We are BACK with Episode 93 of Soul Purpose Leadership and today we're talking Smart Business: The unexpected truths of Leading a Successful (and fun) Business with Ben Albert! Ben is the owner of Balbert Marketing LLC.  He is also the curator of The “Real Business Connections Network,” where he hosts five podcasts. Once an underdog, now a successful entrepreneur, Ben is passionate about helping other underdogs achieve their dreams. Ben is on a mission to actually move the needle on one million lives, one conversation at a time. Why move the needle for someone else? “I don't want other to feel small,” says Ben, who bravely shares his story with us today. In this episode we discuss how to actually move the needle in someone else's life. “It's really about being a bridge… getting the wisdom, the knowledge, the stories, the success - from the people who have it, to the people who are looking for it.” -Ben Albert  Ben also talks with us about getting real with himself and going from zero to hero… from average to actually excelling… and the things he subtracted from his life which made space for exponential growth! What do you need to subtract? We chat about imposter syndrome, too, and get this: “If your actions - your moments - your life is misaligned with who you're trying to become you're going to feel like an imposter.” Mic drop, Ben! And of course, we discuss success in business where Ben graciously shares from his personal experience: “No one was coming to save me... I had to stop making excuses and take personal responsibility.” -Ben on when he decided to take the plunge and move his needle, asking for help, and investing in mentorship. Lastly, we discuss the key (or lack of?) to success, staying curious, and growing in emotional and tactical connections along with Ben's top marketing strategies! Check out the latest episode of our Conversational Selling podcast to learn more about Ben.In this episode, Nancy and Ben discuss the following:The Real Business Connections Network podcasting umbrellaBenefits of Podcasting: Building genuine connections and Reputation gainImportance of human-to-human connectionsAuthenticity as a core value of LinkedIn's algorithmCrucial importance of sharing successes, asking for testimonials, and leaving feedback in the business worldVideo Marketing as the fastest trust builderImportance of mindset and inner work in salesKey Takeaways: We want to reach the audience where they are rather than where we are. It's better to be different than just a little bit better. If someone helps you, leave them an endorsement, a testimonial, and a review. The inner work makes you a way better sales representative than any specific tactic ever could."Great minds think alike. You understand that in sales, in general, the best way to get a sale is from a referral. Like that's kind of simple, common sense. And I don't even like to call them referrals. I like nominations or recommendations. And at the end of the day, when you're, um, creating content and sharing influence with brilliant people, it leads to reputation gain. It leads to thought leadership, which leads to people talking about you and being impressed with you because you're adding value to their lives. What do you think that leads to? That leads to recommendations, nominations, and referrals. It's simple." – BEN."AI and tech are taking over the world in one way. But at the core, humans purchase solutions from other humans. We're fulfilling products and services for humans, by humans, to help humans. All the tech is just facilitating that process. Really, marketing, adding value, and then making the sales process so simple for you or your team will never go away. The better you are at building those human-to-human connections, and that can be in person, but it can be through social selling. It can be through content marketing or podcasting. The better you are at building those human-to-human connections, the better art you are going to be in business. And the AI can't replace you because there's only one you." – BEN."There's so much going on in video at the core. People say, "I don't have all the lights and the setup." But if you have a phone that can take videos, you can share them. And I think the biggest reason it's hot is that it's such a trust builder. It shows your face, expressions, style, and personality. So, when someone gets on a call with you when someone does meet you, there's already a rapport built because they've watched you, know you, and listened to you. So I think the reason video is so popular is one, it's entertaining, but two, in a sales and marketing context, it's the best way to build easy trust because you're unveiling the person behind the profile, behind the phone. You're showing an extra part of yourself." – BEN. Connect with Ben Albert:LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/realbenalbert/Balbert Marketing LLC:https://balbertmarketing.com/Real Business Connections: https://realbusinessconnections.com/Try Our Proven, 3-Step System, Guaranteeing Accountability and Transparency that Drives RESULTS by clicking on this link: https://oneofakindsales.com/call-center-in-a-box/  Connect with Nancy Calabrese: Twitter:https://twitter.com/oneofakindsalesFacebook:https://www.facebook.com/One-Of-A-Kind-Sales-304978633264832/Website:https://oneofakindsales.comPhone: 908-879-2911 LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/ncalabrese/Email: leads@oneofakindsales.com

Ben Albert is the owner of Balbert Marketing LLC. He is also the curator of The “Real Business Connections Network,” where he hosts five podcasts. Once an underdog, now a successful entrepreneur, Ben is passionate about helping other underdogs achieve their dreams. He is on a mission to actually move the needle on one million lives, one conversation at a time. He started his first full-time business which he built from scratch and replaced his corporate sales income in less than a year. He helps elevate other businesses through life-changing business development strategies, including online marketing, personal branding, and podcasting. His mission is to help businesspeople save time and make more money by empowering them to better serve their customers and providing autonomy to serve their families and community best. Once a quiet kid, Ben dreamed of being a basketball player and is now a successful business owner and entrepreneur. He channels his curiosity and love for helping others through podcasting and marketing and enjoys conversing with brilliant people. As a podcast host, he feels grateful for the opportunity to network and connect with people from all over the world. Ben believes podcasting is the ultimate networking tool, allowing him to create warm introductions and serve a wide audience. He encourages others to pursue their passions and embrace their unique personalities, as they may lead them to unexpected and fulfilling paths in life.Despite having been a guest and host on hundreds of podcasts, Ben admits that he doesn't just snap his fingers and instantly become confident. In fact, it wasn't until October of 2016, when podcasting was becoming more popular, that he started to listen to podcasts during his long drives as a traveling sales rep. At the time, he was also struggling with his lifestyle, feeling like he was only consuming and not contributing anything. To change that, Ben combined his love for podcasting, music, and his hometown of Rochester, New York to start a local music podcast. Though the early episodes were rough, he persisted and eventually started a successful business show that now reaches a global audience.Ben admits that helping people find their voice and unlock their greatness is a complex process without a single key to success. As a marketer, he sees himself as a curator who sifts through the clutter to find the gold and shares it with others. His job involves content repurposing, content marketing, and podcasting to amplify and showcase the best of what people have to offer. While he may not have all the answers, he believes in the power of learning from brilliant people, adding a personal touch, and finding one's unique combination to unlock greatness. Ultimately, he is inspired by the uniqueness of every individual and the potential to accomplish anything with the right combination of knowledge, experience, and personal vibe.Ben is passionate about sharing wisdom from experienced individuals with those who need it, including himself. He believes that there are two categories of people who need this wisdom: his audience and himself. Although he does not assume what his audience needs, he is committed to learning from his guests and sharing their insights with others. For Ben, creating a combination of extracting wisdom from people and learning is crucial. He acknowledges that people often take courses and fail to implement what they learn. Ben advises people to follow the playbook of successful individuals like Gary V, Grant, Alex, Mosey, or Brene Brown. However, he also recognizes that to revolutionize and do something different, one must start creating their own plays. With his podcast, Ben has the opportunity to get wisdom from his guests to himself and to his listeners. He approaches each conversation with a beginner's mindset, acknowledging that not everyone has the same knowledge or experience as him. He asks simple and...

The fear is “if I dare to be myself, if I dare to express my voice, if I dare to be who I am, you won't love me, and I'm going to be alone and cursed.” ~ [08:51]  “Life is a series of choices, and some choices can shift the course of our destiny.” ~ [09:32] ~ “Sometimes what your soul guides you to do doesn't always make sense to your mind through your logic, but if you follow your soul and don't compromise your truth you will always be guided to the right people and places, doing the right thing even though the route you take may not be the one you were expecting.” ~ [10:20] ~ “You can't be fulfilled and happy being someone you're not, and you can't be fulfilled and happy living someone else's life. There is no shortage of people that will think they know what is best for your life and your evolution and will have so much advice for you, but the truth is, our souls know.” ~ [12:11] ~ “We're all being guided by wisdom inside of us and innate intelligence which we don't listen to. We're so busy that we're not in tune with it, we're so busy that we distract ourselves, we're so busy that we don't hear our own souls and wisdom deep inside us. We look outside of ourselves for guidance and end up misguided.” ~ [16:51] ~ “People think in manifesting you have to go chase things, create things and make them happen, but in life, you don't get what you want, you don't even get what you pray or visualize about, you get what you are.” ~ [19:11] ~ “Surrender is letting go of control; surrender is letting go of trying to force and manipulate life to fit our limited idea of how we think it should be and who we think we should be. In letting go, we take limitations off life, and we open ourselves to the infinite possibilities.” ~ [25:42] ~ “Surrendering is the most powerful thing we can do as human beings. Surrender is the password to freedom, is the key to the next level, and is the key to true manifestation.” ~ [27:06] ~ “Stop praying for the waves of the ocean to get easier. Instead, develop your mental, emotional and psychological muscle to be able to surf through the waves, you don't have any control of the ocean, but you've control over the training of your mental capacity.”~ [38:35] ~ “Life is a school. Life is a university for our souls' evolution. Every experience, every relationship, every challenge is part of the curriculum for our soul evolution, so every moment is an opportunity to evolve. In every situation, if we are able to learn the lesson, we evolve and graduate to the next level.” ~ [41:28] “Pain is gift, pain is a messenger, pain is your friend, you must learn to pay attention to the pain and embrace the message of the pain because often by acknowledging the pain, the pain is a portal to a deeper level of our truth trying to get our attention.” ~ [49:42] -- FULL SHOW NOTES AT: https://realbusinessconnections.com/episode/kute/

When an underdog entrepreneur is furloughed from work and falls into a pattern of destructive behavior, he decides to take control and change his life for the better. "I realized now I started to find purpose in life because I wasn't the best musician, I wasn't the best drummer. I played guitar, drums, this and that. But my real sweet spot was handing out flyers, talking to people, connecting with people, and that's where Ben Albert is the owner of Balbert Marketing, LLC and the curator of the Real Business Connections Network. He is a successful entrepreneur who is passionate about helping other underdogs achieve their dreams. This is Ben Albert's story... I was always a shy, reclusive kid, and my dad taught me to hide my problems and not speak up when I needed help. As a result, I developed some addictions that I hid from everyone. I had a good job, but when COVID hit and I was laid off, I started binge drinking and it got out of control. I looked in the mirror and I knew I needed to make a change. I started stacking values and stacking skills, and I slowly began to turn my life around. I'm now sober, and I'm living my life as an entrepreneur. I'm in the mud learning as I go, but I'm loving every minute of it. Chapter Summaries: [00:04:08] - Ben albert won a contest to get on justin's podcast. He was furloughed from work two years ago, and now he hosts a business network with over 220 shows in two years. Justin reached out to ben albert to offer him a spot on his show. Ben albert is an entrepreneur, learning as he goes. [00:06:25] - Two years ago, Ben got laid off. He came from an alcoholic father and his mom has a mental disability. He was working two jobs his whole life. He thought he was happy in his corporate job, but he was miserable. Covid hit, and he started drinking a lot. He used to take half Xanax every Monday because he couldn't handle the stress. He drank a bottle of Gym Beam whiskey every weekend and he looked bad. He decided to change his lifestyle. [00:08:58] - As a kid, he was taught to hide his problems by his alcoholic father. Now he wants to slow down and improve his life. He wants to focus on values and skills instead of alcohol and drug abuse. He is going to get into the business side of things too. As a kid, he wanted to be a basketball player, but he was bullied. In high school, he became obsessed with music and marketing. He hosted a music podcast, did sales for a marketing firm, and started a business rated podcast in November 2020. Now he's a podcaster marketer. Freddy Vasquez is a former guest on the show. Freddy started with bands and MySpace pages, and now he's got a successful branding company and marketing company. [00:19:33] - Ben started a business podcast called Rochester business connections. It's going to do an episode every 52 weeks for a year. He believes that people missed the boat on podcasting and the power of networking that you can create with it. Justin is a SUNY Brockport alumnus and new business owner. Just showing up is half the battle. People get caught up or overwhelmed with the big vision and don't take the first step. Interviewing people is a great networking tool for you and from that standpoint as well as a business tool for your marketing business. [00:25:12] - In podcasting. You reach out to people with a big vision and you want to collaborate with them. You can do this in anything in life. In this case, it's potential customersconnections and it's anybody that I would pay to learn from. [00:28:39] - Marketing is a natural process for him. He doesn't want to be overly pitchy. He uses LinkedIn to build relationships with people. His approach is very soft, and he prefers to give more than he asks for more than 20 times. He believes that the universe will provide when it wants to. [00:31:25] - Ben's definition of success [00:35:26] - Justin Schenck is being interviewed on his show. Before the interview, he explains how people can find him on LinkedIn and how they can connect with him on Realbusinessconnections.com. He recommends listening to the episode number 27 of his show with Justin Schenck [00:39:15] - Ben's biggest moment of growth was launching the local business podcast and rebranding it to a national audience.  Connect with me: Instagram: www.instagram.com/justintschenck Facebook: www.facebook.com/gnmpodcast YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChPGPJSqiIE_H3mzfUDV9Mw Website: www.growthnowmovement.com

So you sign into your LinkedIn account – and viola! – your inbox gets flooded with all these annoying automated and unwanted spam messages. But then you also do the same thing with your business and spam everyone. It's a vicious cycle! (And you're wondering why no one has ever gotten back to you.) In today's conversation, Erik Cabral chats with Ben Albert, owner of Balbert Marketing and curator of the Real Business Connections Network, about connecting and building relationships – in strategic ways. Fun fact: Ben and Erik actually met on LinkedIn. They were outside of each other's circle. But how did the magic happen? Let's find out! Here are some power takeaways from today's conversation: The power of personalizing your messages The concept of more equals more Ben's eureka moment Living in alignment with your values Using the LinkedIn platform to build your business Podcast launch and guesting strategies How to create valuable content Embracing the F word and holding yourself accountable Episode Highlights: Human-to-Human Experience vs. Transactional Automated Experience There's nothing wrong with automating a lot of processes. But we get so much automation going on right now that we lose a bit of our humanity. That being said, this sets an opportunity for those people who are willing to take the time to craft a unique, more personal message because they truly want to connect. Therefore, treat relationships like a human-to-human experience, and not as a transactional automated experience. The Concept of More Equals More The concept of more equals more does make sense in certain areas. However, it doesn't work if It doesn't convert. The more you do cold calls or cold emails, the more you're taking humanity out of it. It's then much better to connect with fewer people with whom you know you're going to get real conversations. Tips for Building Relationships and Creating Connections Whether you're launching a podcast, a course, or whatever it is you offer, reach out to people you're similar with. Edify them, make them feel really good about themselves, and bring them on board as a partner. Don't ask for anything that's going to cost them money. If anything, you're asking for their time. And so, over-deliver in the time spent and the product you create for them and their audience. In terms of becoming a podcast guest, be sure that before you reach out to the host, you've already done your research. Listen to an episode and pull out at least three takeaways you got from it. That way, you're letting the host know that you listened to them, you care about them, and you appreciate them. Then ask for a recommendation and listen to it. Then tell them you'd love to offer to be on their show if they think you're a good fit. How to Create Valuable Content Find your sweet spot and what's best for you. For instance, pull out a quote from the podcast and turn it into an image with a synopsis and a link for the long-form conversation. Others create reels. Use that image to attract people into the long form. Many times, too, the image itself creates the aha moment for the people reading it. Our Authenticity Depends on Our Values, Not Our Comfort Zones Throughout our lives we learn many lessons about ourselves and others, how we move on and grow from these lessons is how we become better versions of ourselves even if at the time it seems painful. By sharing what we've learned and our interests in a constructive and compassionate way, without sounding condescending or judgmental we can achieve our best selves.   In this episode Sarah Elkins and Ben Albert talk about the importance of life lessons and sharing our interests with others in a way that doesn't sound conceited, as well as balancing our work and life in a healthy way, and through doing so learn how to reflect on ourselves in order to benefit others and ourselves by being empathetic and vulnerable. Highlights Being conscious of how you speak and rewording things that can seem negative. Being proud of being your whole self There is continuity in steps that feel disconnected Balance is essential for a healthy life Quotes “To me it doesn't matter who gets the trophy, so long as the solution is found.” - Ben Albert “ “Should” doesn't demonstrate care, it demonstrates judgment.” Sarah Elkins About Ben Albert   Ben is the owner of Balbert Marketing LLC. He is also the curator of The “Real Business Connections Network,” where he hosts 5 podcasts, “Rochester Business Connections,” “Learn Speak Teach,” “Ben's Bites,” “Five Minute Fridays,” and “Real Hits.” Once an underdog, now a successful entrepreneur, Ben is passionate about helping other underdogs achieve their dreams. When Covid hit, Ben was furloughed from work. He found himself down and out, staring at an empty handle of Jim Bean Whiskey. He was unemployed, depressed, and felt unworthy. Hesitantly, he opened his Macbook and started reaching out to strangers on Linkedin. This spearheaded his entrepreneurial journey.  The rest is history.  Now Ben hosts a network of 5 podcasts called “Real Business Connections,” runs a massively successful marketing firm, Balbert Marketing, and has replaced his established sales income in just over a year. Ben found his way. Once an underdog, now a successful entrepreneur, Ben is passionate about helping other underdogs find their way and achieve their dreams. Ben is on a mission to move the needle on one million careers, one conversation at a time.   You can contact Ben via his Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and at Balbert Marketing! Or schedule a consultation with him Here! You can also listen to his podcast Real Business Connections on Apple or Spotify! About Sarah Elkins "Uncovering the right stories for the right audiences so executives, leaders, public speakers, and job seekers can clearly and actively demonstrate their character, values, and vision." In my work with coaching clients, I guide people to improve their communication using storytelling as the foundation of our work together. What I've realized over years of coaching and podcasting is that the majority of people don't realize the impact of the stories they share - on their internal messages, and on the people they're sharing them with. My work with leaders and people who aspire to be leaders follows a similar path to the interviews on my podcast, uncovering pivotal moments in their lives and learning how to share them to connect more authentically with others, to make their presentations and speaking more engaging, to reveal patterns that have kept them stuck or moved them forward, and to improve their relationships at work and at home. The audiobook, Your Stories Don't Define You, How You Tell Them Will is now available! Included with your purchase are two bonus tracks, songs recorded by Sarah's band, Spare Change, in her living room in Montana.

FIVE MINUTE FRIDAY #12 "3 Ways To Let Others Help You" w/ John Livesay Article Originally Published Here: https://johnlivesay.com/3-ways-to-let-others-help-you/ Want more great tips? John's Website: https://johnlivesay.com/ Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jlivesay/ Email: John@Johnlivesay.com Podcast: https://johnlivesay.com/john-livesay-podcast/ Blog Transcript: We all know that babies need help in order to survive. Babies have no problem asking for help (loudly) by crying. Yet as we get older, we tend to start becoming more independent. We say things like “I can do it myself.” This is the natural process of growing up. However, the concept of doing everything ourselves can really be detrimental. Here are three easy ways you can let others help you. 1) The key to the fear of the unknown is: don't go it alone! A healthy ego is one that realizes it can't do everything alone and needs other experts to help. If you think you can do everything by yourself, you will not go far. As the African proverb says: “If you want to go fast, go alone; but if you want to go far, go together.” 2) Asking for and getting help is not a form of weakness. When I decided to launch my podcast six years ago, the concept of editing the podcast and getting it out on all the platforms and creating transcripts was overwhelming. Luckily for me I found a great company called Podetize. They produce my podcast so I can do what I love best: interviewing! Another friend of mine was also thinking of starting a podcast at the same time and thought I was crazy to pay someone to help me do something that I could “figure out on my own.” Now I have over 300 episodes out in the world, and she has yet to launch her podcast. Sometimes, trying to do everything yourself causes you to never get anything done. More recently, I had eyelid surgery to help my vision. The doctor told me that not only would I need someone to take me home after the surgery, but I should have somebody stay with me because I should not be bending over or lifting anything. Luckily, my sister Barbara came in from Chicago to stay with me in Austin for the week. In a way, when you're sick or recovering, you go back to being completely helpless. I certainly couldn't bend over to put the harness on my dog and take him for a walk, for example. She was also fantastic at helping me keep ice on my eyes for three consecutive days. 3) The next time you think you can do it all alone, remember that we all need each other. Letting other people help you in your career and in your personal life is a form of self love. Love yourself enough to let others give you what you need, or pay them to help you in your career. -- Listen To All Episodes of The Real Business Connections Network on... 7 Simple Steps to Guarantee You'll Win The Day

FIVE MINUTE FRIDAY #11 "7 Simple Steps to Guarantee You'll Win The Day" w/ your host, Ben Albert - Transcript: Are you a winner!? If so, you need to take calculated steps to ensure you win the day, every day! A lot of small parts lead up a massive whole. So let's focus on the essential actions necessary to effectively boost your efficiency every day! I'm Ben Albert of Balbert Marketing, and I'm here to provide 7 simple steps to guarantee you win the day! 1. Plan Your Day The Night Before: Seriously, don't leave the next day to chance. At the end of each day, write out all the things you need to do the following day to achieve your goals. Write out your schedule to the best of your ability. What I love to do is is make a list of NON-NEGOTIABLES for the next day. I put them on a big whiteboard, so it's in front of me the moment I reach the office (the guest bedroom) in the morning. 2. Prioritize Your Non-Negotiables: Number each item and do the more challenging jobs first. There's always the temptation to do the easy jobs first. However, think how the thought of doing the complex jobs hangs over you as you do the easy stuff. Think how good you'll feel when the toughest tasks are out of the way. I like to do some of my most important tasks absolutely first thing in the morning. 3. Stick To Your List: Check off each item. Don't get distracted. Don't let emails and texts ruin your momentum. You don't need to answer every email/text as they come in. Set a schedule to check your email/notifications at a specific time each day to avoid constantly checking. Or really, do whatever strategy works best for you! But make sure you stick to your list! 4. Remember the Three “D's”: Do it, Delegate it or Dump it. When a new task comes up, take action immediately. Either do something about it now, delegate it to someone else or throw it in the trash. Don't waste unnecessary time, especially in the morning, thinking about tasks without taking action. 5. Don't Procrastinate: I know I just addressed this in the three Ds. But I think it's important to hammer this one down. Don't procrastinate! Take your list of priorities and get them done! You can do it! And if/when you do check texts and emails, address them right away! No procrastination! 6. Schedule in breaks and fun tasks: Schedule out time in your day to take a walk, work out, relax and decompress, or anything that makes you happy. Make the workday less stressful and more fun. And plan that time out! Schedule it! To win the day, you need to take time off for yourself. 7. Keep it Real: Seriously, sometimes we all need a reality check. Ask yourself, “am I slacking off.” “Am I living up to my potential?” “Am I holding myself accountable?” If the answer is no, remember, you're only human. But let's get better! I appreciate you engaging with me today, I'm going to coming at you with countless tips, and to make it more fun, most weeks will have an expert guest; if you'd like to learn more about Balbert Marketing and our services, I encourage you to go to balbertmarketing.com -- Listen To All Episodes of The Real Business Connections Network on... FIVE MINUTE FRIDAY #9 "The Top 7 Excuses To Not Network DEBUNKED" by Hannah Morgan. Transcript: It's easy to make excuses for not networking. A lot of people just don't like doing it or don't know how easy it really is. Here are the top 7 reasons people give for not networking (and I'll debunk them). 1. I don't know anyone Yes, you do! You can network with anyone- friends, family or past co-workers. Just reach out to the people you know and ask how they are doing and what's new. That's all networking is. You do not need to ask for anything. Just reach out and see what happens. 2. I have run out of people to talk to If this happens, I'm sorry, but you haven't been networking the right way. Either the people you've met with should have wanted to provide you with additional names of people they know OR you should have asked for recommendations of people to speak with. 3. I am too shy This is a wonderful opportunity to develop your extroverted side. Is it uncomfortable? Yes, but this really isn't an excuse. Learn from others and watch what expert networkers do. You can even ask them for help. 4. I don't know what to talk about You simply need to ask questions about the other person. Focus on learning about them and what they do. Have a set of questions ready to ask of anyone you meet. 5. People keep turning me down Re-think what you ask for. There are very few people who will turn down a request for help. Is it your wording? Is it your delivery? Ask a friend to critique your invitation. 6. It hasn't worked for me in the past Were you expecting immediate results- perhaps a job offer on the spot? The process of networking takes time. Trust builds over time. That is why it is so important to make networking a habit. And networking is about being a resource. What have you offered? Help? Information? Introducing someone? 7. I don't have money for coffee and gas Thank goodness we learned to use Zoom and other video conferencing tools! But there's nothing quite like a good face-to-face meeting over coffee. Be smart in how and when you schedule your meetings. Perhaps you can schedule meetings back to back to decrease driving around town. Did you see your excuse above? Is there another reason you aren't networking? Put it in the comments below and I know you'll get some help!
