Loomis lamented Taysom Hill's "devastating" ACL tear, praised Marquez Valdes-Scantling's "fantastic" start with the Saints, and celebrated the NFL's new practice squad rules. He also previewed their challenge against the 2-10 New York Giants in week 14.
