Pam Bondi said she had it. Then she said it was coming out at 8 AM. Then… nothing. Now, she's in hiding, refusing to address why the long-awaited Epstein list is still being kept from the public. But she's not the only one responsible for this sham. The new FBI Director, Kash Patel, and even Donald Trump are complicit in this failure to deliver the truth. And let's talk about those so-called “Conservative” influencers who turned the Bondi binders into a circus act. Handing out redacted files full of nothing but black ink wasn't a win—it was a total disgrace. They gamified children's trauma, treating the horrific abuse of minors as a political spectacle instead of demanding real justice. Rather than doubling down on their wrongness, they need to admit they got played. So, WHERE OH WHERE  is the Epstein list? Why are we STILL waiting? And who's actually protecting the predators? We're getting into all of it—no spin, no excuses, just Uncommon Sense.--https://noblegoldinvestments.com/

Send me a DM! ILY All!Today I'm honored to introduce you all to: Spiritual, sexual and religious abuse survivor, educator, writer and author, podcast host and podcaster, Masters Level University Instructor, Licensed Professional Counselor, seminar teacher, conference speaker, clinical supervisor, writer, trauma recovery specialist, published author, trained life coach, private practice owner who works with her own clients, and an absolute inspiration: Connie BakerConnie's was born into a family with conscientious parents that loved, supported, and cared about her. From the outside looking in, they looked like a typical ‘normal' family, but lurking beneath the surface, there was a dark side that was hidden from plain sight. Her parents were rigid, strict, authoritarian, and very harsh with Connie's discipline, and there was a demand for absolute compliance that Connie learned immediately as a young child to survive. She was supported by her parents as long as she was being good and the code word for her family was ‘responsibility'. These strict standards led to Connie became a very compliant and high-achieving child and adolescent back in the late 60s and 70s. She was raised in a country church in Southern Oregon that was full of unassuming, good-hearted people - and the church naturally reinforced all of the family themes that Connie had been conditioned to unconsciously accept at home. The theology and the culture of the church went along to strengthen the rigid, unbending demand for the same particular behavior patterns of perfection, compliance, obedience and responsibility her parents had always expected of her.The church Connie was attending during that time also happened to be pastored by someone who - three years earlier - had publicly confessed to having molested his own foster daughter. And when Connie was 16, this very pastor caught her alone on four different occasions and kissed her on the lips. Connie was silent about this violation for years - she knew the story of his foster daughter and knew no one would take her story seriously. This sexual violation helped further normalize this type of behavior and paved the way for more abuse down the road in Connie's life at the hands of church clergy.CLICK HERE FOR 15% OFF YOUR RIFE ORDER: Rife Technology – Real Rife TechnologyCODE: 420CLICK HERE FOR FREE SHIPPING ON CZTL'S METHYLENE BLUE: Buy ultra high purity Methylene Blue – CZTL CODE: IMAGINATIONCONNECT WITH CONNIE: YouTube: Connie A. Spencer Lucas learned three important lessons from legendary personal injury lawyer Brian Panish: preparation, aggressiveness, and authenticity. A partner at the firm Brian co-founded, Panish Shea Ravipudi LLP, Spencer put those lessons to work, with Brian, to secure $135 million for two survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Listen in as Spencer breaks down the case against the Moreno Valley Unified School District for host Dan Ambrose. In addition to describing hurdles that the team overcame, Spencer discusses spearheading the firm's efforts to find justice for sexual abuse survivors in the wake of California's Assembly Bill 218, which gives survivors the right to file claims that were otherwise time-barred. As Spencer explains, it's less about the monetary results and more about shining a light on institutions that covered up abuse. “It's been incredibly satisfying for me as a lawyer to be a part of this awareness,” he says.At TLU Vegas, Spencer will lead a workshop about navigating sexual abuse cases, sharing insight on strategic considerations for discovery, depositions, witnesses, and more.Train and Connect with the Titans☑️ Spencer Lucas | LinkedIn | Email☑️ Panish Shea Ravipudi LLP | LinkedIn | Instagram | X | Facebook☑️ TLU VEGAS☑️ Trial Lawyers University☑️ TLU On Demand Instant access to live lectures, case analysis, and skills training videos☑️ TLU on X | Facebook | Instagram | LinkedIn☑️ Subscribe Apple Podcasts | Spotify | YouTubeEpisode SnapshotSpencer's hometown: Port Orchard, Washington. “In the Bible we find many stories of abuse and sexual abuse of women, but did you know there are also stories of sexual abuse and sexual harassment of men? There is the well known story of Sodom and Gomorrah where the Angels, who were perceived to be men, were sexually harassed by the men of the city who wished to violently gang-rape them. Lott took them into his home for safety but tragically offered his daughters to be gang-raped instead. Thankfully the Angels did not allow the young women to be abused in this way. This story is nearly identical to the story of the gang-raped concubine in Judges 19 where the men of the city all gathered with violence on their minds. The only major difference is the concubine was a woman (not a man) and she was raped (not spared like the male Angels). There were also practices in the Roman empire common in the New Testament times were boys and male slaves could be sexually abused by their owner, master, or benefactor without legal repercussion because they were of a lesser status (this is called pederasty). Some scholars believe that the greek words arsenokoitai and malakoi in 1 Corinthians 6:9 are specifically speaking out against these predatory practices of sexual abuse where a dominant, high status man (viewed as masculine by patriarchal society) would sexually abuse a young boy or slave (seen as “effeminate” because of their lesser power in their patriarchal society). (1) I have mentioned before that Jesus, who came to earth as a man, experienced a form of sexual abuse on the cross as well. Forced stripping and forced public nakedness falls under the definition of sexual abuse.” -https://www.ashleyeaster.com/blog/male-sexual-abuse-survivor-in-the-bible. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/antonio-myers4/support

I had the opportunity to engage in a profound and revealing conversation with survivors of the Ohio State University sex abuse scandal. This podcast post aims to shed light on the harrowing experiences of these survivors, what Jim Jordan knew and didn't do, the systemic failures of the universities involved, and the urgent need for awareness, accountability, and change. The Survivors Speak OutThe survivors shared their personal stories of abuse, recounting instances of excessive fondling, drugging, rape, and voyeurism. They painted a disturbing picture of the environment at Ohio State, where faculty and staff were allowed to engage in inappropriate behavior. Their frustration with the legal system and the lack of support from the universities was palpable.Dr. Richard Strauss, a central figure in the scandal, was described as a manipulator who groomed his victims under the guise of medical procedures. The survivors emphasized the normalization of the abuse and the complicity of the institution in protecting Strauss. They drew parallels between the abuse at Ohio State, Michigan State, and the University of Michigan, suggesting a pattern of predatory behavior within large sports institutions. The Culture of Abuse in Athletic ProgramsThe survivors discussed the normalization and acceptance of the abuse within the athletic programs. They mentioned how the coaches and assistant coaches were aware of what was happening and even participated in normalizing it. The abuse was compared to hazing and initiation, and the upperclassmen would laugh about it. Until now, if they were past age 38, Maryland law ruled out suing alleged abusers. What will be the effect of new law that wipes out the statute of limitations? The Child Victims Act of 2023 goes into effect on October 1st.  We speak with Delegate C.T. Today, I interview Cindy Benezra who will share how she has emerged as a brilliant advocate for sexual abuse survivors. Her story is deeply moving, reflecting her struggles and resilience in the face of unimaginable trauma. From a young age, Cindy endured abuse at the hands of her father, a dominant and intelligent man who shattered her innocence. The abuse left her voiceless, as she grappled with the confusion of what was happening to her. Over the years, she found solace in nature, particularly among the orange blossoms, where she sought refuge and discovered the power of healing through self-expression.Cindy's path to healing was not linear, as she faced numerous challenges and setbacks along the way. Through an array of modalities, including mantras, visionary work, journaling, and alternative therapies, she embarked on a journey of self-discovery and self-love. Her story showcases the strength of the human spirit and the transformative power of finding one's voice after enduring profound trauma.__________________Cindy is the author of Under The Orange Blossoms, an advocate for sexual abuse survivors, and the owner of a luxury event company.__________________Find Cindy here:https://www.cindytalks.comhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/cindy-benezra-932560158/https://www.instagram.com/cindybenezra/https://pinterest.com/cindybenezrahttps://pinterest.com/cindytalkshttps://www.youtube.com/cindybenezraSupport the showI'm Dr. Doreen Downing and I help people find their voice so they can speak without fear. Matthew Bocchi's father was one of the many who lost their lives on September 11th. The news came in a highly censored manner. His mom and uncle told him what they thought was best for his young mind, but it wasn't enough for him. He wanted to understand all of the story. He became obsessed with the images of people jumping from the building and wondered daily if his father had been one of them. He badgered everyone around him, hoping one of them could tell him the truth. Eventually one person did talk to him, his uncle by marriage, but used it as a means to sexually assault Matthew. And thus began a life of using drugs to cope with devastating loss and psychological trauma. Matthew eventually chose to press charges against his persecutor only to find the legal system failing to find a verdict equal to crime. It was when he felt like there were no more options and his life was ruined, that his father came to him in the form of a sign. And in that moment, he decided to get help.Matthew began speaking in front of high school audiences throughout the tri-state area, delivering a message of hope and perseverance. The awestruck reception led him to write his debut memoir, SWAY, the first story told by a child of 9/11. He is now 7 years into his recovery journey, with plans to continue writing and speaking about inspiration and resilience.Episode ResourcesWebsite | matthewjohnbocchi.comSway | Matthew's BookConnect with The Courage to ChangePodcast Website | lionrock.life/couragetochangepodcastPodcast Instagram | @couragetochange_podcastYouTube | The Courage to Change PodcastTikTok | @ashleyloebblassingamePodcast Email | podcast@lionrock.lifePodcast Facebook | @thecouragetochangepodcastLionrock ResourcesLionrock Life Mobile App | lionrock.life/mobile-appSupport Group Meeting Schedule | lionrock.life/meetings
