Two dozen women have accused Donald Trump of sexual misconduct, harassment and assault, including rape. Trump has responded by denigrating, mocking and attacking his accusers. Eight women have made allegations of misconduct against Biden and one of them has accused him of sexual assault. Biden, who is running on a campaign to restore dignity and honesty to the White House, emphatically denies he assaulted his former staffer Tara Reade and has sought to explain away his conduct toward his other accusers by portraying his unwanted touching as his way of being affectionate. The New Republic’s Melissa Gira Grant discusses Reade’s allegations, Biden’s response and the broader discourse in the media and Democratic Party surrounding the actions of the presumptive nominee toward women. And former Nevada lawmaker Lucy Flores says Joe Biden touched her inappropriately, kissed her head and sniffed her hair when he was campaigning for her. She says she didn’t report it to the Obama White House at the time for fear of retaliation or rejection, but when Biden began to run for president she felt an obligation to speak out. Flores was soon followed by seven other women sharing similar stories. She discusses her experience with Biden, what it means that the Democratic party is standing by him and the impact of a choice between Trump and Biden.

She told part of her story-- about how Biden would put his hands on her shoulders and run his fingers up and down her neck-- in the spring of 2019 after Lucy Flores accused Biden of kissing the top of her head and smelling her hair inappropriately. But Reade didn't tell her full story. As Ryan Grim reveals at The Intercept, Reade asked for help from Time's Up, but the organization said it could not support her because a case taking on Biden would jeopardize their non-profit status. Tara is finally telling the story she's been trying to tell for decades. While there were no witnesses to Biden's alleged sexual assault of Tara Reade, her brother and close friend, both of whom I've spoken to, recall Reade telling them about it at the time. The rest of the interview will be released shortly.

Trump's @Whitehouse considering using military resources for #BorderCrisis & Sanders eyed in Biden scan #MAGAFirstNews with @PeterBoykin MILITARY MULLED FOR 'CAT 5' IMMIGRATION CRISIS: Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen on Tuesday compared the immigration crisis at the border to a “Cat 5 hurricane disaster" and the Trump administration is considering using all of its resources - including the military - to contain the problem ...  In an interview on "Tucker Carlson Tonight," Nielsen said the administration is considering placing military forces on the border.  “I think we're looking into that. We've made the request. I'm in constant contact with the acting secretary of defense. I talked to some of the combatant commanders today. We are in fact pushing more and more military resources to the border,” Nielsen said.  President Trump has threatened to close the U.S.-Mexico border to combat the crisis. His aides say closing the border is one of a number of options being explored. TWO NEW BIDEN ACCUSERS: Two more women have accused former Vice President Joe Biden of touching them inappropriately at events, bringing the total number of women who have complained publicly about the prospective 2020 Democratic candidate to four ... The latest accusations were reported by the New York Times. One of the claims dated from 2012, while the other encounter was said to have taken place a few years later. Biden has denied acting inappropriately and a spokesman for the former vice president accused "right wing trolls and others" of feeding the controversy. Meanwhile, members of presidential campaign team for Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., deny suggestions that they were behind the allegations made by the first Biden accuser, former Nevada lieutenant governor candidate Lucy Flores - and ardent Sanders supporter. Still, despite Biden's woes, Democratic presidential candidate Kirsten Gillibrand, who led the #MeToo drive that led to the resignation of Sen. Al Franken, D-Minn., in 2018 over misconduct, was not quick to call for the former vice president to ditch his 2020 aspirations, saying, "Voters will have to decide." LINDSEY GRAHAM VOWS COMEY WILL BE ON HOT SEAT: Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., vows that former FBI Director James Comey will be brought back to Capitol Hill and grilled about the origins of the Russia collusion investigation  ... "Millions of Americans believe that the top level of the Department of Justice and the FBI, they wanted Clinton to win and Trump to lose," Graham said in an interview on "Hannity" on Tuesday. "They manipulated the law to let her off, manipulated the facts and the law to go after Trump and that’s a big deal to a lot of people. So I promise you former Director Comey will get to testify in the light of day." Graham also repeated his call for a special prosecutor to investigate the investigators and find out if any laws were broken.

A Time For Vengeance. The Mandate for Deep State Scalps per the Biggest Political Scandal in American History. President Trump is now questioning the origins of SpyGate, wondering how the "phony and fraudulent investigation" actually began. We sense the implicit determination herein, and are expecting important lessons to be learned for "future generations." Reporter John Solomon is ready to go to the top, asking "what did Barack Obama know" about his administration's seditious conspiracy scheme against Trump. Judge Jeanine Pirro wants answers, and wants to see people behind bars. We review the supremely devious "frame" tactics of the Six Ways From Sunday crowd. But let's not overlook their paper trails -- and let's remember how incompetent these people are. We're getting perilously close to CIA John Brennan, who now says he's received "bad information" in the Mueller Denouement. Might Devin Nunes have a criminal referral ready to go on Brennan? Meanwhile, British Spy Christopher Steele literally runs away from reporters this week in the UK. Hey, we've got a runner! Plus, we sample President Trump's statements about closing the border and cutting off aid to Central America. Also, Lucy Flores, a young Democrat politician from Nevada, offers a vivid narrative on the incredible creepiness of Joe Biden. Woah -- can Biden survive this one? Outspoken pro-choice advocate Lucy Flores, who still faces death threats for revealing having had an abortion at the age of 16, was backed by the influential pro-choice PAC "Emily's List," the two times she ran for Nevada State Assembly. But when Flores ran for Congress this year, they decided to back her primary opponent. Why? Spoiler alert/ hint: she didn't back Clinton & isn't a millionaire. Speaking of the political establishment, Flores talks about why she's been tempted to leave the Democratic Party, the new direction she hopes it moves in, why she wound up endorsing Keith Ellison for DNC chair, and how the murder of her two older brothers, the departure of her mother, and her trouble with the law as a teenager influenced her life and her politics. Plus we anoint Lucy a troll warrior.
