The hosts, Monica and Louisa, have an incredible chemistry that shines through in every episode. They present good information in a fun and enjoyable manner, making each episode a delight to listen to.
One of the best aspects of The Chewing podcast is the way Monica and Louisa tackle their favorite topic: food. Their interviews are particularly engaging, allowing listeners to learn from experts in the culinary world. Additionally, their storytelling abilities are exceptional - they know how to captivate an audience and keep them entertained throughout the entire episode.

Monica and Louisa have a knack for uncovering interesting and delicious topics specific to their city, showcasing the diverse culinary scene that Chicago has to offer.
While there aren't many negative aspects to The Chewing podcast, one small critique would be the frequent use of certain phrases that some may find offensive. Although it doesn't bother me personally, I can understand why others might be taken aback by it. However, this is a minor issue that doesn't take away from the overall quality of the podcast.
In conclusion, The Chewing podcast is a smart, funny, and informative show that covers all things food with passion and expertise.
