We all get the same 24 hours in a day. So why can some people get more done in that 24 hours than others? It's not ALWAYS about doing more. In many cases it's about doing the RIGHT things consistently (at the right time of day). My day starts at 5:30 AM with 15 minutes of reading and straight to the gym for a workout. It's a non-negotiable for me, whether I feel like it or not. So my advice for you: Set aside “power hours” to work ON your business every day - as a non-negotiable. Just like going to the gym, it's a “business booty bootcamp” that directly adds junk to your trunk (aka revenue to your bank account) when you do it consistently. (Oh, and DO NOT check emails first thing in the morning. Ever.) This week's episode is all about how to know WHAT to work on and how to prioritize it so you can actually have the business and the life that you want. Things like: Micro-routines that help you knock out the important stuff quickly How I structure my day based on my energy levels, and my best “hacks” for creative focus The “hate-charity” trick that helps me accomplish my goals The 3 biggest issues that keep you from prioritizing (even when you want to) Listen now to Episode #384: The “Power Hour” Method (How Smart Freelancers Work) For full show notes, visit https://6figurecreative.com/384
Hi Mamas, Let's be real… mom life can feel like a juggling act on roller skates… during an earthquake. Between work deadlines, family responsibilities, and that never-ending mental load, it's easy to forget what actually makes you feel good. In this episode, I'm sharing 10 simple things I've done lately that have made a big difference in my mood, my mindset, and my day-to-day life. From hiring a cleaning person to buying the bigger jeans (yep, we're going there), to rediscovering small joys like walking in silence or sipping coffee from my Magnolia mug… these real-life changes have helped me feel more calm, confident, and present. You don't need a total life overhaul, mama. You just need one small shift that helps you breathe easier, smile more, and remember you matter too.
Pop culture doesn't sleep and neither do the Whine Mamas. This week Jimena and Annie recap everything that lit up your feed. Wine of the Week: Erath Pinot Gris. Honorable mentions: Taylor Swift, Dancing with the Stars, Dolly Parton, Laguna Beach

Jon Herold and Chris Paul take a sharp, unscripted dive into the chaos of current geopolitics, unpacking Trump's fiery exchange with China over rare earths, the suspicious Nobel Peace Prize for Venezuela's Maria Corina Machado, and the deeper symbolism behind the global decoupling movement. They tackle everything from fake narratives about Maduro and democracy to the CIA shake-up involving Michael Ellis and the shocking sale of Dominion Voting Systems to “Liberty Vote.” With wit, skepticism, and a dash of humor, Jon and Chris connect the dots between global power plays, information ops, and America's unraveling media facade. It's a dense, unfiltered breakdown of who's really running the show, and how the Devolution theory continues to prove itself in real time.

Jon Herold and Burning Bright go deep into the mechanics of global power as they unpack new revelations surrounding James Comey's indictment and Trump's strategic counteroffensive. The hosts explore how legacy intelligence networks, born from CIA covert programs and wartime continuity planning, are collapsing under their own corruption. They connect the dots between modern color revolutions, the infiltration of Western institutions, and the spiritual decay fueling the Deep State's desperation. With Trump's shutdown tactics, his National Guard maneuvers, and the unraveling of long-protected elites now taking center stage, Jon and Burning argue that the machine isn't just breaking, it's being dismantled by design. Packed with historical context, decoded symbology, and razor-sharp analysis, this episode captures the sense that the global order is finally running out of time.
Navigating managed vision care can be complex. Between reimbursements, benefits, and patient expectations, finding the balance between patient satisfaction and profitability is no small feat. But what if the key isn't fighting the system, but understanding lesser-known opportunities that exist within managed care? In this episode of Power Hour, host Eugene Shatsman sits down with Todd Lassone, Senior Manager for Strategic Partners at EssilorLuxottica, to unpack how practices can optimize their relationship with managed vision care plans. With over 30 years of industry experience — both in the exam lane and on the corporate side — Todd brings a refreshingly practical perspective on turning managed care into managed opportunity.

Jon Herold and Chris Paul go deep into the illusion of the “shutdown crisis,” exposing how both parties are playing controlled opposition in a uniparty circus designed to keep Americans trapped in the system. They unpack Trump's latest declaration of war on the cartels, the implications of his new wartime powers, and what it all means for dismantling the administrative state. From the Constitution's post-Civil War inversion to Project 2025, Barry Weiss's rise to CBS, and Tucker's strange anti-Bitcoin push, the hosts connect every thread back to the Great Reset battle between globalist factions, and Trump's quiet dismantling of their power structure. With their trademark humor and sharp insight, Herold and Paul challenge listeners to see beyond the political theater and recognize that the real revolution might already be underway.
A full crew of Badlands Media hosts pile in for a rowdy night of sharp takes and chaotic fun. The team riffs on Jon Herold's pre-recorded Daily Herold, Trump's explosive new wartime powers against drug cartels, and what it means for the Deep State's days ahead. Portland takes center stage as the hosts swap stories about its decline into madness, connecting it to broader cultural collapse and leftist insanity. Along the way, they weave in humor, banter, and spirited debates that make OnlyLands a unique after-hours ride through politics, culture, and whatever else comes to mind.

Jon Herold and Burning Bright unpack the latest twists in the information war, starting with Trump's carefully chosen words at rallies and how they signal a larger strategy at play. They explore the Comey indictment fallout, Brennan's denials, and how the media frames narratives to trap the public into compliance. The hosts dig into Trump's executive actions on Antifa and domestic terrorism, connecting them to RICO statutes and the broader case against the Deep State. Discussion also turns to the Pentagon's unusual Quantico meeting of generals, what it might mean for continuity of government, and how it ties into the shutdown brinkmanship in Washington. With sharp analysis and first-principles thinking, Herold and Burning Bright show how the long game is being played out in real time, through legal maneuvers, narrative control, and subtle but powerful military signals.

In this episode we're talking about the truths we often avoid — the ones that feel too heavy, too risky, or too painful to face. These are the truths about ourselves, our relationships, and our lives that we push aside in the name of comfort, control, or keeping the peace. But avoiding them doesn't make them disappear. It only keeps us stuck in the very patterns that drain us. Together, we'll explore why these truths are so hard to look at, how they show up in everyday life, and what begins to shift when we stop running from them. If you've ever felt that quiet nudge that something isn't working — but you've been afraid to name it — this conversation is for you. Three Takeaways 1. Clarity is freeing, even when it hurts. Avoiding truth costs you more than facing it. 2. Truth builds self-trust. Every time you admit reality, you strengthen your ability to handle it. 3. Facing truth is an act of courage. And it opens the door to healing, better choices, and peace. Avoiding truth doesn't protect us. It only drains us, leaks out sideways, and keeps us living smaller than we're meant to. Jon Herold and Chris Paul tackle a packed episode of Devolution Power Hour, opening with Trump's surprise “med bed” healthcare announcement and the AI-generated video that set the internet buzzing. They question the line between satire, soft disclosure, and information warfare, comparing it to Hollywood's visions of instant healing tech. From there, the hosts dive into synthetic reality, showing how AI videos and fabricated documents erode trust in evidence itself, reinforcing the need for skepticism in an information war. They explore Trump's new NSPM on domestic terrorism, its connection to 18 U.S.C. §§ 241–242, and how it may tie into the broader “RICO Grande” case against the Deep State. With sharp analysis of the Comey indictment, Kash Patel's pushback, John Brennan's televised denial, and the looming government shutdown, Herold and Paul connect today's chaos to larger strategies of exposure, leverage, and constitutional restoration. From Soros to January 6th optics, from the Pentagon's unprecedented Quantico gathering to the auto-pen saga, this episode lays out the converging narratives shaping America's next chapter.
Killing the Golden Goose — Why Tinkering Hurts (and How to Stop)Ever “improved” your business and watched revenue dip? This episode is about the Tinker phase—when a little success gives you a little freedom…and you accidentally starve the golden goose that got you here. I unpack the three ways owners drag healthy businesses down:Fiddling for “better.” Endless tweaks to offers, pricing, scripts, and schedules without evidence. Fix: install a change discipline—a monthly change window, small A/B tests, a simple decision log, and a weekly dashboard (leads, show/close rate, ARPU, churn, CSAT).Neglect via distraction. A shiny side project steals your best hours while the core engine slows. Fix: a Minimum Care Plan—a daily Owner's Power Hour (one growth action before anything else), a crisp scorecard cadence, 10-minute SOPs for recurring tasks, and one Primary-in-Command with clear escalation thresholds.Blowing it up. Panic leads to firing staff, scrapping models, or rebranding from scratch. Fix: a 30–60–90 recovery—stabilize, repair what worked, then improve surgically (one test at a time). You'll leave with a practical cadence to keep speed, protect consistency, and grow without self-sabotage—plus three quick actions to run this week: schedule a monthly change window, add a daily Power Hour, and pick one metric to protect every Friday.Connect with Chris Cooper:Website - https://businessisgood.com/

Jon Herold and Burning Bright dissect the week's chaos, from Trump's startling “paper tiger” jab at Russia to the broader game theory behind his UN speech and shifting Ukraine rhetoric. They dig into the legal gray zone of Antifa's domestic terror designation, why it lacks real teeth, and how media spin keeps Americans distracted from deeper psyops. The hosts explore YouTube's quiet admission of election interference, the Dallas ICE facility shooting with anti-ICE bullets, and the staged theater of consequence culture, showing how each event manipulates emotions to fracture unity. With a sharp focus on first principles, Herold and Burning Bright connect the dots between censorship, controlled opposition, and Trump's long-game strategy for sovereignty. It's an unfiltered conversation about narrative warfare, where nothing is as it seems and everything is by design.
