To learn more about valuable resources for entrepreneurs and business owners, please visit https://www.sbprou.com/. The Secret To Raising Capital for an Acquisition is covered in this podio, along with the following subjects: - Why it's so difficult to find financing for acquisitions - Which types of acquisition make the most sense in different situations - How to increase your likelihood for successful acquisitions ************************************************************************************** Raising capital for an acquisition can be a daunting task, especially for small businesses. However, there are some common challenges that small businesses often face when trying to secure funding. One of the main challenges is convincing investors or lenders that the acquisition is a worthwhile investment. Small businesses may not have as much financial history or track record as larger companies, making it harder to prove their credibility and potential for success. Additionally, small businesses may struggle with limited resources and cash flow, which can make it difficult to finance an acquisition on their own. It's also important to have a solid business plan and financial projections in place to demonstrate the viability of the acquisition. I'll be talking with Kevin Bibelhausene about how to find the right capital to fuel growth through acquisitions. It is remarkable how quickly someone can transform their life when they buy a business. Kevin Bibelhausen suffered a Covid-related health scare that caused him to re-evaluate things. He'd flirted with buying a business before, but after this scare, he got serious about it. Today, just 2 years later, Kevin raised $800k from investors (that he did not already know) to buy a business valued at almost $8 million. He is now the owner & president of a 20-year-old wholesale fabrics business that does almost $10 million a year in sales — not to mention the general partner in a fund to invest in other searcher deals himself. Not bad for 2 years of work. https://www.linkedin.com/in/bibelhausen/ Every Tuesday evening on Leadership LIVE @ 8:05! - Talking Small Business, your host Andrew Frazier is joined by experienced entrepreneurs and business owners who share their secrets to success via Livestream.
