Na conversa, o Professor João Fragoso procura explicar como as desigualdades sociais e políticas que marcaram a formação do Brasil são explicadas pelo pensamento cristão medieval e entendidas como fatos imutáveis do destino: a sociedade perfeita era uma sociedade desigual e criada por Deus, de forma que as diferenças sociais eram vistas com resignação e desejadas. Também são explorados os elementos de pessoalidade entre os desiguais, seja para mostrar como castigos eram aceitos pelos subalternos (pobres, escravos e lavradores), seja para mostrar como estes esperavam de seus senhores os favores. O Professor confere especial atenção não só ao papel da escravidão, mas também das alforrias e dos acessos dos forros à propriedade para a formação da estrutura social brasileira. Ainda que alerte que não está tratando do Brasil contemporâneo, urbano, industrial e do agro, com seus subprodutos de miséria, racismo e machismo, tenta propor algumas formas de reflexão para que possamos entender as associações entre as origens da desigualdade social e o atual estado de coisas. Dr Katrin explains how she uses the diet in her behaviour patients, and both stress the practicalities and economic gains when using a diet (you feed your pet anyway!) as a therapeutic agent.   They then move on to chatting about another wonderful group of products, the pheromone products, specifically Feliway® and Adaptil®, which are both made by Ceva, and how they can successfully be implemented into a treatment plan for complex behaviour cases, but also how they are so beneficial in many everyday life situations.   Here are some takeaways from the episode: 1.      When using diets and supplements, always make sure you are choosing products based on scientific evidence. 2.      Diets are a great way to positively influence your pet's health without breaking the bank! Nathalie Fragoso is a partner at VMCA in the area of data protection and technology as well, with a special focus on internet regulation. She is also a Professor at Insper. Previously, she has been the Head of Research on Privacy and Surveillance at InternetLab, and held roles at the Brazilian Institute for the Defense of the Right to Defense, the Criminal Justice Network, and the Luiz Gama Human Rights Clinic at the University of São Paulo Law School. Primeramente es porque nos enfocamos en las malas circunstancias. No debemos de evaluar el amor de Dios basado en nuestras circunstancias. También es porque nos olvidamos de nuestra historia. Al final, es porque no nos enfocamos en nuestro futuro.Debemos de entender que Dios nos ama y nos persigue con su amor.

Today, our guest is Zulema Fragoso, school counselor at Nogales High School and the 2023 Arizona School Counselor of the Year. We chat with Zulema about how she began her career in school counseling and what has kept her motivated for the past 16 years while she works with students and families. She explains how she collaborates with other staff and advocates for the role of school counselors. Additionally, Zulema discusses how she continues to build relationships and support students in the community through a student-led University Club at her school. Zulema Fragoso is a school counselor at Nogales High School in Nogales Unified School District #1. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Master's in School Counseling. Has been working in school counseling since 2006 when she started with GEAR UP. Started her career at Rio Rico High School and then moved to Nogales High School. Has found her passion in helping students obtain post-secondary education in whatever are they pursue. Major accomplishments include: • 2017 Arizona Star Award recipient from College Success Arizona • Arizona School Counselor Association Board of Director (Elected term 2020-2023) • Horatio Alger Field Director for the State of Arizona (2020-Present) Ms. Fragoso enjoys spending time with her family, baking and enjoying her friends.

For 17 years he served as the Executive Vice President of Anchor Loans, one of the country's largest hard money companies. In 2014 Robert departed from Anchor Loans and used his industry knowledge, experience  and network to help others create opportunities in the real estate business. He now partners with investors and agents as a coach and mentor educating them on flipping. He has been involved in over 10,000 transactions and has helped 1,000s of investors increase their yields and expand their business. Robert presented at my FIBI Pasadena Multi-Family meeting.    Robert Fargoso: Was raised in Hollywood and was introduced to real estate at a young age by his parents who self managed an apartment building. At 17 he was introduced to a real estate investor who became his mentor and within a month he was finding deals. "Norwill Fragoso: “Mis trincheras son el escenario y el salón de clases”: Norwill Fragoso es una actriz, teatrera, dramaturga, directora y profesora de teatro que desde niña ha estado involucrada en las artes escénicas. Ella bailaba tocaba el piano, cantaba, pero fue a los 14 años cuando se enamoró de la actuación, específicamente cuando entró a la Liga de Oratoria en español y conoció el monólogo “La Pepa está en la Ashford” de Juan González-Bonilla. Y aunque recientemente tuvo el honor de interpretar a la Pepa en el escenario, su trayectoria incluye un sinnúmero de proyectos teatrales, películas y cortometrajes. Ella ha ofrecido talleres en comunidades especiales y hoy día funge como profesora de actuación en la Universidad del Sagrado Corazón.
