Did you know that Amazon Businesses are selling for insane prices, at insane speeds? In fact, Forbes has called BUYING Amazon Businesses “The Latest E-Commerce Gold Mine”. And if you stay till the end of this letter I’m going to outline how you could hypothetically spend $13k a month FOREVER and never run out of money. So read on.Heyday is one of DOZENS of companies that are approaching Unicorn status ($1 Billion Dollar Valuation or Greater) simply by PURCHASING Amazon FBA companies that already exist. Naturally, this allows for massive opportunities downstream, to the people who actually OWN the Amazon FBA Businesses. Now, I know, as the #1 educator of Amazon FBA business owners in the World, I’m a little biased. I’ve seen with my own eyes the benefits of owning one of these “Gold Mines” when everyone is mining for gold.I’ve seen exits, I’ve seen ridiculous offers get turned down because of bidding wars, I’ve seen it all. So, with this letter, I’d like to share something that I’m not sure many people have access to.This is taken directly from one of those “Gold Mining” companies (I’m not going to name them because I’m not sure if I should be sharing these haha). This is basically what these giant companies, with massive amounts of funding, are LOOKING FOR when they are searching for Amazon Companies to buy. Important things to remember….They have raised BILLIONS of dollars under the premise that they will buy Amazon companies. Thus, they can’t buy other things with it. Thus, that naturally creates more competition for Amazon companies and drives their prices up. All of my edits are in BOLD below (to explain what is happening).—————Amazon Seller CriteriaThe Company expects that the following Criteria shall evolve, expand and change. Consequently, the Company may amend the Criteria applied by Finder by amending in writing the Criteria set forth in this Amazon Seller Criteria. Initially, the Company criteria shall be:· Earnings: Earnings or EBITDA of $0.25MM - $25.0MM on a TTM basisThis means you can sell your business even if you only have profits of $250k per year. That may seem like a lot, but to have a seamless exit like this, that is one of the lowest numbers possible.o Annual revenues of $1.0MM - $100MM if earnings metrics are not available.1M in revenue is not ridiculous, even with less than 10 products on the market. We’ve coached students who are doing nearly 500k/yr on ONE product.· Review Moat: CriticalThis just means that you have the most reviews for your category, something that naturally happens as you scale and dominate your chosen Niche.· Amazon Revenues: 80%+ of the company revenues from Amazon;Isn’t this awesome? Remember when everyone talked about “Diversifying?” in this case, diversifying HURTS you.· Market Place Criteria: Flexible, but primarily US preferred.Well that’s convenient, because it’s the easiest marketplace to sell on. · Product Mix: We will look at companies that sell most products, however, we do not buy companies that sell products with the following criteria:o Fashion risk (including handbags & dresses - but not baby pajamas, which we would buy);o Beauty Product Companies, etc.;o Shoes (too many SKUs);o Food / Grocery; ando Diet Pills. All of our students have been cautioned against selling any of the above since day 1. · Preferences (but not requirements):o US revenues represent 65% + of all revenue – higher the bettero The lower the number of SKUs the betterWOW, less products is BETTER, it’s like they are trying to make this EASY!———Pretty cool huh? Before I let you go, I want to make this a lot cooler for you.I’m not sure all of you understand exactly what an EXIT means….Let’s take a hypothetical LOWEST POSSIBLE example.Your company generates $250k in profit per year. You do this for a couple years.Save half of it, invest 1/4 of it. End up with about 400k in the bank if you do it right. Then, you decide to sell your company. At that point, the competition in this “Gold Mine” space has reached a fever pitch.Today, in 2021, companies like Heyday are paying 3-5x earnings (profit).By 2023, I expect that number to jump to 4-8x earnings.Let’s say you get 6x.250k times 6x = YOU GET A CHECK FOR $1.5 MILLION DOLLARS.You’ve put in 2-3 years of work. You’ve already quit your day job.You have 400k+ in the bank. And now you just added $1.5 Million to that. You decide to retire. You take your $1.9 Million and you transfer it to BlockFi.BlockFi is paying out 8.6% APY on cash right now.Look it up.Pretty insane. So, that $1.9 Million pays you $13,616 PER MONTH.Yes, per month. And the best part? You can spend that $13,616…Every single month..Forever..AND NEVER TOUCH THAT INITIAL $1.9 MILLION.You can give it to your kids. Or donate it to charity.Or buy 1.9 million McDonald’s sweet teas on your death bed if you want. No one can tell you what to do, or how to do it. Now THAT is freedom. Now THAT is worth sacrificing for. Now THAT is worth waking up in the morning and getting to WORK for.I’m done, but if this grabbed you today make sure you share it.If you’re interested in selling on Amazon obviously you can always visit us at nineuniversity.comHope you’re having an amazing day..Unless you aren’t subscribed to this letter! Then I hope it’s crap!Haha, just kidding. But seriously, subscribe. It’s free.Kale Get on the email list at thekaleletter.substack.com

The USMLE Step 3 is still fresh in my mind. After studying, taking and thinking about how the test went, all while doing residency, there definitely are a lot of lessons learned. After Step 1 and Step 2, med students already have an idea on how USMLE exams go and how to prepare for them. By the time Step 3 rolls in, you’d have close to a complete plan of which resources to trust and what strategies work for you.But this time, you’re no longer just a med student, you’re a medical resident juggling your clerkship rotations and Step 3 preparations. It may seem impossible, but you can absolutely plan out, study and get through Step 3!Planning isn’t always everything, but it can most certainly help as you take the exam on. I will share with you how important having a light rotation schedule is, and having one great resource like UWORLD can be in forming a cohesive plan to get you ready for test day.Learn more about how to prepare for Step 3 during residency, and more of my ongoing USMLE Step 3 series in this latest video!USMLE Step 3 Tips and AdviceStudying For Step 3 Prep, Overview, Study ScheduleUSMLE Step 3 - How To Keep Up With Your Study Schedule Step 3 PlaylistMed Elite Academy Email Me: themdjourney.com@gmail.comHope yall enjoy!Don't forget to help our new project grow by subscribing on iTunes or your favorite podcast platform!Give us a Rating & Review to be entered for a weekly giveaway for a free eBook or Video Course!Subscribe to us onApple PodcastSpotify PodcastGoogle PodcastStitcher PodcastDisclosure: This description contains affiliate links which means I may get a commission if you make a purchase through my link at no additional cost to you. I finally took Step 3!I had my views on how easy or hard certain parts of the test would be. The test affirmed some of those, but had some pleasant surprises along the way. We’ve talked a lot about Step 1 and Step 2, the different ways to study and resources a med student can use. So, when Step 3 came along, I had a better idea on how to prepare and what resources to trust. Sometimes, you can get all the way to this point and be all-test-out to take on another one.One thing I can tell you that I wish I could have planned out better before taking the exam is; I should have taken it during a lighter clinical rotation. Many aspiring doctors wonder how former med students got more done in less time during their stay in medical school. So many can crumble under the pressure and get overwhelmed by the 8-10 hour days of med school life. It’s always one thing after another from Step 1 and dedicated prep, Step 2, clinical clerkship, preparing for the match and so on!I have heard this concern a lot from my coaching students. Sometimes the long days and the thought of the next big test can get in the way of your daily preparation. There’s only so much med students can do in a given time. It’s not like 24/7 can be dedicated to studying. Some have social and personal lives, groceries and chores to do, and a lot in life won't always coordinate with you to make sure you have ample time to prepare. So in this video, I share a way to be more productive, help with your time management, be better organized, and get you ready to tackle whatever med school gives you.Check out the sheet used and how it helps get things done in this episode of the TMJ Show.Med Elite AcademyEmail Me: themdjourney.com@gmail.comHope yall enjoy!Don't forget to help our new project grow by subscribing on iTunes or your favorite podcast platform!Give us a Rating & Review to be entered for a weekly giveaway for a free eBook or Video Course!Subscribe to us onApple PodcastSpotify PodcastGoogle PodcastStitcher PodcastDisclosure: This description contains affiliate links which means I may get a commission if you make a purchase through my link at no additional cost to you. The COVID-19 pandemic took over 2020 and we can only hope for things to get better this year. But what is life actually like to take care of COVID-19 patients especially in the ICU!?I can tell you, there’s a lot of humble pie, an appreciation for what a united team can do, and a reminder of the sacrifice and important good work healthcare workers do in this moment of crisis. When I was first assigned to the ICU, I wasn’t really sure what the situation was like for COVID patients. Once I was actually there, it was truly a humbling experience seeing a patient go from 5, 10, 15 to 80+ days in the hospital. You can truly see how important a unified and collective team is as they handle the actual treatment of patients, admin work, communication with worried relatives, and more. In times like this, I am reminded of the limits of doctors and healthcare machines. Sometimes, even putting ventilators to the max level still won’t ensure a patient’s chance of survival. All you can do is wait.My experience in the COVID ICU while brief, is definitely something I will carry with me moving forward in my M.D. journey. And I want to make sure that you get to know what it’s like and learn more about the rigid and risky work healthcare professionals do to fight this pandemic.Med Elite AcademyEmail Me: themdjourney.com@gmail.comHope yall enjoy!Don't forget to help our new project grow by subscribing on iTunes or your favorite podcast platform!Give us a Rating & Review to be entered for a weekly giveaway for a free eBook or Video Course!Subscribe to us onApple PodcastSpotify PodcastGoogle PodcastStitcher PodcastDisclosure: This description contains affiliate links which means I may get a commission if you make a purchase through my link at no additional cost to you. What’s the difference between an intern, a resident and a fellow!?There are many things to remember, understand and analyze in med school. But figuring out the different terms to refer to a doctor from physician, resident, intern and attending can also be an added confusion. We will tackle three of these terms and have a clearer understanding of the key differences between a new practicing doctor, a resident doctor, and a doctor beyond residency years. It’s not very difficult to grasp for both med school students and pre-meds. Yet, it definitely helps to get the terms down and get a better understanding of the path that you, a colleague or a superior is going in their M.D. journey.Let’s clear up “Intern,” “Resident,” and “Fellow” with examples, in this episode of the TMJ show!"Med Elite AcademyEmail me: themdjourney.com@gmail.comHope yall enjoy!Don't forget to help our new project grow by subscribing on iTunes or your favorite podcast platform!Give us a Rating & Review to be entered for a weekly giveaway for a free eBook or Video Course!Subscribe to us onApple PodcastSpotify PodcastGoogle PodcastStitcher PodcastDisclosure: This description contains affiliate links which means I may get a commission if you make a purchase through my link at no additional cost to you. She was born around 1620 in Palermo and was possibly the daughter of Thofania d'Adamo, who was executed in Palermo on 12 July 1633, accused of having murdered her husband Francis. Tofana was described as beautiful, and she spent a lot of time with apothecaries, was present when they made their potions, and eventually developed her own poison, Aqua Tofana. It is, however, also possible that it was her mother, Thofania d'Adamo, who made the poison and passed the recipe on to her daughter. She began to sell this poison to women who wanted to escape abusive husbands. Her daughter, Girolama Spera, was also active in this. She eventually moved her business to Naples and Rome.Giulia was sympathetic to the low status of women and most often sold her poison to women trapped in unhealthy and dangerous marriages. She became known as a friend to the troubled wife and received many referrals.her business was finally revealed to the Papal cops by a customer. She escaped to a church, where she was granted sanctuary. When a rapid rumour, claiming that she had poisoned the water, tore through Rome, the police forced their way into the church and dragged Tofana in for questioning.Under torture, she confessed to murdering 600 men with her poisons in Rome alone between 1633 and 1651, but this cannot be confirmed owing to the torture and the widespread distribution of the poison. She was ultimately executed in Rome, together with her daughter (Girolama Spera, known as "Astrologa della Lungara") and three helpers, in July 1659. After her death, her body was thrown over the wall of the church that had provided her with sanctuary. Some of the users and purveyors were also arrested and executed, while other accomplices were encased in the dungeons of the Palazzo Pucci.References:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giulia_Tofanahttps://www.syfy.com/syfywire/giulia-tofana-the-italian-serial-poisoner-who-became-a-legendhttps://allthatsinteresting.com/giulia-tofanaPhotographs and additional reading.https://www.pinterest.com/pin/573153490051185779/https://allthatsinteresting.com/giulia-tofanaResources:https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/mentalhealth/Pages/contact-service.aspx#24-hourhttps://www.beyondblue.org.auhttps://www.betterhelp.comThanks for listening : we are eager to hear your stories, so if you have any listener stories for the show, please email us at podcast@solvedunsolvedorspooky.comHope you all have a Great New year and incredible 2021.Find us at:Twitter: #OrsolvedInstagram: SolvedunsolvedorspookyFacebook: Solvedunsolvedorspooky Email us at: podcast@solvedunsolvedorspooky.comSupport the show (https://pod.fan/solved-unsolved-or-spooky)Support the show (https://pod.fan/solved-unsolved-or-spooky)
With so much to do and a never-ending list of things to think about, it may seem impossible to have a job in med school. In an ideal world, when you realize you want to work in medicine, the only work you want is related to healthcare. But in reality, there are monthly bills to pay and tuition fees that aren’t getting any lower. Plus, you realize that those salaries you googled are only entering your bank account until a few years later. There’s a lot to pay and save up for. Depending on your situation, you may be tempted to look for a job while balancing your life as a medical student. But let’s say you do successfully find a job, which becomes the higher priority- your job or med school!?I had to deal with this dilemma myself. So, I wanted to give you my thought process on what you should consider before making your next steps. What is it like working 28 hours straight in the hospital!? When and why do residents take on overnight calls!? Do you really lose that much sleep!? What should you know before doing your first call!? As a 2nd year resident, I can tell you, overnight calls are not the most exciting in the world. It’s fair to say that you’d rather be home with your loved ones and pets. But there are definitely benefits to it and can indeed help you become a better doctor. Some benefits include; having a set sure day for when you can get a day off; and truly being able to focus on practicing medicine instead of dealing with the admin parts of medicine. As you take on a call, be warned that there are times when the imposter syndrome does settle in and the idea of taking care of other doctor’s patients can be uncomfortable especially during your first few calls. What else should you expect on a night call and how should you approach it!? How do you become more efficient on your rotations as a med student and eventually, a resident!?Rotations, especially for med students new to it, can be really stressful, overwhelming, time-consuming, and many other levels of discomfort. But don't worry, you are not the only one to feel the same way. How do you get better grades in medical school with just one tip!?Med students use many strategies to study, memorize and prepare for tests and rotations to up their grades. Some listen to lectures and take down notes, and call themselves prepared. Others use apps and other tools like Anki and flashcards to get them ready. And still others look for inspirational boost from a video or a quote to keep them going for the aspired 4.0 GPA.These study motivational techniques are great and work a lot better than others. But if you want to drill down to just one tip to help you get better grades, then, learn how to get comfortable in failing and use a timer. This is a med school study tip that I used to help me graduate with honors, and has helped my students improve their grades. It may sound strange or feel uncomfortable at first, as with most new strategies, but it’s definitely a step in the right direction to better retention, understanding of the lessons and higher grades! The best part about this is; you are not too late or even too early to start using this so if you’re a pre-med you can do this tooCheck out this one tip to help you get better grades in med school on this episode of the TMJ show! How do you remember and retain what you read in med school?Med students have A LOT to memorize and understand during their pre-med days in college, med school, and moving forward to the road of becoming a doctor. With that in mind, I have heard a lot of students tinker and test with many different study techniques, trying out the latest memorization advice they read and just constantly in search of the “right” strategy to make sure what they read is retained and sticks to them when the next class comes. But remember that what you learn is not just for your test, it’s to solve the puzzle and figure out how to treat and care for your patients. I believe in investing early in finding out what systems work best for you to study, learn, memorize, acquire and analyze information. Post-med school, there will be no grades and graduation dates motivating you, you now have the chance to practice medicine.Start figuring out what works for you in remembering and retention on what you read in this episode of the TMJ show! The Ventilator BookLevel Up Your Studying CourseWant To Study and Learn Better?Email me at themdjourney.com@gmail.comHope yall enjoy!Don't forget to help our new project grow by subscribing on iTunes or your favorite podcast platform!Give us a Rating & Review to be entered for a weekly giveaway for a free eBook or Video Course!Subscribe to us onApple PodcastSpotify PodcastGoogle PodcastStitcher PodcastResources: FREE Step-By-Step Guide and Video Course on How I StudyFREE Step 1 MasterclassMed Elite AcademyCheck Out Our YouTube Channel!Follow Me On InstagramDisclosure: This description contains affiliate links which means I may get a commission if you make a purchase through my link at no additional cost to you. Retail pricing and retail sales channels. Let’s start with a question: what are your retail sales channels, today and in the future? In other words, where and how are you selling or you are planning to sell your products? Are you selling on the internet? If it’s on the internet, is it through your own website? Or on another site? If it’s on another site, is the other site a marketplace or a retailer? Are you selling in a physical store? Again is it your own store? Or in someone else’s store? If it’s in someone else’s store, is it a retailer? Or are you selling on consignment?Anyhow, you might sell your products to a retailer, it could be another shop, a department store or an e-shop. In this case, you are selling BtoB, which stands for Business to Business. It means that first your Business is doing a transaction with another Business, let’s say a multi-brand store. Then the store will add their markup on the price they have initially purchased your product. In this case, the end customer can then buy the product from the other store and not from you. And the end customer will buy the product at the retail price that has been set by the other store. You might also sell your products directly to the customer, and this is called a DTC model, Direct-To-Consumer model. In this case your end customer will buy the product directly from you at the retail price that you have set. This price would have to include the cost of the customer acquisition that might be the cost of the online ad and/or the commission that the marketplace would charge you. So, in order to buy your products, your end customer is faced with 2 options: Option 1) he or she can buy it from one of your retailers. Option 2) he or she can buy it directly from you. The one thing I encourage you to consider, at the very beginning of your business, is whether you intend or do not intend to sell your products to a retailer one day. In other words, do you intend to engage in a BtoB sales model, whether it is physical or online? Even if you are not doing in right away, but you intend to do BtoB sales some day, you need to understand the markup that the retailers would add to your type of products and define your own retail price that is aligned with the price that the retailer would sell your products at.Let’s take an example. Let’s say that there is this store you’ve always wanted to sell your product in. This store usually adds a 100% markup on the cost they have purchased your product, your own retail price should then also include this markup. Let’s say that your BtoB price is USD 50, so for the retailer the cost of buying from you is USD 50. Then the retailer adds a 100% markup and sells your product in his store at USD 100. In that case, your own retail price should be aligned with the retailer’s retail price and should be approaching USD 100 and that, even if you are not selling to this retailer YET.Why? If you don’t do that, you might lock up your brand in a situation in which it is difficult to grow in terms of sales or lose your existing, first customers. It’s very tempting, and I’ve seen so many fashion brand owners go down that road, to say, I’m perfectly fine with selling my products to my end customers at USD 50 because it covers my costs and I earn a good profit that I’m happy with and I don’t want to increase my retail price any more because it is the fair price for my customers. And I totally understand that because with the Direct to Consumer model, you do not need a third distribution party, you can cut down one layer of intermediary and, provide a better price for your customers. However, you need to bear in mind that if you do not include BtoB sales one day, your sales will be capped at your own ability to drive traffic to your own stores and it will be capped at your own ability to generate sales. And I want to be very clear here. I am not saying that you need to include BtoB sales in your business model but if you do not consider BtoB, your sales growth will be limited to your own ability to generate sales. This is a very important decision that you need to take into consideration early on in your business. Many of the fashion business owners, I have been working with, have started a Direct to Consumer Model. So for a couple of years, they have been selling their products at a retail price that does not include their retailer’s markup. When they decide to extend their distribution network through other retailers, they need to operate big changes in their business model because their need to increase their retail price to align with the retail price of their retailers. But, as I explained in a previous episode, it is tricky to change your price point once you are already selling to customers. There are ways to go about that issue and I’ve helped brands going BtoB even if their initial own retail price was too low, but it was always a bit of a stretch and I advise you to have this consideration early on in your business launch. The takeaway of this episode is to consider your sales channels as early as possible, if you decide to start with a DTC model, which you actually should because you always need to maintain the sales contact with your end customers, you need to seriously consider your own ability to generate sales. Of course, you also need to consider the associated costs to achieve your sales target because selling comes at a cost. So the retail price you set would also include these costs and in the end, you might be surprised, because your retail price might be closer to your future retailer’s retail price, sometimes. If selling in a BtoB model is a possible option in the future, I advise you to survey your potential retailers to understand their markup structure and to include these elements in your own retail prices, so you get the right price point right away. Remember changing your price point is always tricky. What has been your experience with defining your retail price? I would love to hear from you.You can reach out to me by sending an email podcast(at)themindfulfounder.comHope this has been helpful and that this episode has given you some food for thought for your pricing strategy. You need to understand that the right price is very much linked to the psychology of your clients and how they feel about your products, your brand and how they perceived your price point. This episode is about the few things you need to consider when you want to change your price point. What is a price point? A price point is the average price range of your products. When you talk to BtoB buyers, your price point is usually one of their first questions. The price point helps the buyers and their client position your brand. So your price point help the buyers and clients know if your brand is for them from a price perspective, whether the price you are asking for matches with the perception of what your product is worth. It is difficult and even dangerous for your business to change your price once you’ve started selling your products. For the same product, if you suddenly increase significantly the price, your existing clients might just stop buying from you because they will perceive the price as too high for what they expect to pay. Let’s say that you sell sweaters and you have been selling your sweaters at about $100, if suddenly instead of $100, your sweaters cost $150, well, some of your customers might think that they are not willing to pay that amount for that sweater and for the same amount they would rather buy a sweater from another brand, which in their mind is worth $150. Did you notice that I did not say that your existing clients cannot afford your products anymore? they are not buying from you because they’ve bought your sweater at $100 before which it is the price that they perceived that is the right one for them. Not that they cannot spend $150 but because they perceive your sweaters worth $100. This is good news because it means that you can increase your price, and I can explain how you can increase your price point in a future episode. What about a sudden decrease in your price? And I’m not talking about sales or promotion here. Well, that also might lead to lose some of your existing clients. Why? Again, it’s related to the psychology behind the price. Say that your sweaters that you used to sell at $100, and now, you sell them at $50, for exactly the same product.Sounds like a bargain for your customers, right? Now that the price has been divided by 2, will your clients buy more of them? Not quite, really. Why? It might sound counterintuitive but there are so many reasons for that. By dividing the price of your products by 2, you might harm your customers’ trust because they might think that they have been fooled by paying way too much for a product that is now worth half the price they have paid before. They might also think that you have changed something in your sweater in order to sell it at a cheaper price, and without telling them the truth. Or, even worse, they might believe that the price that they have paid, a $100, is a way for them to feel special because they bought a sweater that not everyone is willing to pay for, but now that it is at $50, many more people are willing to buy the same sweater and your existing clients would not feel so special anymore with your sweater. You can see that either way, it is difficult to change your price point, whether it is increasing it or decreasing it. Your existing clients, once they have bought your product, have associated your brand with a certain price point that is the RIGHT ONE in their mind. By increasing or decreasing significantly your price point, you might create a confusion in their perception of your brand. So, when you launch your products, you have to think really carefully about your prices and who your products are for.And when you need to or you want to change your price point, you need to think of the narrative that you will share with your clients to help them perceive your brand at your new price point.I would love to hear from you and experience with changing your price pointYou can reach out to me by sending an email podcast(at)themindfulfounder.comHope this has been helpful and that this episode has given you some interesting food for thought for your pricing strategy. In this Episode, I talk with world renowned fitness and nutrition consultant Jenni Rivett. In her career so far, she was Lady Diana’s personal trainer for 7 years, she’s been an author, fitness journalist, and creator of many DVD’s on fitness. Jenni was once voted Britain’s top fitness trainer by the ‘Best of British’ publications.During our conversation, we talk about Jenni growing up in South Africa where she attributes her passion for health and fitness to her Mother. Shortly after moving to the UK, Jenni had a stand out moment when she realised that office work wasn’t for her. She then decided to pursue a full time career in Exercise & Fitness. In the early 90s, Jenni was invited to be a fitness presenter all around the UK, which was another big break. She was studio coordinator in Bodies in Chelsea and started to work with high profile clients like Liz Hurley, Imran Kahn, and Fergie. We talk about how the opportunity to work with Lady Diana came and some of the experiences she had during this time, which Jenni describes as a great honour and privilege. As Jenni’s exposure grew, she started to work more in TV and, with Lorraine Kelly, crated 2 fitness DVDs then in 1999 and 2000 and released a book called Jennergy: Fit, Firm and Feminine.Towards the end of the episode, we get in to a series of questions and answers around many topics including:•Zoning in on areas that women tend to have more problems or worry with. •The role of Nutrition •Which is more important, Diet or Exercise? •Keys to long term weight lost •How to have a cheat day every now and then•Taking the initial steps getting fit again •Programs for Women after having a baby•The Power and Benefits of walking•The 3 key components to exercise and get in the best shape possible•3 Workouts per week to get in great shape •HIIT Training & Cortisol Levels – not starting out with HIIT•Eating before or after a workout?•Vitamins & Supplements recommendations •Meditation and calming the busy mind•Sleep patterns and impacts on hormones in our body and appetite •A New program that Jenni is working on called ‘Train like a woman’•Focusing on the market of women and 35 or over.
