Vernissage "Farbfluss und Strichgewebe" - Ausstellung von Alban Janson im Kunzt66 (Hördauer 36 Minuten) Eröffnung der Ausstellung "Farbfluss und Strichgewebe: eine eigene Wirklichkeit" mit Zeichnungen und Malereien des renommierten Künstlers und Architekturprofessors Alban Janson einzuladen. In einer erstmaligen Zusammenführung dieser beiden Werkgruppen entsteht ein einzigartiger Dialog, in dem Jansons faszinierende künstlerische Welten erfahrbar werden. .Alban Janson wurde 1948 in Mainz geboren. Er absolvierte ein Architekturstudium und arbeitete als Stadtplaner in Tansania. Das Kunststudium an der Städelschule in Frankfurt am Main war der Beginn freier künstlerischer Tätigkeit. Gemeinsam mit Sophie Wolfrum führte er ab 1989 ein Büro für Architektur und Stadtplanung. Von 1994 bis 2013 leitete er den Lehrstuhl für Grundlagen der Architektur an der Universität Karlsruhe (KIT). Stāsta Ziedoņa muzeja vadītāja Rūta Šmite. Kad dzejnieks Imants Ziedonis un aktrise Ausma Kantāne pieņēma lēmumu uzcelt pašiem savu vasaras māju, abi noteikti nedomāja par oficiālajiem normatīviem un dažādiem fizikas likumiem, būvniecības noteikumiem. Paši veidoja mājas vīziju un arī iekārtojumu, protams, arī visu plānoja paši. Dzejnieks teica, ka mājai jātop pēc sena 17. gs. vidus hernhūtiešu saieta nama līdzības, sekojot labākajām latviešu zemnieku būvēšanas mākslas tradīcijām. Jumts nedrīkstēja būt plakans, jo plakans jumts jau nav nekāds īsts jumts. Jumtu jumj Jumis, tādēļ bez divām daļām, kas saslietas viena pret otru, to nemaz nav iespējams īstenot. Un jumtam noteikti bija jābūt no niedrēm – tādam pašam kā Imanta dzimtas mājām Ragaciemā. Bērnības sajūtai un atcerei  jaunajās mājās. Turklāt niedres nedeg, par ko Imants, mazs būdams, kopā ar kaimiņu puikām bija pārliecinājies. Ausma Dailes teātra režisora Eduarda Smiļģa dedzībā sapņoja par kamīnu mājas centrālajā daļā. Imants piekrita un teica, ka kamīnam jābūt tik lielam un ar tik augstu velvi, lai var brīvi redzēt liesmu galus un, pie tā sēžot, justies kā pie īsta ugunskura ārā dabā, tumšā naktī. Gar kamīnu augšup bija jāstiepjas trepēm gandrīz līdz debesīm un trešajā stāvā vajadzēja dzīvot bitēm. Ausma gribēja redzēt zvaigznes caur guļamistabas logu. Imants, kurš jau bija sācis dāvināt Ausmai lāčus, gribēja uzdāvināt arī tos kas debesīs, tādēļ, domājot par mājas novietojumu dabā, tika ņemta vērā arī zvaigznāja vieta debesjumā. Pirmās mājas skices uz papīra uzlika arhitekts Gunārs Jansons – viens no izcilākajiem Latvijas seno koka ēku zinātājiem. Bet skices nesakrita ar iedomāto vīziju, un mākslinieki turpināja sapņot. Kad pienāca laiks sapņus noformēt oficiāli, arhitekti un inženieri paziņoja, ka jāņem vērā padomju laika normatīvi, kuri noteica, ka dzīvojamā platība nedrīkst būt lielāka par 30 kvadrātmetriem. Lielā hernhūtiešu saieta nama idejā balstītā un izveidotā viesu istaba ar kamīnu – viss kopā 38 kvadrātmetru platībā –, tika noformēta kā vestibils. Lai mākslinieku pāra vēlmes iekļautos normatīvos, māja gribot negribot bija jāceļ uz augšu, tā virs pirmā stāva izveidojot vēl trīs pusstāvus, kas mijās viens ar otru, radot zigzaga vai pat spirāles iespaidu no iekšpuses un teju baznīcas jumta formu no ārpuses. Tas viss Imantam Ziedonim patika. Jo neparastāk, jo labāk. Būvniecības zinātāji un nezinātāji – visi kā viens teica, ka tāda māja jau nestāvēs. Seši vainagi pamatā un uzreiz sākas jumts, turklāt tik stāvs un skaidrs, ka smags. Tas jau ir pret fizikas likumiem – māja sabruks, jumts nošļuks, nespēs turēties pretī spiedēm, liecēm, cirpēm un vēl visādām materiālu deformācijas iespējamībām. Taču Imants teica: “Kā būs, tā būs.” 20. gs. 60. gadu beigās un 70. gadu sākumā Latvijā plosījušās iepriekš neredzētas vētras, kurās nogāzta desmitā daļa no Latvijas mežos augošajiem kokiem. Šo vētru gāztie koki izmantoti par Ziedoņu pāra vasaras mājas pamatu vainagiem. Savukārt skeptiķu bažas kliedējusi nākamā vētra, pēc kuras māja turpina stāvēt. Šogad tai aprit jau 50 gadi. Šeit tapušas epifānijas, Imants Ziedonis studējis tautas dziesmas, šeit sarakstīta poēma par pienu un daudzi citi dzejoļi, sākot ar 70. gadu vidu līdz pat 90. gadu nogalei. Šeit dzimis arī sākums Dižkoku atbrīvotāju grupai. Ziedonis šeit bēdzis un patvēries no pilsētas burzmas, slavas, pienākumiem, iztukšojies, lai ar dabas spēku atkal atjaunotos. Tagad šī māja pieejama sabiedrībai kā Ziedoņa muzejs un ikvienam muzeja ciemiņam ir iespēja izbaudīt dzejnieka un aktrises radīto interjeru un mājas atmosfēru – tieši tādu, kādu abi bija veidojuši savas dzīves laikā. Šī vieta turpina iedvesmot jaunradei, kalpot mieram, atjaunošanās procesiem un mijiedarbei ar dabu. Kā redzam, mākslinieku dullums rezultējies neparastā, iedvesmojošā un stāstiem bagātā, Latvijas kultūras mantojumu apliecinošā vietā. Un, lai arī te bijis labs skuju koku gaiss, kas jo īpaši derīgs tuberkulozes slimniekiem, kāds bija arī Imants Ziedonis, tomēr pats dzejnieks divdesmit gadus pēc mājas uzcelšanas atzinis, ka šis dullais un spēcīgais kāda agra Jāņu rīta lēmums celt  šai vietā māju tomēr nav bijis pārāk gudrs un labs, jo zeme ir cieta un neauglīga – būtībā māja ir uzcelta uz klints un burkānus vai sīpolus te izaudzēt esot bijis teju neiespējami. Un dzejniekam, kurš visu mūžu gribējis būt dārznieks, tas bija svarīgs arguments.

Veci meži ir nevajadzīgi sapuvuši koki - šādi komentāri izskan sociālajos medijos kā reakcija uz plāniem izcirst vecus mežus, lai stādītu jaunaudzes un veicinātu CO2 uzņemšanu no atmosfēras. Vai veci meži tiešām nespēj uzņemt CO2 pietiekamos apjomos un tos vajag aizstāt ar jauniem kokiem? Un kas notiek meža oglekļa apritē, ja mežu izcērt, skaidro Latvijas Ornitoloģijas biedrības valdes priekšsēdētājs, bioloģijas zinātņu doktors Viesturs Ķerus un Latvijas Valsts mežzinātnes institūta “Silava” vadošais pētnieks, mežzinātņu doktors Āris Jansons. 21. novembrī pie Ministru kabineta norisinājās klusais protests pret Klimata un enerģētikas ministrijas ideju izcirst vecos mežus, lai to vietā stādītu jaunaudzes, ar mērķi vairāk uzņemt ogļskābo gāzi jeb CO2. Par šo tematu veidojās arī asas diskusijas sociālo mediju vidē, vēlāk gan ministrs Kaspars Melnis minējis, ka “neviens neplāno vienkārši izcirst vecus mežus tāpat vien”. Tomēr, reaģējot uz gadiem ilgām diskusijām par emisijām un veciem mežiem, raidījumā Zināmais nezināmajā aicinām pētniecībai sniegt savu vērtējumu - vai vecu mežu likvidēšana un aizstāšana ar jaunaudzēm varētu veicināt emisiju uzņemšanu? Un kādas blakus parādības būtu šādām rūgtām zālēm cīņā pret CO2? "Tas, kāpēc joprojām plāns rada bažas, viens, ka nav saprotams, ko šis plāns vispār paredz. Otrs ir, ka, runājot par problēmām, tiek teikts, ka mums piesaiste mežos, samazinās tāpēc, ka mums meži noveco, kas nav patiesība. Piesaiste mums samazinās tāpēc, ka pieaug ciršanas apjomi, kas savukārt plānā nav minēts. Līdz ar to jau runājot par problēmām, tiek vainoti veci meži, un veco mežu izciršana, vai nākotnes vecu mežu nerašanās drīzāk slēpjas zem tā, kas ir mērķtiecīga meža apsaimniekošana, vai kā to nosauc," analizē Viesturs Ķeris. "Bet tas, kas ir jāpatur prātā, ka šobrīd vecos mežus Latvijas likumdošana, ja vien tie nav mikroliegumos vai citādi aizsargāti, ļauj izcirst, un šie vecie meži jau tiek izcirsti neatkarīgi no šī plāna. Jautājums ir par argumentiem, kā mēs attaisnojam to." "Ja mēs atgriežamies pie pamata jautājuma par to, kā ar mežu vai mežsaimniecību, vai meža sektora devumu var nodrošināt kaut ko labu oglekļa uzkrājumam, arī tai skaitā jau pieminētā plāna kontekstā, tad jāsaprot, ka tur ir virkne priekšlikumu, ko varētu darīt, un tie ietver galvenokārt trīs lielās komponents, kā mēs varam palīdzēt caur meža ekosistēmu, kā sabiedrība var sasniegt mērķi, kas ir klimata pārmaiņu mazināšana," norāda Āris Jansons.  "Viens komponents ir uzturēt vai saglabāt šo piesaistīto oglekli, kas ir augsnē, otrs komponents ir nodrošināt aktīvu oglekļa uzkrājumu kokaudzē, gan dzīvojot kokos, biomasā, gan atmirušā koksnē, un trešais komponents ir mēģināt izdomāt, ko mēs vislabāk varam darīt ar to koksni, kas nonāk ražošanā," skaidro Ārīs Jansons. "Tādā veidā, lai viņa iespējami ilgi saglabātos dažādos produktos un nenonāktu tās piesaistītais obelisks atpakaļ atmosfērā. Tātad papildus vēl pielikt klāt to komponenti arī, kas notiek ar kokiem pēc tam, kad viņi nonāk ražošanā vai kļūst par dēļiem, vai kļūst par kaut ko citu. Mēģināt viņus iespējami ilgi saglabāt tajā stadijā un nepalaist atpakaļ atmosfērā. Ir dažādi šie priekšlikumi, katram viņam ir kaut kādas priekšrocības, trūkumi, iespējas īstenot lielāka, mazākā platībā. Un tos kompleksus vienkārši ļoti loģiski šobrīd ir nonācis tajā diskusiju stadijā, visi priekšlikumi ir jāskata, kurus no viņiem ir un cik lielā mērā iespējams īstenot." Kā koki cīnās ar vēja un sniega radītiem postījumiem Apsei ir labi izstrādāts slodzes amortizēšanas mehānisms - jo vairāk vējā drebinās lapas, jo mazāka vēja slodze ir pašam stumbram. Kā koki pielāgojas, lai turētos pretī vējam vai sniegam, par to saruna ar mežzinātņu doktoru, Latvijas Valsts mežzinātnes institūta “Silava” pētnieku Oskaru Krišānu. Pētnieks skaidro, ka kokiem ir sava kapacitāte, cik tie var noturēt sniegu savos zaros un koki cenšas pielāgoties videi, kurā tie aug. Vieniem ir izturīgāka  sakņu sistēma, citiem – zaru vainags, un tāpat kā mēs trenažieru zālē vai kādā citā veidā trenējam un stiprinām savus muskuļus, tā arī koki  trenē savu izturību. Bet kā tie iztur snieglauzes, snieglieces, vējgāzes vai vējlauzes? Mežzinātņu speciālists teic, ka vienkāršāk būtu pieturēties pie diviem galvenajiem apzīmējumiem – vēja vai sniega izraisīti  koku bojājumi.

Hello it's Anja Schneider and this is the Club Room for this week. We're gonna have one hour of great music coming up and we're gonna start with Moktar - North Africa, then we're gonna have a new one of myself - Deep Gone Far, it's a track which is on the Sous Music compilation. It's the first Various Artists compilation of my label, which is gonna be released on the 18th of November, so I am really excited for this. Then I played last week in Luzern and I met Reznik from Keinemusik and he gave me a new track together with Mikesch - One More. Skream & Jansons are on the show, then I have a new favourite from Confidential Recipe - Once Again, Markantonio together with Drumsaw - Tribe, then another Confidential Recipe and then we're gonna have Aeschlimann, Interplanetary Criminal, Lawrence Hart and the Club Room ends with another track by me - I Can't See Me No More. This is a track that is going to be released on the 20 Years of Watergate Compilation, the inhouse label of the club in Berlin, so check this out! I have to make an announcement because I'm releasing this Various Artists Sous Compilation with great artists and I am super proud of that! Everyone is an outstanding talent, so from next week on I will present to you each Club Room one of the artists from the compilation so I am gonna relax and I just present to you these wonderful talents.
