On this episode, Sean and Rachel are joined by former Federal Prosecutor and former Pentagon Chief of Staff under former President Trump, Kash Patel. Kash breaks down the FBI raid at former President Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate, why he believes there is a weak legal basis for the search that was executed, and how this could be a way to dissuade the former president from running again in 2024. Later, Sean and Rachel weigh in on why they feel there are now two standards of justice in America and the avenues that the Republican Party have to rectify what they believe is a miscarriage of justice. Later they discuss how the Mar-a-Lago raid could impact the 2022 midterm elections. Follow Sean and Rachel on Twitter: @SeanDuffyWI & @RCamposDuffy Learn more about your ad choices. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the country is now in a recession and stagflation is soon to follow. President Biden will blame big oil and big meat for shortages, not his business-stifling policies. While the White House will say that we're not in a recession, what we are in is defined as a recession by every other economist not working in the Administration. Then, former federal prosecutor and acting Pentagon Chief of Staff Kash Patel joins the show to explain that he was in the January 4th meeting with then-President Trump, White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, Gen. Mark Millie, and Sec. Chris Miller to authorize the use of the National Guard if Mayor Bowser and Nancy Pelosi requested them. Under the Posse Comitatus Act, it is illegal for the President to deploy U.S troops inside the country. It could be seen as a coup if any President unilaterally used the military on U.S soil for law enforcement functions. Afterward, Congress is on a fishing expedition to conjure up a seditious conspiracy charge for former President Trump. Liz Cheney knows the difference between "deployment" and the "authorization" of the National Guard for States to use in their time of need, yet she asked Sec. Miller if President Trump had "deployed" troops on January 6th knowing full well such a domestic deployment would be unconstitutional; this effectively makes the case to exonerate Trump. Later, China's President Xi Jinping threatened Biden saying he hopes the U.S knows that those playing with fire can get burned. The Biden White House must release a transcript of the call immediately. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
On Monday's Mark Levin Show, we bring you the best of Mark Levin! July 4th, 1776 didn't just happen it was carefully planned. A lot of blood was spilled to achieve independence from England. There were protests and then massacres over taxation. In the Spring of 1774, following the Boston Tea Party, laws were passed to pay for the housing of British soldiers and demand restitution for the lost tea. Next, the British planned to take the gun powder of the militiamen and this led to Paul Revere's famous midnight run warning that "The red coats are coming!" which set off the Revolutionary War. Later, the Democrat party doesn't support Roe v. Wade, what they really favor is infanticide. Americans must push back. Dishonest ideologically driven people who've taken over the Democrat Party want to take over this country by insisting that they destroy our Constitution and whatever they disagree with. Then, high school football Coach Joseph Kennedy was vindicated by the Supreme Court after he was fired for saying a prayer during high school football games. The Supreme Court ruled that this was not a government establishment of religion and that Kennedy's first amendment rights were being violated by the school. Justice Sotomayor, like many others, misunderstood Jefferson's call for a separation between church and state; the phrase appears in a letter he wrote, not in the Constitution. Incidentally, Jefferson was not at the Constitutional convention he was in France, and this very concept of the "separation between church and state' was later advanced by a lawyer for the KKK. Finally, former Pentagon Chief of Staff, Kash Patel, calls in to explain that he witnessed Trump, in the presence of the Sec. of Defense, authorized up to 20,000 National Guardsman to the Capitol which was declined by the Mayor of Washington DC and the Capitol Police and reported in the recent timeline released by the DC Metropolitan Police. Patel reiterated that the Oval Office is a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) and that Cassidy Hutchinson was not even authorized to attend such a meeting let alone have access to any intelligence coming from it. Patel has submitted his testimony to the committee although the committee was not interested in publicizing his transcripts. Happy 4TH of July! Learn more about your ad choices. Kash Patel, former Pentagon Chief of Staff and author of the new children's book, The Plot Against the King talks about January 6th and his inspiration to write fairy tales for kids based on his reality of working for the Trump administration. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, the left's attack on Donald Trump is really an attack on America and each and every one of us. The airwaves are filled with leftwing reporters and former federal prosecutors distorting the notion of what truth really is. The rationale for a surprise emergency January 6 hearing doesn't add up. Cassidy Hutchinson (the J6 Committees witness) claimed that Trump lunged toward the agents driving him on January 6th. But Secret Service agents have come forth and said that Trump never lunged for the steering wheel of the Presidential limo and are prepared to testify under oath. Afterward, former Pentagon Chief of Staff, Kash Patel, calls in to explain that he witnessed Trump, in the presence of the Sec. of Defense, authorized up to 20,000 National Guardsman to the Capitol which was declined by the Mayor of Washington DC and the Capitol Police and reported in the recent timeline released by the DC Metropolitan Police. Then, 50 people died being smuggled in a tractor near the southern border. How many more people have died crossing the border while Biden has been president? Yet the hellish border remains open and people will continue to enter the country, some dying along the way, while Biden's Administration sits on its hands. Later, Congressman Lee Zeldin calls in with an update on his campaign for Governor of New York. Zeldin reiterated the need to get rid of the Cuomo-Hochul legacy this November. Finally, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem joins the show to discuss her new book, "Not My First Rodeo: Lessons from the Heartland." https://www.amazon.com/Not-My-First-Rodeo-Heartland/dp/1538707055/ref=sr_1_1?crid=1X65FSWRY960M&keywords=kristi+noem&qid=1656436125&sprefix=kristi+noem%2Caps%2C94&sr=8-1 Noem added that her dad was a tough cowboy and taught her the work ethic that she has today. After her dad died and the family was hit with death taxes she got into politics. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
Kash Patel, former Pentagon Chief of Staff and author of the new children's book, The Plot Against the King and John Solomon, Host of Just News Not Noise, Editor in Chief of Just the News and Author of Fallout discuss the January 6th hearings which show us just how two tiered our society truly is - Hunter Biden, Antifa, violent protesters all commit crimes and walk free while Liz Cheney claims there is a crime in search of a criminal, and any Trump supporting republican will fit the bill. On COI #45, Kyle discusses Biden's pick for Secretary of Defense, Gen Lloyd Austin. Austin retired from the military four years ago. His recent departure from the military puts the civilian control of the military in question and will require Austin to get a waiver from Congress to sit as Pentagon Chief. Since leaving the military, Austin has enjoyed a board seat at the military-industrial-complex giant Raytheon. Austin is also a partner at Pine Island Capital Partners, a company that owns smaller MIC firms. With these positions, the former general cemented his ties with the war party. As a general, Austin was commander of US Forces in Iraq in 2010. In that role, he advised Obama to keep 24,000 troops in Iraq. However, the Iraqi forces to sign a new agreement with the US forcing the pullout of US troops in 2011. By 2013, Austin was promoted to head of CENTCOM. As CENTCOM chief, Austin pushed for US troops to reenter Iraq, then Syria, to combat ISIS. He also oversaw the US support for Saudi's genocide in Yemen, starting in 2015. Lloyd Austin as secretary of defense, the significance of Austin's seat on the Board of Directors of Raytheon, and where Biden's selection of the man who would be the first Black Pentagon chief fits into the broader trend of weaponizing identity in service of neoliberalism and imperialism. In the second segment, Sean and Jacquie are joined by Abayomi Azikiwe, the editor of the Pan-African News Wire, to discuss new reports that outgoing US President Donald Trump plans to withdraw around 2,000 troops from Somalia, why many observers may be exaggerating the importance of the move, and why the incoming Biden administration is unlikely to shift the US government's imperialist orientation within Africa and across the globe. In the third segment, Sean and Jacquie are joined by Chris Garaffa, editor of Tech for the People, for another edition of our new weekly segment “Tech for the People." They discuss the reasons tech surveillance company Babel Street has so many privacy advocates worried, how their "Locate X" service could be used to criminalize those at the wrong place at the wrong time, and the new automated drones being rolled out by police departments across the country.Later in the show, Sean and Jacquie are joined by James Early, Former Director of Cultural Heritage Policy at the Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage at the Smithsonian Institution and board member of the Institute for Policy Studie, to discuss why Washington is seemingly prioritizing a massive defense spending bill over coronavirus relief, why it's no surprise that hawkish US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is condemning Venezuela's recent legislative elections as a "political farce," and why increasing racial and gender diversity among the ruling class is no substitute for real material gains by the working class.
