The Business of Advice podcast is hands down my favorite leadership podcast. Hosted by Cody Foster, this podcast features interviews with today's top thought leaders who share their insights and experiences on leading organizations. As a leader myself, this podcast has been incredibly helpful and inspiring in guiding me to lead my organization effectively. It is not only a valuable resource for advisors but also applicable to any leader with a growth mindset.

One of the best aspects of The Business of Advice podcast is how Cody brings on high-caliber guests and asks them straight forward questions. This authenticity leads to engaging and insightful conversations that provide practical advice for leaders in any industry. Whether you're an independent financial advisor or a leader in another field, you can learn from the experiences and expertise shared by the guests on this podcast.

Another great aspect of this podcast is its three-dimensional perspective on business growth. While many podcasts focus solely on one area of growth, The Business of Advice explores all aspects of personal and professional development. Cody challenges his listeners to look beyond just their careers and consider growth in life and family as well. This holistic approach makes the podcast valuable for anyone looking to excel in all areas of their life.

On the downside, there are no major flaws with The Business of Advice podcast. Some listeners may find that certain episodes are more relevant to their specific industry or role than others, but overall, the range of guests ensures that there is something for everyone. Additionally, some listeners may have preferred a more structured format or additional resources provided alongside each episode, but these are minor suggestions rather than significant drawbacks.

In conclusion, The Business of Advice podcast is a terrific resource for leaders in any industry, especially independent financial advisors. Cody Foster's ability to authentically share his own growth experiences while hosting engaging conversations with top thought leaders sets this podcast apart from others in its genre. If you're looking to gain incredible insights and actionable advice to take your leadership skills to the next level, I highly recommend giving this podcast a listen.
