Jace and Rocky from the Comic Boom! YouTube channel give their spoiler-free thoughts on By A Thread #1. It's the latest Comixology Original title from writer Scott Snyder with his son Jack as co-writer. Gorgeous, kinetic art with wonderful emotion in both facial expressions and body language by Valeria Flavoccia is perfected complemented by beautiful color work from Whitney Cogar wit lettering by Tom Napolitano rounding out the creative team. This debut issue does a wonderful job of establishing the status quo of the world these creators have crafted while offering a compelling narrative that promises for fun and adventure to come.

Neo-Reality Collective | Pop-Culture News Talk hosted by Eric! In the twenty-ninth episode of NRC, DC Comics has announced their summer monthly event and it goes by the name Dark Crisis. From creators Josh Williamson and Daniel Sampere, the seven-issue event kicks off in June in comic book shops. The gang is back! Kind of. There's so many races through tunnels that this movie will leave you feeling like a naked mole rat - blind (because, you know, dark tunnels), deaf (honestly, I'm not sure if naked mole rats are deaf but the car noises are loud as heck in this movie), and in the desert (mole rats and Vin Diesel look alike and both dwell in the desert).
