If you're ready to soften… to start leading with your heart, even after hurt and heartbreak, and you know it's time to let down the walls you've built… Then this is your sign. For the first time ever, I'm not the host of Sex, Love & Money. Today, my beautiful operations manager, Charlotte Jackson is interviewing me instead. If you've been following me for a while, you'll know I've gone through a powerful transformation. From Sassy Saturdays where I used to call men out online…To being stuck in my masculine, chasing money and the mountain top, only to never feel like it was enough… To where I am now. A version of Rebecca who feels safe to be soft. Where people give me feedback and adoration for my strength, but find the most safety and inspiration in my capacity to be gentle. But this episode isn't about me. It's about what's possible for you. Because if I can soften after everything I've walked through… so can you. Today you'll hear: Why softness is your greatest strength and not your weakness How to quiet the voice that says “If he wanted to, he would” and learn when it's really a red flag What's really going on when sex starts to feel like a chore… and how to bring back genuine desire How to recognise the subtle signs of living in scarcity (the answer might surprise you) Gentle ways to practise telling your partner what you desire so it feels less stressful in the moment The very real connection between how you handle money and how you handle intimacy The strategies on how to repair your relationship with money that helped me Why you don't need to wait until you “have it all together” before leading with vulnerability and truth …and so much more. In this week's episode of The Mind School Podcast, I sat down with the fiery, unapologetic, and wildly entertaining Rebecca Antonucci, and let me tell you...We went there. We talked about: ✨ How the online #bossbabe space has become like a popular Mean Girls school-yard. ✨ Rebecca's story of overcoming Herpes shame, and her experience disclosing to new partners. ✨Gross, wounded, icky things women are doing online that are actually demasculating men (PREACH). ✨ Why the “mad at men” era is keeping women stuck & disconnected. ✨ How to practice vulnerability in bite-sized, doable steps (instead of faking it). ✨ And yes… why women faking orgasms is actually sabotaging their relationships.Rebecca doesn't sugarcoat. She doesn't play nice for the nuance police. She says the thing most people won't, and that's exactly why I knew I had to bring her on.If you've ever dimmed yourself online, held back your real opinions, or feared being “too much,” this conversation is your permission slip to stop playing small.
Join Lorenzo and I as discuss his journey through the music industry and how it lead him to co founding Crowdkill Records with his friends, and how it's been to navigate being an upstart label. We get into his time in Sworn Enemy, how it was to try and traverse the bands changing sound with their core fanbase. Lorenzo talks about the struggles of navigating the bands career where it was taking off in another country, while declining here in the states. We reflect on both being from the East Coast and living in different areas of the country now. Still having that sense of pride in where you were raised, regardless of physical location. How the caring for his father before he passed really allowed him to reconnect to his roots. We talk about Lorenzo's numerous creative endeavors from acting to producing, a skin care line, a record label and so much more in this chat. In this episode, Jon Antonucci and I talk about how as a 19-year-old he and 3 friends made plans to burn evidence of embezzlement crimes… the result, his best friend died in the fire, and he found himself in handcuffs facing crimes that could have ended with the death penalty. During his 12 years in prison, Jon, with the help of a loving God, changed himself and went to work to help change the system and the minds and opportunities of others who were now labeled felons. Jon Antonucci had an early entrepreneurial start as a child and an amazing level of success by early adulthood, the last place that anyone expected Jon to be was jail. Yet, at 19 years old, as the handcuffs clicked onto his wrists, that is where Jon found himself being taken. His arrest forced him to face the fact that, at his core, he was not nearly as successful as it appeared outwardly. Over the course of 12 years of incarceration, Jon was able to address his own character flaws, grow in all areas of his personhood, and assist others in their own journeys of rehabilitation and recovery. His redemption story has continued in the free world as he serves in his church, volunteers in his community, adds value in his career, and shares his inspiring story of redemption with others. Here's something you might not know about me: I have genital herpes. And you know what else? It's not a f*cking big deal. Herpes is an extremely common STI. But with all the stigma and misinformation floating around, it's also common to be living in total f*cking shame about it… Which is what my lovely guest today, Bek Antonucci, is working to change. Bek is an emotional wellbeing coach for women (also called a confidence coach) and supports women in breaking free from any of their limiting beliefs that they're holding about themselves so that they feel courageous enough to express themselves authentically in this world. Some people also call her a herpes virus coach, because she speaks loudly, proudly, bravely, and boldly about the herpes virus online. She loves to see women break free from that so that they can live their most liberated free life, and she loves being able to help them on that journey. Herpes doesn't have to wreck your entire f*cking life. And Bek's here today to prove it. This week on The Joy of Cruising Podcast, I am delighted to welcome Peter Antonucci. It's fun to welcome a guest with whom I share so much in common: Peter is from New York—I'm from New York; Peter graduated from the University of Rochester in 1982—I graduated from the University of Rochester in 1980; Peter authored a trilogy about life on the ocean—I authored a trilogy about life on the ocean; Peter is rich…Well, 3 out of four means we have a lot in common! By the way, Peter didn't tell me he is rich. That was easy to gather by the fact that he was an owner at The World, a privately owned super yacht ship occupied and managed by its residents. The World is comprised of 165 apartments costing between $2 and $20 million, and a minimum $10 million net worth is required to buy at The World. By the way, Peter owned four apartments…. I have been fascinated with this burgeoning trend of passionate cruisers deciding to live at sea for 6-12 months per year. However, the creation of The World was way ahead of the current trend. The World has been sailing exotic itineraries to bucket list destinations in every corner of the world since 2002. I'll certainly be asking Peter what led him to The Worldbut unfortunately, time won't allow me to spend the entire interview on that. You see Peter is one of those multifaceted individuals for whom we could spend an entire interview on one of several aspects of his life. For instance, his best-selling trilogy, Billionaires at Sea, comprised of: Billionaire's Paradise: Ecstasy at Sea; Scandal at Sea: Billionaires In The Deep; and the just-published Tides of Betrayal: Scandal in the Waves. Or his time as an esteemed commercial litigator in the New York City offices of two of the largest law firms in the world. So successful was Peter that he was able to retire at 52. Or, Peter's experiences as a globetrotter. He has visited over 100 countries, traveled to Antarctica for three consecutive years, and is a Guinness Book of World Records entrant for having been a part-owner and passenger of a vessel that traveled to the southernmost point ever reached by a vessel, surpassing the previous records set by Amundsen, Shackleton, Ross, Scott and Hillary, Peter's heroes of Antarctic exploration. We'll somehow get Peter to talk about all of that! But such an esteemed guest always has an invitation to come back to the show. Support the show

Links: www.ServantMindedLeadership.com www.YouTube.com/@ServantMindedLeadership https://www.linkedin.com/in/servantmindedleadership/Bio:With 20+ years of leadership experience, and over a dozen years of working to develop great leadership qualities in others, Jon is passionate about empowering dynamic leaders who are equipped to change the world! He believes that it is only through servant-leadership, rooted in love that leaders can leave a legacy that outlasts any business success. Jon got his entrepreneurial start growing up in the foothills of Colorado, where he provided lawncare and lemonade stands for his neighbors at only seven years old. At age 11, he had multiple business pursuits, and began karate classes at the local Boys and Girls Club. By age 12 he made use of his “firstborn” natural leader tendencies, teaching his first class. When his family moved to Arizona, he got his first W2 job, quickly becoming the go-to person at the local Safeway. At age 17, he was given his own martial arts class to teach and by the time he was 19, he was leading 15 classes totaling over 500 students. Unfortunately, the bright star was not mature enough for his early success. Before he turned 20, he made what he describes as “the stupidest decision of (his) life”, choosing to accompany 3 of his friends in the arson of a building in South Phoenix, which left his best friend dead and sent Jon to prison! Jon was able to redeem the terrible situation by first addressing his own character flaws and using every day productively: participating in every rehabilitation class offered, completing multiple certificates and degrees, and actually rooting himself in the faith that he had previously pretended to hold. Because of his transformation, he was given many opportunities to empower others in their success. By the time he was released, Jon had been instrumental in the development of the Inmate Peer Program—creating and facilitating rehabilitation classes, and other opportunities that provided tools for success to those who wanted to leave a life of crime and return to society as productive, contributing members. After release, Jon has enjoyed the privilege of being the training manager for an international specialty logistics company, consulting for multiple multi-million-dollar businesses, being a keynote speaker, sharing his story of hope, and serving in his church. He is now pursuing his passion for empowering leaders by providing leadership consulting, training, and workshops for organizations which value servant-minded leadership that is rooted in love.
PTF catches up with Nick Luck as he gives thoughts tips and analysis on the four Breeders' Cup Win-And-You're-In races, the Queen Anne, the King's Stand, the Prince of Wales's, and the Norfolk Stakes. Then Maggie Wolfendale takes the reins as she interviews Jena Antonucci about her historic achievement in this year's Belmont Stakes.
Jason welcomes in trainer Jena Antonucci to talk about her Peter Pan Stakes winner Arcangelo as well as some of her other up and coming runners.
