Bible never specifically says that the Lord helped the Philistines exterminate the Avvim. Maybe this event was permitted by God but was not God's direct will. Perhaps God was displeased with the Philistines because of their sins. This is why God says in Jeremiah 47:4 that he will destroy the Philistines. The Philistines would not escape punishment; it just wasn't time yet. The sin of the Philistines has not yet reached its full measure. On the one hand, God used the Philistines to discipline and test the Israelites. On the other hand, when the time came, God would use Israel to punish the Philistines.   How do we view the conflict of nations today?   Perhaps you are wondering, “How should Christians view the conflicts between nations today? How do we discern God's will in the current conflicts between nations? Is it God's will for Russia and Ukraine to fight each other?”   I believe that we often cannot see the forest for the trees. Right now, we are too close to the situation to see it clearly. Instead, let's look back in history to help us understand God's will. During the American Revolutionary War, Americans disagreed about separating from Great Britain. One-third of Americans supported staying with Great Britain, while one-third advocated for independence. The rest of the Americans were undecided.   When John Peter Gabriel Muhlenberg, a pastor in an Anglican church in Virginia, saw that many people in society were opposed to the Revolution, he joined the army. Wearing a pastor's robe, he entered the meeting and began to preach. He quoted Ecclesiastes 3:1-8: "For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to seek, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; a time to tear, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace.”   “There is a time for all things,” Muhlenberg said. “There is a time to preach and a time to fight. And now is the time to fight.” Then he took off his pastor's robe, revealing a military uniform underneath. Later, he recruited hundreds of people to form the 8th Virginia Regiment, which made great contributions to the American Revolutionary War. This story became a legend in the American Revolutionary War. The story of him joining the army was painted on canvas and preserved in museums in the United States.   Later, many Americans agreed that their independence was God's will and would bring many blessings to the world. Since the founding of the United States, the United States has given the most foreign aid to other countries and has become the “biggest exporter” of the gospel in the world. America has indeed become a city on a hill, preaching Jesus Christ as the gospel to the world. But at the time when the United States and Great Britain were in conflict, many people felt confused about the war. But the conflict and America's eventual independence from Great Britain have brought great blessings to the world. Later, it became easier to see what God was doing to bring blessing through this war.   In the battle between Russia and Ukraine, we don't yet know what God is doing. Of course, war is cruel and invasion is wrong, but what is the big picture? The big picture is that God will bring a great revival. War makes us feel vulnerable. It encourages people to seek God. Throughout the ages, there have often been great revivals after wars.   Perhaps God has a bigger purpose that he hopes to accomplish through this tragic war. As I prayed about this, I was reminded of Abraham fighting the kings and saving Lot. The king of Sodom and the other five kings betrayed Chedorlaomer. Then Chedorlaomer and his allies (the 4 kings) fought against them (the 5 kings), leading to their defeat. Lot and his family, who lived in Sodom, were taken captive. When Abraham heard the news, he took his servants to defeat Chedorlaomer and his allies, thus rescuing Lot. Later, the king of Sodom came to meet Abraham and offered to give him gifts. But Abraham refused. Then Melchizedek brought bread and wine. He blessed Abraham and said, "Blessed be Abram by God Most High, Possessor of heaven and earth; and blessed be God Most High, who has delivered your enemies into your hand!" Melchizedek was a priest of God Most High. Abraham gave him a tenth of everything (Genesis 14:19-20).   From this passage, we can learn an important lesson. Wars can be used by the enemy to take God's chosen people captive, just like Lot was kidnapped in this passage. But as the saying goes, “The mantis stalks the cicada, unaware of the oriole behind him.” God prepared Abraham to save Lot. He also prepared Melchizedek to supply and bless Abraham with bread and wine.   The same can be true of national conflicts today. The enemy hopes to take God's chosen people captive through war. But God will raise up His servants to fight and release His chosen people. Today, I saw Kim Clement's prophetic words released on July 26, 2014. He said that Putin was used by the enemy to attack, take captive or even destroy God's chosen people. However, the prophecy mentioned that God would prevail to release His chosen people. Although Kim Clement has since passed away, perhaps there is something we can learn from this prophecy. The enemy may plan to take God's chosen people captive. But God has a greater purpose. He will save His chosen people—who, like Lot, have been taken captive by the world.   God hardens the hearts of King Sihon and King Og   Deuteronomy 2:24-36 records that God hardened the hearts of King Sihon and King Og so that they could be destroyed by the Israelites. The prophecy by Kim Clement also mentioned that God hardened Putin's heart like he hardened Pharoah's heart. This is not good news. But why did God harden Pharaoh's heart? It was because Pharaoh repeatedly refused to repent. When we repeatedly refuse to repent, God's judgment will come upon us.   If God hardened Putin's heart like he hardened Pharaoh's heart and the hearts of Og and Sihon, then we should expect to see salvation for God's chosen people. When God hardened Pharoah's heart, the Israelites crossed the Red Sea and were saved. When he hardened Og's heart and Sihon's heart, he brought his people into the promised land. On the one hand, judgment will come upon Putin. On the other hand, salvation will come to many oppressed people. May the oppressed people and God's chosen people be freed from captivity.   We must love and seek God   As we've mentioned, God sets boundaries so that we would seek him and find him. God allows wars so that people feel helpless enough to seek him. When people are satisfied with the status quo, they tend not to seek God so urgently. But in times of war, it becomes easier for them to seek God. Many great revivals throughout the ages have begun after wars, so we hope that a great revival will come soon.   We must learn from the experiences of the Israelites, Edomites, Moabites, Ammonites, Avvim, and Philistines. When we worship idols and love the world, we are bound to be disciplined by God. Instead, as God's creation, we must seek Him. If we seek God, we will surely find Him. When we find him, we must love the God who orchestrates all events in history to draw us closer to his heart.   [1] All Scripture quotations are taken from the English Standard Version unless otherwise noted.

(ESV) Pentateuch and History: Deuteronomy 2 Deuteronomy 2 (Listen) The Wilderness Years 2 “Then we turned and journeyed into the wilderness in the direction of the Red Sea, as the LORD told me. And for many days we traveled around Mount Seir. 2 Then the LORD said to me, 3 ‘You have been traveling around this mountain country long enough. Turn northward 4 and command the people, “You are about to pass through the territory of your brothers, the people of Esau, who live in Seir; and they will be afraid of you. So be very careful. 5 Do not contend with them, for I will not give you any of their land, no, not so much as for the sole of the foot to tread on, because I have given Mount Seir to Esau as a possession. 6 You shall purchase food from them with money, that you may eat, and you shall also buy water from them with money, that you may drink. 7 For the LORD your God has blessed you in all the work of your hands. He knows your going through this great wilderness. These forty years the LORD your God has been with you. You have lacked nothing.”' 8 So we went on, away from our brothers, the people of Esau, who live in Seir, away from the Arabah road from Elath and Ezion-geber. “And we turned and went in the direction of the wilderness of Moab. 9 And the LORD said to me, ‘Do not harass Moab or contend with them in battle, for I will not give you any of their land for a possession, because I have given Ar to the people of Lot for a possession.' 10 (The Emim formerly lived there, a people great and many, and tall as the Anakim. 11 Like the Anakim they are also counted as Rephaim, but the Moabites call them Emim. 12 The Horites also lived in Seir formerly, but the people of Esau dispossessed them and destroyed them from before them and settled in their place, as Israel did to the land of their possession, which the LORD gave to them.) 13 ‘Now rise up and go over the brook Zered.' So we went over the brook Zered. 14 And the time from our leaving Kadesh-barnea until we crossed the brook Zered was thirty-eight years, until the entire generation, that is, the men of war, had perished from the camp, as the LORD had sworn to them. 15 For indeed the hand of the LORD was against them, to destroy them from the camp, until they had perished. 16 “So as soon as all the men of war had perished and were dead from among the people, 17 the LORD said to me, 18 ‘Today you are to cross the border of Moab at Ar. 19 And when you approach the territory of the people of Ammon, do not harass them or contend with them, for I will not give you any of the land of the people of Ammon as a possession, because I have given it to the sons of Lot for a possession.' 20 (It is also counted as a land of Rephaim. Rephaim formerly lived there—but the Ammonites call them Zamzummim—21 a people great and many, and tall as the Anakim; but the LORD destroyed them before the Ammonites,1 and they dispossessed them and settled in their place, 22 as he did for the people of Esau, who live in Seir, when he destroyed the Horites before them and they dispossessed them and settled in their place even to this day. 23 As for the Avvim, who lived in villages as far as Gaza, the Caphtorim, who came from Caphtor, destroyed them and settled in their place.) 24 ‘Rise up, set out on your journey and go over the Valley of the Arnon. Behold, I have given into your hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land. Begin to take possession, and contend with him in battle. 25 This day I will begin to put the dread and fear of you on the peoples who are under the whole heaven, who shall hear the report of you and shall tremble and be in anguish because of you.' The Defeat of King Sihon 26 “So I sent messengers from the wilderness of Kedemoth to Sihon the king of Heshbon, with words of peace, saying, 27 ‘Let me pass through your land. I will go only by the road; I will turn aside neither to the right nor to the left. 28 You shall sell me food for money, that I may eat, and give me water for money, that I may drink. Only let me pass through on foot, 29 as the sons of Esau who live in Seir and the Moabites who live in Ar did for me, until I go over the Jordan into the land that the LORD our God is giving to us.' 30 But Sihon the king of Heshbon would not let us pass by him, for the LORD your God hardened his spirit and made his heart obstinate, that he might give him into your hand, as he is this day. 31 And the LORD said to me, ‘Behold, I have begun to give Sihon and his land over to you. Begin to take possession, that you may occupy his land.' 32 Then Sihon came out against us, he and all his people, to battle at Jahaz. 33 And the LORD our God gave him over to us, and we defeated him and his sons and all his people. 34 And we captured all his cities at that time and devoted to destruction2 every city, men, women, and children. We left no survivors. 35 Only the livestock we took as spoil for ourselves, with the plunder of the cities that we captured. 36 From Aroer, which is on the edge of the Valley of the Arnon, and from the city that is in the valley, as far as Gilead, there was not a city too high for us. The LORD our God gave all into our hands. 37 Only to the land of the sons of Ammon you did not draw near, that is, to all the banks of the river Jabbok and the cities of the hill country, whatever the LORD our God had forbidden us. Leaders Appointed 9 “At that time I said to you, ‘I am not able to bear you by myself. 10 The LORD your God has multiplied you, and behold, you are today as numerous as the stars of heaven. 11 May the LORD, the God of your fathers, make you a thousand times as many as you are and bless you, as he has promised you! 12 How can I bear by myself the weight and burden of you and your strife? 13 Choose for your tribes wise, understanding, and experienced men, and I will appoint them as your heads.' 14 And you answered me, ‘The thing that you have spoken is good for us to do.' 15 So I took the heads of your tribes, wise and experienced men, and set them as heads over you, commanders of thousands, commanders of hundreds, commanders of fifties, commanders of tens, and officers, throughout your tribes. 16 And I charged your judges at that time, ‘Hear the cases between your brothers, and judge righteously between a man and his brother or the alien who is with him. 17 You shall not be partial in judgment. You shall hear the small and the great alike. You shall not be intimidated by anyone, for the judgment is God's. And the case that is too hard for you, you shall bring to me, and I will hear it.' 18 And I commanded you at that time all the things that you should do. Israel's Refusal to Enter the Land 19 “Then we set out from Horeb and went through all that great and terrifying wilderness that you saw, on the way to the hill country of the Amorites, as the LORD our God commanded us. And we came to Kadesh-barnea. 20 And I said to you, ‘You have come to the hill country of the Amorites, which the LORD our God is giving us. 21 See, the LORD your God has set the land before you. Go up, take possession, as the LORD, the God of your fathers, has told you. Do not fear or be dismayed.' 22 Then all of you came near me and said, ‘Let us send men before us, that they may explore the land for us and bring us word again of the way by which we must go up and the cities into which we shall come.' 23 The thing seemed good to me, and I took twelve men from you, one man from each tribe. 24 And they turned and went up into the hill country, and came to the Valley of Eshcol and spied it out. 25 And they took in their hands some of the fruit of the land and brought it down to us, and brought us word again and said, ‘It is a good land that the LORD our God is giving us.' 26 “Yet you would not go up, but rebelled against the command of the LORD your God. 27 And you murmured in your tents and said, ‘Because the LORD hated us he has brought us out of the land of Egypt, to give us into the hand of the Amorites, to destroy us. 28 Where are we going up? Our brothers have made our hearts melt, saying, “The people are greater and taller than we. The cities are great and fortified up to heaven. And besides, we have seen the sons of the Anakim there.”' 29 Then I said to you, ‘Do not be in dread or afraid of them. 30 The LORD your God who goes before you will himself fight for you, just as he did for you in Egypt before your eyes, 31 and in the wilderness, where you have seen how the LORD your God carried you, as a man carries his son, all the way that you went until you came to this place.' 32 Yet in spite of this word you did not believe the LORD your God, 33 who went before you in the way to seek you out a place to pitch your tents, in fire by night and in the cloud by day, to show you by what way you should go. The Penalty for Israel's Rebellion 34 “And the LORD heard your words and was angered, and he swore, 35 ‘Not one of these men of this evil generation shall see the good land that I swore to give to your fathers, 36 except Caleb the son of Jephunneh. He shall see it, and to him and to his children I will give the land on which he has trodden, because he has wholly followed the LORD!' 37 Even with me the LORD was angry on your account and said, ‘You also shall not go in there. 38 Joshua the son of Nun, who stands before you, he shall enter. Encourage him, for he shall cause Israel to inherit it. 39 And as for your little ones, who you said would become a prey, and your children, who today have no knowledge of good or evil, they shall go in there. And to them I will give it, and they shall possess it. 40 But as for you, turn, and journey into the wilderness in the direction of the Red Sea.' 41 “Then you answered me, ‘We have sinned against the LORD. We ourselves will go up and fight, just as the LORD our God commanded us.' And every one of you fastened on his weapons of war and thought it easy to go up into the hill country. 42 And the LORD said to me, ‘Say to them, Do not go up or fight, for I am not in your midst, lest you be defeated before your enemies.' 43 So I spoke to you, and you would not listen; but you rebelled against the command of the LORD and presumptuously went up into the hill country. 44 Then the Amorites who lived in that hill country came out against you and chased you as bees do and beat you down in Seir as far as Hormah. 45 And you returned and wept before the LORD, but the LORD did not listen to your voice or give ear to you. 46 So you remained at Kadesh many days, the days that you remained there. (ESV) Chronicles and Prophets: Jonah 1 Jonah 1 (Listen) Jonah Flees the Presence of the Lord 1 Now the word of the LORD came to Jonah the son of Amittai, saying, 2 “Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and call out against it, for their evil1 has come up before me.” 3 But Jonah rose to flee to Tarshish from the presence of the LORD. He went down to Joppa and found a ship going to Tarshish. So he paid the fare and went down into it, to go with them to Tarshish, away from the presence of the LORD. 4 But the LORD hurled a great wind upon the sea, and there was a mighty tempest on the sea, so that the ship threatened to break up. 5 Then the mariners were afraid, and each cried out to his god. And they hurled the cargo that was in the ship into the sea to lighten it for them. But Jonah had gone down into the inner part of the ship and had lain down and was fast asleep. 6 So the captain came and said to him, “What do you mean, you sleeper? Arise, call out to your god! Perhaps the god will give a thought to us, that we may not perish.” Jonah Is Thrown into the Sea 7 And they said to one another, “Come, let us cast lots, that we may know on whose account this evil has come upon us.” So they cast lots, and the lot fell on Jonah. 8 Then they said to him, “Tell us on whose account this evil has come upon us. What is your occupation? And where do you come from? What is your country? And of what people are you?” 9 And he said to them, “I am a Hebrew, and I fear the LORD, the God of heaven, who made the sea and the dry land.” 10 Then the men were exceedingly afraid and said to him, “What is this that you have done!” For the men knew that he was fleeing from the presence of the LORD, because he had told them. 11 Then they said to him, “What shall we do to you, that the sea may quiet down for us?” For the sea grew more and more tempestuous. 12 He said to them, “Pick me up and hurl me into the sea; then the sea will quiet down for you, for I know it is because of me that this great tempest has come upon you.” 13 Nevertheless, the men rowed hard2 to get back to dry land, but they could not, for the sea grew more and more tempestuous against them. 14 Therefore they called out to the LORD, “O LORD, let us not perish for this man's life, and lay not on us innocent blood, for you, O LORD, have done as it pleased you.” 15 So they picked up Jonah and hurled him into the sea, and the sea ceased from its raging. 16 Then the men feared the LORD exceedingly, and they offered a sacrifice to the LORD and made vows. A Great Fish Swallows Jonah 17 3 And the LORD appointed4 a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights. Guard the Deposit Entrusted to You 3 I thank God whom I serve, as did my ancestors, with a clear conscience, as I remember you constantly in my prayers night and day. 4 As I remember your tears, I long to see you, that I may be filled with joy. 5 I am reminded of your sincere faith, a faith that dwelt first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice and now, I am sure, dwells in you as well. 6 For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands, 7 for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
