Hey everybody, a shorter episode today, as I sat dow with my friend Ron, from the Fantastic Comic Fan podcast! I asked him to check out this cool sci-fi offering from Marvel's awesome tryout title, Marvel Premiere. The book definitely has some Star Trek vibes, but the creative team made some of their own decisions, and we talk about them throughout the episode. A great cover, and interior art as well, plus a very interesting cast of characters. As usual, if you want to leave any feedback for the show you can do so through email at Magazinesandmonsters@gmail.com or to me on Twitter @Billyd_licious or on the show's FB or Tumblr pages. You can find Ron on Twitter @comic_fantastic and on any pod catcher (Fantastic Comic Fan)! Episode 43 - Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 – Adam Warlock Superstar This week we are getting ready for the third and final installment of the beloved Guardians of the Galaxy franchise, and the trailers and previews have given us a pretty good idea of what some of the key elements are that you need to know going in. So this week is all about the High Evolutionary, the New Men, and Adam Warlock.    This Week In Comics Free Comic Book Day is this Saturday! Hey there, Weirdos! Welcome to Episode 4 of INTO THE WEIRD's Dragons & Jive. Since this is a bonus episode that aired in 2021 for our Patrons, be prepared for some dated references to Marvel's Shang-Chi: Legend of the Ten Rings film. After Herman's much-maligned hot take and 'get off my lawn' style rant, it's off to the races with Master of Kung-Fu #18 (1974), Luke Cage, Hero for Hire #4 (1972), and Iron Fist in Marvel Premiere #18 (1974). Drugs, Opera Ghosts, and horrific amputations are all rolled up into a big ball of crazy-twine not even the Cheshire Cat could untangle. Enjoy!
