The Wellness For The Win Podcast is hosted by Shanna Hutcheson, a Registered Dietitian and mama who is passionate about helping women improve their well-being without fad diets or obsessing over the scale. We will talk about all things health and wellness (including diet & nutrition from an intuitive eating lens), finding balance in motherhood, relationships, female entrepreneurship and so much more. Tune in to hear vulnerable, relatable and interesting conversations with Shanna and other likeminded individuals on a mission to empower others to live their healthiest & most fulfilling lives.
The Wellness For The Win Podcast is an incredible show that has captivated my attention since its inception. Hosted by the amazing Shanna, this podcast has quickly become a staple in my weekly listening routine. Shanna's kindness, honesty, and authenticity shine through in every episode, making it a joy to tune in and hear what she has to say. From diverse and interesting guests to thought-provoking topics, this podcast truly encompasses all aspects of wellness.
One of the best aspects of The Wellness For The Win Podcast is the wide range of guests that Shanna brings on. She doesn't stick to one particular niche or topic; instead, she covers everything from nutrition and fitness to motherhood and life advice. This variety keeps the podcast fresh and exciting, as I never know what interesting perspectives or insights I will gain from each episode. It's refreshing to hear from different voices and learn about various wellness journeys.
Additionally, I appreciate Shanna's ability to make complex topics relatable and easily understandable. She breaks down information in a way that is accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or knowledge level. Whether it's discussing nutrition recommendations or sharing personal experiences, Shanna's communication skills are top-notch. Her warmth and fun personality also add a layer of entertainment value to each episode, making it a pleasure to listen to.
While there aren't many negative aspects to this podcast, one minor drawback I have noticed is the occasional lack of depth in certain topics. Due to time constraints and the format of the show, some discussions feel a bit rushed or surface-level. However, this is understandable given the nature of podcasts and should not deter anyone from giving it a listen.
In conclusion, The Wellness For The Win Podcast is a must-listen for anyone interested in all facets of wellness. Shanna's genuine approach combined with her expertise creates a valuable resource for listeners seeking inspiration and education on leading a healthy lifestyle. With diverse guests, relatable topics, and Shanna's engaging personality, this podcast is sure to leave a lasting impact. I highly recommend subscribing and supporting this incredible show.
Today is a solo episode about the decision to grow your family -- or not. I was recently cleaning out the boys' closets and posted a question box on my stories asking people if they felt sad putting away old clothes, knowing you are done having kids, OR if you're conflicted about what to do. The response was overwhelming. I heard from SO many of you that you also struggled with the decision to be done (and I know for many it is NOT a choice -- loss, infertility, divorce, illness, etc.) Truly, this is a complicated topic for everyone. I shared some of my vulnerable thoughts and feelings around this topic as someone with a medically complex child as their second and last, and how that has impacted me emotionally in a way I didn't expect. I hope this resonates with some of you and helps you feel less alone if you're struggling with these feelings, too! XOXOThanks for listening, mamas.
