Who will Arkansas football hire in its coaching search? Southeastern 16's Jay Greeson and Chris Lee discuss. Topics include: How coveted is the Razorbacks' job? On one hand, it's a SEC job (the best league in America) and one with some winning history (740-539-40), plus, back-to-back, 10-win seasons within the last decade. The Razorbacks have a large, passionate and loyal fan base and no competition in their immediate area. On the other, the Razorbacks are heading for their sixth losing season in 10 years. Excitement for football seems down compared to recent decades and in addition, there's excitement and momentum around the basketball and baseball programs that could present a funding challenge. The bottom line: Everything can be fixed with the right hire and great leadership. But how coveted is the job within the industry? But the right hire has been elusive so far as Arkansas has swung and missed with Rhett Lashlee and James Franklin. Candidates who might make sense: Pat Fitzgerald (formerly of Northwestern), Eric Morris (North Texas), Jeff Traylor (UTSA), Kane Wommack (Alabama defensive coordinator and a former Arkansas fullback from 2005-06 who attended high school in Fayetteville). In this episode of Health Coach Conversations, host Cathy Sykora welcomes strategic business coach Marci Rossi. Marci shares how new coaches often get caught up in perfectionism, tech overwhelm, and behind‑the‑scenes chaos—while neglecting the one thing that actually brings clients: conversations. Drawing on her own pivot from lawyer to entrepreneur and her deep love for systems and strategy, she walks through how to focus on the right actions, pick tools that fit your vision, and build a smooth client experience. You'll gain insight on avoiding common startup mistakes, creating streamlined systems without losing your humanity, and choosing momentum over perfect. In this episode, you'll discover: Why trying to “do it all yourself” and perfect every detail can stall your coaching business. How to define your service and start having conversations—rather than endlessly tweaking your website or branding. The importance of aligning tech choices with your future business vision (not just your immediate overwhelm). How automation and systems can empower you—when used thoughtfully—and when they might actually work against your client experience. A tool Marci loves (and recommends) for understanding what your website visitors actually do: heat maps and user‑journeys. How to decide between “convenience” (all‑in‑one platforms) and “customization” (mixing tools) based on your future plans. Why your daily revenue‑generating activities matter more than perfect graphics, fonts, or colors. Memorable Quotes: “Do I want things perfect or do I want to be successful?” “Is what I'm doing a revenue‑generating activity?” “We can't do all of the things all at one time, so recognizing the success of your business depends on those conversations…” Bio: Marci Rossi is a strategic business coach and behind‑the‑scenes wizard who helps new coaches ditch the overwhelm and build businesses that actually work for them. Through her done‑for‑you services, she takes the chaos out of the tech, systems, and processes so her clients can focus on doing what they're best at: making an impact.
