870 · 10 Reasons to Visit Shanghai Disneyland... and Why This Trip Changed MeChina is a long way to go for a theme park... but Shanghai Disneyland is not a theme park. It is a destination that happens to have a Disney castle at its center.Lou Mongello had the privilege of being invited by Disney for Shanghai Disneyland's 10th anniversary celebration, with time alongside the Imagineering team who built it. In this episode, he gives you 10 reasons to visit Shanghai Disneyland, and why right now, during its 10th anniversary, is the perfect time to go.Here is what you will hear:The one design decision that makes Shanghai unlike any Disney park you have ever set foot in, and why it disorients you in the best possible wayThe only place on Earth you can walk through Zootopia, a land so detailed that guests line up just to photograph the lamppostsWhy the tallest Disney castle in the world is something you go inside, not just photograph, plus the anniversary-only shows playing on it right nowThe trackless boat ride that fans who have been to every Disney park call their single favorite attraction, periodThe one land where Disney hands you the controls, and the climb that Lou says sends you back down a different personThe stunt show with a real, raging tornado on stage, performed more than 10,000 times with live performers inside itThe snacks worth flying for, the Cast culture built from scratch, and the brand-new Spider-Man land rising right now with its coaster track already complete!and much more! And stay with me to the end, because this is the part I did not see coming. This trip did not just give me new things to talk about. It genuinely, fundamentally changed the way I think about Disney parks, not just what I think about them, but how. I am going to explain exactly how, and why, and why it might just change the way you see them too.Whether Shanghai is already on your bucket list or you have never once considered it, this one might change your mind.
YouTube has changed more in the past year than in any year before it — and it's mostly because of AI. Not just creators using AI to make content, but YouTube itself using AI to power the algorithm. That means a lot of the advice you've been following? It's already outdated. In this episode, I'm breaking down the 7 biggest shifts happening on YouTube right now and exactly how to adjust your strategy so you can grow your channel — even if you're starting from scratch. Here's the thing: yes, there are more creators on the platform than ever. But there are also more viewers than ever. And if you know how to work with the new algorithm, this might actually be the best time to grow.In This Episode, I Cover:Why subscribers matter less than ever — and what actually signals to YouTube that your content is worth promotingThe new algorithm trifecta — click-through rate, retention, AND viewer satisfaction (this third piece is changing everything)Why specificity is winning — how to stop chasing broad appeal and start creating content that speaks directly to one personThe smart way to use Shorts — why going all-in on Shorts is a mistake, and how to use them strategically to grow your long-form channelYouTube as TV and podcast — what this shift means for video length, format, and why audio quality is now non-negotiableWhy AI slop is getting deprioritized — and how to use AI as a tool without losing the authenticity that actually drives viewsTrust as a ranking factor — why your real stories, specific numbers, and honest opinions are more powerful than everSupercharge Your YouTube Strategy:Watch my free one-hour masterclass on how the YouTube algorithm works and how to build a channel strategy that gets results: creatorfasttrack.comConnect with Gillian:
Have you ever gone to work and found yourself checking if they emailed you? Replaying every conversation. Analyzing their tone. Wondering if they looked at you differently today. Your entire mood rising and falling based on whether they gave you attention. That's not a crush. That's limerence. And it is one of the most consuming, disorienting experiences a person can have — made worse by the fact that you have to sit ten feet away from it every single day.In this solo episode, Brianne breaks down exactly what limerence is, why the workplace is the perfect breeding ground for it, and — most importantly — how to get yourself out of it.In this episode:What limerence actually is and why it's not the same as attraction or a crushWhy work environments create the ideal psychological conditions for obsessive attachmentThe three most common workplace limerence dynamics — including why an unavailable coworker works like a slot machine on your brainWhy limerence is almost never about the other personThe role of attachment wounds, anxious attachment, and emotional neglect in making you vulnerable10 signs you're currently in workplace limerence6 steps to get out — including the one most people skipThe critical difference between emotional intensity and emotional safetyWhy anxiety is not intuition, obsession is not soulmate energy, and dysregulation is not deep loveThis episode is for anyone who has ever felt consumed by someone at work — and couldn't understand why they couldn't stop. You're not crazy. You're not weak. Your nervous system is caught in a loop. And loops can be broken.
Everyone talks about the dream of moving abroad, but nobody talks about what happens years later, when it stops feeling new and starts feeling like real life.In this episode, I get real about what living in London for nearly seven years has actually felt like - the good, the messy, and the surprisingly beautiful. In this episode, I'm covering:The difference between your first year abroad vs. year fiveHow living abroad genuinely changes who you are as a personThe honest downsides nobody really talks about — missing birthdays, weddings, and holidays back homeWhy I feel a deep sense of peace and freedom after getting my UK permanent residencyThe question every expat eventually faces: "Will you stay forever?"Why you don't have to have it all figured out before you goMy biggest takeaway: "Life can be built in more than one place, and life can be built more than once."Whether you're just starting to dream about moving abroad or you're already living it, this episode will encourage you, ground you, and remind you that it's good on the other side.

ABOUT THE EPISODE:Will White has been doing this work since last century, and he means that literally. Licensed since 1989, he has worked in group homes, boarding schools, mental health centers, and in 1996, co-founded Summit Achievement, a wilderness therapy program he ran for nearly 27 years. When he tells you the landscape of behavioral health for young people has shifted more in the last five years than in the previous three decades combined, he knows what he's talking about. The externalizers of a generation ago, the kids who broke things, slammed doors, and announced their pain loudly, have largely given way to a different kind of struggling young person. One who is anxious, inward, and frozen. Who won't leave the room, won't leave the house, and whose parents keep quietly rearranging life around them in an effort to keep the peace. Will has watched this pattern closely, including at Mountain Valley Treatment Center, where young residents had become so overwhelmed by anxiety that the outside world felt completely out of reach. The treatment models that worked before are not always the ones that work now, and the gap between what young people need and what is actually available to them is widening. That gap is exactly what Will set out to address when he helped launch The Trade, a new nonprofit program in rural New Hampshire for young adults (all genders) ages 18 to 30. It's not a therapy program in the traditional sense and if you have a young person stuck in that uncomfortable in-between of not ready for college, not ready for independence, but also not well-served by just being home, it may be exactly what you did not know to look for.I wanted Will back on the show (he appears way back in episode 14) because his view of the bigger picture is one I trust. In this conversation, we talk about the seismic shifts in behavioral health, what is driving the rise in anxiety, and why less talk and more doing might be what this generation actually needs. If your young person is stuck and none of the usual paths seem to fit, this one is for you.YOU'LL LEARN:The shift Will has watched from externalizing kids to anxious, frozen ones, and what he believes is behind itWhat The Trade is and who it's built forWhy apprentices get paid from day one, and what receiving a first paycheck does to a young personThe over-accommodation pattern Will kept seeing in parents, and when caring starts to make things worseWhat Will leaves exhausted parents with, from someone who has been doing this work for four decadesEPISODE RESOURCES:The Trade websiteWill White on Hopestream episode #14Trish Ruggles, Therapeutic Consultant at Pathfinder ConsultingMountain Valley Treatment Center websiteThis podcast is part of a nonprofit called Hopestream CommunityLearn about The Stream, our private online community for momsFind us on Instagram hereWatch the podcast on YouTube hereDownload a free e-book, Worried Sick: A Compassionate Guide For Parents When Your Teen or Young Adult Child Misuses Drugs and AlcoholHopestream Community is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and an Amazon Associate. You Didn't Find Him. You Became Her.Six years of therapy, coaching, a called-off engagement, deleted apps, and a full year without a single date — and the plot twist isn't that Krysta finally met somebody. It's what she realized she had to stop doing first. This episode is the unfiltered update on her dating life, why she's sharing it now instead of waiting for a ring, and the exact internal shift that changed everything. In this episode we dive into:Why the way you're running your business might be the actual reason you're not meeting your personThe law of opposing forces — and how wanting something too hard is literally pushing it awayThe Hinge strategy that finally worked (and the one line that got her off the app and onto a date)How to audit your calendar (and therefore, your life) the same way you'd audit your nutrition if fat loss stalledYou Say You Want It, But Is Your Life Built For It?You're telling everyone you want a relationship while working until 1 a.m. six nights a week — your life is designed for one person and one person onlyThe real block wasn't unresolved trauma. It was an overcommitted calendar that left zero emotional bandwidth for anyone newWhen Krysta's coach pointed out that the dating stall wasn't a dating problem — it was a business problem — it was the most inconvenient truth imaginableMaking space in your nervous system isn't soft. It's the strategic move that changes everythingThe Shift That Actually Moved ThingsIt didn't start with a dramatic overhaul — it started with not opening the laptop before 2 p.m. on Saturdays and saying yes when friends calledThe micro moments practice: looking for evidence every single day of how you are special, unique, and different — not for the grind, but for the quality of who you areStarting to act like the woman who already has everything she desires — in her schedule, her conversations, her standards — before any of it had actually arrivedOn Hinge: one app only, notifications off, checked once a day, and a single non-negotiable filter: long-term only, no "figuring out my dating goals"What It Actually Looks Like When It's RightA marathon first date — brunch to bar to bar — where neither one wanted it to end, and the personal questions came easy because it felt like you'd known them for yearsThe unexpected ripple: when you stop explaining yourself to the right person, they just get it. No justification needed, no catching up requiredThe line that works: "Here's my number. Make a plan and I am in." — decisive, direct, and it sets the expectation from day oneThe question to ask yourself after every date isn't what did he do — it's, "How did I feel when I was with this person?"This episode is a reminder that alignment isn't luck: it's a result of living in a way that can actually hold space for what you say you want. Whether you're exhausted from swiping and wondering if it's even worth it, or you're a high achiever who's used your career as the world's most productive avoidance strategy, this one is your permission slip to stop waiting to feel ready and start living like you already are.For context and terminology that will deepen this episode, go back and listen to Episode 17 with Melissa Burkhart, where we get into the energetics, the eight areas of life, and the neuroscience behind why this stuff actually works.Follow Krysta:Instagram: @thekrystahuberInstagram: @thspreadmktgInstagram: @thefitnessfyx

Christ, The Reality of Man | Neville Goddard LectureThis episode of The Neville Goddard Lectures Podcast features the full original lecture “Christ, The Reality of Man” by Neville Goddard. In Christ, The Reality of Man, Neville Goddard reveals that Christ is not a historical figure separate from humanity, but the true identity of every individual. Christ, he teaches, is the awakened imagination, the divine reality hidden within man and expressed through consciousness.Neville explains that the Bible's references to Christ describe an inner state, not an external savior. To discover Christ is to awaken to the awareness of I AM as the creative power that animates all life. Man's true reality is not the visible personality, but the indwelling presence of Christ as imagination itself.Throughout the lecture, Neville emphasizes that the journey of life is the gradual unveiling of this inner reality. When consciousness recognizes itself as Christ, identification with limitation dissolves, and creative authority is restored.Key themes explored in this lecture include:Christ as imagination rather than a personThe divine identity hidden within manAwakening to I AM as creative realityScripture as a psychological revelation of selfNeville reminds listeners that Christ is not something to be worshipped externally, but something to be revealed inwardly. When this recognition occurs, man no longer seeks power, salvation, or fulfillment outside himself. This lecture clarifies one of Neville Goddard's most essential teachings: that Christ is the reality of man, and that awakening is the realization of one's true nature as consciousness itself. This podcast is devoted to preserving and sharing Neville Goddard's original lectures in full, allowing listeners to study his teachings exactly as they were delivered. For structured study resources, original lecture archives, and deeper exploration of Neville Goddard's teachings, visit NevilleGoddardOfficial.com.To explore practical application of The Law, listen to The Mindset and Manifesting Podcast. For discussions on The Promise and spiritual awakening, listen to The Journey of Awakening Podcast.

Send us a textIn a culture that increasingly avoids disagreement, this episode makes a simple but challenging case: some of the most important conversations are the ones we're tempted to avoid.Disagreeing with someone doesn't make them your enemy — and choosing to talk doesn't mean you're compromising your values. In this episode, Kyle explores why engaging in thoughtful conversation with people who see the world differently is a sign of maturity, curiosity, and strength — not weakness. At the same time, not every conversation is wise, safe, or productive. There are real limits, grey areas, and boundaries — especially when harm, bad faith, or dehumanization are involved. This episode wrestles honestly with those tensions. You'll hear:Why avoiding disagreement often says more about us than the other personThe difference between understanding and agreementWhen conversations across differences are worth having — and when they aren'tHow respectful disagreement builds emotional maturity and cultural trustPractical ways to approach hard conversations without outrage or fearThis episode isn't about winning arguments. In Part 2 of our conversation with performance nutritionist Daniel Davey, we go deeper into the psychology of behavior change and why traditional nutrition advice often fails. Daniel shares profound insights on coaching the person, not just the problem, and how childhood experiences shape our relationship with food. What You'll Learn:Daniel opens up about the influences that shaped his coaching approach—from his father's extraordinary listening skills to working with Jim Gavin and Dublin's five-in-a-row All-Ireland winning team. He reveals why the hardest part of his job isn't the nutrition science, but helping people realize they have the answers within themselves. We explore the complex relationship between identity, body image, and performance—including how male athletes struggle with body image in ways that often go unaddressed. Daniel shares vulnerable stories about his own journey and why sometimes athletes need a "boot in the hole" while others need a hug.Key Topics:Why 3-5 minutes is enough for nutrition advice, but 55 minutes is needed to understand the personThe difference between knowing what to do and being able to do itHow childhood experiences shape our relationship with foodIdentity vs. body image: Understanding the distinction in elite sportWorking with professional vs. amateur athletes: What actually changesThe alcohol conversation: Culture, masculinity, and performance in Irish sportWhy confidence—not meal plans—is the ultimate outcome of good nutrition coachingSimple environmental changes that support good nutrition (hint: fruit baskets and microwaves matter)Perfect for: Coaches who want to understand behavior change beyond their sport, practitioners working in nutrition or lifestyle coaching, and anyone interested in the deeper psychology of performance.Daniel challenges coaches to examine their own relationship with food and asks: Are you embodying the behaviors you want to see in your athletes? What's the one gift you'd ask for above all others? In Psalm 27, King David reveals his ultimate request—and it changes everything.Surrounded by enemies, facing betrayal, and dealing with impossible circumstances, David could have asked God for safety, victory, or vindication. In this episode, we're digging into the rise of work slop—the vague, messy, low-quality output that shows up when AI is used as a replacement for thinking instead of a tool for support.Kendra sits down with Sue Justice, founder of Emory HR, to talk about why this isn't just an AI problem—it's a performance, communication, and leadership problem that businesses can't afford to ignore. We explore:What “Work Slop” Is (and Why It's Growing)How AI-generated work becomes unclear, incorrect, or incompleteWhy “slapping something together” shifts work to the next personThe difference between using AI as an assistant vs. letting it do the job This Isn't a Tool Issue—It's a Behavior IssueHow people have always “phoned it in,” but AI makes it faster and more visibleWhy audiences and teammates can sense when work lacks human touchThe real question leaders must ask: workload problem or character problem? What Leaders Should Do About ItWhen to coach and when to treat it as a performance issueWhy a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) matters before cutting tiesHow industry risk, trust, and legal exposure shape your response Where AI Helps—and Where It Shouldn't LeadUsing AI for brainstorming or templates vs. high-stakes decisionsWhy contracts and policies need human tone, context, and accountabilityThe risk of letting AI output become “authority” without review Sue's Biggest Marketing LessonWhy business owners shouldn't try to do everything themselvesHow doing the wrong work wastes more time than it savesThe sustainability link between delegation and quality Whether you're leading a team, outsourcing work, or using AI in your own business, this episode is a clear reminder: AI can save time, but only if humans own the standard. If the quality drops, the cost doesn't disappear—it just lands on someone else. “AI is meant to be an assistant… not the end-all ‘I'll do it for you' solution.” – Sue Justice 00:00:00 Introduction to Sue Justice and why HR belongs in this conversation 00:02:06 What “work slop” is and how it shows up at work 00:03:39 Why AI misuse is really a people/performance issue 00:06:53 Skill gap vs. character flaw: how to tell the difference 00:09:57 When work slop becomes a firing-level problem 00:13:05 Transparency, AI policies, and setting clear standards 00:19:01 AI adoption is everywhere—whether companies admit it or not 00:23:04 Sue's biggest marketing lesson as a business ownerConnect with Sue Justice:LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/susanajustice/Website: https://emeryhr.com/ Looking to leverage AI? Why Client Poaching Isn't the Real Problem in Your Studio (and What To Fix Instead)Hosted by: Christa Gurka, PT, OCS | Fit Biz StrategiesIf you've ever panicked because a client followed an instructor out the door… or you've worried that an instructor is “stealing” clients… this episode is going to flip that narrative on its head.Inside our boutique fitness and wellness studios, client poaching feels personal — but it's actually a symptom of deeper operational issues. And the good news? You can fix them.In today's episode, Christa breaks down why poaching happens, what's really driving client loyalty (hint: it's not what you think), and how to build a brand-first, team-centered system that keeps clients AND instructors loyal to your studio — not just one star player.Whether you run a Pilates studio, private practice PT clinic, yoga studio, or any wellness brick-and-mortar, this is a MUST-listen as you head into 2026.✨ What You'll Learn in This EpisodeWhy “client poaching” is not an instructor problem — it's a systems problemThe #1 hiring mistake most studio owners make (and how it leads to client loss later)How unclear onboarding creates blurred boundaries, confusion, and client attachment to individualsWhy clients start identifying instructors — not your studio — as the “product”How to flip your culture from star instructors to one cohesive teamWhat healthy studio ecosystems look like (and what broken ones look like)The systems Christa used at Pilates in the Grove to maintain brand loyaltyExactly what expectations, policies, and boundaries need to be in placeHow to create a culture where clients feel connected to the brand, not one personThe essential contracts every studio should have (even with ICs!)Leadership questions to ask yourself before blaming an instructorWhy 2026 must be the year you build or rebuild your foundations
Episode OverviewIn this episode, we travel back to London's Whitehall district—a place infamous for political intrigue, shadowy alleyways, and, in the autumn of 1888, a mystery so disturbing it was almost forgotten beneath the thunder of the Jack the Ripper murders happening at the same time. This is the story of The Whitehall Women—a case involving multiple unidentified female remains discovered in and around Whitehall. Long before modern forensic science, police were left piecing together bodies found in separate locations, months apart, with no clear suspect, no confirmed victim identity, and a timeline that overlaps with another unsolved murder series just streets away.Overshadowed by the Ripper mythology, this case has become one of Victorian London's darkest cold cases. And in many ways, it's even stranger. In This Episode, We Explore:The grisly discovery of a woman's torso during construction of the new Metropolitan Police headquartersThe earlier and later discoveries of additional body parts in the Thames and in vaults beneath WhitehallWhy investigators believed the remains belonged to a single unidentified womanHow this murder fits into the broader pattern of the so-called “Thames Torso Murders”Comparisons between the Torso Murderer and the Ripper — and why many historians believe they were not the same personThe forensic limitations of 1888 and how they shaped the investigationThe haunting question that lingers:Who were the Whitehall Women, and why did nobody report them missing? Why This Case MattersUnlike the Ripper victims, the Whitehall Women had no names, no occupations, no known family — at least, none that history recorded. Their anonymity is part of what makes this case so chilling. The killer showed anatomical precision, access to private spaces, and enough confidence to deposit remains in highly trafficked areas — including right under the noses of the authorities building Scotland Yard. This case forces us to consider the women Victorian society ignored, the victims whose stories weren't sensational enough for newspapers, and the mysteries still sitting in archival corners waiting to be fully understood.Like the Episode? If you're enjoying From The Void, please consider:Leaving a 5-star reviewSharing the episode with a friendSubscribing so you don't miss future mysteriesSupporting the show through PatreonYour support keeps the fireside burning — and the stories coming.Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/from-the-void-podcast1430/exclusive-content

George Bernard Shaw once said, “The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.” In this episode, Adam and Clay dig into why miscommunication happens so often at work—and how leaders can prevent it. From funny mix-ups (like a cake with the wrong message) to frustrating real-life examples of missed handoffs and unclear priorities, they explore why clarity is a leader's most important tool. You'll learn five simple habits to make sure your message actually lands:Repeat back what you hearUse visuals, not just wordsPreview where you're goingMatch tone to intentShare bad news in personThe big takeaway? Don't assume communication happened just because you said something. Clarity is leadership.
Ready to stop feeling like a jerk every time you protect your time and energy? This one's for all the women who know they need boundaries but feel guilty just thinking about setting them.I keep hearing this at networking events — successful women who can negotiate million-dollar deals but can't tell their neighbor they're not available to babysit; or 'feel bad' delegating to their employees because they assume they have too much on their plate already. What we're diving into:Why saying no feels like being a bad personThe crosswalk analogy that'll change how you think about boundariesHow guilt is actually your protection mechanism (not proof you're considerate)3 journal prompts to break the guilt cycleThe truth bomb: Your boundary struggles aren't about not knowing how to say no. They're about an unconscious belief that your worth depends on managing everyone else's comfort AND that your guilt = being considerate. But really? Guilt is keeping you from authentic relationships where people actually know the real you and what you need.Resources mentioned:Free Calm Mind Blueprint (includes private podcast with voice guidance): www.samanthapenkoff.com/calm-mind-podPrivate coaching (1 spot open): www.samanthapenkoff.com/privatecoachingConnect with Sam:Instagram: www.instagram.com/samantha.s.saysFacebook: www.fb.com/coachsamanthahawleyEmail: hello@samantha-says.com

In this lecture on 1 Corinthians 2:6-16, Don Carson emphasizes that the wisdom of God, revealed through the cross, is accessible only through the Holy Spirit. The Spirit helps believers understand and proclaim the wisdom of the cross, which is foundational to spiritual growth and revival. Carson warns against elitism and stresses the importance of humility and the gospel in true spiritual understanding. He teaches the following:How the wisdom of God contrasts with worldly wisdom and the rulers of this ageThe Holy Spirit searches all things, and only the Spirit of God can understand God's thoughtsWhy the interpretation of Scripture must be grounded in the Spirit's guidanceHow the wisdom of the cross is accessible to all believersThe differences between the natural person and the spiritual personThe cross is the supreme climax of God's self-disclosure to humanityWhy the work of the Spirit is essential in both individual conversions and church revivals

In this solo episode, I share what I wish I knew before having a baby, from never being able to have the “perfect” timeline for having kids; to how friendships and relationships might evolve once you become a parent. I talk about the intensity of having your priorities completely shift to another person and away from yourself, why it's so important to find what makes you feel like “you,” and why giving yourself a window of transition time during your days, especially during postpartum, can be a lifesaver. I also discuss the unpredictability of what works one day with your child versus what might not work the next day, the confidence that comes from being a parent, how important choosing your village is — from your partner, to your friendships — aand more.Key Takeaway / Points:On never having the perfect timelineOn your priorities shifting away from yourselfOn finding what makes you feel like yourselfGiving yourself a window of time to transition into different parts of your dayOn the energy it takes to feed another personThe unpredictability of what works one day vs. what doesn't the nextOn the joy of watching your child experience the worldOn the confidence that comes from being a parentOn the judgment you experience as a momOn how important your village is, including your partnerHow your friendships might shiftListen to Ep 207: “What I Wish I Knew in my Twenties” hereThis episode may contain paid endorsements and advertisements for products and services. In this episode, we cover something I've been DYING to talk about: friendship in virtual reality. When you put on the headset and enter the VR world, what's it like?Today's guest, Wesley Stroupe, is a Friendship IRL podcast listener who recently moved to a small town. Wesley is a self-described anxious person, but especially after the pandemic, he knew community and connection were important in making this new place his home.He found these things in both conventional and unconventional places, from the local Unitarian Universalist Church to Bumble BFF and VRChat. (Are you making connections in VR, too? If so, reach out – I want to hear about it!)As the world changes and new technologies appear, I feel strongly that we share how we use these new tools to fill our social wellness needs. Putting yourself out there can be scary, no matter the method, but as Wesley says here, though it feels like it might kill you, it won't – and eventually, it might lead you to your people. In this episode you'll hear about:Voice memos vs. text messages – the impact of hearing people's voices (the sound, the cadence, the tone) and what they can carry that text messages cannotWesley's story: growing up in a small Southern town and then moving to a small town as a self-described socially anxious personThe benefits of joining a formal community – a church or religious organization, for example – and how this plays in my Wheel of Connection frameworkThe snowball effect of connection: one friend might introduce you to another friend, who might introduce you to other friends, etc.Different platforms Wesley has used to make friends, including Threads, Bumble BFF, and VRchat, and what they've been like for himResources & Links:In this episode, we talk about the Wheel of Connection, which I urge you to check out, and male friendships, which we cover more in-depth in Episodes 31 and 32.Like what you hear?
