Hakikatte ABD, sistem dışı bir aktör olmaya mı karar verdi yoksa sistem karşıtlığına mı soyundu? Batı merkezli sistem ABD öncülüğünde kurulmuştu, dolayısıyla Amerikalıların bu sistemin temel kurumlarına muhalefet ettiğini düşünmek abesle iştigaldir. ABD, mevcut sistemi kendisi açısından ayak bağı olarak görmektedir. Amerikalılar özellikle küresel sistemin kurumlarını belirli bir fikirden, örneğin Batı medeniyeti eksenli ideolojik yaklaşımlardan hareketle eleştiriye tabi tutmuyor. ABD üniversitelerinde, basınında veya diğer entelektüel mahfillerinde belirli bir temelden hareketle muhalif bir söylem geliştirilerek küresel sistemin eleştirildiğini söylememiz mümkün değil. Böyle bir eleştiri olmadığı gibi her gün aksi yöndeki gelişmeler neredeyse bütün dünyayı şaşırtacak düzeylere ulaşıyor. Bu durum Avrupa ülkeleri için de geçerlidir. Ukrayna Savaşı başladıktan sonra Dostoyevski ve Tolstoy'un kitaplarına yasak koyan Avrupalıların, Batı merkezli sisteme muhalif bir söylemle karşı çıktıklarını söyleyemeyiz. Onlar da sistemin dışına çıkmayı tercih ediyor. Avrupalıların sistem dışına çıkışı özellikle Filistin ve Gazze meselesi yeniden gündeme geldiğinde çok daha şaşırtıcı bir hâl aldı.

Krajská a okresní centra OF byla tehdy nespokojena s Koordinačním centrem OF a pomalým postupem reforem a toužila si to konečně vyřídit s místními nomenklaturními bratrstvy. Václav Klaus je přesvědčil, že transformační politika už nemůže být politikou konsenzu a kompromisu, jakou prosazovali bývalí disidenti, a že se radikální ekonomická reforma podaří jedině tehdy, bude-li vycházet z pravicové ideologie. Pravicová politika současně poskytla frustrovaným okresním OF nástroj k zúčtování s regionálními komunistickými mafiemi. Václav Klaus se tak zmocnil OF zdola, což byl vskutku husarský kousek, který nemohl podařit každému. Později se zbavil bývalých disidentů tím, že rozdělil OF a založil ODS jako disciplinovanou pravicovou stranu, která ve volbách do ČNR v roce 1992 spolu s KDS drtivě zvítězila s téměř 30 %. Občanské hnutí, kam se většina bývalých disidentů uchýlila, se do Parlamentu vůbec nedostalo.

V Británii vyhlíží Toryové po 300 letech historickou porážku a Rishi Sunak už má údajně místo pro děti ve školce v Americe. Ve Francii slaví úspěch Marine Le Pen, ale i koalice levicových stran společně s Jean-Luc Mélenchonem, který je větší hrozbou než Národní sdružení. Na pozadí toho všeho vzniká v Evropském parlamentu národovecká frakce Patrioti pro Evropu. Spekuluje se, že hlavní hybatelkou je Marine Le Pen. Nemusí to vyjít. Ovšem je to pokus o založení jedné z nejvlivnějších frakcí, která může hýbat Evropou. Z pohledu Andreje Babiše a hnutí ANO je to krok, který by jim mohl pomoci i v domácí politice.

Son derece başarılı kitaplar olduklarını kabul etmek zorundayız. Benzerleriyle birlikte bu kitaplar Türkiye'de de uzun bir dönem ciddiyetle okundu. Bunları okuyanların zihninde Avrupa ve genel olarak Batı'ya dair sarsılmaz düşünceler oluşmuştur. Yazarları, Avrupa hakkında ortak kabullerden hareket ediyor ve ortaya çıkan fikirler bütün dünyaya kolaylıkla yayılıyordu. Hâlbuki bugün yeni yeni dillendirildiği gibi “yerel tarihler küresel tasarımlar” hâline getirilerek Avrupa merkezli bir dünya inşa ediliyordu. Evet, önce Avrupa icat edilmişti. Sonra bu icadın kuşattığı alan genişlemiş ve küreselleşmişti. Fikirlerin kolaylıkla bütün dünyaya yayıldığını söylüyoruz fakat bunun çok karmaşık bir sürece dayandığını da kabul etmek zorundayız. Başarı da bu karmaşıklığın üstesinden gelinmesinde yatıyordu. Sonuç çok çarpıcıydı, hadiselere emperyal merkezlerden bakmak bir alışkanlık hâlini almıştı. Çoğunluk, kendi gerçekliğine dahi aynı gözle bakıyor ve böylelikle konuşan kişinin kim olduğunu anlamak mümkün olmuyordu. Bir kısmını zikrettiğimiz kitaplarda tartışılan fikirlerin yayılma sahası hayranlık uyandıracak genişliktedir. Bu da ortaya çıkan küresel tasarıma yönelik eleştirilerin kolay inşa edilemeyeceği anlamına gelir. Fakat bu küresel tasarımın da “kendi üslubuyla Batı'nın siyasal ve entelektüel kültürünün tam ortasında bulunduğunu ve ahlaksızlığın ya da adaletsizliğin değil, Üçüncü Dünya'nın Avrupalı olmayan ve renkli diye adlandırılan halkları üstünde egemenlik kurmaya yönelik bilimsel ve siyasal bir iradenin ürünleri olduğu” görüldüğünde yapılması gerekenler bir tercih meselesi olmaktan çıkar. Çünkü Avrupa'nın istisnaîliği üzerine inşa edilen kitaplar da emperyal doğanın bir parçasıdır. Bunun için Avrupa'dan ve Batı'dan gelen fikirler karşısında öğrenci psikolojisinden kurtulmak ve bu fikirleri inceleme nesnesine dönüştürmek gerekir. Böyle bir işin üstesinden gelmenin kolay olmadığı açıktır fakat işaret edilen fikirlerin emperyal doğasının keşfiyle asıl zorluk ortadan kalkacaktır. Sorunun sadece “Avrupa” dışında olmadığını gelişmeler göstermektedir. Avrupa içindeki milliyetçiliklerden bahsedilirken hangi ülkelerin boyun eğdiği ve bağımlılık ilişkisi içerisinde varlığını sürdürdüğü gibi soruların gündeme gelmesi kaçınılmazdır. Bu çerçevede Avrupa Birliği Parlamentosu seçimleriyle içerideki milliyetçiliklerin hareketliliğine mi tanık oluyoruz yoksa Avrupa'nın içindeki periferileri mi fark ediyoruz? Kuşkusuz İngiltere ve Amerika Gazze ve Ukrayna'da beklemedikleri bir dirençle karşılaştı ve böylelikle Avrupa içindeki hareketlenmeler dikkat çekmeye başladı.

realizing that the line length that was nowhere near the same so I had the [34:19.380 –> 34:22.500] ability to cast far enough but I actually did not physically [34:22.500 –> 34:27.060] that’s hilarious yeah so I’ve been slowly catching that up in between like upgrading my [34:27.060 –> 34:30.820] attack now yeah and I really did not care about the real speed because I feel [34:30.820 –> 34:34.820] like no matter what I’m just tapping so yeah well exactly yeah definitely it’s [34:34.820 –> 34:39.740] like I’m not going to I’m not gonna pay for the one that just means that I have [34:39.740 –> 34:43.260] to press less right like I’m gonna do the one that means that I can do things [34:43.260 –> 34:48.340] that I couldn’t previously do mm-hmm because there is literally no way to [34:48.420 –> 34:53.700] catch a fish if it is above your attack level yeah exactly whereas if it’s [34:53.700 –> 35:00.860] slightly under it’s just about time mm-hmm exactly um yeah I think I was
