In questa puntata, insieme al professor Corrado Lodigiani, direttore del Centro Trombosi e Malattie Emorragiche dell’Istituto Clinico Humanitas di Milano, scopriamo come funziona davvero la circolazione venosa e perché semplici gesti, come camminare, evitare di restare fermi troppo a lungo e sollevare leggermente le gambe durante il riposo, possono fare la differenza per sentirsi più leggeri anche in estate.
