POPULARITY
A CLASSIC ROCKER FINDS OUT HE HAS A LOVE CHILD FROM THE 80's, some insane Movies announced and A wild list of celebrities and how they caught their significant others cheating… it's like celebs are just like us guys!CRAP ON FRIDAY Rick Moranis has been gone way too long. Even those new "Ghostbusters" movies didn't lure him back to Hollywood. But I am quite excited to announce that he WILL return to once again play Dark Helmet in "Spaceballs 2"!!! Bill Pullman will return as the hero Lone Starr, too. And Mel Brooks will be back as Yogurt . . . and, presumably . . . President Skroob. (He played both characters in the original.) Josh Gad co-wrote the script, and he's expected to be in it, too. Pullman's son Lewis Pullman has also been cast, along with Keke Palmer . . . but there's no word who they're playing. There's also no word on any other returning cast members. Obviously, John Candy, Joan Rivers, and Dick Van Patten won't be back, since they're no longer with us. Mel released the first teaser yesterday. There's no footage, since filming hasn't begun yet. It starts with a text crawl that makes fun of all the "Star Wars" prequels, sequels, sequels to the prequels, prequels to the sequels, and TV spin-offs. Then it lists all the "Dune", "Jurassic Park", "Avatar", and Marvel movies, plus DC's TWO attempts to start a cinematic universe . . . and just about every other overdone franchise you can name. Then, after a quick appearance from Mel, we get a shot of Rick Moranis' cracked helmet, and the tagline: "The Schwartz Awakens in 2027." Which sounds like a possible title but it's spaceballs and mel brooks so it could be anything. Here is Mel making his announcement. Jerry Seinfeld Proposes ‘Live-Action Sequel' to 'Bee Movie'Jerry Seinfeld has people buzzin' with this idea! The comedic genius posted about the possibility of a “live-action sequel” to his 2007 animated hit Bee Movie.“Bee Movie, which came out nearly 20 years ago, is #4 on Netflix,” he wrote on Instagram showing a hand holding a tennis ball with a honey bee on it. The next slide was the movie's poster, an image of Seinfeld's character Barry B. Benson similarly straddling a tennis ball.“Today, my friend Spike Feresten, one of the writers on the film, was playing tennis and this happened."He continued, “Clearly a sign. Time for a live-action sequel..?" DreamWorks' Bee Movie, which Seinfeld produced, co-wrote, and starred in along with Renée Zellweger, has become a cult favorite since its release.Bee Movie also featured the voices of Matthew Broderick, John Goodman, Chris Rock, Kathy Bates, Megan Mullally, Oprah Winfrey, and several celebrities appearing as animated versions of themselves, including Larry King, Ray Liotta, and Sting.Saint Louis' own Nelly and Ashanti are putting their lives on TV for all to see. They announced an upcoming reality show called Nelly & Ashanti: We Belong Together.A show synopsis says Nelly and Ashanti "rekindle their love, navigate the ups and downs of being newlyweds and new parents, and juggle their careers."The eight-episode series will air on Peacock starting June 26th.A DNA Test Connects Billy Idol To A Son He Didn't Know He HadDetails on the lovechild Billy Idol didn't know he had until a few years ago have surfaced.Idol's daughter, Bonnie, shared in the new doc, 'Billy Idol Should Be Dead', "My husband just surprised me with a DNA test as a Christmas present [a few years ago]. Then a few weeks later, I get the results back on the app and open it and I'm like, who is this? This Brant. His info reads, 'New York, 1985, looking for my biological dad.' I was like, ‘What?'"Brant, Idol's lovechild, grew up believing his dad was someone else until a different DNA questioned his mother's claims about his father. After confronting his mom, she told Brant, "Well, it's pretty crazy, but back in the day, we broke up and I actually spent a weekend with Billy Idol."Fans have done the math and calculate that Brant was conceived during Idol's wildly successful 1984 'Rebel Yell' tour.Idol has whole-heartedly accepted Brant as family, saying, "I really enjoyed being a dad. I always wanted a boy and a girl, and I finagled my way into a boy and a girl. I actually had a son that I didn't realize, who I fathered on the Rebel Yell tour without knowing it. So I somehow finagled this as well."Brant was at Idol's Walk of Fame ceremony back in 2023.Prime Video Will Soon Show Double The AdsAmazon Prime Video is about to double the number of commercials shown per hour on its ad-supported membership level. An Adweek report got the news from an Amazon spokesperson about the amount of commercials going to "four to six minutes per hour" from the two to three minutes that Prime users are used to. In 2024, subscribers who had ad-free access were forced to pay an extra $3 a month to maintain the status. Jay-Z Loses $1 Million NBA Finals Bet Jay-Z is out $1 million after losing a bet on the NBA Finals. Jay placed a bet prior to the series, banking on the Oklahoma City Thunder to win the championship in five games. After Wednesday night's Thunder loss to the Indiana Pacers, OKC can't win the series unless they do it in six or seven games. Jay-Z would have won $3.5 million if the bet had cashed in. With a net worth of $2.5 billion, we're sure Jay-Z will be alright. Ok you guys remember Spinal Tap? The Album cover debate with the label and why it became an all black cover or as Nigel would say NONE MORE BLACK? It was because the original had a woman on all fours with a dog leash on and it was deemed sexist…. To which Nigel replies “Whats wrong with being sexy? Well get this, Sabrina Carpenter announced her new album yesterday, and it's causing a lot of controversy. It's called "Man's Best Friend", and the cover has Sabrina on all fours, in front of a man who's pulling a handful of her hair. A women's advocacy group in Scotland called it "regressive", saying it reduces women to, quote, "pets, props, and possessions," and promotes "an element of violence and control." Sabrina's fans are defending it as SATIRE, and a commentary on how badly women are treated. And some are pointing out that the first single, "Manchild", actually makes FUN of men. HERE IS A CLIP OF THATMeanwhile, in the new "Rolling Stone" cover story, Sabrina talks about being criticized for the sexual imagery in her stage show. She says, quote "It's always so funny to me when people complain. They're like, 'All she does is sing about this.' But those are the songs that you've made popular. Clearly you love sex. You're obsessed with it." She adds, quote, "I truly feel like I've never lived in a time where women have been picked apart more, and scrutinized in every capacity. I'm not just talking about me. I'm talking about every female artist that is making art right now." Pope Leo isn't even the most famous guy in his family. The "New York Times" researched his family tree, and found out that he's related to a bunch of celebrities. The link is an ancestor from about six generations back. He name was Louis Boucher de Grandpre, and he was born in Quebec. And because of him, Leo is distant cousins with Justin Bieber, Justin Trudeau, Angelina Jolie, Hillary Clinton, Jack Kerouac, and Madonna. It's interesting that Leo would be related to Madonna, given that the Catholic Church has condemned her several times . . . most famously when she released her "Like a Prayer" video in 1989. A few years ago, Madonna reached out to Pope Francis, asking to meet with him to discuss "important matters." She told him, quote, "I've been ex-communicated 3 times. It doesn't seem fair." If you've ever wondered how the creators of "Friends" came up with the character of Joey Tribbiani . . . we might just have the answer this morning. Joey Lawrence claims Matt LeBlanc's character was based on HIS character Joey Russo from "Blossom". Lawrence says, quote, "Joey Russo was so successful that when they were creating 'Friends', they wanted a 25-year-old version of that." Supposedly, Matt's character wasn't even originally called Joey, but they changed it because the "Blossom" character was so successful. Joey even claims that Matt was sent to tapings of "Blossom" where he would, quote, "sit up in the audience with a yellow notepad and take notes on how I portrayed Joey Russo." He says they wanted Matt to bring the "innocence" of Joey Russo to Joey Tribbiani, so the character could, quote, "get away with his womanizing." I guess the Grammys were sick of hearing about whether Beyoncé deserved to win Best Country Album for "Cowboy Carter". So, they just announced a major change. For next year's Grammys, the award formally known as Best Country Album will now be called Best Contemporary Country Album . . . and they will also be adding a new category: Best Traditional Country Album. There's a lot to unpack here. And one year after Beyoncé wins makes the timing of this all the more clickbait-y. According to the Grammy website, "traditional country music", quote, "adheres to the more traditional sound structures of the country genre, including rhythm and singing style, lyrical content, as well as traditional country instrumentation such as acoustic guitar, steel guitar, fiddle, banjo, mandolin, piano, and live drums." Where "contemporary country music", quote, "remains reminiscent and relevant to the legacy of country music's culture, while also engaging in more contemporary music forms." Someone tweeted, "Morgan Wallen and Post Malone better not be in the traditional country category at the Grammys, because in what world are they traditional country?" Wait, hold up. When Morgan collaborated with Alvin and the Chipmunks, that wasn't traditional country??New in Theaters: "How to Train Your Dragon", "Materialists", and "The Life of Chuck" There's nothing like a good breakup story. Here are seven times a celebrity found out their partner was cheating in an unconventional way: 1. Demi Moore learned that Ashton Kutcher was having an affair in 2011, from a Google Alert. When she called him on it, he admitted it right away. Her response was, quote, "Are you [effing] kidding me?" 2. Britney Spears started dating lawyer David Lucado in 2012. But in 2014, her father found out there was paparazzi footage of David kissing another woman. He bought it to prevent it from being released, and Britney broke it off. 3. Kourtney Kardashian dumped Scott Disick in 2008, after finding texts on his phone from a contact called, quote, "my wife." They did the on-and-off thing until 2015, when photos emerged of Scott with another woman in France. 4. Elizabeth Hurley found out Hugh Grant was cheating on her in 1995, when he got arrested for GETTING IT ON with Sunset Boulevard prostitute Divine Brown in his car. They didn't break up until 2000, and they're still friends. 5. Laura Dern found out Billy Bob Thornton was being unfaithful when the news broke that he had ELOPED with Angelina Jolie in 2000. She was away making a movie, and she never saw it coming. 6. Eva Longoria's marriage to NBA star Tony Parker ended in 2010, after she found inappropriate texts with another woman on his phone. 7. This one's ancient history, but it was a HUGE tabloid story back in the day: In 1958, actress Debbie Reynolds was missing her husband, Eddie Fisher, because he was supposedly away on tour. So she decided to give her friend Elizabeth Taylor a call . . . and who answered Liz's phone? Eddie FREAKIN' Fisher. (!!!) Eddie left Debbie and married Liz, but that only lasted five years.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

After four seasons of glorious absurdity, televangelist satire "The Righteous Gemstones" is wrapping things up—and it's as hilariously chaotic and surprisingly heartfelt as ever. Created by Danny McBride, the series follows the Gemstones, a wealthy televangelist family whose constant bickering is matched only by their love of greed, fame, and—occasionally—each other. The final season stars McBride, John Goodman, Edi Patterson, Cassidy Freeman, Adam Devine, Tony Cavalero, and Walton Goggins and introduces new faces like Megan Mullally and Sean William Scott.READ MORE: The 75 Most Anticipated TV Shows Of 2025Joining Bingeworthy for a hilarious farewell to the series is creator/star Danny McBride, alongside Cassidy Freeman, Adam Devine, and Tony Cavalero. The conversations covered everything from emotional goodbyes and surprising cameos to the genuine friendships behind their characters' bizarre antics.
There's a stunning transformation that happens to Edi Patterson when she puts on the aggressively curly haired wig for her character on ‘The Righteous Gemstones.' “Something different happens to the makeup of my atoms, once I get Judy's hair on,” Patterson says in this week's episode. “Because I do really feel like she's a living person who's inside of me, and I just get to unleash her and turn it up.” Without the wig, the Groundlings alum is nearly unrecognizable—and her real-life persona is far less unhinged than the sex-crazed evangelical Christian she plays on ‘The Righteous Gemstones,' which just began its fourth and final season on HBO. Patterson, who also writes for ‘Righteous Gemstones,' discusses keeping the season premiere's massive cameo a secret, her alternative casting idea for that episode, getting “weird” with guest star Megan Mullally later in the season, and how Judy and her on-screen siblings—series creator Danny McBride and Adam Devine—have evolved over time. She also looks back on her very brief experience as a writer on ‘Saturday Night Live,' the shocking line she ad-libbed during her original audition with McBride for their previous show ‘Vice Principals,' and what it's really like to improvise opposite Larry David on ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm.' Tune in as Dustin Holden (Dustin Can Read & Watch, The Rewatch Recap) collaborates with Arthur once again to review and recap Once Bitten, the 1985 vampire movie that takes its audience on a campy ride as a high schooler becomes the latest target of a centuries-old vampire who requires the blood of male virgins in order to sustain her youth and immortality. Bits and pieces of vampire lore that include a shout-out to the sci-fi novel Blindsight by Peter Watts (which 2CC had covered earlier this year), the fun that can be had with a phone-filled pickup bar, and the ways in which this movie's dated comedy has aged make up just a few of the subjects that this episode discusses. Directed by Howard Storm, Once Bitten stars Jim Carrey, Lauren Hutton, Karen Kopins, Cleavon Little, Thomas Ballatore, Skip Lackey, Jeb Stuart Adams, Joseph Brutsman, Stuart Charno, Dominick Brascia, Robin Klein, Peggy Pope, Richard Schaal, Peter Elbling, Carey More, Anna Mathias, Kate Zentall, Laura Urstein, Megan Mullally, and Garry Goodrow Spoilers start at 33:35 Source: BTS notes on Once Bitten from screenwriter Jeffrey Hause Create your podcast today! #madeonzencastr Here's how you can learn more about Palestine and Israel Here's how you can keep up-to-date on this genocide Here's how you can send eSIM cards to Palestinians in order to help them stay connected online Good Word: • Dustin: Doctor Odyssey, High Potential, and Agatha All Along • Arthur: The Passion of Darkly Noon Reach out at email2centscritic@yahoo.com if you want to recommend things to watch and read, share anecdotes, or just say hello! It's Sheryl Lee Ralph's world, and we're all just living in it. First, there's her Emmy-winning turn as Barbara Howard on ABC's Abbott Elementary, where she just picked up her third nomination in a category that includes icons like Meryl Streep and Carol Burnett. “Carol, Meryl and Sheryl! The company I keep. I was so thrilled.” But she's also aware she couldn't do it alone. “I thank [creator and producer] Quinta Brunson, my cast, the crew, my writers. And when they say I'm a supporting actress, I am a supported actress. That's what's gotten me here.” Now, she's branching out into films, co-starring alongside Bette Midler, Susan Sarandon and Megan Mullally in The Fabulous Four. “[The Fabulous Four] is for everyone to realize that friendships matter. The relationships that you have, how you go through life, together with others, it really matters.” Considering how she seems to be thriving especially on TV, does she feel like the queen of TV? “No, but I am enjoying a certain place in TV. I'll let other people say that or make me recognize that.” Visit Newsweek.com to learn more about the podcasts we offer and to catch up on the latest news. It's an all new episode of Matinee With Matt and boy is it a doozy! Matt & Michael update everyone on the summer blockbusters currently breaking box office records like "Twisters" and "Deadpool and Wolverine," not to mention a little movie called "The Fabulous Four," starring Bette Midler, Susan Sarandon, Megan Mullally and Sheryl Lee Ralph. But that's not all! The co-hosts sit down for an interview with director Laurent Bouzereau to discuss his new documentary on actress Faye Dunaway, aptly titled "Faye," now streaming on Max. Check it out wherever you get your podcasts! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
If you ask Bette Midler how she got her part in the new film ‘The Fabulous Four,' it wouldn't have anything to do with her legendary status as an Oscar-nominated actor. “I think they needed a ham, a big ole ham.” Midler plays Marilyn, a widow getting remarried who rekindles a friendship with three college girlfriends (Susan Sarandon, Sheryl Lee Ralph and Megan Mullally). “No actor doesn't like to chew the scenery, even if they don't admit it. So, to have the permission to pull out all the stops is always great.” Also great was working with her costars. “Working with these women was really an eye-opener because everybody's process is different.” Midler's performance is so fun partly because it gives fans another taste of her Divine Miss M stage persona, albeit as Marilyn. “[People] expect me to be her, and I'm not. I've got her, and then I've got me. Since I've taken a step back from that truly active life of touring, I find myself getting quieter. I know people want her to come back. I do love her. In a way, she's still tweeting, but in real life, you can't be on 24/7. You'll die. You'll just die.” Visit Newsweek.com to learn more about the podcasts we offer and to catch up on the latest news. Today, actor and author Nick Offerman returns to the show! We call him up to unpack his latest role as a fictional president in Alex Garland's Civil War (2:30), the function of the film's politics (9:30), and a powerful poem by Wendell Berry (26:15). Then, we turn to Offerman's personal journey, beginning with his recent book Where the Deer and the Antelope Play (32:48), which was inspired by growing up in rural Minooka, Illinois (33:30) and his experiences with the late Sam Shepard at Steppenwolf Theatre (35:55). Shortly after working with Shepard, Offerman began to find his footing—on and off the stage—as a performer, carpenter, and fight choreographer (39:48). He reflects on his galvanizing role in the film Going All the Way (42:37), the guiding principles of George Saunders (45:30), lessons from his sensei Shōzō Satō (52:10), the start of his nearly two-decade marriage with actress Megan Mullally (54:05), the phone call that changed his life (1:00:00), and the complicated legacy of Ron Swanson from Parks and Recreation (1:06:36). Then, before we go, we return to the timely (and urgent) message of his latest book (1:11:30), a piece by Jeff Tweedy (1:14:10), and words by Wendell Berry (1:16:45). We ranked 13 of the songs featured in the film, as well as picking our favorite lines, characters, performers, and scenes. Enjoy
When actor Nick Offerman first got together with actress Megan Mullally, she had just won her first Emmy for Will and Grace and he was living in a dirt basement in Silver Lake. They bought a fancy house, he jumped into his new swimming pool and got through about a song and a half before realizing he couldn't lay around smoking weed and listening to Neil Young all day. Sam asks Nick how he brings purpose into his life no matter what he's doing, from grocery shopping to starring in a new film like Civil War. They also discuss his method for choosing projects and which writers and thinkers he admires most. Follow Nick Offerman @nickofferman on Instagram and @Nick_Offerman on X. Have you stopped to think about what makes music funny? What makes a good action score? And what can a composer do to suck the life out of their composition? In today's episode, we're talking to Composer Matt Novack. We discuss all of this and really get into the details, so if you want to learn about how to write music like this, this is the episode for you. Matt Novack is a classically trained composer and percussionist whose intuitively smart scores have created indelible moments in (mostly) comedy projects across series and film. Matt's music supports performances by many of today's greatest comedic actors, including Amy Poelher, Paul Rudd, Rob Corddry, Megan Mullally, Henry Winkler and Will Arnett. Some of his notable credits include working cult favorite Children's Hopsital, Netflix's a Murderville, as well as award-winning Dog Days and spots for Assassin's Creed Valhalla. His most recent work can be heard on TBS's Miracle Workers: End Times. Topics include: • Matt's background and education as a percussionist/composer • What makes good “action” music • Scoring a comedy • Absurdist comedies vs sitcoms • What I wish I learned in school • Working with a temp track while staying original • Using and manipulating digital samples to create analog synth sound • Nothing kills the music of a scene like trying to be funny • The project Matt learned the most from • Advice for aspiring composers/musicians https://www.mattnovack.com/ Music featured in this episode (and shared with permission): Better Than Heroes Overture Composed by Matt Novack I Regret Lots of Things from "Harley Quinn" composed by Jefferson Friedman, Matt Novack, Christopher French I Like it Here from "Miracle Workers" Composed by Matt Novack Sad Sid from "Miracle Workers" Composed by Matt Novack The Enchanted Workshop Composed by Matt Novack End Times Main Title From "Miracle Workers" Composed by Matt Novack

Live from Pawnee: A Parks and Recreation Fan Rewatch Podcast
This week Mark and Allen break down the Episode where we learn that Councilman Jeremy Jamm and Ron's ex-wife Tammy 2 have actually been in a "real" relationship! With the Pawnee city council voting on re-zoning the Newport land for commercial use, Leslie wants them to vote "No", as this will eliminate Gryzzl from the land competition altogether. When she finds out the deciding vote is held by Councilman Jeremy Jamm, Leslie pays him a visit, only to find that [a] he's made himself look like Ron (somewhat), and [b] apparently he's now with Tammy, who completely controls him in all ways, including how he votes. Leslie tries to convince Tammy to side with her in order to torture Ron. This seems like a sure thing, but later when the council heard arguments, Jamm immediately declares his intention to side with Ron and Gryzzl ... a move orchestrated by Tammy to try and win back Ron. Leslie tries to break up Jamm and Tammy, but in the process realizes that Jamm is a broken, miserable shell of a man. Leslie puts her vote agenda on the back burner, instead wanting to help Jamm escape the clutches of Tammy ... even if that means teaming up with Ron to do it. Meanwhile, Ben and April attend a Pawnee "Walk of Fame" inductee ceremony to honor Joan Callamezzo. Despite being quite crazy in many, many ways, Joan delivers a speech which hits April hard, and makes her start thinking about her job, and what she finally wants to do with her life. April ends up confiding in Ben, and he tries to help her figure things out, including having her take an online vocational test, and dialoguing with her about what she might want to do. It then occurs to April that she *might* want to be a mortician ... Finally, Andy celebrates Tom's success with him, but finds out Tom isn't content just being a big-time mogul ... he wants to have someone in his life. As Tom and Andy discuss things (and drink), Andy sees a GryzzlText come through from Lucy, prompting him to drunkenly suggest he and Tom go to Chicago to meet up with Lucy! The pair sober up during the LONG cab ride there, get out, and as fate would have it, immediately bump into Lucy. Andy makes up a story as to why they are there, and they spend the day with Lucy. Tom realizes how much he misses Lucy, and wonders if she could be the one ... but considers how (or if) it could work between them with Lucy living in a different city. As always, we tackle the tough questions, such as ... Will Leslie and Ron put aside their differences to help Jamm? What is the result of April's online vocational test? Is Lucy interested in Tom? Can Jamm escape the clutches of the dreaded Tammy 2? Can Ben convince April to not live under a bridge and ask people riddles before they cross? Will Tom ask Lucy to come back to Pawnee with him? How will Jamm vote regarding the Newport land re-zoning? Will April decide to become a mortician? Does Andy finally get to go to Ben & Jerry's? Loyal viewers, Season 7 started out with a bang - will the greatness continue, or will it fall flat? Stay tuned to find out! Many thanks to our fantastic sponsor, "Tam-Away".

Live from Pawnee: A Parks and Recreation Fan Rewatch Podcast
This week Mark and Allen complete their breakdown the Episode where we finally meet the Department of the Interior's resident "bad boy", Liam Bonneville! Leslie is in San Francisco, scheduled to speak at the National Parks Conference about the Pawnee/Eagleton merger. At the conference, Leslie bumps into Grant Larson, who invites her to lunch and introduces her to a number of her idols, including Michelle Obama. Grant tells a starstruck Leslie he needs a final decision from her by tomorrow, and after all this, Leslie is heavily leaning towards taking the job. Later, Leslie gives her speech at the conference, describing the Pawnee/Eagleton merger completing in 6-12 months, but her timeline is ridiculed by the audience, with two department heads suggesting the merger will need 10 years of constant hands-on management, or else risk her precious town losing its cityhood and becoming "unincorporated territory". Needless to say, this shakes Leslie to her core, and despite meeting her idols earlier, and how perfect this job seems ... she is now considering not taking it. Meanwhile, Tom's Bistro is set to open in 6 weeks, but when investor Mitch Savner mentions how great it would be for the restaurant to be ready in time for the Unity Concert, Tom jumps the gun and promises to have the place ready for a soft opening the next day, and be ready for officially opening at the end of the week. Tom desperately brings all hands on deck, recruiting April, Craig, Ron and Donna to help him get the restaurant serviceable. Things do not go well: Ron is unable to make 20 chairs in time, Craig is unable to do his job as sommelier due to sinus/allergy issues, and Jerry Gergich orders the menus with ... uh ... let's just say, the wrong background image. As the night goes on, Mitch becomes more and more concerned and upset with the way Tom is running things. Also meanwhile, Ben and Andy are also in San Francisco to meet with tech company "Gryzzl", who is giving away free Wi-Fi to a few cities across the US. Ben meets with them to pitch the idea of Pawnee being one of the cities. Unfortunately, they are only focusing on big cities, so they turn Ben down. After some time to think, Ben is determined to not take no for an answer, and goes back with Andy a 2nd time. This time, however, he sees a large group of Gryzzl employees - including the Gryzzl owners he spoke to in the first meeting - playing the board game HE invented. That's right ... they are playing "The Cones of Dunshire"! Finally, we witness the day we've all been waiting for ... the Unity Concert is here! April and Andy lead the final Unity Concert planning meeting, with a main goal of getting 2000 signatures in support of the Pawnee-Eagleton merger. Andy also tries one last time (unsuccessfully) to get Ron to play as Duke Silver during the concert. Later, we see the Unity Concert in full swing, with headline acts The Decemberists, Ginuwine, Letters to Cleo, Bobby Knight Ranger, and Land Ho bringing in huge crowds. Andy performs as Johnny Karate on the children's stage, and afterwards bumps into Burly. The two reminisce over Mouse Rat's break up and it brings back memories for Andy as he misses being a part of a band. On a similar note, Diane encourages Ron to get up on stage and have fun, but Ron has no intention of doing so. As always, we tackle the tough questions, such as ... Will Leslie take the job? Will Tom's investor, Mitch Savner, back out of the deal? How did Gryzzl get their hands on the Cones of Dunshire? Can Andy find a way to deal with the fact that he misses being in a band? Will Leslie move away from Pawnee? Could there be another opportunity for Tom's Bistro to be redeemed? Can Ben leverage the Cones of Dunshire to his advantage? Does Ron become convinced to play as Duke Silver at some point? Can Leslie find a way to have it all? Does Tom find a way to turn things around? Will Pawnee get free WiFi? Will the gang manage to collect 2000 signatures in support of the Pawnee-Eagleton merger? Loyal viewers, we MADE IT! We are at the END of Season 6! Can you even believe it?!? Will this 53 MINUTE extravaganza blow everything else out of the water? Tune in and find out! Many thanks to our sponsor Entertainment 720 and their award-hopeful film: "Identity Crisis: This is Mouse Rat."

Many thanks to our incredible sponsors, "?????" and "?????".

The frantic, absurdist new movie Dicks: The Musical is about a pair of misogynistic narcissists (played by Josh Sharp and Aaron Jackson) who discover they're long-lost twins. Also starring Megan Mullally, Nathan Lane, and Megan Thee Stallion, the movie's got cheeky song and dance numbers — plus crude humor and a distinctly queer sensibility.

Nick Offerman has played many great characters, most famously Ron Swanson in Parks and Recreation, and he starred more recently in an astonishing episode of The Last of Us. But he is driven by passionate callings older and deeper than his public vocation as an actor and comedian. He works with wood, and he works with other people who work with their hands making beautiful, useful things. And this, it turns out, is also a primary source of his tethering in values. It's a source of a spiritual thoughtfulness that runs through this conversation with Krista. So is his love and study of the farmer-poet Wendell Berry, whose audiobook The Need to Be Whole Nick just recorded. This is a moving and edifying conversation that is also, not surprisingly, a lot of fun.Nick Offerman grew up on a three-acre homestead "out in a cornfield" in Minooka, Illinois. His five books include Where the Deer and the Antelope Play and Good Clean Fun: Misadventures in Sawdust at Offerman Woodshop. He founded Offerman Woodshop in Los Angeles in 2001, a collective that creates hand-crafted items from spoons to canoes to ukuleles. He's also written a book with his wife, Megan Mullally, called The Greatest Love Story Ever Told, and they have a podcast called In Bed with Nick and Megan.
