James Anderson, Chairman & CEO of Guanajuato Silver (TSX.V: GSVR) (OTCQX: GSVRF), joins us for a comprehensive update on Q1 2026 financials, year-to-date operations trends, the 16,000 meters of underground development work underway, and the key initiatives for their ongoing 75,000 meter drill program at each mine.   Guanajuato Silver produces silver and gold concentrates from the El Cubo Mine Complex, Valenciana Mines Complex, the San Ignacio mine, and their recently acquired Bolanitos Gold-Silver Mine. In addition, the Company produces silver, gold, lead, and zinc concentrates from the Topia mine in northwestern Durango.  In addition to these 5 producing mines, the Company also has 3 past-producing exploration and development projects in their portfolio at the El Horcon Mine, Pinguico Mine, and Cebada Mine.   Selected Q1 2026 Highlights   Record Revenue of $43.1M represents an increase of 89% over the previous quarter, when revenue totalled $22.7M. Over 97% of revenue in Q1 was derived from silver and gold sales, highlighting Guanajuato Silver's position as a true precious metals producer. Record Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization* ("EBITDA") of positive $13.1M, demonstrating a dramatic reversal from Q4, 2025 EBITDA of negative $21.8M. Record Net Income of $5.7M, demonstrating the impact of improved mine operations in conjunction with rising silver and gold prices. Record Mine Operating Income of $14.3M represents a 252% increase over the previous quarter. In Q4, 2025, the Company generated $4.0M in Mine Operating Income. Gold production of 4,295 ounces represents a 104% increase over the previous quarter. In Q4, 2025 the Company produced 2,110 ounces of gold. The sizable increase in gold production over the quarter was largely due to the addition of production from the gold-rich Bolanitos Mine, which was acquired in January of 2026. Silver production of 339,104 ounces for the quarter represents a 15% increase over the previous quarter. In Q4, 2025, the Company produced 295,836 silver ounces. Silver production generated 58% of total revenue; this outsized leverage to the silver market makes Guanajuato Silver an outlier within the mining industry. Cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments totaled $30.5M at the end of the quarter; notably, the Company achieved this cash figure after paying net $30.0M in cash to close the acquisition of Minera Bolanitos S.A de C.V. on January 15, 2026.   James outlines their ongoing 16,000 meters of underground development work paired with the 75,000-meter drill program, currently utilizing 8 drill rigs to augment exploration initiatives. Revenue increased by 40% to $22.7M in Q4 from $16.3M in Q3, 2025. Production during Q4 was 295,836 ounces of silver (an increase of 21% over the previous quarter Grades of Silver and Gold were 37% and 15% higher respectively, showing a continued trajectory toward higher quality ounces. Silver represented 64% of total revenue; with 94% of revenue in Q4 derived from silver and gold sales, Guanajuato Silver remains a genuine precious metals producer with outsized leverage to the silver price. Realized prices were $55.54 for silver and $4,161.94 for gold in Q4. Cash and cash equivalents totaled $41.5M at the end of the quarter   James outlines their ongoing 16,000 meters of underground development work paired with the 75,000-meter drill program, currently utilizing 7 drill rigs and with plans to contract 2 more to augment exploration initiatives. Die Familie betreibt die Wäscherei «Lavanderia Suiza» und eine kleine Backstube: «Wir führen hier ein buntes, fröhliches Leben zwischen Backofen, Waschmaschinen und tropischer Natur.» Der 52 jährige Toggenburger hat Bolivien früh ins Herz geschlossen. Vicente Huidobro (1893-1948) fue un poeta chileno, considerado uno de los grandes innovadores de la poesía de vanguardia en lengua española y el principal exponente del creacionismo, corriente literaria que él mismo fundó. Nacimiento: 10 de enero de 1893 en Santiago de Chile, en el seno de una familia aristocrática. Estudió en el colegio San Ignacio y luego en la Universidad de Chile, donde cursó literatura. Publicó en 1911 Ecos del alma, obra todavía de corte modernista. Muy pronto se distanció de esa estética buscando una poesía más rupturista. En 1916 viajó a París, donde entró en contacto con las vanguardias artísticas: cubismo, futurismo y dadaísmo. Allí formuló su teoría creacionista, que postulaba que el poeta no debía “cantar la naturaleza” ni imitarla, sino crear realidades nuevas con la palabra, convirtiéndose en un “pequeño dios”. James outlined that this resource update reflects the strength and continuity of the underlying Veta Madre mineral system at Valenciana, and reinforces their confidence in the long-term viability and expanded potential of the project. James Anderson, Chairman & CEO of Guanajuato Silver (TSX.V:GSVR – OTCQX:GSVRF), joins me to highlight their recently closed transformational acquisition of the Bolanitos Gold-Silver Mine from Endeavour Silver, and how this augments the current production profile of the company, as well as synergies with processing and improving efficiencies.   Bolanitos is the Company's fifth producing precious metals mine in Mexico. Located adjacent to Guanajuato Silver's San Ignacio mine, the 1,600 tonnes per day Bolanitos flotation plant is currently under-utilized and has significant capacity for increased throughput and production. Bolanitos is a gold mine and silver mine which will further enhance the Company's position as a growing precious metals producer in Mexico. In total, the Company will operate three primary silver mines (Topia, Valenciana, and El Cubo) and two primary gold mines (Bolanitos and San Ignacio).   Guanajuato Silver has acquired Bolanitos for total consideration of up to US$50 million (the "Transaction"), consisting of (i) upfront consideration of US$40 million which was paid on closing and was comprised of US$30 million in cash and US$10 million of Guanajuato Silver common at a deemed price of US$0.2709413 (Cdn$0.3815) per share. and (ii) contingent consideration of US$10 million ((ii) In addition to the Upfront Consideration, Guanajuato Silver will make two contingent payments to Endeavour, each being US$5 million, upon achieving production of two million ounces of silver-equivalent and four million ounces of silver-equivalent, respectively. Each Contingent Payment will be satisfied 50% in cash and 50% in Guanajuato Shares.   We discussed how the incorporation of the San Ignacio Mine into the Bolanitos Mines Complex is expected to rapidly generate improved economics and expanded mine life. Mineralized material mined at San Ignacio will now be transported to the nearby 1,600 tonnes per day Bolanitos flotation plant; as Bolanitos and San Ignacio are contiguous to one another, this is expected to dramatically reduce transportation costs and increase utilization at the Bolanitos mill. This has allowed the Company to put the Cata processing plant on care and maintenance, with the goal to have over 85% utilization at the Bolanitos and El Cubo plants in 2026.   Another aspect of this deal also includes the acquisition of the historic Cebada mine, which is located contiguous and to the north of the Company's Valenciana Mines Complex (VMC). The Company intends to reactivate Cebada, which is currently on care and maintenance, as an important exploration and development project. James Anderson, CEO of Guanajuato Silver (TSX.V:GSVR – OTCQX:GSVRF), joins me to highlight their recently announced transformational acquisition of the Bolanitos Gold-Silver Mine from Endeavour Silver, and to review the key takeaways from Q3 2025 operations and financials.  We also end the discussion getting his technical outlook on the recent price action, and supply/demand fundamentals for silver.     On November 24th Guanajuato Silver announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Bolanitos gold-silver located in Guanajuato, Mexico, from Endeavour Silver Corp. (TSX:EDR) for total consideration of up to US$50 million, consisting of (i) upfront consideration at closing of US$40, which is comprised of US$30 million in cash and US$10 million of Guanajuato Silver common at a deemed price of US$0.2709413 (Cdn$0.3815) per share. (ii) In addition to the Upfront Consideration, Guanajuato Silver will make two contingent payments to Endeavour, each being US$5 million, upon achieving production of two million ounces of silver-equivalent and four million ounces of silver-equivalent, respectively. Each Contingent Payment will be satisfied 50% in cash and 50% in Guanajuato Shares.   Bolanitos Acquisition Highlights   Bolanitos will be Guanajuato Silver's 5th producing precious metals mine in Mexico. Upon the completion of the Transaction, the Company will operate three primary silver mines (Topia, Valenciana, and El Cubo) and two primary gold mines (Bolanitos and San Ignacio). 2024 Production at Bolanitos totaled 2,471,027 silver-equivalent (AgEq) ounces from 427,646 tonnes grading 39 g/t silver and 1.98 g/t gold for 452,627 ounces of silver and 25,230 ounces of gold. Silver and gold recoveries were 84.4% and 92.7% respectively. AgEq calculated at 80:1 silver to gold ratio (see Endeavour MD&A for the year ended December 31, 2024). The acquisition of Bolanitos significantly increases Guanajuato Silver's resource base, adding in approximately 25 million silver equivalent ounces. The incorporation of the San Ignacio Mine into the Bolanitos Mines Complex is expected to rapidly generate improved economics and expanded mine life; mineralized material mined at San Ignacio will now be transported to the nearby 1,600 tonnes per day Bolanitos flotation plant; as Bolanitos and San Ignacio are contiguous to one another, this is expected to dramatically reduce transportation costs and increase utilization at the Bolanitos mill. The Transaction also includes the acquisition of the historic Cebada mine, which is located contiguous and to the north of theCompany's Valenciana Mines Complex (VMC). The Company intends to reactivate Cebada, which is currently on care and maintenance, as an important exploration and development project.   Selected Q3 2025 Operational and Financial Highlights:    Working capital improved over the quarter by $11.3M or 168% compared to Q2; working capital for Q3 2025 was $4.6M compared to negative $6.7M in Q2 2025. The Company reported positive operating cash flows of $3,065,567 for the first nine months of 2025; in Q3 the Company generated positive cash flow from mining operations of $712,271 with realized metal prices of $39.03 for Silver and $3,441 for gold. Production for the quarter of 457,525 silver-equivalent ounces (AgEq) comprising 245,369 ounces of silver, 2,025 ounces of gold, 597,269 pounds of lead and 741,595 pounds of zinc. Silver equivalents are calculated using an 87.70:1 (Ag/Au), 0.02:1 (Ag/Pb) and 0.03:1 (Ag/Zn) ratio for Q3 2025. Increased capital expenditures over the quarter are expected to generate improved efficiencies into 2026. Capital expenditures were 97% higher in Q3 over Q2. “Todos los cabellos de su cabeza están contados.”Del santo Evangelio según san Lucas: 12, 1-7.Lectura y reflexión: Pbro. Eligio Román Campoverde.

ES QUESTIÓN DE LA MISERICORDIA Cuando Pedro ve la enorme cantidad de peces se siente lleno de asombro. Pedro se siente muy indigno de estar cerca de una persona tan maravillosa como es Jesús. Por eso le grita a Jesús: “Apártate de mi Señor. Soy un pecador”..Pero Jesús no le hace caso. Al contrario, le dice a Pedro esto: "No temas; desde ahora serás pescador de hombres". Pedro comienza aprender que eso mismo es estilo Jesús. Porque para Jesús, para Dios somos todos nosotros los amados hijos de su Padre Celestial. Claro que Pedro fue pecador. Uds. y yo también. Pero eso no es lo que importa. Pedro iba ver a Jesús acercándose a pecadores días y noches. Porque Jesús poco después llama el pecador y cobrador Mateo para ser también un pescador de hombres. Jesús se acerca a la mujer samaritana. Otra pecadora. Al comienzo toqué unos versos del canto NO SOY DIGNO de la Hermana Glenda. Porque para Jesús no es cuestión de ser o no ser pecador. No es cuestión de merecer nada. La misión de Jesús es una misión de la MISERICORDIA.  Jesús sabía, creo yo, que el mismo Pedro lo iba a negar. Jesús también sabía que todos los discípulos lo iban a abandonar cuando lo agarraron en el Huerto de Getsemaní. Hace muchos años hice yo los llamados Ejercicios Espirituales de San Ignacio de Loyola. Cuando una persona hace los Ejercicios Espirituales uno de los fines de ello es de reconocer y dejar cualquier idea equivocada de Dios. Pedro conoció a Jesús como un hombre de la misericordia. Por eso Pedro pasó esos tres años con Jesús amando y llamando a los demás, pecadores y todos…a recibir y a vivir la libre y gratuita MISERICORDIA DE DIOS. James Anderson, CEO of Guanajuato Silver (TSX.V:GSVR – OTCQX:GSVRF), joins me to review their Q2 2025 financials, an operations and exploration update at their 4 producing mines in Mexico, the permitting approval for future development at Pinguico, and the strategy for growth in H2 2025 and beyond.   Selected Q2 2025 Highlights: Mine operating income of $3.38M was the fifth consecutive positive quarter; mine operating income totaled US$8.2M for H1 2025. Adjusted EBITDA of $1.89M was also positive for the fifth consecutive quarter. Working capital deficiency improved by 56% or $8.7M during H1, 2025; down from -$15.4M to -$6.7M. The average realized silver price for the quarter was $33.58 per ounce, up 5.2% from Q1.  The average realized gold price for the quarter was $3,278 per ounce. Guanajuato Silver is a primary precious metals producer with over 90% of the Company's revenue derived from the production and sale of silver and gold. Production for the quarter was 659,237 silver equivalent ("AgEq") ounces. Production consisted of 321,990 ounces of silver, 2,913 ounces of gold, 683,163 pounds of lead, and 853,646 pounds of zinc.   James reviewed a number of equipment purchases and underground operational initiatives implemented in the quarter, that will improve future working efficiencies at all four of their producing assets in Mexico.  Guanajuato Silver produces silver and gold concentrates from the El Cubo Mine Complex, Valenciana Mines Complex, and the San Ignacio mine; all three mining centers are located within the state of Guanajuato. In addition, the Company produces silver, gold, lead, and zinc concentrates from the Topia mine in northwestern Durango.   Next we discussed that the past-producing Pinguico Mine, an epithermal gold-silver vein project, and a satellite project to the nearby El Cubo Mines Complex, received a key development permit on August 6th that allows the Company to advance this wholly owned project. Receipt of a General Use Explosives Permit, issued by the Ministry of Defense, allows for restart of development work at Pinguico. Herminio Rodríguez Pozo, profesor del colegio San Ignacio del Viar en Alcalá del Río (Sevilla) ha redactado junto a sus alumnos una Carta Magna lunar que han presentado en Frankfurt y con la que viajaran a Cabo Cañaveral. 

El P. Félix López, Siervo del Hogar de la Madre, en «Cursillo Eucarístico», profundiza en los errores de Zuinglio, Calvino y Lutero sobre la Eucaristía y cómo los verdaderos reformadores son aquellos pertenecientes a la llamada contrarreforma, como Santa Teresa de Jesús y San Ignacio de Loyola, es decir, los que se reforman a sí mismos y viven santamente para el Señor en la Iglesia.

Manuel Vargas Cano de Santayana -Vicario episcopal de la Diócesis de Getafe- nos presenta su nuevo libro titulado «Silencios que hablan», un resumen de los ejercicios espirituales según San Ignacio de Loyola. Este libro es un gran ayuda para fomentar el silencio tan necesitado hoy en día.

En esta clase de «Cursillo Eucarístico», El P. Félix López, SHM, explica que hay una evolución homogénea del dogma y cita como ejemplo, que ya desde el siglo tercero, la plegaria eucarística seguía el mismo esquema que en la actualidad. Se centra particularmente en la enseñanza de San Vicente de Lerins y San Ignacio de Antioquía.
