Chattering away about what's to come, Or what has happened. See if you can pay attention to it, without judging. Notice what it has to say. Honor and recognize each of these thoughts, As you imagine them getting smaller and smaller, As the night grows darker and darker. LONG PAUSE… Notice any emotions that arise, Honoring the power that each one of them has on your body and your energy. Take a moment to feel them all, And when you're ready, allow your breath to be the wave that carries away the thoughts and emotions. Feel them washing away as your mind becomes calm and clear. PAUSE… The worries, tasks and plans become still and silent, As the waves carry them away. LONG PAUSE… Come into your breath, Feeling it flow in and out of you naturally. Bring your focus to each inhale and each exhale, Breathing in a little deeper with each breath in, And breathing out a little longer with each breath out. PAUSE… Feel the sensations in your body, The warmth, heaviness, and the gentle tingles of sleep. Soften your muscles from head to toes, Letting go of any tightness or discomfort, And sinking into relaxation a little bit deeper with each exhale. LONG PAUSE… Let each breath out release the remaining thoughts, Worries, stresses and plans, As your mind becomes open, And still. PAUSE… Let your mind completely surrender, And be in this present moment. There is only peace, There is only the quiet of your soul. PAUSE… Now see if you can imagine a glowing sphere of calm and harmony surrounding you. It protects you, Keeping the stillness in, And keeping the noise out. PAUSE… Become aware of your body, And your bed supporting and comforting you. Feel the breath moving in and out, In and out. PAUSE… Perhaps there's a voice in the back of your head. Chattering away about what's to come, Or what has happened. See if you can pay attention to it, without judging. Notice what it has to say. Honor and recognize each of these thoughts, As you imagine them getting smaller and smaller, As the night grows darker and darker. LONG PAUSE… Notice any emotions that arise, Honoring the power that each one of them has on your body and your energy. Take a moment to feel them all, And when you're ready, allow your breath to be the wave that carries away the thoughts and emotions. Feel them washing away as your mind becomes calm and clear. PAUSE… The worries, tasks and plans become still and silent, As the waves carry them away. LONG PAUSE… Come into your breath, Feeling it flow in and out of you naturally. Bring your focus to each inhale and each exhale, Breathing in a little deeper with each breath in, And breathing out a little longer with each breath out. PAUSE… Feel the sensations in your body, The warmth, heaviness, and the gentle tingles of sleep. Soften your muscles from head to toes, Letting go of any tightness or discomfort, And sinking into relaxation a little bit deeper with each exhale. LONG PAUSE… Let each breath out release the remaining thoughts, Worries, stresses and plans, As your mind becomes open, And still. PAUSE… Let your mind completely surrender, And be in this present moment. There is only peace, There is only the quiet of your soul. PAUSE… Now see if you can imagine a glowing sphere of calm and harmony surrounding you. It protects you, Keeping the stillness in, And keeping the noise out. Nothing can disturb you here, Within the tranquility of this sphere. LONG PAUSE… If thoughts or emotions arise, Let the waves of your exhale carry them out of you, And watch as they exit the sphere and disappear into the night. PAUSE… Over and over again, You see the electric noise of your thoughts. Breathe in and gather them up, Imagining the air cools them down, And your exhale releases them out of you. PAUSE… Your mind is soft and open. Your mind is clear and calm. LONG PAUSE… Sink deeper into relaxation, Letting each breath pull you deeper into the peaceful ocean of the night. PAUSE… Here the dark space of your mind awaits, And the dances of your dreams begin. Slowly brushing their colors through your open mind. You are safe here. You are loved here. There is only calm. PAUSE… With each inhale, the vastness of your inner world opens. You are a part of the infinite sea of dreams and possibilities. You are one with the universe. PAUSE… You see the farm around the bend, And make your way towards it. PAUSE… A large flock of sheep is scattered across the greenery, Like little fluffy white clouds moving slowly across the sky. They're munching grass, Calm and content. PAUSE… They acknowledge you as you approach, Unafraid, Knowing you are a friend. PAUSE… As you stand among the sheep, Take a deep breath in, And out. PAUSE… With each exhale, Release any tension or heaviness, You may have carried here. PAUSE… Light and relaxed, You begin counting the sheep, As they slowly wander around their field. PAUSE… One… Two… Release the plans. PAUSE… Three… Four… Let go of the thoughts. PAUSE… Five… Six… Be here with the sheep. PAUSE… Seven… Eight… Watch them closely, And sink deeper with every count. PAUSE… Nine… Ten… Your body is deeply relaxed, And your mind is slow and clear. LONG PAUSE… If you lose count of the sheep, It's okay. Feel your soul replenish, You are loved so much. PAUSE… The pools of peace will take you, To the caverns of soothing love. Surrender to their currents, And watch the sky above. PAUSE… Become aware of your body, And your bed supporting and comforting you. Feel the breath moving in and out, In and out. PAUSE… Perhaps there's a voice in the back of your head. Chattering away about what's to come, Or what has happened. See if you can pay attention to it, without judging. Notice what it has to say. Honor and recognize each of these thoughts, As you imagine them getting smaller and smaller, As the night grows darker and darker. LONG PAUSE… Notice any emotions that arise, Honoring the power that each one of them has on your body and your energy. Take a moment to feel them all, And when you're ready, allow your breath to be the wave that carries away the thoughts and emotions. Feel them washing away as your mind becomes calm and clear. PAUSE… The worries, tasks and plans become still and silent, As the waves carry them away. LONG PAUSE… Come into your breath, Feeling it flow in and out of you naturally. Bring your focus to each inhale and each exhale, Breathing in a little deeper with each breath in, And breathing out a little longer with each breath out. PAUSE… Feel the sensations in your body, The warmth, heaviness, and the gentle tingles of sleep. Soften your muscles from head to toes, Letting go of any tightness or discomfort, And sinking into relaxation a little bit deeper with each exhale. LONG PAUSE… Let each breath out release the remaining thoughts, Worries, stresses and plans, As your mind becomes open, And still. PAUSE… Let your mind completely surrender, And be in this present moment. There is only peace, There is only the quiet of your soul. PAUSE… Now see if you can imagine a glowing sphere of calm and harmony surrounding you. It protects you, Keeping the stillness in, And keeping the noise out. Nothing can disturb you here, Within the tranquility of this sphere. LONG PAUSE… If thoughts or emotions arise, Let the waves of your exhale carry them out of you, And watch as they exit the sphere and disappear into the night. They're munching grass, Calm and content. PAUSE… They acknowledge you as you approach, Unafraid, Knowing you are a friend. PAUSE… As you stand among the sheep, Take a deep breath in, And out. PAUSE… With each exhale, Release any tension or heaviness, You may have carried here. PAUSE… Light and relaxed, You begin counting the sheep, As they slowly wander around their field. PAUSE… One… Two… Release the plans. PAUSE… Three… Four… Let go of the thoughts. PAUSE… Five… Six… Be here with the sheep. PAUSE… Seven… Eight… Watch them closely, And sink deeper with every count. This light is coming closer and closer…..it has great power….you can feel it….it's palpable….. and alive. You are not separate from this source……you are one with it…..You sense it's great power…..within you something begins to stir and it feels familiar…..embrace it as if you're meeting an old friend…Your whole body vibrates with this frequency…..this energy begins to get closer and moves through you …..like waves of light……..waves of light….. It enters your head…..the crown of your head……and makes its way through to your legs and toes…..it's a continuous wave one by one…..feel the waves of light……..You feel so strong and courageous….You have the power ……..You can achieve great things…..you are unstoppable and fearless…….PAUSE These waves of light settle at your belly………here you feel a circular rhythm counterclockwise and slowly at first…….It is removing any doubt……worry…..or obstacles……….take a moment to feel this now…….PAUSE It picks up speed faster and faster…… keep breathing Now the movement changes……..you feel a circular rhythm moving in a clockwise direction it moves slowly at first…………It is infusing…….ultimate strength, courage and confidence…….Take a moment to feel this now…….PAUSE It picks up speed faster and faster…..keep breathing…… Finally these waves of light begin to slow down……..slower and slower…..it has left your entire body…mind and spirit …….glowing and pulsating…..it is now within you….. Whether tulip or peony or classic rose, Its stunning image makes you feel whole. PAUSE… Once you land on the perfect choice, Let your mind drift to the color. You might see pink, or yellow, or even deep blue, With fragrant petals like none other. PAUSE… Soft and lovely and gently aflutter, Their grace makes others stare. For it's hard to let a flower go, When its beauty is so rare. PAUSE… Flowers make us pause and gape, Make us long to stay in their presence. In that way, you're a flower as well, Enchanting others with your essence. LONG PAUSE… Flowers don't just dazzle the eye, They pull us in with their scent. Sink deeper into this fantastic journey, And imagine the aroma you present. PAUSE… Does your essence smell like lilies, Like violets or lilacs or gardenia? Or maybe you're more like jasmine or amber, With the freshness of lemon verbena. PAUSE… Maybe you're spicy at your core, Or perhaps soft and powdery. What makes others draw closer to you? What rewards their curiosity? PAUSE… Think of how a flower grows, From seed to sprout to bloom. How pure and sweet is that process, No matter what difficulties loom. PAUSE… In life, our growth is both duty and choice, We master it while living at its mercy. As flowers must weather both drought and cold, There are always obstacles to our journey. PAUSE… But troubles don't make us disappear, Nor do they change our being. Instead, they make us stronger and more dazzling, And the struggle is beautifully revealing. PAUSE… Flowers are sometimes seen as fragile, Like delicate, tentative gifts. But within the flower, a different truth shines, One that knows to welcome conflicts. PAUSE… Your spirit understands that truth. It expects the difficulties to appear. And like the flower, it uses them, To expand and persevere. And the one we must constantly practice over and over again. So, this morning's meditation will help you let go of the stress, so you can relax into a calm, peaceful state of being. Find a comfortable position and close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, inhaling fresh air in and expanding your belly. And when you can't breathe in anymore, exhale and breathe the air out of your nose, All the way out. Take one more deep breath in, filling up your chest and your belly with cool, cleansing air, And breathe it all the way out. Bring your breathing to its normal rhythm, And allow your body to relax just a little deeper. Releasing your jaw, Letting your shoulders drop, Letting your arms and legs get heavy and melt further into comfort. And just breathe. PAUSE… With a relaxed body and calm breath, let yourself think about what's causing you stress right now. It might be a specific person, event or circumstance. Or it could be a combination of many things. Just allow yourself to see it in your mind. Now imagine that this stress, whatever it is, is transformed into a butterfly. You see her fragile wings softly flapping up and down as she stands on your outstretched hand. You look at her, this embodiment of your stress and anxiety, And see her beauty. Her delicateness. Her purpose. And as she perches on the tips of your fingers, She flies away, allowing you to let the stress go. PAUSE… For the next little bit, imagine each bit of stress you are feeling and each emotion along with it as a butterfly. And as you identify each of them, watch as they softly perch on your hand and fly away. Allowing you to let go of the stress, to let go of the anxiety. To let go of the heaviness. And the one we must constantly practice over and over again. So, this morning's meditation will help you let go of the stress, so you can relax into a calm, peaceful state of being. Find a comfortable position and close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, inhaling fresh air in and expanding your belly. And when you can't breathe in anymore, exhale and breathe the air out of your nose, All the way out. Take one more deep breath in, filling up your chest and your belly with cool, cleansing air, And breathe it all the way out. Bring your breathing to its normal rhythm, And allow your body to relax just a little deeper. Releasing your jaw, Letting your shoulders drop, Letting your arms and legs get heavy and melt further into comfort. And just breathe. PAUSE… With a relaxed body and calm breath, let yourself think about what's causing you stress right now. It might be a specific person, event or circumstance. Or it could be a combination of many things. Just allow yourself to see it in your mind. Now imagine that this stress, whatever it is, is transformed into a butterfly. You see her fragile wings softly flapping up and down as she stands on your outstretched hand. You look at her, this embodiment of your stress and anxiety, And see her beauty. Her delicateness. Her purpose. And as she perches on the tips of your fingers, She flies away, allowing you to let the stress go. PAUSE… For the next little bit, imagine each bit of stress you are feeling and each emotion along with it as a butterfly. And as you identify each of them, watch as they softly perch on your hand and fly away. Allowing you to let go of the stress, to let go of the anxiety. To let go of the heaviness. Leaving yourself feeling light, calm and peaceful after each butterfly flies away. PAUSE… Let it go. Let it go. PAUSE… There is nothing left for you to stress about. You are not separate from this source……you are one with it…..You sense it's great power…..within you something begins to stir and it feels familiar…..embrace it as if you're meeting an old friend…Your whole body vibrates with this frequency…..this energy begins to get closer and moves through you …..like waves of light……..waves of light….. It enters your head…..the crown of your head……and makes its way through to your legs and toes…..it's a continuous wave one by one…..feel the waves of light……..You feel so strong and courageous….You have the power ……..You can achieve great things…..you are unstoppable and fearless…….PAUSE These waves of light settle at your belly………here you feel a circular rhythm counterclockwise and slowly at first…….It is removing any doubt……worry…..or obstacles……….take a moment to feel this now…….PAUSE It picks up speed faster and faster…… keep breathing Now the movement changes……..you feel a circular rhythm moving in a clockwise direction it moves slowly at first…………It is infusing…….ultimate strength, courage and confidence…….Take a moment to feel this now…….PAUSE It picks up speed faster and faster…..keep breathing…… Finally these waves of light begin to slow down……..slower and slower…..it has left your entire body…mind and spirit …….glowing and pulsating…..it is now within you….. Always….. PAUSE This light fades way off in the distance……..but it will never leave you….... It is always within you….encouraging you to keep going…you got this… PAUSE…. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and let's begin. PAUSE… Begin by taking a deep breath in, Feeling the air fill your lungs, Hold it for a moment, And then exhale. PAUSE… Let go of all tension, All the thoughts that are not serving you in this moment. PAUSE… Inhale deeply again... and as you exhale, Let go of all expectations, All judgments. Just be here, right now. PAUSE… Now, visualize your heart as a radiant source of light. As you breathe in, see this light growing brighter and stronger. As you breathe out, imagine this light spreading warmth and peace through your entire body. PAUSE… Compassion is not just an emotion, But a bridge between souls, A connection that helps us understand and empathize with one another. PAUSE… With each breath, Bring to mind, the child, or children you wish to compassionately communicate with. Maybe you've had a recent misunderstanding, Or perhaps, you've lashed out and weren't able to get the right words out. PAUSE… Envision their face, their eyes. Remember, they, like you, are on a journey. PAUSE… They too carry their burdens, their fears, their hopes and dreams. PAUSE… As you hold their image in your mind's eye, Let your heart light expand towards them. PAUSE… Imagine it enveloping them, Wrapping them in compassion, Understanding, And love. PAUSE… Feel a gentle, Warm connection between you and this person. PAUSE… Now, visualize yourself speaking to this dear soul. Choose words that come from your heart, Words steeped in compassion. PAUSE… Notice how your words carry your light, Creating a gentle, Safe space around the conversation. PAUSE… Feel the vibration of understanding, of empathy, resonate between the two of you. And as you speak, remember to listen. See their words enveloped in the same light of compassion, reaching out to you. PAUSE… Absorb their words, their feelings, their unspoken emotions. In this light, there's no judgment, no blame, only understanding, only compassion. PAUSE… You are learning the language of the heart, a language that is softer, kinder, and more powerful than any other. It's a language that heals, bridges gaps, resolves conflicts, and brings people closer together. PAUSE… As we come to the end of this meditation, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, remember this feeling of compassionate communication. Know that you can return to this space at any time, in any conversation. PAUSE… As you slowly open your eyes, know that your words have the power to heal, to understand, and to connect. Or maybe it feels just like the feed you see on your phone, One story after another popping up for you to digest, Layering you with information, Leaving you feeling heavy and even a bit chaotic. It's okay… Your brain's job is to make thoughts. And all you have to do, Is let them go, Releasing them into the night, And coming back here to sleep. PAUSE… So as we go through our meditation tonight and you hear any of these noises in your head, Just imagine each one existing your body through your exhale, and disappearing into the night. PAUSE… Now feel the gentle movement of your body, The beautiful waves of breathing moving through you, Expanding your chest and belly as you breathe in, And contracting everything as you breathe out. Over and over again, In a perfect rhythm, Breathing in, And breathing out. PAUSE… Let your forehead soften, Your jaw release and your cheeks relax. Allow your shoulders to drop And your arms get heavy, Feeling your chest melt into your bed. Breathe it all out, Releasing the day, the thoughts, the visions and the emotions. And come back to your body to rest. PAUSE… Feel the heaviness of your belly, Your hips, Your legs And your feet surrender their weight into the support beneath you. Breathe. PAUSE… There is nothing more for you to do, Nothing more for you to see. Nothing more for you to figure out. Everything left undone will be here for you tomorrow if you choose it. The nighttime has come and in this moment, You are safe. And you are loved. Allow the calmness of the night to embrace you. Breathe. Float into deep sleep, beautiful. And if thoughts arise, let each of them dissolve into the night every time you breathe out. And feel the lightness and the spaciousness inside of you, Sinking you deeper into restorative rest. Take a moment to feel them all, And when you're ready, allow your breath to be the wave that carries away the thoughts and emotions. Feel them washing away as your mind becomes calm and clear. PAUSE… The worries, tasks and plans become still and silent, As the waves carry them away. LONG PAUSE… Come into your breath, Feeling it flow in and out of you naturally. Bring your focus to each inhale and each exhale, Breathing in a little deeper with each breath in, And breathing out a little longer with each breath out. PAUSE… Feel the sensations in your body, The warmth, heaviness, and the gentle tingles of sleep. Soften your muscles from head to toes, Letting go of any tightness or discomfort, And sinking into relaxation a little bit deeper with each exhale. LONG PAUSE… Let each breath out release the remaining thoughts, Worries, stresses and plans, As your mind becomes open, And still. PAUSE… Let your mind completely surrender, And be in this present moment. There is only peace, There is only the quiet of your soul. PAUSE… Now see if you can imagine a glowing sphere of calm and harmony surrounding you. It protects you, Keeping the stillness in, And keeping the noise out. Nothing can disturb you here, Within the tranquility of this sphere. LONG PAUSE… If thoughts or emotions arise, Let the waves of your exhale carry them out of you, And watch as they exit the sphere and disappear into the night. PAUSE… Over and over again, You see the electric noise of your thoughts. Breathe in and gather them up, Imagining the air cools them down, And your exhale releases them out of you. With each exhale, allow these clouds to dissolve, to fade away. In their place, the golden orb of love shines brighter, warmer. PAUSE… Breathe in...breathe out… PAUSE… Repeat silently to yourself: "I release my need for control. I trust in my child's journey. I am here with love." PAUSE… Feel the energy shift, the space open, the ties of control dissolve. Notice the expansion of your heart, your capacity to love unconditionally. PAUSE… This is a powerful moment, a transformation. This is the act of releasing control with love. PAUSE… Remember, letting go doesn't mean you stop caring or worrying. It simply means you allow life to unfold naturally. You trust the lessons you have taught, the values you have instilled. PAUSE… You are strong. You are wise. See if you can pay attention to it, without judging. Notice what it has to say. Honor and recognize each of these thoughts, As you imagine them getting smaller and smaller, As the night grows darker and darker. LONG PAUSE… Notice any emotions that arise, Honoring the power that each one of them has on your body and your energy. Take a moment to feel them all, And when you're ready, allow your breath to be the wave that carries away the thoughts and emotions. Feel them washing away as your mind becomes calm and clear. PAUSE… The worries, tasks and plans become still and silent, As the waves carry them away. LONG PAUSE… Come into your breath, Feeling it flow in and out of you naturally. Bring your focus to each inhale and each exhale, Breathing in a little deeper with each breath in, And breathing out a little longer with each breath out. PAUSE… Feel the sensations in your body, The warmth, heaviness, and the gentle tingles of sleep. Soften your muscles from head to toes, Letting go of any tightness or discomfort, And sinking into relaxation a little bit deeper with each exhale. LONG PAUSE… Let each breath out release the remaining thoughts, Worries, stresses and plans, As your mind becomes open, And still. PAUSE… Let your mind completely surrender, And be in this present moment. There is only peace, There is only the quiet of your soul. PAUSE… Now see if you can imagine a glowing sphere of calm and harmony surrounding you. It protects you, Keeping the stillness in, And keeping the noise out. Nothing can disturb you here, Within the tranquility of this sphere. LONG PAUSE… If thoughts or emotions arise, Let the waves of your exhale carry them out of you, And watch as they exit the sphere and disappear into the night. PAUSE… Over and over again, You see the electric noise of your thoughts. Breathe in and gather them up, Imagining the air cools them down, And your exhale releases them out of you. PAUSE… Your mind is soft and open. Your mind is clear and calm. LONG PAUSE… Sink deeper into relaxation, Letting each breath pull you deeper into the peaceful ocean of the night. PAUSE… Here the dark space of your mind awaits, And the dances of your dreams begin. Slowly brushing their colors through your open mind. You are safe here. You are loved here. There is only calm. Breathe in deep again, inviting the healing blue air to soothe those red areas, And exhale, releasing the pulsating pain from your body. Settle your breathing into a nice, easy rhythm, And drop in deeper into comfort. PAUSE… With every breath out, Let go of the tension, Let go of the tightness. PAUSE… With every breath in, Feel the cooling blue smooth out the pain, Dissolving the knots and kinks. Watch as the blue energy relaxes your muscles, Stretches your spine, And releases the aching. And imagine it all exiting your body with every breath out. PAUSE... Watch as all those red areas of your body, Slowly turn blue with healing and relief. And imagine that soft blue slowly spreading throughout your body, Relieving any pain in your head, Your jaw, Your neck, Shoulders, Arms and hands. PAUSE… Feel the soothing tingling of the blue energy flutter across your chest, Your belly, The length of your back, Your hips, And thighs. PAUSE… Let the blue energy continue down your legs, Your feet, And your toes, Dissolving any last remnants of red pain, As you breathe it all out. Take a deep breath in, inhaling fresh air in and expanding your belly. And when you can't breathe in anymore, exhale and breathe the air out of your nose, All the way out. Take one more deep breath in, filling up your chest and your belly with cool, cleansing air, And breathe it all the way out. Bring your breathing to its normal rhythm, And allow your body to relax just a little deeper. Releasing your jaw, Letting your shoulders drop, Letting your arms and legs get heavy and melt further into comfort. And just breathe. PAUSE… With a relaxed body and calm breath, let yourself think about what's causing you stress right now. It might be a specific person, event or circumstance. Or it could be a combination of many things. Just allow yourself to see it in your mind. Now imagine that this stress, whatever it is, is transformed into a butterfly. You see her fragile wings softly flapping up and down as she stands on your outstretched hand. You look at her, this embodiment of your stress and anxiety, And see her beauty. She her delicateness. See her purpose. And as she perches on the tips of your fingers, She flies away, allowing you to let the stress go. PAUSE… For the next few minutes, imagine each bit of stress you are feeling and each emotion along with it as a butterfly. And as you identify each of them, watch as they softly perch on your hand and fly away. Allowing you to let go of the stress, to let go of the anxiety. To let go of the heaviness. Leaving yourself feeling light, calm and peaceful after each butterfly flies away. Let it go. PAUSE… Let it go. Let it go. PAUSE… There is nothing left for you to stress about. Imagining that every breath out releases a thought, A worry, A task, A memory, A vision. Imagine that each breath in invites in cleansing oxygen, gathering up all the happenings of the day, And the array of emotions and thoughts that have been stored inside your body, And on each exhale, imagine the air extracting all of it, releasing it out into the dark night around you. Watch them dissolve into tiny grains of dust that disappear around you. Breathe in, gather it all up, And breathe out, letting it all go. Breathe in, Breathe out. PAUSE… Your body is ready to sleep, beautiful. And your mind is liquid, eager for a rest. Surrender to the calming depths of sleep. It is safe for you here, It is healing for you here. PAUSE… With a calm, relaxed body, And a quiet, soft mind, Imagine that you're floating on your back in a smooth and safe pool of water. The warm temperature relaxes your muscles, As the cool air of the night kisses your cheeks. Notice your outstretched arms and legs, completely surrendered to the water, Trusting it will hold you, Protect you, Heal you. Feel yourself surrender, Let go, Give yourself to the water. Letting your arms float, Your legs part and release, Your stomach relax. It's okay… Your brain's job is to make thoughts. And all you have to do, Is let them go, Releasing them into the night, And coming back here to sleep. PAUSE… So as we go through our meditation tonight and you hear any of these noises in your head, Just imagine each one existing your body through your exhale, and disappearing into the night. PAUSE… Now feel the gentle movement of your body, The beautiful waves of breathing moving through you, Expanding your chest and belly as you breathe in, And contracting everything as you breathe out. Over and over again, In a perfect rhythm, Breathing in, And breathing out. PAUSE… Let your forehead soften, Your jaw release and your cheeks relax. Allow your shoulders to drop And your arms get heavy, Feeling your chest melt into your bed. Breathe it all out, Releasing the day, the thoughts, the visions and the emotions. And come back to your body to rest. PAUSE… Feel the heaviness of your belly, Your hips, Your legs And your feet surrender their weight into the support beneath you. Breathe. PAUSE… There is nothing more for you to do, Nothing more for you to see. Nothing more for you to figure out. Everything left undone will be here for you tomorrow if you choose it. You are not separate from this source……you are one with it…..You sense it's great power…..within you something begins to stir and it feels familiar…..embrace it as if you're meeting an old friend…Your whole body vibrates with this frequency…..this energy begins to get closer and moves through you …..like waves of light……..waves of light….. It enters your head…..the crown of your head……and makes its way through to your legs and toes…..it's a continuous wave one by one…..feel the waves of light……..You feel so strong and courageous….You have the power ……..You can achieve great things…..you are unstoppable and fearless…….PAUSE These waves of light settle at your belly………here you feel a circular rhythm counterclockwise and slowly at first…….It is removing any doubt……worry…..or obstacles……….take a moment to feel this now…….PAUSE It picks up speed faster and faster…… keep breathing Now the movement changes……..you feel a circular rhythm moving in a clockwise direction it moves slowly at first…………It is infusing…….ultimate strength, courage and confidence…….Take a moment to feel this now…….PAUSE It picks up speed faster and faster…..keep breathing…… Finally these waves of light begin to slow down……..slower and slower…..it has left your entire body…mind and spirit …….glowing and pulsating…..it is now within you….. Always….. PAUSE This light fades way off in the distance……..but it will never leave you….... It is always within you….encouraging you to keep going…you got this… PAUSE…. Filling your lungs, your belly and your entire body with new air. Take another deep breath in, And when you get to the top of your in breath, hold it for 3 seconds, And then release. Last deep breath in, Putting all your attention on the cool air flowing throughout your body… Holding for 3 seconds at the top, And then breathing it all out. Return your breathing to its normal rhythm. And just be here for a bit. Staying connected to that nice, easy cadence, Breathing in, Breathing out. PAUSE... Now as you sit here, focusing your attention on your breath, Imagine that every time you breathe in, a bright, yellow light enters your body, And fills you with the warmth of sunshine. Breathe it in, this yellow light. See it entering your nose, Filling your lungs, And softly illuminating your face. Relaxing your eyes, cheeks and neck with its warmth. PAUSE… With every breath in, See this golden light travel down your arms, Into your hands, Your belly, Your hips, Your legs, And your feet. PAUSE… Breathe in this glorious, golden light, Feeling its warmth and healing energy filling you with every single breath. Calming you. Illuminating you. Centering you. PAUSE… Now let this sunshine find any places within you where the whispers of not good enough have lived. Perhaps on parts of your body, or pieces of your personality, or memories of past choices. Take a moment to allow the golden light to find them. PAUSE… Now that your attention has unearthed where these whispers of not good enough have lived, Breathe in deeply, And allow your golden light to heal, To silence those whispers, To repair and restore your truth. Releasing the day and signaling to your body that you're ready to rest. PAUSE… Go ahead and adjust yourself if you need to, Relieving any kinks or tension you may have. And then take a deep breath in, And as you exhale, feel yourself melt into your bed. PAUSE… With your eyes closed, the noise inside your head may seem loud. Maybe it's reminding you about something needed for tomorrow. Perhaps it's giving you a vision of something that happened earlier today. Maybe it's nudging you with subconscious worries or anxieties. Or maybe it feels just like the feed you see on your phone, One story after another popping up for you to digest, Layering you with information, Leaving you feeling heavy and even a bit chaotic. It's okay… Your brain's job is to make thoughts. And all you have to do, Is let them go, Releasing them into the night, And coming back here to sleep.
