On our last episode, we talked about welcoming refugees in the U.S. And it got me thinking about what it's like to live away from the place where you're from, especially if it's in another part of the world. Say your mother is Lebanese and, I don't know, your father's…American but also grew up in Beirut, and their circumstances meant that you grew up in Cyprus and Pakistan and spent your later childhood and adolescence in Baltimore and they taught you English rather than Arabic so your mother's family's language lives in your brain but in a kind of ethereal way, not one you can just converse in. How do you relate to your roots in Lebanon? To Arabic? Where's your home? What's your mother tongue? You've probably been wondering about that scenario, and of course you started listening to this episode for the answers. So it saddens me to tell you that, while those questions are at the heart of this episode, we can't just give you the answers. They're essay questions, not multiple choice. They're too individual and complex, and, really, they keep shifting around as time goes by. Luckily, we have ways of delving into them. And if you were thinking, oh, poetry's probably a good way, I don't blame you. It's the end of April, which, along with being the cruelest month, according to T.S. Eliot, is also National Poetry Month. We've all been thinking in poetry for the past 30 days. So, to keep that going, I found a poet to help us think through the dynamics of that scenario. A scenario that is, coincidentally, quite similar to her own life, and which she explores in her first book of poems, which came out on April 28th. The poet is janan alexandra, and her book is come from. On this episode we talk about how the geographical trajectory of her childhood has shaped her relationship to place and language, her evolving relationship to the United States, and why it can be helpful to let go of the idea of being whole.CreditsInner States is produced and edited by me, Alex Chambers. Another way to describe Nathan's work is that he drives around and sings at senior centers. The other day I went to check in on my 10-year-old during her screentime. She was playing Goat Simulator on her Switch. She was also watching Gravity Falls on her iPad. Other times she just watches people play video games. I get it. It's my role, to not understand my kids' media habits. And, as a parent, it's also my job to worry about my kids' screentime. Maybe you don't worry. Maybe you're at one end of the spectrum or the other – like either have at it, kids! Or you set limits with the iron fist of nurturing boundaries. But most of us, I think, can't help but worry about what it does to their attention spans to be streaming TV while playing a video game. My 10-year-old does have limits on screens. For my teenager, the limits eroded over the years. I really don't know how much to worry about it. I want them to get outside, talk to real people, look at the sky, touch trees, experience the wonder and boredom of the analog world. But I'm not trying to be a Luddite. Maybe I've never been that into video games, but I realize they can offer rich, complex narrative experiences. And, you know, fun. I hear people like that, too. There might even be things that video games offer that are just too hard to access in the contemporary world otherwise. I don't know, the adrenaline rush of being chased by a wild boar. Quests to find treasure, even if in reality it was about potable water rather than a chest of gold. Or to prove yourself to a community. I'm trying to acknowledge the value of video games, but clearly I'm still a little skeptical about their importance for humanity. And yes, I do realize I'm saying all this on a podcast. Side note, according to the Oxford English Dictionary, the word “podcast” first appeared in English in 2004. Decades after video games. I just want my kids to spend more time outside.Anyway. In the midst of all this, I heard about someone who's working on video games to support girls. That's great. And she's also working on video games for another group that hasn't traditionally had games made for them.In the video for her company, Parrot Concepts, she hesitates before saying what they're trying to solve is a…problem. But she goes ahead and says it. And defends it. By the end of our conversation, I was ready to agree. There's a real problem, and video games for parrots are going to help.CreditsInner States is produced and edited by me, Alex Chambers. Our associate producer is Dom Heyob. My mission here at WFIU is to cover local arts and culture in Southern Indiana. The thing is, when you're worried about the health of democracy in your country, local arts coverage can feel like too little too late. I believe you can't have a healthy democracy without lively and thoughtful arts and culture. But still, sometimes you want to face things a little more head-on. So I decided to invite my friend Faye Gleisser for an interview. She's a professor in the art history department here at Indiana University. I realize, on the face of it, that that might feel even more removed from the state of contemporary democracy. When I think “art history,” I picture students listening to a lecture about the slant of light in paintings of religious epiphanies. Good stuff, but different from protesting injustice in the streets.Faye Gleisser is not that kind of art historian. (She actually feels complicated about calling herself an art historian at all.) Her book is called Risk Work: Making Art and Guerilla Tactics in Punitive America, 1967-1987. It came out in 2023, and it's about how, in the 1960s, artists started using new tactics in response to changes in…policing. It's about policing and art. We talk about the relationships between those two things, and about an article she wrote about artists at risk in Indiana. And I ask her whether art can resist fascism. She get into her art historian chair and gave me some really helpful insights.CreditsInner States is produced and edited by me, Alex Chambers. My 9-year-old admitted in early December that they already have a list of the most stressful things about the holiday season. Number one? Buying presents. There are things about your kids you can't take credit for, and others you can. Unfortunately for my kids, I think I can take credit for that one.The holidays are a good excuse to treat the people you love. And it is so satisfying to give someone a good, special gift. Doesn't have to be big, just thoughtful. But sometimes it take a lot of thought! Combine that with feeling like money's tighter than you'd like, and that becomes just one of a number of stressful aspects of this season of joy and celebration. This week on Inner States, we're trying to avoid Christmas. Mostly, we're going to fail. We've got five approaches to the season. A surprising fact about William S. Burroughs - you know, the Beat writer famous for the novel Naked Lunch and for his long-time addiction to heroin - is that he wrote a Christmas story. We hear about that, and how he saw the capitalist economy as being very similar to drug addiction. We find out what made both Yané Sanchez Lopez and her mom change their minds about Christmas. Jillian Blackburn brings us a family who got their most important winter holiday traditions from TV. Caroline Tatem tells us about realizing not all grandfather's dressed up and played banjo in parades around Christmastime, and about an Irish Christmas tradition of going to people's houses and putting on plays in their kitchens. Finally, Joan Hawkins, our resident William S. Burroughs scholar, reflects on gifts as a replacement for time and attention, the sense of humor that shaped Burroughs's Christmas story, and what we can learn from all of that. Whose Heartland?

When you hear the term “American Heartland,” you probably think of fields of wheat, barns, quilts, and farmers—probably of northern European descent. There might be a sense of nostalgia. Perhaps even the sense that, as the non-multicultural counterpoint to the more diverse United States as a whole, this is the region that represents the core of the country, a core whose essence must be protected at all costs. Especially from people who seem like outsiders. That's not what the term meant at first. It didn't even refer to the United States. Originally, it was part of a theory that whoever controlled the central Eurasian landmass – that was “the heartland” – would control power globally. It wasn't until the Cold War that it was used to describe the American Midwest. Even then, it was about United States' ability to wield global power. It was even more recently that it started to be about agrarian nostalgia. But whether during the Cold War or since, “the Heartland” has often been about denying the ways the American Midwest has been involved with global forces, shaped by them, built by them, home to Native Americans, Latin Americans, Haitian Americans, and more. This episode springs from a panel I hosted at the conference of the Midwestern History Association in Grand Rapids, Michigan, last May. To understand the global roots of the Midwest, I also talked with historian Kristen Hoganson, about her book, The Heartland: An American History. You'll hear snippets from the Midwestern History Association panel. I don't know how to be cool. Which is fine. I'm cool with it, at this point. I feel like coolness is largely the arena of youth. In my case, I wasn't cool then, either. Once, when I was 15, I was hanging out with some friends, and I don't know what prompted it, but one of them told me I was already basically 30. She might have meant it as a dig, but I took it as an observation of basic fact. I took life pretty seriously. Good student, all that. I couldn't figure out how to dress in interesting ways, which at the time I was disappointed by but also decided to refuse to care about. Jeans and blank t-shirts for me. I've been 30 ever since. Well, at least until I was 40. I think I caught up around then. Now I'm 45. Still don't know how to be cool. But, as I said, I'm okay with that. Mostly.I've been thinking about it because a couple weeks ago I talked with someone who is definitely cool. A while back, I went to our local public library to learn about the teen space. It's this section of the library where teens can check out books, sure, but they can also play video games, do crafts, and hang out. I met with Grier Carson, the director of the library, and while we talked, I realized he had quite a vision for the future of public libraries. According to Carson, public libraries are for bringing people in a community together in a free and open space. They're also places that uphold the community's free and open access to information. The mission means public library services are increasingly about access to digital resources, whether through computers at the library itself, or online services. It also means the library space is about far more than reading. It's not just teens who can do more there. It's a space for public meetings, performances, book clubs, cooking demonstrations, and more. The question of whether libraries will have physical books in the future turns out to be a lot more complex than the rise of Google. But I wanted to talk with Carson not just for his vision of libraries themselves. He also has big ideas about the future of narrative itself. We might not need books – or even movies – for that down the road either. This conversation blew my mind a little. I hope it does the same for you. If you've walked around downtown Bloomington at night, you might have run into a creature on bouncy stilts, with an owl-like face, in all black except for his pale white mask. This is the Skeleton Harvester, known on earth as Reilly Donaldson. I did an interview with them. Then I heard about this “SCP” foundation that protects us from all the strange and sometimes dangerous creatures underneath us – monsters in our water pipes, that kind of thing. So I interviewed Ben Sisson, who's written many of the articles on the SCP website, including the one about the secret SCP government facility hidden under Bloomington's water treatment plant. He talked about growing up in Indiana and how his childhood memories translated into horror stories. And, channeling the voice of your normal host, Alex Chambers, I interviewed an expert. Literature professor Adrian Whitacre told me stories about werewolves and witches, and then explained what magic and shapeshifters can tell us about how we experience our own genders, internally and externally. But then, in February 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine, and suddenly the choir was in high demand. Since then, they've been performing folk songs about Ukrainian cultural integrity and sovereignty over their land. When you're young, you dream that if you work for years at that exciting, sexy pursuit, you can become a professional. Maybe you even do that work. Then, one day, you wake up in a cold sweat and realize, you just can't play golf any more. This week on Inner States, we have stories of not one but two people who came really close to being professionals in very competitive fields, and then hooked left. Diana Hong fell back on…stand-up comedy. ‘Cause that's a safe bet. And Jack Canfield is packing boxes in a warehouse. Quite happily, as it turns out. A Note about Packing Boxes What I find interesting in Jack's story is that he came so close to making it in this prestigious, competitive – really, elite – career, and then left, to work in a warehouse. That may seem like a fall, but I don't see it that way. I'm actually quite interested in people's relationship to work regardless of the socially-agreed-upon "status" of the job. Postcard Kara and Andy thought they'd be able to find community in Chicago, the big city, and they went there partly for its diversity: they wanted to be in a place that was less white. But it was so expensive to live there, it meant they had to work a lot, and it seemed like everyone around them was stressed, so they decided to leave, and go to the small town in southern Indiana where Kara grew up: Paoli. Population 3,666. It's a whole lot cheaper to live there, which means they don't have to spend all their time working for other people. They bought an old factory building that used to make tomato products and now they live in it. Kara teaches yoga there. Andy makes bagels that he sells on Saturdays. They host lecture series there. They've been instrumental in putting on a festival for the town. They've been busy, in other words. This is a story about making community in a small town. It's also a postcard from Paoli, a photo taken from one angle, with a fairly narrow lens. Which means there are at least twelve other ways of looking at Paoli, Indiana. Poetry After the postcard from Paoli, we have a short (but great) poem. My 9-year-old admitted in early December that they already have a list of the most stressful things about the holiday season. Number one? Buying presents. There are things about your kids you can't take credit for, and others you can. Unfortunately for my kids, I think I can take credit for that one. The holidays are a good excuse to treat the people you love. Soon, her legs could barely carry her through the house. And then, one day, a paralysis came over her. She could feel her breath getting more and more shallow. As she recovered, her attendants celebrated it as something close to a miracle. But she wasn't really better, and doctors started to dismiss her claims – in ways that resonate with a long history of women's health issues being dismissed. WFIU has a new podcast out, developed with NPR's Storylab. Rush to Kill is about what happened at the United States Penitentiary in Terre Haute from July 2020 to January 2021. Those were the final months of the Trump presidency, when his administration decided not only to resume executions, but to get through as many as possible. The show examines the legal arguments that made that possible, and specific cases of some of the inmates who were executed. In conjunction with the show's release, I wanted to go back to a classic Inner States episode. Jack was a grad student in music at IU when he met a man named Seigen at the local Zen center. Seigen was decades older, but in spite of the age gap, they became good friends. They took lots of walks. “This is a sassafras,” Seigen would say. They would look at that for a while. Once they'd seen one sassafras, it wasn't as if they'd seen them all. They stopped to look at every tree. Then, one day, Seigen asked Jack to drive him to an execution. The man being executed was Wesley Purkey, for whom Seigen was a spiritual advisor. Purkey was the second person to be killed in the Trump administration's "rush to kill." This is mainly about Jack and Seigen's friendship. It's also, in part, about a secondhand experience of a federal execution. There's nothing graphic, but if that's something you or someone you're listening with might be sensitive to, you might keep the topic in mind. The Prison in 12 Landscapes is a documentary that came out in 2016. It's a beautiful film. Intimate interviews, lush landscapes, and deep attention to the complexity of people's lives, from cities to small rural towns. If it wasn't in the title, it could take a while to realize that its central topic is prisons, and how they shape life far beyond their walls. The prison itself – the sprawling complex of buildings surrounded by fences, razor wire, guards – is just part of the prison system. There are also police and courts. County jails. That's still just what we can see. Like an iceberg, the system of incarceration has a whole lot more going on under the surface. But that's what keeps it afloat. Micol Seigel is an activist, scholar, and teacher who's been studying this carceral system for a long time. Her most recent book, Violence Work, looks at how police and policing are a primary vector of violence enforced and enacted by the state – which is to say, governments. But lately she's been focused on another part of this carceral iceberg. One that is maybe less obviously part of the same system. That's the foster care system. That might come as a bit of a surprise. We think of foster parents as maybe the holiest of parents, doing that hard work of taking in kids they've never met before, who desperately need a place to go. A home. But there's a larger system at play. On this week's Inner States, Micol describes how the foster system, and the Department of Child Services that helps run it, is also totally intertwined with the broader system of policing in this country. That doesn't mean Micol is saying all foster parents are bad people. Just that they – and really, all of us – are part of a bigger carceral system that separates people from their communities, their families, and, sometimes, children from their parents. As a foster and adoptive parent herself, Micol has become deeply familiar with this system. Until a few years ago, Todd Burkhardt had spent his whole working life in the military. Twenty-eight years. His last military job was running the ROTC program on the Indiana University campus. When he retired from that and moved to civilian life, and a civilian job, also on campus, it was a challenge. He was used to being in charge of things. Making things happen. Now he was…running a lot of meetings. The job – which he does like, by the way – is as the Director of Campus Partnerships at the Indiana University Center for Rural Engagement. He helps faculty, staff, and students connect with IU's resources to improve the well-being of rural Indiana. In this position, he'd worked Lauren Daugherty, an art therapist at the Eskenazi Museum of Art. One day, she invited Todd and all his colleagues to an open studio event. “Come on over,” she said. “I'll take you through some art-based activities that help with stress. It'll be fun!” So they went. She'd laid out a bunch of materials, there were various prompts for drawing and even some group activities. Todd was surprised at his reaction to the whole thing. He was drawn to it. And it occurred to him that it could help other veterans. So he brought some people together and started Creative Arts for Vets. According to its website, CAV “aims to support veterans, service members, and military-connected populations of all ages and abilities through the arts and arts-based approaches that promote connectedness and improve mental health and wellbeing.” This week, Todd and I talk about his life in the military, and what happens when veterans get in a room together and do art. To offer your own advice, call Zak @ 844-935-BEST TRANSCRIPT: ZAK: It's Food Friday on The Best Advice Show and today I've got a twofer. If you've been listening to this show you know I've been excitedly collecting your grandparents advice. If you have some grandparent advice for me. I would love to hear it. Give me a call on the hotline at 844-935-BEST. So today I've got two pieces of food-related advice both from these contributors' grandparents. First, Laura Soloman. LAURA: I think a lot of people just use only one of their senses when they cook. That is, their eye sight. They look at the recipe and maybe they really follow it to a T. But they don't use any of their other senses and I think that really misses an important opportunity. When I was growing up I learned to cook with my grandmother, my Oma, who was blind and as a result we had to use all of our senses. She taught me how to feel the dough, how to measure the ingredients in the palm of my hands, not a measuring cup. How to listen. You know, when the pan was ready for the food. How to even smell when a baked cook was ready to come out of the oven. So, that's my advice for Food Friday. Don't just read a recipe and then wonder why it doesn't turn out right. Use all of your senses because I think if you do that means you're fully present and you're gonna really enjoy cooking just like you enjoy anything else in life when you're really fully there for the experience. Enjoy. ZAK: I love this. Thank you, Laura Soloman. And thank you, Oma! Next up Alex Chambers is gonna talk about something his grandma taught him. ALEX: So, my grandmother died just about a year ago. It was in the midst of COVID but it wasn't due to COVID. She was very well protected from that. She was 99 and a half. Died peacefully. She had said 99 and a half was about when she expected to go. And that was plenty. Her advice for having a good, long life was eat plenty of butter and chocolate. I'm pretty happy to try to follow that advice. At her funeral, one of her 8 daughters remembered that another thing that my grandma always used to say was no bad days. And I think what she meant by that was just that you find a way to get something good out of your day. Find a way to appreciate something that happened during your day. That seems like it was probably good advice. Agreed. That's great advice and one way to do that, it sounds like Alex, is to eat butter and chocolate. How can you have a wholly bad day if you get a little butter and chocolate in there. You can't!

Sometimes, you see something unexpected, and it seems like a sign that the world’s about to end. TRANSCRIPTThis is Age of Humans. I’m Alex Chambers. One night last spring my partner and I were getting ready for bed. I was telling her about my day and suddenly she pointed at me and said “There’s a frog in here.” I was confused. Usually her jokes are funny. This was just weird. But I realized she wasn’t pointing at me. I followed her gaze, and sure enough, there was a frog on our closet door. It was really unexpected. The frog was just chilling there on the door, but I…panicked a little.I was imagining rolling onto it at 2 am. Squish. So I said to Molly, “Keep an eye on it, I’m gonna get a jar.” I ran to the kitchen. I ran back with the jar. But the frog had jumped. Right below the closet door was her laundry basket. We both said “In there!” She started to dump it out, and I said “Not in here!” So she took it to the back porch and one by one took her clothes out and shook them, at arm’s length, because she was, understandably, worried the frog might jump on her. I wasn’t as worried about myself because I was pretty sure a frog couldn’t jump around a corner ten feet away. I watched Molly empty the basket. No frog. We ran back to the bedroom. Bin of shoes! Don’t dump it in here! Molly looked at me, and dumped it. No frog. Then I noticed the meditation cushion next to the closet – which I clearly don’t use very often – and it occurred to me to pick that up, and there was the frog, serene as a lotus flower. I put the jar over it. Once it was confined, it was a lot easier to feel friendly with it. It hopped onto the side of the jar, and we spent a while looking at its white belly, and its gray, mottled back. We took pictures and looked it up online. Cope’s gray tree frog. It was pretty cool, although I thought tree frogs lived in the tropics, not southern Indiana. That was the first bad sign. Eventually we took it outside to go free, and there was another tree frog on our siding. We closed the window and went to bed, listening to them sing.It was raining that night, and it kept raining. A couple nights later, Molly pointed out two frogs on the outside of our sunroom window. Pretty soon there were three, four, five, all chirping. We watched them for a while, then I went out into the misty night and saw probably ten more, all over our house. The neighborhood trees were full of them. It was otherworldly. Cool air, wet frogs. It felt like a rainforest. I thought to myself, “We’re doomed.”See, I worry about climate change, pretty constantly. Any time the weather seems out of whack – warm stretch in January, a day of heavy rain – it’s another sign of catastrophe staring me down. So when these frogs that seemed like they should live in the Amazon took up residence on my street, climbing up the trees to sing to each other, getting ready to mate and make new life, all I could think was, “We’re all gonna die.”For better or worse, I’m not the only person who thinks this way.Turner DeBlieux: That’s all I think about as well. I mean I don’t work on climate change, but it affects everything I do. So. I do think about it the same way.AC: I’d been curious whether the tree frogs really were some sort of climate-induced plague upon us, so I went and talked with ecologist Turner DeBlieux. That’s his last name, DeBlieux.TD: DeBlieux.AC: Double-U.TD: Like the letter.AC: But not the letter. The name. D E B L I E U X. Anyway, Turner’s a PhD student in ecology at Indiana University. So I found him – eventually – in the science building, and he told me that they weren’t a plague at all. They’re actually quite common in southern Indiana. They were just – you know – doing their springtime thing. TD: They’ll get on your house, right, a single tree frog might get on your house, the temperature’s right, the humidity’s right and so it’ll start to call, hoping to gather other males that will also call. And so, generally if one male’s calling another will hear it, they’ll say that must be a good spot, they’ll get over there and either find own space or compete for a space, and then they’ll start calling as well. A bunch of males calling attracts a bunch of females which is what they want. And so the goal is to develop a chorus. So a chorus is what—how I described it earlier is if I walk into a pond and the calling stops it’s not a chorus. Laughter. Which isn’t really – that’s not a great threshold.AC: So they’re reaching out, trying to find each other. Get it on.TD: When they’re on your house they’re probably not attempting to chorus, they’re just trying to attract. In a pond they would chorus.AC: Or at least they’re trying to gather a quorum. But so okay, they were doing their thing. But I was still pretty sure it was a plague[CA1] . I mean, I’d never heard them like this before.TD: It also could be that it was just a timing difference. I noticed that they bred kind of later last year than they typically do. And so there’s not—typically there’s a lot of frogs calling at the same time. And so you might just not hear them because there are so many other things calling. Or like, at that point, cicadas, all the other things that call at night will start calling, and so you may not—you just may not have heard them because of the overlap. And this year I feel like they—at least in my experience they were a little bit later than typical, and so I did notice hearing the calls more clearly. And it could have been it was a bad year and everyone was desperate, so they called more.AC: Okay, so it was climate change. I knew it. The polar vortex the previous winters had put them on the edge of survival. These were their desperate final calls.TD: So, the gray tree frog and the Copes gray tree frog are pretty common as far as frogs go, so I’m not super worried about them, as far as climate change. They have a really large range, and they’re pretty general—like, they can adapt to a house, so they don’t face a combination of threats per se.AC: Or…maybe they’re fine. Which was reassuring. All the rain we’re gonna keep getting in the Midwest – at least it’ll be good for the frogs. Climate change is terrifying, but the frogs are gonna be just fine.TD: I mean, all frogs are doing really terribly right now, so I can’t say that like, you know, like one in four frogs faces the threat of extinction at this moment in history. It’s like a huge extinction level event, and so I can’t say that they’re gonna be safe, but if any frog’s is safe, it’s the gray tree frog, the bullfrog, you know, the very common frogs that have a really wide distribution. They’re probably gonna be okay.AC: The gray tree frogs are adaptable. And I know that doesn’t hold for all the creatures. As Turner reminded us, we’re in the midst of the sixth major extinction event in the planet’s history. We’re gonna have to keep talking about this. But for now, it’s worth remembering that humans are pretty adaptable too. We’re pretty good at calling out to each other. If we’re going to make it, we’re going to have to keep sending our voices out into the ether, finding ways of getting together. That’s what we’re going to try to do on this show. This is Age of Humans. I’m Alex Chambers.[Tree frogs, music.]Okay, I’m back. I’m gonna do the credits. And then I have one more thing at the end. This episode was written and produced by me, Alex Chambers, with original music by Ramón Monras-Sender. Ramón also edited the script. Sky Adams did the cover art. The Hot Stuff editorial board includes Sky Adams, Ross Gay, Essence London, Dave Torneo, Molly Weiler, and Kayte Young. Last thing. In the spirit of the how to, I’m going to close with a Hot Stuff tip. Today, it’s from Turner DeBlieux, and it’s relevant whether you’re heading down to the pond, taking out the compost, or, maybe, in your bedroom, getting ready to turn in.TD: Be nice to frogs. They’re not as creepy as people think they are. I know they’re kind of slimy, but they’re also kind of fun. Thanks for listening.

Branch also looks back on his tough past as an iron worker, growing up in the Bronx, why getting cut from the UFC may have been the best thing to happen to him, fining his stride and having the opportunity to hold two belts simultaneously, his confidence in finishing Teddy Holder, Rousimar Palhares and if he should be allowed to fight again, whether he would move down to welterweight for a third belt, his relationship with Renzo Gracie, if he plans on returning to the UFC eventually, and more. - Also on the show is a breakdown of UFC 191 and fights such as Demetrious Johnson vs John Dodson, Andrei Arlovski vs Frank Mir, Anthony Johnson vs Jimi Manua, Corey Anderson vs Jan Blachowicz, Paige VanZant vs Alex Chambers, John Lineker vs Francisco Rivera, Raquel Pennington vs Jessica Andrage, and more. - twitter.com/SubmissionAus , - facebook.com/SubmissionRadioAus , - youtube.com/user/submissionradioau
