What if your dreams were more than just strange stories from the night? What if they were soul whispers—guiding you toward your deepest healing and creativity? In this dreamy and hilariously insightful episode, Holly and Kelly sit down with psychotherapist and Psyche Magic podcast host, Jordan Hale, to explore the rich, symbolic world of dreams. From lucid dreaming to dream journaling to decoding subconscious messages, this conversation is packed with all of the questions we have ever had about dreams and “mic drop” moments that will make you want to tuck yourself in and dream the night away.Jordan helps us explore:How dreams act as a bridge between our conscious and subconscious selvesThe power of Jungian dreamwork and archetypal symbolismWhy our dream-selves deserve just as much love and attention as our waking-selvesPractical ways to start honoring, decoding, and working with your dreamsHow reimagining dreams as a friend can shift the way we relate to our inner world
If you're in your thirties and find yourself spiraling with the fear that maybe you won't meet your person in time…If you lie awake at night wondering if motherhood is slipping through your fingers…If you feel like you've done everything right and life still isn't unfolding the way you hoped,This episode is for you.In this deeply honest and empowering conversation, I am joined by returning guest Hillary, a human design teacher and spiritual coach, to explore the fear that so many of us carry in our thirties: not knowing how it's all going to turn out.We dive into:Why we struggle with uncertainty- especially around love, timelines, and family dreamsHow to stop outsourcing your sense of peace to whether or not you meet “the one”What it really means to let go of control (and how it opens the door to everything you want)The spiritual truths behind why the timing hasn't “worked out” yetEmma's personal story of hitting an emotional rock bottom just before meeting her partner and becoming a motherOne of the most powerful moments in this episode: Hillary coaches a past version of me: age 35, single, and panicking about her future, through the fears, limiting beliefs, and pressure that so many of you are carrying too.Whether you're single and scared, dating with anxiety, or simply trying to trust your path, this episode is your invitation to soften. To remember that just because you don't know how it's going to turn out doesn't mean it's not going to be everything you hoped for- and more.

This show is about YOU!! No guests, just callers. What have you been dreaming about? What are your hopes for this coming year? This the first All Caller show in three years, and we take calls from four people, and together look for treasures in their dreams. Charlene from the CA Bay Area started us off with a dream about stepping away from a man who put his arm around her waist. This ultimately reminded her of her childhood experiences of a ghost on the Connecticut farm where she grew up. The second caller was from Elizabeth from Bellingham WA who shares that her brother has recently died. She shares a dream where she worries if others will have time for her but feels great connection to the ground while walking in her delicate shoes. After the break, Jennifer from Santa Cruz starts a conversation about dreams about society like Carl Jung’s dreams foreshadowing World War II. We also talk about the upcoming October regional conference in Santa Cruz at the Museum of Art and History and the June international conference which will be all-online (find out more and register at IASDconferences.org/2025/). Finally, at the last minute, Ray from Santa Cruz calls talking about his on-going quest to learn how to find guidance in his dreams. There are a number of problems that arise when contractors do not focus on their sales process. Eric and Luke share how contractors should prioritize training their staff on proper sales techniques in order to convert leads into customers. When answering the phone, contractors should treat customers courteously and ask questions to determine their needs. Before discussing price, contractors should ask the customer if they are comfortable talking about money to avoid seeming pushy. Here are some additional key takeaways: Contractors may need to turn down potential clients if the client is not ready to invest in marketing due to internal issues, such as inadequate sales processes. When a contractor specializes in a niche market, they attract clients with more complex needs and goals, leading to more emotionally driven sales interactions. Sales training materials from outside of the landscaping industry can provide valuable insights for landscape business owners. Contractors should consistently evaluate their sales techniques and look for opportunities to improve. It's important for marketing agencies to offer support and training to clients who are struggling with sales. Have you been thinking about starting a private practice on the side in a niche you are passionate about? Then you're going to love this episode of Private Practice Success Stories! I sat down with Kyarra Bright, one of my Start Your Private Practice students to share her story. Kyarra is a speech language pathologist with a pediatric private practice in Orange County, California specializing in infant feeding. She started her private practice after having frustrations with patients being prematurely discharged and not receiving continued services, which led to her private practice “Little Pod Speech and Feeding Therapy.” In this episode, Kyarra shares her desire to continue working at a hospital while having her practice on the side allowing her to maintain her passion for hospital work and provide continuity of care for discharged patients. Kyarra also reflects on her journey in the Start Your Private Practice Program and how the program helped redefine what success meant to her. After working several years as a pediatric medical speech-language pathologist, Kyarra Bright noticed an ongoing trend where many patients who were discharged from the hospital no longer had access to speech and feeding services due to the lack of provider availability. Little Pod Speech and Feeding Therapy was created to provide a solution to address this ongoing issue. Kyarra currently offers speech and feeding therapy for pediatrics in the heart of Orange County, California. In Today's Episode, We Discuss:The need Kyarra saw in her community and how she decided to help fill itHow the Start program helped Kyarra move forward with her private practice dreamsHow the support you'll find in the program can help you push through challengesThe key to finding your first clients in your private practiceThe possibilities when you follow your passion and zone of genius in your fieldThe different ways you can make private practice work for youOne way you can increase your impact within your field The doors that open to you when you have a private practiceI hope you enjoyed this conversation with Kyrra! Gratitude never gave me the feeling all the personal development coaches told me it would. I've done the gratitude journals, lists, rampages, I've used it to try to manifest, and yet, it always kinda left me feeling...well, nothing (other than a bad person because 'I should be grateful'). If this resonates (or even if it doesn't), in this episode you will discover how one simple switch will have you feeling all the feels, plus, you'll become magnetic AF!
In today's podcast, host Tom Randall sits down with athlete Will Bosi, delving into his recent trip to Arco, Italy. Where Will was attempting to secure the second ascent of Excalibur (5.15c/9b+), and looking ahead at his plans for 2024 and his upcoming trip to the USA. Reflecting on his multiple trips to his project Excalibur, Will gives an overview of his projecting strategies and how he coped with the challenging weather conditions (which when climbing at this level takes a lot of mental control!). Tom also drew on questions fans have sent to us, asking about Will's experiences during his trip to the Czech Republic, where he successfully sent Nova (8C/V15) while attempting Terranova (8C+/V16). Plus delving into, his thoughts on Simon Lorenzi's beta on Burden of Dreams (9A/V17) in Finland. The podcast covers a range of topics, including:How to use replica training and optimise your climbing performanceNavigating challenges and frustrations during a projecting trip when it feels the world is against youDefining success in the face of a non-sending tripWill Bosi's goals for his upcoming trip to the USAThe importance of resting and effective skincare in climbingSimon Lorenzi's insane beta on Burden of DreamsHow a climber's strengths influence their projecting strategiesAnd much more!If you're looking for more juicy insights on Will Bosi's projecting strategies, or want to know what he is going to try next, head over to our podcast on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Stitcher, and more! The Lattice jingle is brought to you by Devin Dabney, music producer of the outdoor industry who also hosts the American Climbing Project.

Are you a procrastinator? A perfectionist? Does fear get in your way? When we notice these "flaws" or "dragons" within ourselves, we will often try to push them away. But what if – instead of slaying your dragons – you invite them over for tacos? Shaming our flaws has long been an integral part of the self-development world. In fact, I was just introduced to a book yesterday where the author encouraged personifying your flaws as a villain and then consistently hunting down and killing that villain every day. I completely disagree with this approach. The healthiest, most enjoyable, and most lasting approach to dealing with the most challenging parts of your personality? Accept them. Be compassionate with them. Love them. Realize they are, in fact, your super power.Listen to this episode to hear:Why unshaming your flaws is essential in moving toward your dreamsHow to see, understand and embody your flaws as the superpower they areA practice you can do for feeling your "flawed" feelings, while choosing to move forward (with or without them)Support the showLearn about Jen's coaching program at JenLiss.com/MadeForMore Become an official Untethered Unicorn by supporting the show: Get a shoutout in an upcoming episode Share an episode and tag Jen on Instagram @untetheredjen Follow/subscribe to get updates of new episodes Leave a review on Spotify or Apple Podcasts Create a

Over the last several years, Chanti Tacoronte Perez has taught me so much about exploring and relating to my dreams, and today, I get to share a conversation with Chanti all about dreams, the dark and the wisdom waiting for us there.Chanti is a Cuban-American creatrix, ritualist, and author; and she believes that images speak a profound language. Her life's work is as a translator of the unseen and advocate for the imaginal. Her passion is to inspire you to rediscover your creative self by weaving the blessings with the wounds while honoring the land and the ancestors. In this episode, Chanti and I talk about:The difference between a symbol & a signWhat it means to dream journalWhat to do if you don't remember your dreamsHow to work with your dreamsAnd, why you should throw out your dream interpretation books! This conversation is nowhere near comprehensive, but my hope is that it sparks a bit of curiosity and a willingness to start exploring your own dreams.
