Tune in to today's episode as I reveal the details surrounding a recent health scare my husband went through that served as a wake up call. (side note: he is ok)This episode highlights how we cannot put health in a box and rely on external appearance alone to inform what is going on inside someone's body. My husband is a relatively healthy guy, very young (30) and from the outside looking in, nobody would have guessed what was actually happening inside of his body. After being together for nearly 11 years, this health scare was the tipping point that forced my husband to start making some radical changes to his lifestyle and to (finally) start taking stress management, and blood sugar management seriously!
