Terry Lynch, CEO of Power Metallic Mines Inc. (TSXV: PNPN) (OTCBB: PNPNF) (Frankfurt: IVV1), joins me for another exploration update catching us up on multiple news releases from the Lion Zone as part of their fully funded 100,000-meter drill program at the polymetallic NISK Project in Quebec. We also discuss all the pending results still at the assay lab, other key regional exploration targets of interest for 2026 drilling, and the various technology being deployed behind their drill targeting. Additionally, we touch upon their new JV in Saudi Arabia. We start off with a financial update where the Company announced on June 10, 2026 the closing of its previously announced "best efforts" private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of C$28,228,750, which includes a lead order from Eric Sprott. This capital provides the company with the ability to execute on a fully-funded exploration program on multiple targets on the ongoing six-rig drill program focused on expanding the mineralized around the Lion Zone both stepping out looking for other broad mineralized zones, and also testing at depth for the potential “Elephant Zone,” as well as at Lion West and the Tiger Deep Zone. Terry highlighted some of the surprising gold intercept values when testing Lion Deep that will get some follow-up work. Additionally, new polymetallic targets are being tested in fan holes at the Hydro Fold-Hinge Zone, which will utilize borehole EM technology. Additional assays from its winter 2026 drill program continue to come in with all assay results expected by mid-June for adding to the MRE. New drill results include 10.30m @ 4.04% CuEq and 4.07m @ 8.73% CuEq, with metallurgical testing confirming strong recovery potential from disseminated low-grade zones. Building on the recent Muon Tomography program launched on May 13, the Company is deploying three advanced geophysical surveys to accelerate the hunt for deeper high-grade Ni-Cu-PGE mineralization. Power Metallic is planning an Ambient Noise Tomography (ANT) survey on the Nisk Far West target, completing a gravity survey over the Lion area, and completing a superconducting quantum magnetometer SQUIDs survey over the Lion area. These state-of-the-art techniques will sharpen targeting for the Lion Zone extensions and new discoveries across the expanding property, leveraging Power Metallic's significant 2025 land acquisitions. One of the larger upcoming Company milestones will be completing the work building towards an initial NI-43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) on the Lion Zone and an update of the Nisk Ni-Cu-Pd deposit MRE with completion and reporting of estimates by the end of July. This MRE will form the basis for a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) to begin immediately following the completion of the MRE. On May 19, 2026, Power Metallic announced that it entered into a strategic alliance and joint venture framework agreement with Amaar United Mining Company ("Amaar Mining"), a Saudi Arabian company affiliated with Amaar Holding, to jointly pursue mining license opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The agreement marks the next step in Power Metallic's expansion strategy in Saudi Arabia following the Company's award of the Jabal Baudan exploration license in the Jabal Sayid Mineralized Belt. Under the agreement, Power Metallic and Amaar Mining intend to cooperate in future Saudi mining license auction rounds and other mutually agreed opportunities, combining Power Metallic's technical, geological, and exploration capabilities with Amaar Mining's local strategic presence, coordination capacity, and regulatory interface experience in the Kingdom. Every once in a while, a junior mining story reaches the point where investors stop asking whether the discovery is interesting and start asking a much bigger question. How far can this go? Power Metallic Mines has attracted backing from 15 billionaires and leading mining investors, adding another layer of credibility to a story that is now entering a key validation phase. Power Metallic $PNPN / $PNPNF just delivered its second-best Lion Zone intersection to date, with hole PML-26-095 returning 22.00 metres of 11.46% CuEqRec, including 6.50 metres of 18.59% CuEqRec. CEO Terry Lynch is now pointing investors to the Foran Mining playbook. Foran is the Canadian mining company Eldorado Gold agreed to acquire for $3.6 billion. The point is not that Power Metallic is Foran today. The point is the pathway. Resource estimate. Metallurgy. Economic study. Strategic recognition. Development planning. Power Metallic controls the broader Nisk Project Area, which includes the Nisk, Lion and Tiger zones. Management has said it believes the upcoming Q3 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate could come close to Foran's contained-metal range, although the final number remains subject to completion of the estimate. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW Mineral Resource Estimate Targeted For Q3 2026: Power Metallic says recent Lion Zone infill drilling will be incorporated into future mineral resource estimates, with a 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate expected in Q3. Preliminary Economics: A Preliminary Economic Assessment is targeted for Q4 2026. Management has referenced internal capital cost expectations of approximately $400 million, compared with Foran's reported $800 million to $900 million range, but Power Metallic's figures remain to be confirmed through formal study work.The Bigger Picture: Lynch also highlighted the rarity of orthomagmatic discoveries, saying only a small number have been found globally and that these systems have historically grown meaningfully beyond their initial discovery footprint. The Timing: The upcoming Mineral Resource Estimate is expected to give investors a clearer picture of the scale and grade of the Lion Zone. The planned Preliminary Economic Assessment is expected to provide the first formal look at potential project economics. Together, these two milestones are intended to help move Power Metallic from discovery story to de-risking story. CEO TERRY LYNCH'S MESSAGE Foran earned its valuation by advancing through a disciplined process of technical de-risking. Power Metallic is attempting to follow a similar path, starting with the upcoming Mineral Resource Estimate in Q3 2026 and a Preliminary Economic Assessment targeted for Q4 2026. Lynch believes the Lion Zone has the potential to support favourable economics because of its grade, shallow mineralization and location in Quebec. However, those economics still need to be confirmed through formal study work. INVESTOR TAKEAWAY Foran Mining showed how a high-grade Canadian polymetallic project can move from resource definition to technical de-risking to strategic recognition. Power Metallic is earlier in that process, but management believes the Nisk Project Area has the right ingredients to follow a similar playbook. High-grade results at Lion.

Power Metallic Mines CEO Terry Lynch joined Steve Darling from Proactive to provide an update on the company's latest high-grade drill results from the Lion Zone discovery and discuss the decision to accelerate the timeline for its maiden mineral resource estimate. Lynch highlighted several recent standout drill intercepts, including 23 metres grading 11.5% copper equivalent, describing the results as “mind blowing numbers.” He noted that the Lion Zone continues to deliver strong high-grade mineralization as the company advances what it believes could become a significant copper discovery. Due to the growing scale and value of the project, Power Metallic has moved forward its mineral resource estimate timeline. Originally targeted for the first quarter of 2027, the maiden resource estimate is now expected in July. Lynch said analysts currently estimate the project could contain between 8 million and 16 million tonnes grading between 5% and 6% copper equivalent. The company also reported encouraging metallurgical test work, with recovery rates of approximately 95%, supporting the potential economic strength of the project. Beyond the current drilling success, Power Metallic continues expanding exploration efforts across its extensive 330-square-kilometre land package. Additional drill holes continued to add and refine the high-grade Lion Zone ahead of the 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE). The infill drill holes in this release cover approximately 560 m down plunge extent from the core of the Lion Zone (PML-26-095) to central southwestern Lion area (PML-26-069) (Figure 1). These holes highlight both the robust near surface mineralization as well as returning the deepest high-grade intercept at Lion. These holes will be incorporated into future mineral resource estimates and highlight the potential for open pit development. Drill hole PML-26-095 which intersected the interpreted core of the Lion Zone with wide intersections of high-grade copper near surface with 22.00 m @ 11.46% CuEqRec including 6.50 m @ 18.59% CuEqRec and including 4.00 m @18.62% CuEqRec Drill hole PML-26-094 which intersected the interpreted core of the Lion Zone and adds further support to wide intersections of high-grade copper near surface with 17.45 m @ 9.47% CuEqRec1 including 6.30 m @ 17.91% CuEqRec. Drill hole PML-26-101 tested the zone approximately 100 m east of PML-26-094 at a slightly deeper vertical depth and contained high grade over a very wide intersection with 39.00 m @ 5.66% CuEqRec1 including 9.20 m @ 15.18% CuEqRec1. The exploration team will be back to drilling again in June with six-rig drill program focused on expanding the mineralized around the Lion Zone both stepping out looking for other broad mineralized zones, and also testing the depth testing the potential “Elephant Zone,” at the Tiger Deep Zone and at Lion West. Additionally, new polymetallic targets are being tested in fan holes at the Hydro Fold-Hinge Zone, which will utilize borehole EM technology. There will also be the utilization of Muon tomography interpreting cosmic rays through rock density to focus on broad mineralized potential in the 5km corridor and “Gap Area” between Lion and NISK Main. There are still about 7,000 meters of core being processed at the lab, from 30 holes drilled, with a steady string of drill results coming back in over the next few months. All the drilling data through April will be added to prior results into a new Mineral Resource Estimate update due out in July. Then 30,000+ additional meters that will be drilled throughout 2026, starting up again in June There will be initial economics around the project released in a PEA targeted by year-end in December. The infill drilling on the Lion zone has shown that the interpreted zone geometry has high repeatability raising the confidence level for future mineral resource estimates to an Indicated Resource classification. Internally the Lion Zone drilling continues to surprise with very high-grade holes. Hole PML-26-049, the first hole of the 2026 winter drill campaign, was drilled to support the modelled interpretation of the Lion zone near surface. It resulted in the best copper intersection to date on the Lion Zone, intersecting massive to brecciated Cu sulphides over 16.55m @ 10.08% Cu (15.11% CuEqRec1). This hole greatly expands the zone near surface that may be amenable to early open pit extraction in a possible future mining operation. The exploration team has an ongoing six-rig drill program focused on expanding the mineralized around the Lion Zone and at depth testing the potential “Elephant Zone,” and also at Lion West, at the Tiger Deep Zone. Additionally, new polymetallic targets are being refined from surveys at the Hydro Fold-Hinge Zone, there will be more step-out drilling focused on to connecting more of the 5.5km corridor and “Gap Area” between Lion and NISK Main. There are still about 20,000+ meters of core being processed at the lab, and continued drilling that will keep going through April that should see a steady string of drill results coming back in over the next few months. All the drilling data from the end of last year and this year will be added to prior results into a new resource update and then PEA later in the year. Then 30,000+ additional meters that will be drilled throughout 2026, starting up again in the summer. On January 19, 2026, Power Metallic Mines provided preliminary metallurgical results performed by SGS Canada Ltd at its laboratories based in Quebec City, QC, and Lakefield, ON, from representative samples of Lion zone mineralization sent over back in October 2025. An initial Lock Cycle Test within coarse grained chalcopyrite and cubanite returned a sulphide concentrate grading 25.8% Copper containing very high metal recoveries of Copper (98.9%), Palladium (93.9%), Platinum (96.8%), Gold (85.0%) and Silver (88.9%), exceeding Power Metallics most optimistic estimates for recovery prior to this test work. On Feb. 19, 2026, Chilean Metals Inc (TSX.V: CMCG) commenced trading. Chilean Metals was created through a spin-out from Power Metallic Mines Inc. (TSXV: PNPN) (OTCBB: PNPNF) (Frankfurt: IVV1) in February 2025, At time of spin-out ownership was 50% Power Metallic and 50% the Power Metallic shareholders of record January 31 2025. The new Company was created with a focused exploration mandate and a project portfolio spanning two of the most geologically fertile mining belts in the Americas. Resource Growth Path: Early-stage modeling efforts are enabling analysts and investors to build their own interpretations of scale, while metallurgical studies are underway with results set to release in early Q1 to confirm high recovery rates.
