Capítulo: Limp Bizkit en el Fray Nano – Una noche de nostalgia, caos controlado y rock del bueno En este episodio te cuento cómo vivimos el concierto de Limp Bizkit el pasado 29 de noviembre en el Estadio Fray Nano ️ — un venue con aforo de unas 5,200 personas, perfecto para un show intenso pero íntimo. Llegamos temprano, entre 5 y 6 pm, y sorprendentemente no había filas . Los accesos fluyeron sin retrasos y el ambiente comenzaba a calentarse. Los baños del estadio estuvieron bastante bien : limpios, con agua y jabón todo el tiempo. Peeero… en VIP no fue la misma historia : pocas cabinas, filas largas, nada acorde al concepto “premium”. No hubo merch oficial en VIP ️ (gran error, el merch es parte del ritual). La comida y bebida con precios estándar: cerveza en $200, alimentos entre $150–$200, y las terminales bancarias funcionaron perfecto . El quórum terminó muy sólido: entre 70 y 80% del estadio lleno . Aunque a las 7 pm parecía que no llegaría tanta gente, al final hubo muy buena asistencia y energía. Sobre la producción: escenario de buen tamaño pero sencillo, sin mucho “vestido”. Nada espectacular, pero cumplidor . El sonido sí estuvo a gran nivel , con uno que otro quiebre, pero nada grave. El cartel salió exacto en horarios ⏰ (algo que siempre se agradece). Vimos un poco de Ecca Vandal, bastante X; luego 311, que nos llevó de vuelta a los 18–20 años con su vibra nostálgica ; y Bullet for My Valentine, quienes dieron el show más contundente de la noche ⚡. Finalmente: Limp Bizkit. No se guardaron ni un hit . Sonaron My Generation, My Way, Rollin', Nookie, Hot Dog, Full Nelson (donde subieron a 3 fans que rockearon durísimo ). Además, tributos a Sam Rivers, Metallica y Pantera. En nuestra escala, el show se lleva un 7/10 ⭐: buena música, buena energía, pero con dolencias en servicios y una experiencia VIP que sigue sin sentirse VIP. Rage Against The Machine bassist Tom Commerford has opened up about his three-year battle with prostate cancer. It seems that Nine Inch Nails fans might have some reissues to look forward to. Trent Reznor was asked by Indie Wire if there's a chance he'll reissue older Nine Inch Nails video projects and he replied, "I'm trying to think what I'm able to say right now. We are doing some things with Interscope again. There's a renewed interest in making sure the back catalog is being curated and maintained properly." Reznor was asked if one of those things in the catalog is a reissue of the 1997 video album Closure, which was released as a double VHS tape but had a DVD reissue shelved in the early 2000s. Reznor said, "I haven't been paying close attention to what the status of those things are because this is a relatively new development. What am I talking about? 7-Eleven recently unveiled Big Bite Hot Dog Sparkling Water…about 24 years after Limp Bizkit launched its biggest album called “Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water.” But just like the album title was intended to sound fictional…the 7-Eleven product launch was just a marketing joke. Although popularity of the stunt has led to the c-store to rethink its availability…no word on if that will coincide with the upcoming Limp Bizkit concert tour.
