Former Oklahoma City Police Officer Daniel Holtzclaw Interrogation AUDIO (complete) Daniel Ken Holtzclaw (born December 10, 1986) is an American former Oklahoma City Police Department patrol officer who was convicted in December 2015 of multiple counts of rape, sexual battery, forcible oral sodomy, and other sexual charges.[4] Holtzclaw was convicted of eighteen counts involving eight different women. According to the police investigators, Holtzclaw abused his position as an officer by running background checks to find information that could be used to coerce victims into sex.[1] During the trial, the defense questioned the victims' credibility during cross-examination, bringing up their criminal records.[5] Of the thirteen women who accused Holtzclaw, several had criminal histories such as drug arrests, and all of them were African American.[6] The prosecution argued that victims were deliberately chosen by Holtzclaw for these reasons.[7] Holtzclaw pleaded not guilty to all charges. On December 10, 2015, he was convicted on 18 of 36 charges, and on January 21, 2016, he was sentenced to 263 years in prison.[8][9][10] Jason Flom (a founding Board Member of the Innocence Project), right-wing commentator Michelle Malkin and others have supported Holtzclaw's claims of innocence. On August 1, 2019, Holtzclaw was denied an appeal by the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, which upheld both his convictions and prison sentence. The defense petitioned the Supreme Court of the United States on the basis that merging seventeen cases together "strains credulity". On March 9, 2020, the Supreme Court refused the petition.

The Inflation Reduction Act, passed last year, is said to be the largest bill ever to address the climate disaster. The legislation includes about $30 billion for homeowners to make energy-efficient upgrades to their houses, such as installing solar panels or a heat pump. Sounds great, right? But it's daunting for the average taxpayer to navigate the byzantine world of tax credits to access IRA funds for those upgrades. David Holtzclaw wants to help. He owns Transduction Technologies, an engineering firm that provides energy consulting services to commercial and residential clients in Omaha. He's here today in conversation with Maria Corpuz to explain how local homeowners can take advantage of the Inflation Reduction Act to make their homes greener. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/riversidechats/support

Effective marketing requires not only a solid strategy but also adaptability and a deep understanding of consumer motivations. By leveraging these principles and staying attuned to the ever-changing marketing landscape, you can craft compelling campaigns that resonate with your audience and drive business success. Unlocking the Secrets of Laddering Laddering is a technique used in qualitative market research to delve deeper into consumer motivations. It involves asking "why" repeatedly to uncover the root of consumer decisions. Laddering helps move beyond surface-level responses and exposes the underlying motivations. Don't settle for the first answer; keep digging to reveal the true driving factors. The Art of Content That Converts Creating content that converts is the ultimate goal for marketers.Conversion goes beyond engagement metrics like likes and shares; it's about driving action. Video-based content is a versatile format, as it can be repurposed into various other content types. Content should be adaptable, allowing you to use it in different channels. Curation is becoming more critical in content creation. It's about finding and sharing valuable existing content, rather than creating everything from scratch. Lead Generation vs. Demand Generation Lead generation focuses on identifying potential customers and capturing their interest. Demand generation concentrates on brand awareness and creating a need for your product or service. B2B companies often need both lead and demand generation strategies. The two approaches serve different purposes in the buyer's journey.Consumers may not be ready to buy immediately, but capturing their information allows for future engagement. Recognize that lead generation is the beginning of a longer relationship-building process.

One possibility is seeking accreditation through the Georgia Accrediting Commission, although it accredits individual schools rather than entire districts. The board is also exploring whether Cognia would accredit the district without an annual payment. Cognia faced controversy in 2021 for a review of Cobb County School District, which was eventually voided due to evidence ignored during the process. The board voted 6-1 to table the payment, with concerns about potential risks for students and the monopolistic position of Cognia in Georgia's accreditation landscape. Research and discussions are ongoing to find the best solution for maintaining accreditation. STORY 5: hall The Georgia Law Enforcement Organization is raising funds to support Hall County Sheriff's Deputy Patrick Neil Holtzclaw, whose wife and young children tragically died in a fiery crash in Habersham County. The crash involved a speeding Corvette colliding with the Ford Explorer driven by Holtzclaw's wife. All occupants of both vehicles were killed. The fundraising efforts will help Deputy Holtzclaw with funeral expenses. The Georgia Law Enforcement Organization is a 501c3 non-profit, ensuring that all donations will go directly to Deputy Holtzclaw without any deductions. The community has been urged to offer support and prayers during this difficult time. Story 6: park A new skate park at the Silver Comet Linear Park in Powder Springs, Cobb County, has officially opened. Designed by California Skateparks, the 20,000-square-foot park cost $1.8 million and can host Olympic qualifying competitions. Powder Springs Mayor Al Thurman expressed his excitement, calling it a "dream come true." Skaters and bikers were thrilled with the park's features, and it's expected to be a safe and popular gathering spot for skateboarders in the community. The skatepark is seen as a valuable asset to the city of Powder Springs and is expected to inspire future generations of skateboarders to enjoy the sport in a secure environment. We'll be back in a moment Break: Drake- Elon- UMC 30 Story 7: transit Cobb County is planning to build a new transit center in south Cobb to improve access to different bus routes of the CobbLinc transit system. The project aims to enhance transportation options for residents and ease traffic congestion. Two existing transit centers in Marietta and Cumberland are also being considered for renovation and relocation. The studies will help the county access federal funding for the project. The completion of the centers is expected to take five to seven years. The proposed transit center in south Cobb is likely to be located near Wellstar Cobb Hospital, with the exact site to be determined. Story 8: team usa Three Cobb County baseball players, Levi Clark, Bryce Clavon, and Michael Mullinax, have been selected for Team USA's 18U national team training camp roster. They earned their spots after competing in the Prospect Development Pipeline League. The training camp will take place in California, and the final 20-man roster will be announced on August 25. The team aims to defend its world title in September. The training camp roster features players from 19 states, with California having the most representatives. The 18U national team will be managed by Michael Cuddyer, a two-time All-Star. Story 9: smart At SEC Media Days, Georgia coach Kirby Smart said he is focused on the present and not getting caught up in making history by potentially winning three straight national titles. The Bulldogs have a shot at achieving a rare three-peat, with Minnesota being the only team to have done it before in 1934-1936. However, Smart believes in taking it one day at a time and not relying on historical feats for motivation. Georgia is coming off two impressive seasons and is considered the favorite to win it all again this year, but they remain focused on the new challenges ahead. Absolutely awesome conversation with Eric Holtzclaw today on Delivering #MarketingJoy! Kirby and Eric discuss why you need to look at your content like a magazine (not a catalog), why consistency is so powerful, and why entrepreneurship is NOT for everyone! Watch now and let us know what you think!
Eric Holtzclaw is a serial entrepreneur who truly understands that marketing requires discipline, consistency, and strategy. As the Chief Strategist and Dojo Master at Liger, he is the resident expert in guiding businesses to find their identities and core values, craft their visions, and establish their brands. Eric also hosts The Claw podcast where he interviews business owners and entrepreneurs to discuss their goals. He has contributed to magazines and online publications and wrote the book, “Laddering: Unlocking the Potential of Consumer Behavior”.Eric is a recovering technologist, he spent the early part of his career running development shops, and then for a period of time, he owned a research company where customers care about marketing, which is a combination of understanding your customer and technology. He mainly worked in the services side of the business where he also does a lot of B2B work. B2B is not as open to putting someone out front. They really have to do that in today's world in order for you to get attention. No one wants to buy from a company, they want to buy from individuals. Still doing some things that are old-school tactics. When Eric started his business, it was about the business brand and then there were people behind it. Now you want to know who runs the company and understand there's a brand behind them. It's really not about B2B or B2C, it's about humans selling something to other humans. In the B2B space, it's more important because it's based on relationships. Making decisions in B2B is way riskier than it is on the B2C side. You would want to know who you are buying from on the B2B side because if you don't like that car, you would never be able to buy from that auto dealer again. But if you purchase a piece of software that the company's going to use, you could be stuck with that for a long time. That relationship has to be strong. You need to think about who is going to support you in the B2B space to make sure you are successful.Eric and his team focus on helping companies figure out which platform their customers are on, be it Facebook, LinkedIn or TikTok, or others. More important than the platform you pick is that you pick multiple platforms because you don't own the platform. If you put content out on one platform and something happens to it, all of your credibility and time that you've spent on just that one platform could be gone. Make sure that you're thinking of at least two, maybe three, and that you're getting your content out of those so that you're not investing too much time into them all.The mission statement of Eric and his company is: Saving the world from boring, broken marketing. Using the proven discovery process that they take clients through gets Eric and his team to define the words for any brand. As a B2B company, you need to think about all of this in a different way. B2B companies often feel like they're in these boxes and different from others which are not true. They should stand out, and get a reaction by bringing more people into the conversation and then educate them about why they're the right choice. Be aspirational, although that aspiration will take time because you have to really understand who you are today. In this episode:[02:00] Eric helps brands and companies get involved with social media marketing. No one wants to buy from a company, they want to buy from individuals. It is an interesting hurdle for B2B because they see it for business-to-consumer brands.[05:00] All the different cable stations, video platforms, and networks available in the US today.Know the platform where your customers are.Picking multiple platforms to get your content out.[08:00] Follow the rules of improv to keep the conversation open...

Daniel Holtzclaw made an odd traffic stop in which he violated several policies on what he thought was a drunk driver. Hours later he would find himself in front of detectives being accused of sexual assault and rape. In the following months 19 more individuals would come out with allegations of being sexually assaulted by Holtzclaw. The trial was more than confusing and the judge was forced to resign due to having sex with other prosecutors, the victims were caught lying, evidence was proven to be non existent, and MSM published, with extreme media bias, a rumor that was proven to be absolutely false yet the jury was not aware that it was false and it was never addressed in trial. Was Daniel Holtzclaw a serial rapist, narcissist , and corrupt cop? Was he some of those things, or was he completely innocent? Former Oklahoma City Police Officer Daniel Holtzclaw Interrogation AUDIO (complete)Daniel Ken Holtzclaw (born December 10, 1986) is an American former Oklahoma City Police Department patrol officer who was convicted in December 2015 of multiple counts of rape, sexual battery, forcible oral sodomy, and other sexual charges.[4]Holtzclaw was convicted of eighteen counts involving eight different women. According to the police investigators, Holtzclaw abused his position as an officer by running background checks to find information that could be used to coerce victims into sex.[1] During the trial, the defense questioned the victims' credibility during cross-examination, bringing up their criminal records.[5] Of the thirteen women who accused Holtzclaw, several had criminal histories such as drug arrests, and all of them were African American.[6] The prosecution argued that victims were deliberately chosen by Holtzclaw for these reasons.[7]Holtzclaw pleaded not guilty to all charges. On December 10, 2015, he was convicted on 18 of 36 charges, and on January 21, 2016, he was sentenced to 263 years in prison.[8][9][10]Jason Flom (a founding Board Member of the Innocence Project), right-wing commentator Michelle Malkin and others have supported Holtzclaw's claims of innocence. On August 1, 2019, Holtzclaw was denied an appeal by the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, which upheld both his convictions and prison sentence. The defense petitioned the Supreme Court of the United States on the basis that merging seventeen cases together "strains credulity". On March 9, 2020, the Supreme Court refused the petition.True Crime Podcast 2022 - Police Interrogations, 911 Calls and True Police Stories Podcast

Dr. Gary Holtzclaw is a dentist and practice owner in Simpsonville, SC. Alan holds a special place in his hear for Gary because he was one of the very few people who attended Alan's presentation at the Dentsply Sirona World 2017. In Las Vegas. At 8am. On the topic of addiction. So let's be honest...Gary is a peach. The guys had a wide ranging conversation that could have gone on a lot longer and some of the topics they discussed are as follows: Gary indulges Al in a college marching band story because both of them were in the marching band back in the day. Gary and Al are both old school podcast listeners. (Rio 500 mp3 player in the house!) Gary and Al both share a history of buying a "diamond in the rough" kind of practice. We're not sure those kind of practices are out there much any more, but if you find one you should buy it! Gary got into Spear Education/CEREC around the time you could buy CE on DVD! Reality Ratings changed Al's dental life Gary explains his FriedRiceTacoPizza approach to immersing himself in CE and recommends others approach it a little differently. When he dove in to treating sleep apnea and airway he took courses from Erin Elliott at 3D Dental, Jamison Spencer and Jeff Rouse at Spear. All amazing teachers and courses, but they all have a little bit different approach. This made implementation much more difficult. Instructors don't realize how special they are and often how their practice is. Adults need ortho. A lot. How did Gary get in to moving teeth? In the first three years of practice try and figure out what you DON'T want to do. Gary and Al both threaten to give up a lot of procedures Experience means understanding what's a "Hail Mary" and how to explain that to a patient. Gary on newer dentists..."they're hungrier." Daniel Ken Holtzclaw (born December 10, 1986) is a former police officer in the United States. He was convicted in December 2015 of multiple counts of rape, sexual battery, forcible oral sodomy, and other sexual charges while working for the Oklahoma City Police Department.[1] Holtzclaw was convicted of eighteen counts involving eight different women. According to the police investigators, Holtzclaw abused his position as an officer by running background checks to find information that could be used to coerce victims into sex.[2] During the trial, the defense questioned the victims' credibility during cross-examination, bringing up their criminal records.[3] Of the thirteen women who accused Holtzclaw, several had criminal histories such as drug arrests, and all of them were African American.[4] The prosecution argued that victims were deliberately chosen by Holtzclaw for these reasons.[5] Holtzclaw pleaded not guilty to all charges. On December 10, 2015, he was convicted on 18 of 36 charges, and on January 21, 2016, he was sentenced to 263 years in prison.[6][7][8] Jason Flom (a founding Board Member of the Innocence Project), right-wing commentator Michelle Malkin and others have supported Holtzclaw's claims of innocence. On August 1, 2019, Holtzclaw was denied an appeal by the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, which upheld both his convictions and prison sentence.[9][10][11] The defense petitioned the Supreme Court of the United States on the basis that merging seventeen cases together "strains credulity". On March 9, 2020, the Supreme Court refused the petition.[12]
