Sokan sokfélét gondolunk arról, hogyan és hol születnek a jó ötletek, de ha egy jó ötlet egyszer megvalósul, és létrejön belőle egy humoros, népszerű és ismert videójáték akadálymentes változata, azzal érdemes foglalkozni. Pénteken éterbe került műsorunk első harmadában hallgatóink leveleit vettük górcső alá, és elsősorban az elmúlt hetekben bemutatott okosszemüvegről beszélgettünk. Ezt követően pedig heti kedves vendégünk, Bede Anita érkezett meg hozzánk, aki friss projektjét hozta el nekünk, hogy bemutathassa a hallgatóknak. Anita egykor nagyon szerette a legkülönfélébb videójátékokkal eltölteni szabadidejét, ettől a kikapcsolódástól azonban látásának elvesztése megfosztotta őt. Néhány héttel ezelőtt megfogalmazódott benne az az elképzelés, hogy az egyre fejlettebb AI technológiát használva, Vibe Coding segítségével elkészíti néhai kedvenc videójátékának látás nélkül is játszható variánsát. A szóban forgó produktum a Neighbours from hell, magyarul: Pokoli szomszédok címet viseli, amely PC-re, játékkonzolokra és később mobilkészülékekre is megjelent. Vendégünk a legendás játék első és második részének alapjaira építve készítette el alkotását. A Pokoli szomszédok játék története szerint egy új televíziós show sztárjaként kell belopakodnunk szomszédunk otthonába, és ott a legkülönbözőbb tárgyakkal, igen változatos módokon kell a ház lakóját az őrületbe kergetnünk úgy, hogy ő maga ne vegye észre áldatlan tevékenységeinket. Ha a házon belül bármikor azonos helyiségbe kerülünk szomszédunkkal, a kört elveszítjük és újra kell kezdenünk. Minden körben, minden pályán meg kell figyelnünk delikvensünk aktuális tevékenységeit és rutinját, össze kell gyűjtenünk az épp a rendelkezésünkre álló tárgyakat, és azok segítségével el kell rontanunk jókedvét azáltal, hogy belerondítunk abba, amit épp csinál. A játék hangulata könnyed, vicces és rendkívül szórakoztató, és Anitának köszönhetően immáron látás hiányában is játszható, mégpedig jobbára a videójáték eredeti hangjaival. Adásunkban beszélgettünk vendégünkkel a projekt megszületéséről, a játék elkészítésének nehézségeiről és nagy pillanatairól, és természetesen ki is próbáltuk a produktumot, mentünk tehát a szomszédba hashajtót keverni, kábeleket vagdosni, falfestményt firkálni és még sok egyéb dolgot művelni.

A Cresol promove na próxima segunda-feira, 17 de novembro, às 19h30, uma pré-assembleia extraordinária online, reunindo cooperados das agências de Orleans, Santa Rosa de Lima, Anitápolis, Lauro Müller, São Martinho e Armazém. O encontro integra o calendário de participação democrática da cooperativa e foi convocado para discutir alterações no estatuto da Cresol Encostas, necessárias para atender novas normativas do Banco Central. Now, likely in response to increased European regulations, Google has introduced a simple form to report and hopefully nuke listing duplicates. When combined with a product like Whitespark GPB duplicate notifications there is a real chance that  large multi-location businesses, particularly hospitals and clinics, can actually get their duplicates under control.When searching, consumers consider many results:  It has long been thought that the click through curve on the front page of Google was very, very steep with users primarily clicking the #1 result, fewer clicking on 2 and 3 with virtually none going  beyond that. It also serves as a reference for preparation and practice, ensuring that all necessary points are covered and compelling responses are prepared.

What does anti-racism mean on a daily basis? It involves taking a deep dive into subconscious biases and innate prejudices that aren't recognized. Biases are prevalent despite the significant anti-racism efforts of the past. What biases do you have that you aren't aware of? It is so much better to be curious versus judging. We can't fully understand what others are going through, we haven't walked in their shoes. - Robyn Graham Anti-racism work is not about becoming color blind When people say they don't see another person's color, it is from a place of thinking you are just like me, and I'm not holding your color against you. But, in reality, what is also being said, is I don't see color, meaning I don't see the layers of your experience. It is important when speaking about anti-racism, to recognize that people experience the world differently. When color and differences in experiences aren't taken into consideration, it becomes difficult, or maybe impossible to support people the way they need to be supported. The experiences we have on a daily basis are what make us who we are. When we strip this away we lose sight of who the person actually is. It almost forces that person to shift into the version you see them as. This makes them feel they must mold or assimilate into what you expect them to be. One can't fully express themselves when suppressing who they truly are and it becomes exhausted. Anti-racism is not seeing a lack of color. Listen to episode 50, here. Making assumptions that we are all the same - stems from subconscious biases It is easy to make assumptions about a group of people, for instance, that they have the same cultural background just because of the color of their skin. Some common assumptions based on subconscious biases: That one person in the demographic can speak to everyone else in that demographic. Seek an expert to speak from an educational perspective. People of the same skin color are of the same ethnic background. Caricaturing a person or group of people who are of another ethnic background Stereotyping is one form of subconscious biases An example of subconscious biases and prejudice is can be found in the real estate industry.  Appraisals for homes that are owned by a black person are going to appraise for less. The appraiser isn't a bad person, he is just bringing his innate bias into the situation of appraising the home. Biases come from a lack of knowledge and exposure growing up. They are most often unintentional subconscious biases. Therefore, we have to catch our brains and be conscientious about our thoughts and feelings about other people of different ethnic backgrounds. When we mention any group of people having bias, it is important to notice where the bias is originating from. If there is a difference in power between races or demographics, it can be dangerous because it can affect the wealth and outcomes of a person in a given situation. Anit-racism work is about seeing everyone as capable and powerful People often say that race and bias do not come into play in their work. But, Alyssa asks that we all become heavily realistic about that statement. Unconscious biases and thoughts do come into play, and it is important to be aware of them. Seeing people as capable and powerful is a change from saying "oh those poor people over there, let me help them". Instead of thinking that people are helpless and asking for help, be mindful of your subconscious biases and prejudices and then take action to understand the power you have and take action to help change the system. How can you, as a business owner, support anti-racism efforts? As a business owner, look at what you can do to support people of other races and ethnic backgrounds. Alyssa gave the example of the person in the wheelchair before curb cuts were installed. It's not about the poor person, it's about taking action to create change so that one person doesn't have to work harder to be recognized as an equal. Recognizing biases and prejudice When your primary community is the same as you are, it is hard to recognize biases and prejudice. Therefore, Alyssa encourages us to go deeper when doing anti-racism work. As moms and business owners, we have responsibilities to create change and increase the understanding of anti-racism work. And, to open doors of opportunity, to shift the subconscious biases to anti-racism action.. The mindset has been that anti-racism is a thing that has to be done for a certain group of people. But Alyssa points out that that is a very white-centered way of viewing it. Instead, think of it as work that you are doing for your children, and grandchildren, your clients, and future employers. Because there will always be people of different backgrounds. This isn't charity work, it is for everyone. Look at anti-racism work as something that is just part of our daily work. Anti-racism work isn't for one population, it's for all minorities. Therefore it should be incorporated into all parts of our lives, not just the workplace.
