A Diamond Dog team under interim management turns it around entirely, and softball is at the SEC Tournament playing for NCAA seeding. Football transfer recruiting needs maybe one more piece this spring for the fall roster.
BC & Nick Brown talk Diamond Dogs baseball on Thursday.
After a week off, we're back with our favorite lil' Gryffindors as we discuss chapters 61-63 of ‘All the Young Dudes'! The Marauders are messing with everyone's circadian rhythms, we're thinking about Ted Lasso, and inventing a new Star Wars droid named C3PU. Chris Lemonis has been dismissed as head baseball coach four years removed from a National Championship season. Bulldog baseball has gone to the coaching bullpen for Justin Parker as interim while the search for the next Mississippi State skipper ramps up. And Jeff Lebby keeps beefing up his 2025 roster with more offensive line commitments via the spring transfer window.
Escucharemos Future Legend, Diamond Dogs, Sweet Thing, Candidate, Sweet Thing (Reprise), Rebel Rebel, Rock N’ Roll With Me, We Are The Dead, 1984, Big Brother, Chant Of The Ever Circling Skeletal Family + Bonus tracks. Send us a message, so we know what you're thinking! The late Steve Harley was most famous for his 1975 hit Make Me Smile (Come Up and See Me), but there's much more to the story than one good single. We look at the band's early albums and Steve Harley's career around and after that single and the band's break up. As usual, Mick says their early stuff is way better than their later stuff! Our Album you Must Listen to Before You Die is “Tres Hombres”, ZZ Top's 1973 album containing the huge hit “La Grange”. Regular listeners might guess what we thought of the album, but let's not spoil the surprise! We also look at Louder magazine's recent poll where their readers voted for Genesis' 10 best-ever songs. Spoiler alert: Only 2 of the selected songs are post-Peter Gabriel's departure. For those interested, we covered Genesis in Series 2, Episode 15, and Peter Gabriel in Series 2, Episode 14 There's plenty here you may not have known. Enjoy! Coach Jeff Lebby updates Mississippi State spring camp results, while the Diamond Dogs have four games across the Alabama state line this week and the transfer portal hits keep coming for Bulldog basketball
Taking a series means Bulldog baseball can still play for post-season plans but the path is all uphill from here. Three greats are inducted into the Ring of Honor at Dudy Noble Field and we have moving, and entertaining, video interviews with a pair of them. Bulldog softball takes one at Tennessee but holds to a fifth-place SEC tie after four weekends of good work. The transfer portal claims a pair of Ladydog starters as well as Bulldog guard Riley Kugel. And it is week four for Mississippi State spring football in this crucial camp for Jeff Lebby.
Another road point for the Diamond Dogs, as they match their 2025 away total with a 1-1 draw against Atlanta United. Sam, Ryan, and Steve break down a penalty that was but probably shouldn't have been, Eric Quill's second half changes that led directly to the draw, and what to think about the Toros' defense ahead of next week's home match vs Seattle Sounders. This program originally aired on the FC Dallas Radio Network on April 5th, 2025.

Two wins in a row for FC Dallas, as they get their first victory of 2025 at Toyota Stadium 2-1 over Sporting Kansas City. Sam, Ryan, and Steve break down the performance of MLS' new 75-75 club member, a pair of defenders who lived up to the name, and previewed game one of what looks to be a difficult April ahead for the Diamond Dogs. This program originally aired on the FC Dallas Radio Network on March 29th, 2025. The executive producer of the FC Dallas Radio Network is Sam Hale.
BC breaks down the Lady Techsters NIT run, talks the end of the Dunkin' Dogs season, had Doug Strickel join us in studio, and gets you caught up on the Diamond Dogs and Bulldog Softball.
It's a victory edition of the Agenda this week as Ryan, Steve, and Garrett break down all the Diamond Dogs doings in Sandy, Utah. They talk about the formation change, the debuts of Michael Collodi and Leo Chu, and what this might mean going forward for FC Dallas. After that it's interview time and who else could it be but Collodi, who got a clean sheet and a win in his MLS debut. BC & Nick Brown preview the C-USA Tournament with Talvin Hester and Brooke Stoehr + talk all things Diamond Dogs.
Mississippi State stumbled to the end of the regular season with four losses in five games, and are seeded 10th at next week's SEC Tournament. The Bulldogs should be safely in the NCAA Tournament again but are losing seeding ground with each game. So beating first-round foe LSU on Wednesday is needed to get the club in a better frame of mind for the big dance. The Diamond Dogs have tweaked lineups, shuffled batting orders, and now are testing a new weekend rotation with SEC season starting next Friday.
BC breaks down the Diamond Dogs start to 2025, talk college baseball with Jack DeLongchamps, and talk the upcoming finish to the regular season for the Dunkin' Dogs and Lady Techsters.

Novelist, screenwriter, and founder of LA Writers' Lab Alan Watt tells host Tess Callahan his extraordinary experience of recovering a childhood memory through meditation. This memory from infancy, preverbal and terrifying, had already begun to surface through the writing of his novel, Diamond Dogs. Watt asserts that the desire to write is connected to the desire to evolve. He first began meditating decades ago to help with insomnia. His practice calmed his nervous system, lessened anxiety, and helped him sleep. With his mind stabilized, the repressed memory was able to surface and be healed. In spirituality and in writing, Watt is all about inquiry. In this interview, he encourages you to give yourself permission to write, to exorcise whatever within you wants to be freed, to be clear on your boundaries, and to release limiting beliefs about yourself and the world. A brilliant teacher, Alan talks about bringing a sense of trust and mutual respect into his online courses, and discusses the challenge of balancing teaching and writing. Alan Watt is an L.A. Times best-selling author, screenwriter, and consultant to Hollywood writers and producers. He has won awards for his novel Diamond Dogs and his feature film "Eddie, Kill the President." His popular books on writing include The 90-Day Novel, The 90-Day Memoir, The 90-Day Screenplay, and The 90-Day Rewrite. Alan is the Founder and Creative Director of L.A. Send us a textAs we grew up, music was the most important thing there was. As part of that, we bought some albums that weren't great, and time has generally proven our assessments right! This episode, we talk about some of those "dud" albums, by artists like Bowie, U2, Led Zeppelin, Golden Earring, Neil Young, Alice Cooper, Phil Collins and Yes, to name but a few. In Rock News, we talk about a Filipino family who perform Led Zeppelin's Whole Lotta Love with uncanny precision and an auction of Fleetwood Mac's Christine McVie's memorabilia, wardrobe and belongings. Our “Album You Must Listen to Before You Die” is Dire Straits' monster 1985 hit, “Brothers in Arms”. Released at a time when Dire Straits could do no wrong, this album sold over 30 million copies worldwide and went 9 times platinum in the US alone. We damn it with faint praise. The Bulldogs did not win at #1 Texas, as expected. They played to win which many did not expect. The effort given and energy shown reflect well on first-year Coach Jeff Lebby's rebuilding plans at Mississippi State. The Bulldogs will practice twice this open date week while their coaches hit the recruiting road. The Diamond Dogs are hard into fall baseball scrimmaging with plenty reporting on Genespage.com. Coach Chris Lemonis will meet with media to talk fall ball Tuesday.
Receiver Jordan Mosley talks Mississippi State's matchup with top-ranked Texas and working in a young quarterback. The Diamond Dogs are two scrimmages into fall baseball. And Chris Jans' basketball bunch is ready for real pre-season practicing.

Two days of the Major League Baseball Draft are done. There are no big surprises for Mississippi State so far, either with varsity Diamond Dogs taken--or not--nor unexpected signee selections. This is a college-heavy draft so far as the shorter twenty-round system, shrinking minor league rosters, and NIL competition makes picking good college players a better bet. Jeff Lebby reports to Dallas for Wednesday morning and Mississippi State's turn at SEC Media Days. Quarterback Blake Shapen, lineman Albert Reese, and linebacker John Lewis accompany their coach and all are Media Days rookies.

The Diamond Dogs are back! Whether it's about Pepperidge Farm, the shockingly violent Sean “Puff Daddy Diddy Puffy Love” Combs hotel video, Kansas City Chiefs' kicker Harrison Butker's controversial commencement speech on women, or the blatant racism in Congress; Chris, Craig, and Keith got some barking to do.
Minimum Rage, birthday fuckin', the explanation of Passover, Donald Trump's courtroom stink. The connection? God made them all, and the gang is ready to break it all down. Rod Morrow, Hollywood Craig Klein, and Diamond Dogs' Chris discuss Keith's dad wishing Keith a HAPPY BIRTHDAY and Keith's response; John Wayne Bobbitt not only losing his dick, but all his toes as well; and, Chemda's shout-out on the Curb Your Enthusiasm finale. Oh, and Keith has his PRO megaphone. FAWWWWWWT!!!!! (Very safe for work.)
Season 2 of KATG starts with a bang! In this episode of Diamond Dogs, Keith, Craig, and Chris are joined by the infamous Saadia! The trio also discusses Oscars ‘24 and the state of the world.
It's the OG's final KATG hosting gig. Chemda says goodbye as she's joined by the KATG VIP crew. The gang discusses her departure, the future of KATG, and the news of the day featuring the guilty verdict in relation to the Alec Baldwin movie Rust and a special edition of Minimum Rage.
Diamond Dogs' Chris put together an amazing line-up of winning KATG guests: Christian Finnegan, Myka Fox, Myq Kaplan, and Rod Morrow. And the party is NOT very low key. Among the latest news, the group discusses us landing on the moon (again? fascinating), and the Airbnb host who sent their guest's wife a security photo of him with another woman after he left her a negative review.
Diamond Dogs' Chris joins KATG for the first time to help discuss the evolution of education, how the smell of women's tears lowers men's aggression, and Craig Klein not knowing how to restaurant.
