The Power of Vulnerability: Cracks & Canyons was a message shared live on April 9th at the Center for Spiritual Living in Cape Coral, Florida, It was delivered by Ron Frost who is the author of "Getting Unstuck - 9 Keys to Creating More Prosperity, Fulfillment, and Joy in Your Life! Does the FEAR OF BEING JUDGED (by self or by others) stop you from expressing your true authentic self? Do you sometimes LIMIT YOURSELF, your relationships, your inner joy, or your soul's passion at the risk of being too vulnerable? Are you ready to learn how to BREAKTHROUGH any self-limiting beliefs and live the grander version of YOU? ...this message will share why it is important for us, our relationships, our spiritual journey, and our lives to be truly authentic, open, and vulnerable! Ernest Holmes writes, “There is something within you beyond all doubt and fear, something which has never been limited by your acts or destroyed by your feeling. This is the only something that can make you whole.” This Thing Called You, pg.4. Science of Mind teaches there is something within us that has never been affected by fear, uncertainty, comparison, etc. This place is the home of Spirit, that individualized expression that resides within us all. This space is the very birthplace of vulnerability and authenticity. It is that gentle, creative urge that propels us forward into deeper and deeper expressions of ourselves. This space makes room for fear and uncertainty, and meets it with the very essence of the divine. to learn more about the benefits of vulnerability I would recommend listening to Brene Brown's videos on the topic. Lewis Howes also shares some great insight as well as Tony Robbins, Russell Brand, Aaron Doughty, Sean Smith, and several others. What is the nature of consciousness, and how does it relate to our spiritual existence? And can we really get to a place where we feel totally ONE with ALL THAT IS? In this message, Ron shares his insight as to how one can best understand, connect, and utilize this source of Infinite Wisdom to live a more self-empowered life! you are the greatness that illuminates the world! Infinite wisdom is a concept that has intrigued philosophers, theologians, and seekers of truth for centuries. It refers to the idea of a limitless source of knowledge and understanding that transcends human comprehension. While it may seem like an impossible concept to grasp, the pursuit of infinite wisdom can lead to a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us. to learn more about Ron Frost visit: www.NewThoughtSpeaker.org or www.RonaldFrost.com

These are unusual, possibly stressful times we're living in. At a time when many people may be looking for spiritual support, mainstream churches are suffering an identity crisis which leaves many people alienated. Reverend Jeffrey Ryan has been on the periphery of Agnes' life for many years so, finally, the light came on for Agnes, that he may be the ideal person to talk about options for those people who are looking for guidance, for support, for community in these chaotic times. The Center for Spiritual Living may not be the answer for everyone but Reverend Jeff explains their philosophy of community and inclusion and joy that is their raison d'etre. Agnes tuned in to several of Reverend Jeff's services before the interview and will attest to their joy and Jeff's spirit. Reverend Jeff can be found at https://riversidecsl.org/ on FaceBook at https://www.facebook.com/riversidecsl and at YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/RiversideCSL To find a community near you: https://csl.org/
Being raised in the Church of the Science of Mind, Devavani had a wonderful foundation of spirituality from a young age. Changing their name to Center for Spiritual Living and based on the writings of Earnest Holmes who had studied the many religions of the world, Holmes found the common thread that "as a man thinketh, so is his life." As a working mother going to school at night, Devavani recommitted to her church and eventually became the Music Director at a prominent church in San Diego and so began her music ministry for the next 17 years. In the 60's Devavani had a teenage pregnancy and got thrown into adulthood, got married and stayed married for many years. Listen to her journey of re-awakening in the third, 3rd of her life. Devavani is a gifted singer, recording artist, composer, poet and teacher. Mother and grandmother of two beautiful daughters and three grandbabies, she has shapeshifted her life for nearly seven decades around the needs of family, her passion for teaching, and her present soul-work of listening to the voice of her muse. If you asked, she would say her greatest talent has been taking leaps in life, finetuning the art of courageous change. After decades of raising family, teaching and performing in San Diego, she now spends her days quietly writing, singing and gardening on the tiny island of Guam with her little dog Scout and her loving wife Donna.DevaVani Vocal Arts on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/DevavaniVoiceJourneysON LEAVING by DevaVaniI left the horse life, the church life, the teaching life, the married life.Left home, left my town, my country, community and friends.Pulled up roots gently.Walked away from the familiar, the beloved, the history of my past. From childhood haunts. From place, people, things. From trainings and degrees, performance stages, classrooms, and houses.Freed myself from expectation and predictability, watched layers of conditioning and tradition melt.Dropped the burden of my responsibility to others to answer the whispered sighs of my own heart asking, “If not now, then when?”Answered with gratitude and goodbyes. Farewell desert mountains, and soft California beaches. Farewell tribe…until we meet again.Nothing is wrong. I love you.Gazing ahead into the unseen Unknown, I felt her breathing. Closed my eyes and felt the Stillness beckoning.Listened to the hush of waves moving and gates swinging open.Followed that secret sound until Time chose my moment…And I leapt.~ Devavani, 2021“There is a vitality, a life force, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and as there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. If you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and be lost. The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is, nor how it compares with another's expression. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open. You do not even have to believe in yourself or your work. You have to stay open and aware directly to the urges that motivate you. Keep the channel open. No artist is pleased. There is no satisfaction whatever at any time. There is only a queer, divine dissatisfaction, a blessed unrest that keeps us marching and makes us more alive...”- Martha GrahamFind Sean and Corrine on Social Media:IG: Corrine Champigny, TurningPoints_Podcast, theseanronFB: Corrine Champigny, Turning Points PodcastYouTube: Corrine Champigny, Turning Points PodcastWebsites: www.blissed.com, www.theivyhouse.org, www.globalwatchfoundationchildrenshome.org

Authentic spirituality is a mature spirituality that is informed, inspired and integrative in all aspects of life. What is inauthentic spirituality? As Martin Luther King Jr. said, "It is one that affirms the presence of God with one's lips, but denies God with one's life." Authentic spirituality is what's needed most in the world today.Practical Spirituality is about using Divine Power to uplift our lives and the world right here, right now. It’s time for greater healing, deeper understanding and profound intimacy—with God, ourselves and each other.

Can a breakdown lead to a breakthrough? Can a seeming “screw up” become just what you and your travel mates need to remember why you are here and what the life journey is really about? When you’re broken down, how can you call in the best imaginable help to get you back on track and on the road to realizing your grandest dreams?
Sidetracked with Rev. Joshua Reeves - This is the third spiritual message in the Five-Week Sunday Series: Adventure in Faith 2019Let the Adventure Begin! Get lost. Seriously! Take a detour. Take the long way. Slow down. There‘s no need to rush. If life is truly about the adventure and not the destination, then a happy ending is only the byproduct of cultivating happiness along the way.You can’t truly know where you’re going or where you’ve been without clearly understanding where you are. When you embrace the truth that you are here, balance, self-acceptance, and creativity is cultivated, which allows you to boldly move forward in your life adventure. What does adventure suggest to you? Someplace different? Something exciting or unknown? Maybe even a little bit scary? Or could it be a place you’ve always longed to go, what you’ve always longed to do or who you’ve always longed to be? Maybe the real you on the true adventure of your soul?Welcome to your adventure in faith!
Building his career from the streets, one passer-by at a time, Martin Kerr has been able to make a living as an independent musician for the last 10 years. Kerr is no stranger to taking his guitar, along with his busking amp, and setting up his CD store anywhere he could gather an audience. “To connect with people who left the house that morning not expecting to hear live music in the street, for a song to stop them in their tracks on their way get groceries or run to the bank, is a really special thing.” says Kerr. It has been these connections that have enabled him to build a fan base of loyal supporters who he refers to as more of a family.
