Former Pirates right-hander Kyle Keller has signed a deal to join the Hanshin Tigers of Nippon Professional Baseball in Japan, MLBTR has learned. Keller is expected to compete for closer responsibilities with the Tigers. The 28-year-old Louisiana native spent the 2021 season with the Pirates, logging a career-high 33 1/3 innings over 32 appearances with a 6.48 ERA/6.95 FIP. Keller had previously seen time in the Majors with the Angels in 2020 and the Marlins in 2019. Keller was originally an 18th round draft choice of the Marlins back in the 2015 draft.

Since that time, the band has released four other full-titled albums and various singles including “Love Who You Love” which was featured on an album titled,” Serenade” which came out earlier in 2021 and was put together by various artists to celebrate and empower LGBTQ people of faith. In this interview, Gretta and Kyle play live versions of Swaying Evergreens and Curious Woman, two of their songs from the album “The Holly and the Ivy,” which they won a Viola award for in 2021. Speaking of Viola Awards, Tow'rs have won like, a million of thems. Tow'rs have toured with a variety of bands including most recently, The Lone Bellow and have a tour slated for early 2022 where they will open for Joshua Radin (Ray-den). Kyle Keller began her career as a sports reporter followed by a regular guest hosting spot on “The Covino & Rich Show” for MAXIM radio on Sirius Satellite/XM. Kyle's quick-witted personality then landed her the job of Executive Producer and lead media correspondent for MediaKillers.com, interviewing celebrities on the red carpet, at sporting events and charity functions, and in 2011, Kyle was hired as the Lifestyle and Entertainment Correspondent for UT-TV.
