Agile adoptions are everywhere and yet so little has changed. The result of complying to any kind of Agile framework in this way is that people completely miss the point. They copy-paste solutions without understanding the systems they affect. Maybe even causing harm along the way. Before, during and after an Agile adoption or any kind of Lean transformation, large organizations often find that they need to de-scale and simplify organizational structures and processes. It's not about frameworks, it's all about becoming students of the system in order to acquire sustainable and impactful change. Change that drives business outcomes forward, not change to comply with one or the other defined framework. Being students of the system and having a couple of simple routines in place will get you a lot further ahead.
