She highlights resources like her "She Thinks Big" book and podcast. Key Takeaways for Small Business Owners:   Embracing Big Thinking: Andrea emphasizes the importance of breaking away from "small thinking" and daring to envision ambitious goals. Small business owners can benefit from expanding their visions and exploring possibilities beyond their current circumstances.   Vision to Action: Developing a solid business plan that aligns with one's vision is crucial. It's not just about having a plan but regularly revisiting and implementing it to drive growth and success.   Benefits of Group Coaching: Andrea highlights the power of group coaching in providing diverse perspectives and communal support. Being part of a group helps entrepreneurs see their challenges from different angles and fosters a sense of community amidst the often lonely journey of entrepreneurship. Our hero crafts outstanding reviews following the experience of listening to our special guests. Are you the one we've been waiting for?   Mindset and Systems: Balancing mindset and systems is key. While systems are important for execution, 80% of the secret sauce lies in cultivating the right mindset. Entrepreneurs must work on their thought processes to align actions with their visions effectively.   Permission to Dream: Many entrepreneurs, especially women, might feel constrained by day-to-day responsibilities. Permitting oneself to dream big and break free from familiar, limiting patterns is pivotal for growth.   One action small business owners can take:   Andrea Liebross strongly advises small business owners to have a well-structured business plan that incorporates their vision and actionable steps. It's crucial to not just create a plan but to actively revisit it, ensuring it remains aligned with business goals and growth strategies.   Do you have 2 minutes every Friday? "You won't believe how many opportunities you have to screw up.  You're constantly given new screw ups you can make because the world changes." - Nolan Bushnell   I don't know if you have ever noticed this before, but humans are so hard on themselves.  As people who want to win, we often fixate on our mistakes, lament wrong decisions we've made, or mentally replay all the could-have's and should-have's.  Nolan Bushnell and I both want to tell you to let that sh!t go.    If you are not familiar with Nolan Bushnell, he is an insanely successful and influential businessman who founded Atari and invented Pong.  Oh, and then he went on to found Chuck E. Cheese and more than 20 other companies.  When I sat down to talk with Nolan about innovation, vision, and his path to success, I asked him about times he missed the mark or passed on ideas that he later regretted.  He told me that he passed on the classic, iconic arcade game, Space Invaders, which has grossed over $13 billion in revenue to date.  YIKES.  Thing is, Nolan didn't sit around and cry about it.  He kept it moving, and you should follow his example.     People don't remember your screw ups.  You can fail a million times and win once, and guess what people will remember?  YOUR WINS.  When you Google Nolan Bushnell, you find things like "Father of Electronic Gaming" and "Video Game Hall of Fame honoree," not "guy who passed on Space Invaders."  Can you imagine if he let that mistake change his opinion on himself, his abilities, or  his vision?   My point is, L's are lessons, not losses, and are certainly not the end of your career.  In fact, these lessons are often beneficial in the long run - they are opportunities to sharpen your vision, adjust your game plan, and move according to the changes happening in the world around you.  So, don't be so hard on yourself when you experience a misstep - it could very well be a step toward your next win. Thinking small is killing you.  It's thinking you can't when you totally can.  Why think about thinking $100,000 when you can work just as hard to make $1,000,000 a year?  Why work to make $1,000,000 when you have the same capacity to make $100,000,000?  It's really that simple.  No matter what level you're on, you have to treat every single thing you do as if you own it.  I had a sales job for a car dealership that made me watch Grant Cardone training videos.  I watched them while everyone resented them.  Now, I have my own training videos.  Because I did the work.  I did the work for them but did it for me.  You have to up your thinking.  You have to break through the ceiling that's holding you in the smallest room in your mental house.  Small thinking will hold you back in your family, your personal life, your finances, and in your business.  How can you think big to deliver everything you want?  Go to your bank account, print it out, and add a zero and another comma to it.  Write down your perfect day and what it is.  The kind of house you want to live in.  Where you want to live.  The kind of cars you want to drive.  And so on and so forth.  If you're going to be thinking, you might as well be thinking big anyway.  Small thinking will keep you small.  #RiseAbove    HOW TO GET INVOLVED:  This planet is based on an algorithm and with every positive action, there is an adverse reaction.  Ryan Stewman rose and overcame a life of addiction, imprisonment, divorce, and circumstances that would break the spirit of the average human being.  He went on to create a powerful network of winners and champions in life and business creating a movement quickly changing lives one day at a time.  Learn more at: www.JoinTheApex.com   Check out this show and previous killer episodes of the ReWire Podcast in Apple Podcasts.

Drawing a parallel between fasting from all the voices in 2020 and the main point of this book, fasting from wrong thinking and speaking. You're in for a real treat. Michelle Gines makes it clear that the things you say to yourself or other people can really impact your life, and there's. So, be intentional about it. Don't Say That is a handy little walk thru those crazy conversations in the mind and the alternative. It's set up as take it one day at a time, just meaning, do your best to fast from these phrases one day at a time. Everyday a Phrase or Thought to Fast From with a little biblical wisdom and insight. Let's Switch it Up every day. I will offer you five ways to think of that phrase differently - say it differently. It's all about perspective, and sometimes we just need to look at it another way. Over time, looking at things another way provides an opportunity for an even greater outcome. Every phrase can be removed from your thought life and vocabulary to never be heard from you again. And the great thing about that is you won't miss it at all. I promise you. Say it out loud. Yes, really, out loud. Why? You need to hear yourself saying something different, which makes it easier to say it differently if ever you're encountered with that thought. It's good practice. Really, it's more than a fast. It's an easy way to remove all the junk you might think or say and do the mind and body good! It's time for a fast. Today we are fasting from small thinking. THIS IS GOING TO CHANGE EVERYTHING! Small thinking produces small living. If we set up small expectations for our lives, that's what we'll get. The problem with that mindset is that God is bigger than we ever imagined. He has bigger plans for us more than we've ever dreamed. Time to ditch small thinking! YOUR GOD IS TOO SMALL! EVERYTHING CHANGES WHEN WE LET GO OF A SMALL GOD. HOW BIG IS YOUR GOD? Scientists estimate there are over 100 billion galaxies and 100 billion stars in each of them! And God created them and calls them all by name. He's BIG. HOW BIG IS HE? He's big enough to take away the sin of the world; to allow us to make mistakes without punishment; to put great dreams in human hearts; and big enough to not have to threaten us to accept Him. He's a BIG, BIG GOD! THINK BIG! Renew your mind to God's language. For example: “Ask for the nations”(Psalm 2); “Speak to the mountain” (Mark 11); “Your descendants shall be as numerous as the stars” (Genesis 15); “You shall possess the land”(Numbers 13), and so on. God uses big language and gives us bigdreams! ASK BIG! GET YOUR JABEZ ON! He prayed: "Lord, bless me indeed. Enlarge my territory...” Ask Him that today. "...and God granted his request.” Ephesians 3:20 says, “God is able to do exceeding abundantly beyond all that we can ask or think.”Start asking and thinking the way God says to. NEVER STOP DREAMING AND ENVISIONING A BETTER LIFE In Acts 2:17 God says, “In the last days I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your young men will see visions, and your old men will dream dreams.” You see? He says, “Old men will dream dreams” because even as we get older, we are not supposed to stop dreaming! God wants you to keep dreaming no matter what! TAKE YOUR SEAT! What do I mean? God has seated us with Jesus Christ in heavenly places. (Ephesians 2:6) We have been given a divine authority and divine point of view. That's how we need to look at life—from our position, seated above all limitations! IMPRINT THIS ON YOUR HEART AND MIND: ROYALTY DESTROYS INFERIORITY! Acquaint yourself with your new bloodline. You are royalty in Christ. This makes you reign over life. (Romans 5:17) When you know that you are made righteous and made royal by His blood, it makes you as confident and bold as a lion! Believe it! THINK IT AND SAY IT I give up small thinking. I let go of a small god. I agree with God's way of looking at things and God's language. I decide to think bigger and bigger every day, and to ask for the things God said I could ask for. I accept the visions and dreams that the Holy Spirit wants to give me; and I let go of all failure, disappointment, and fear-based thoughts, in Jesus' Name! --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/felicia721/message

This week my guest is Michael Bhaskar, who has authored several books exploring the impact of technology, specifically around the publishing and curation of content. In his latest work, the Human Frontier: The Future of Big Ideas in the Age of Small Thinking, Michael instead turns his attention towards the creation of content, and in particular how humanity seems to be running out of big ideas. In this conversation we delve into the many facets of this theory, exploring numerous bits of evidence and examples that support this notion. We also explore how the technological singularity may be our last chance for big ideas, how cultural and philosophical tendencies are worsening the situation, what possible paths lay before us to address this lack of moonshot innovation, and much more. And God created them & calls them all by name. He's BIG. HOW BIG IS HE? He's big enough to take away the sin of the world; to allow us to make mistakes without punishment; to put great dreams in human hearts; & big enough to not have to threaten us to accept Him. He's a BIG, BIG GOD! THINK BIG! Renew your mind to God's language. For example: "Ask for the nations" (Psalm 2); "Speak to the mountain" (Mark 11); "Your descendants shall be as numerous as the stars" (Genesis 15); "You shall possess the land" (Numbers 13), and so on. God uses big language and gives us big dreams! ASK BIG! GET YOUR JABEZ ON! He prayed: "Lord, bless me indeed. Enlarge my territory..." Ask Him that today. "...and God granted his request." Ephesians 3:20 says, "God is able to do exceeding abundantly beyond all that we can ask or think." Start asking and thinking the way God says to. NEVER STOP DREAMING AND ENVISIONING A BETTER LIFE In Acts 2:17 God says, "In the last days I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your young men will see visions, and your old men will dream dreams." You see? He says, "Old men will dream dreams" because even as we get older, we are not supposed to stop dreaming! God wants you to keep dreaming no matter what! TAKE YOUR SEAT! What do I mean? God has seated us with Jesus Christ in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6). We have been given a divine authority and divine point of view. That's how we need to look at life— from our position, seated above all limitations! IMPRINT THIS ON YOUR HEART AND MIND: ROYALTY DESTROYS INFERIORITY! Acquaint yourself with your new bloodline. You are royalty in Christ. This makes you reign over life (Romans 5:17). When you know that you are made righteous and made royal by His blood, it makes you as confident and bold as a lion! Believe it! THINK IT AND SAY IT!!! I give up small thinking. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/felicia721/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/felicia721/support

A small community can be a powerful catalyst for your business or ministry. But is your small thinking keeping your community small? In this episode, we'll look at three myths about community that result from small thinking, and bust them by looking at community in the early church. The #toughgrace truth is that you can't depend on Google, or social media, or Pinterest to get your great idea in front of people who are going to snap it up.  It doesn't happen that way. You need a following that is going to actually see your offer. And here's a little secret ... if you've built an engaged community, instead of just a following, you can have successful offers without a huge audience. An example of this is my friend Eva Kubasiak, who said on a recent bonus episode that she made her first $1000 when she had less than 1000 followers.  Listen to the bonus episode with Eva here. But just because your community starts small doesn't mean it is best for it to stay small. Throughout this series, we've been looking back at the early church in Acts chapter 2, where it says: “All the believers were together and had everything in common. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts.” This verse gives us a  basis to address some of the biggest myths about building a community. Let's see if you have heard or believed any of these myths.1. Community only happens in private groups2. Community only happens in small groups3. Community only happens with high-maintenance effortThese three myths have a common theme ...they are based on small, closed thinking centered on a personality, rather than open, expansive thinking centered on common goals, passions, ideals and messages.ACTION STEPDive into your community and spend time with them. Whether it's in the comments of your public social media posts, your private group, or in your direct messages ... build those strong ties that will connect people with your message. There are two other special opportunities to learn about growing a community that buys or buys in.  Check out the Christian Woman Business podcast with Esther Littlefield, starting at episode 57. And as part of this series on building community, I'm releasing a bonus episodes with some of my friends about how they built communities around their message on different platforms. The next one is with Wren Robbins, who shares how she has built a community through podcasting. You'll be encouraged by our conversation, so be sure to follow the podcast where ever you listen so you don't miss it.RESOURCES Esther Littlefield and I have a new resource coming to help you build a community that buys. Visit the Cultivate Your Community page to sign up and be notified when it is ready!  Book Recommendation: Moving Forward: Inspiration for the Go-Getter Jesus Girl by Me!!! (The Find Your People section has some good thoughts about community.)++++++++++Are you tired from trying to share your God-inspired message while working your full time job? In this episode of the Millionaire Insurance Producer podcast, host Charles Specht explains the two main reasons why writing small accounts is a terrible strategy for an insurance agent and why THINKING BIGGER and writing larger accounts makes everyone happier. "Small Thinking" is a plague that may allow you to pay your monthly electric bill but it will never allow you to build wealth. Episode Highlights: Why is thinking small, a major problem? (2:55) How does Charles' approach to work differ from that of 20 years ago? (5:30) Charles explains how to compensate for inexperience, as a young agent. (6:56) Is there a difference in process when prospecting large accounts versus smaller ones? (8:14) What happens when you're successful at writing small accounts? (9:37) Charles details a conversation he recently had with the service team. (13:00) What should your target goal be, as a starting point? (13:02) Charles shares his message for agency principals. (14:44) Key Quotes: “You have to stop thinking small. And, you have to start going big. That's what you have to do. You really have to. I can give you all the tools, I can give you everything that you need to do, if you will, to make that leap to make that jump...But, you have to step off the plane.” - Charles Specht “You'll make enough money to pay the electric bill, to pay the rent, or the mortgage or whatever it is. And you know what? Maybe every once in a while, go out to a nice little restaurant with your wife and your kids, and so forth. But, you're not going to build wealth.” - Charles Specht “I have had a chance to talk with lots of different insurance agents. They message me on LinkedIn, they call me, they shoot me an email, whatever it is. I have a chance to talk to a bunch of the vast majority of them out there. I know their problems could be solved, if they would simply start thinking bigger.” - Charles Specht Resources Mentioned: Reach out to Charles Specht Permission Network Insurance Agency, Inc.

Most entrepreneurs have experienced the frustration of moving three steps forwards and three or even four steps back. There are some commonly found limiting mindsets that stop us from excelling, in a way we know we can. In this episode we address four of them:   Vanity Marketing This can be mistaken for PR, the difference is the only increase you'll see will be the size of your ego. Or on the other hand, is what others say about you. Any form of marketing that focuses on improving your view of yourself will not attract customers. You may have an audience but they're there to admire, gawk and wonder how you got there. They are not there to buy from you.   Embellishing yourself Many of us are guilty of this. We believe our potential clients have an expectation of who we are., so we carve out an image and force-fit ourselves into it. This is the opposite of authenticity and is rooted in the lack of awareness of the amazing gift you carry.   Revelling in your wins This is when you stay too long at a place of success, and you miss the opportunities that pass by. Celebrate your successes but don't build an altar and worship them.   Emotional attachment When I lost my business, every thought and idea grew from the ashes of the old. I could not divorce myself from the past because I was emotionally invested in it. You may have infused blood, sweat and tears into a venture but if it is no longer serving its purpose you have to let it go. Some businesses exist to train and prepare us for the next, but if your emotions lead you, you will not recognise this.   Listen to the full episode and let's connect on social to discuss further. @toksaruoture on IG and FB   Resources: Register for the online Write your Rock Star Story Workshop.  Learn how to tell the compelling, inspiring story of your journey. # 259 - How Small Thinking Limits Opportunity! Today is about thinking. Your Small thinking... Cars... Airplanes... Airbnb... Uber... The internet... The iPhone... You know what all of them have in common? They all started as just ideas. Some were called extraordinary, some were called stupid... Some said 'that will never work.'...by people who couldn’t think big enough. Stop and reflect on that for a second... This is harder than I expected. All of it. From the lockdown to this weird middle ground, to whatever’s coming next, the sense of constant uncertainty is wearing on me. No, I’m not sick. And none of my loved ones are. For those of you who are sick or who are dealing with the illness or the death of a loved one, I cannot imagine your burden. But even for those of us who were simply asked to stay home, then walk through the phased steps to return to something close to normal, this is proving hard in some unexpected ways... Today we are fasting from small thinking. THIS IS GOING TO CHANGE EVERYTHING! Small thinking produces small living. If we set up small expectations for our lives, that's what we'll get. The problem with that mindset is that God is bigger than we ever imagined. He has bigger plans for us more than we’ve ever dreamed. Time to ditch small thinking! THINK IT AND SAY IT!!!! I give up small thinking. I let go of a small god. I agree with God’s way of looking at things and God’s language. I decide to think bigger and bigger every day, and to ask for the things God said I could ask for. I accept the visions and dreams that the Holy Spirit wants to give me; and I let go of all failure, disappointment, and fear-based thoughts, in Jesus’ Name! --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/felicia721/message

Karl Vaters is a current voice, speaking wisely to pastors of small (aka "normal") churches. Since a very, very large percentage of churches fall into this category, it stands to reason that the pastors of such churches are normal pastors. It's not at all unusual to be a normal pastor of a normal sized church. The challenge is to be the best kind of church that Jesus can make the church to be. And the best kind of pastor. Karl Vaters has helped the cause of the kingdom of God greatly with his three books: The Grasshopper Myth: Big Churches, Small Churches and the Small Thinking that Divides Us, Small Church Essentials: Field-Tested Principles for Leading a Healthy Congregation of Under 250, and 100 Days to a Healthier Church: A Step-By-Step Guide for Pastors and Leadership Teams. Improvisations on The Ledge

Have you ever listened to a piece of music that impressed you on its technical merits but left you cold? This happens to me all the time, particularly with young jazz or classical wunderkinds, where I'll have an immediate superficial reaction along the lines of "wow impressive chops," followed almost by profound boredom and, in some cases, dismay the so many notes are being spewed out to so little effect. This, to be clear, is not how I feel when I listen to John Coltrane's iconic recording of his tune *Giant Steps.*Coltrane was never a superficial wunderkind: he pretty much always had a deeply personal sound, even when he was trying not to. The great ones are always, in some intangible way, original. Still, there is something missing in his recorded performance of *Giant Steps.*It's certainly technically impressive: the profoundly original and challenging harmonic structure (though at least in part derived from Richard Rodger's Have You Met Miss Jones) requires an advanced virtuosity that can't be dismissed. And Coltrane still sounds like Coltrane, full of passion and intelligence. What's missing, as my friend David Bloom astutely noted in a recent newsletter, is an actual musical story—a sonic narrative with a beginning, middle, and end. Instead, it feels like chorus after chorus of fast 8th notes interrupted only by the occasional signature Coltrane long note which serves as both a breather (for him and us) and a reminder that you're dealing with a profoundly great man here, not some conservatory-trained technician. But when it's done, you're kind of glad it's over with and you don't feel like you been taken on a particularly meaningful musical adventure. It's impressive but kind of flat. Symmetry is a Trap... Coltrane woodshedded the tune for months before recording it, and it shows. But the chord changes, which bedeviled Tommy Flanagan, the pianist on the session who had no time to practice, and many other since, presented a serious musical problem. They are so symmetrical in their arrangement that they force the player, if they are not careful, into a kind of mechanical trap. You spend some much mental energy trying to negotiate the harmonic progression—what we call the changes—that you fail to notice that you are followingthe chords rather than creating a musical through-line with them. They become not so much a means for melodic invention as they do a maze to simply get through musically alive. And by following the maze, you are following preset a kind of musical pattern, one that is, again, highly symmetrical. You become a hamster on a mechanical musical wheel following, rather than leading, performing tricks with patterns rather than telling a story. ...But Symmetry is the Goal And yet there is something profoundly beautiful about these chord changes. Symmetry isbeautiful, and something we—as composers, songwriters, novelist, screenwriters, and painters—are forever striving for as a means to create artistic sense. Not just because of the logic, but the cohesiveness, where the smallest parts are reflected in the whole, and vice versa. Symmetry helps tie things together. Think of just about any episode of Breaking Bad(which is about the most perfectly written TV show of all time): small details that are introduced in the teaser, come back, are built on, and usually have a reflection with deeper meaning in the end. These symmetries—in the form of visuals, words, expressions in that show—help tie the themes of any given episode, and larger units (seasons, the entire series) together. They also provide a sense of order amid the chaos that happens in the main body of each episode. The main body (Acts one, two and three) are equivalent of the statement of the theme(s) in music (act 1), the development or solos section (act 2) and the recapitulation (return of the themes) in act 3. (In this analogy, an intro would be like the teaser, and a vamp at the end would be akin to the tag.) Breaking Good then Breaking Bad Coltrane got act one right; it's practically a perfect tune. It's in act two, where he develops his themes, where things start to get messy. Or, really, they don't get quite messy enough. Continuing with the Breaking Badanalogy, if Vince Gilligan had made everything neat, cleanly connected, symmetrical throughout an entire episode it would feel false, and mechanical. For example, say Walter White is shown cooking meth with Jesse Pinkman who turns up the heat to high and cause a near catastrophe as the formula boils over. Walt screams at Jesse. Then, in the next scene, we see Walt's wife Skylar cooking stew for dinner in their house with the help of their son, Walt Jr. Similarly, Walt Jr. turns up the heat to high and the stew boils over. Skylar screams at him. If Breaking Badhad actually been written this way, you would have turned it off. It's too damn cute, to clean, too symmetrical. Instead, the narratives develop organically, usually climaxing in a literal mess of violence, followed in act three or the tag with something (the cliffhanger) that sets us up for the next episode, and often reflects back to the start. But that mess in the middle, particularly in act 2 where themes are developing, conflicting, bashing against each other, etc., is where the meat of the episode happens. And without all that mess, the symmetry that does exist just feels too clean—like Coltrane's solo, an endless stream of precision without a story. Asymmetry as the Way out of the Maze So it would seem that the only way out of this mess—this maze weaving streams of notes around these perfect chord changes—is to embrace the mess, to let the harmony trip us up, force us down unpredictable paths, allow for some imperfection so that a real story with pathos, an arc, and meaning can unfold. To not follow the chords, but lead them in some way. Coltrane, of course, was a master storyteller whose music is filled with so much drama that he can simply overwhelm you. But he was, after all, a master technician, and it seems that, obsessive practicer that he was, he focused solely on getting throughthe changes rather than saying something with them. I would like to believe that had he lived longer (he died in 1967 at the age of 42) he would have eventually come back to the tune and made an important musical statement with it. Or, maybe in a roundabout way he did: you can hear elements of the techniques he developed for this tune in his modal and avant-garde statements. But for Giant Stepsanyway, the job is left to the rest of us. For me, the essence of the tune is too beautiful to ignore. So I decided a long time ago that I had to try to make music out of this perfection—to make a mess out of it. I'm still working on it. Big Churches, Small Churches and the Small Thinking that Divides Us Small, Big, Mega…Is there a Venti? 93% of American churches are smaller than 350, and 85% are smaller than 200. What if those percentages aren’t a problem? What if that’s the way it’s supposed to be? Karl’s new book, The Grasshopper Myth, is bringing hope and liberation to many small church pastors. Many small church pastors struggle with their own perceptions of what it means to be a successful pastor. Let’s face it at every pastor gathering the dreaded question usually comes up, “How big is your church?” You will love to hear what Karl has to say about those questions and more on this Pastors Resource Call. Karl Vaters is the author of the book, The Grasshopper Myth: Big Churches, Small Churches and the Small Thinking That Divides Us. He is a regular columnist for Leadership Journal and writes the Pivot blog at ChristianityToday.com. He's also the founder of NewSmallChurch.com, a ministry that encourages, connects and equips innovative Small Church pastors. Karl's passion is neither to help pastors grow churches bigger or to settle for less. He believes Small Churches are not a problem, a virtue or an excuse. They just are. And they can be pastored well. His heart is to help pastors of Small Churches (about 90% of churches) find the resources to pastor their current church well, and to capitalize on the unique advantages that come with pastoring a Small Church – something virtually every pastor will spend at least some of their ministry years doing. He also believes that big and small churches can and should work together more often – to the benefit of each. Karl has been in pastoral ministry for over 30 years and has been the lead pastor of Cornerstone Christian Fellowship in Fountain Valley, California for over 23 years.

Front Row Foundation's Jon Vroman gives you tips for how to think big, to take charge of your life and accomplish your dreams, on this episode of the DREAM. THINK. DO. podcast Listen To The Podcast:    Do you have a great idea, but feel like you don't have what it takes to accomplish it? Like you don't know the right people, don't have the right family name, or maybe even don't have the right number in your bank account? If so ...your big dreams are being crippled by that small thinking. It's time to change those thoughts! But how do you do it? That's what this week's DREAM.THINK.DO. episode is all about. This week, I talk to Jon Vroman. Jon Vroman used to live small, literally. In 10th grade, he was 4'10” and weighed just 85 pounds. To put that in perspective, by the time he was driving to school there were 9-year-olds who were taller than him… And it didn't stop there, because he was living his life based on small thinking until an experience at a Jason Mraz concert changed everything. [Tweet "“You're not here for everybody but you are here for somebody.” @jonvroman @mitchmatthews #dreamthinkdo "] Jon shares his story of how this experience led to the development of the incredible Front Row Foundation, which gives seriously ill children and adults the chance to have amazing experiences in the front row of their dream event.  Whether it's a concert, a Broadway play or a NASCAR race! During our conversation, Jon offers you tips for how to think big, to take charge of your life and accomplish your dreams.  From advice on how to stay true to your commitment to choosing who's in the row beside you, Jon provides the strategies you need to make your dreams a reality. You will also learn how you can create your own charity, even if with no experience or prior knowledge. “When our why has heart, our how gets legs.” You can't change how big you are physically (although Jon did finally grow), but you can change how big you think. It all comes down to your outlook, to decide how you want to experience your life. It's all up to you. Do you want to live in the front row?  Let's do it! “We don't just want to be a hero for a day, we want that day to be a metaphor for how they can live the rest of their lives.”     RESOURCES Text: dream34 to 33444   To find out more about Jon, you can visit his site: Frontrowfoundation.org
