"The Catholic Church talks about the complementarity of men and women, the extent to which men and women compliment each other. Neither one is better than the other but they're different," says Bill Donohue, president and CEO of the Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights, the nation's largest Catholic civil rights organization. "But we live in a society that's radically egalitarian - everyone has to be exactly equal all the time. That is against human nature. We have different abilities, different talents, different strengths that we bring to the fore and we should praise people and develop them rather than trying to obliterate them." Bill is the author of eleven books and thousands of articles. His latest book, Cultural Meltdown: The Secular Roots of our Moral Crisis, was published in 2024. Bill also serves on the advisory boards of many organizations, including the Society of Catholic Social Scientists and the Christian Film & Television Commission. Winner of several teaching awards, and many awards from the Catholic community, Bill has appeared on thousands of television and radio shows speaking on civil liberties, social issues, and religion. These radical elites have rejected the idea of personal sin and replaced it with social injustice. They've rejected traditional values and replaced them with a dangerously misguided individualism that is misusing our liberties to destroy freedom as we've known it. In his incomparable, no-holds-barred style, Donohue offers a commonsense solution to restoring the virtues in the workplace and defending universal morality. You will learn the hard-hitting truth about the dangers of multiculturalism, the “blame America” campaign, the Black Lives Matter movement, and Critical Race Theory. In 2023, Bill starred in, and was co-executive producer of, a documentary on Disney, titled, Walt's Disenchanted Kingdom. It's breaking all the barriers, setting all the records, and blazing all the trails, and Dallas Jenkins, it's director, should be out doing nothing but victory laps in churches all over North America. Unfortunately, he isn't though... becuase a lot of people have a BIG problem with some of the catholic, Mormon (Latter-Day Saint), and Messianic Jewish staff involved in assorted parts of the production. No joke... go google "Dallas Jenkins Mormon" and you'll get thousands of videos telling you why you shouldn't go watch "The Chosen". lololol. It's simultaneously sad and hilarious at the same time. So... in this video, Dallas Jenkins sets the records straight, he pledges allegiance to the evangelical flag, and then has a seriously fun and productive conversation with fellow believer Cardon Ellis, the creator of Midnight Mormons, about how to write for Jopnathan Rumie, the ethics of Christian Film writing, and a bunch of really fun stuff in between. Dirty Harry is one of Clint Eastwood's best known films. It is also violent, full of profanity, and sprinkled with gratuitous nudity. How could anyone possibly mistake it for a Christian film? Today Chris makes a case for just that--he's not saying you should watch it as a family--or even that you should watch it. He makes the argument instead that it is a film that only makes sense within a Christian worldview--within a Christian framework of meaning. It is filled with subtle allusions to Christ--but the Jesus hinted at in Dirty Harry is not meek or mild. He's angry--and for good reason. It's time to deal with the pachyderm in the basement: what is a Christian movie? The term is thrown around like candycorn at halloween but most people could not define it. Josh and Elijah attempt to give this elephant a name, to measure the unmeasurable and ask, "Is it as good as candycorn?" Visit our website, www.FoxfireFarmhouse.com for movie recommendations and reviews.
