CBS News' Anna Coren has more. President Trump told Congress that negotiations for a Ukraine ceasefire have resumed following last week's tense Oval Office meeting with Ukraine's president. National Security Adviser Mike Waltz joins "CBS Mornings" to discuss the latest developments. NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Sunny Williams have been waiting for nine months to return from the International Space Station and could be heading back to Earth in a few weeks.
