Nach einer aufregenden letzten Folge mit Radsport-Legende Jan Ullrich zieht diese Woche die Golf-Mentalität in den Podcast ein und es wird ruhiger auf dem Rasen des gesprochen Wortes. Zusammen mit meinem Kollegen Paul Burba spreche ich über Rudern, Klettern, Kanu-Slalom und Gewichtheben. Und wer war auch im Kino? Natürlich unsere Filmexperten Louis Schäfer und Paolo Percoco - heute mit Stargast Isi Tausend, die das Kanu auch total abfeiert! In dieser neuesten Ausgabe unserer Flimmerkiste sprechen die drei also über den Mega-Kino-Start von "Das Kanu des Manitu" - inklusive - Achtung - Spoileralarm - aber erst in der zweiten Hälfte. Die Fortsetzung des erfolgreichsten deutschen Films aller Zeiten ist… irgendwie einfach nur da. Das Kanu des Manitu taugt weder zu großer Aufregung, noch als wahnsinnige Enttäuschung oder als richtig lustiger Komödienhit. Bullys Nachfolger zum - in jeder Hinsicht sehr viel besseren - Schuh des Manitu bietet harmlose, seichte Durchschnittsunterhaltung, bei der wir hier und da immerhin gelegentlich schmunzeln mussten.

Nach dem Kino-Erfolg von „Schuh des Manitu“ vor 24 Jahren kommt nun die Fortsetzung ins Kino. Über den Humor im ersten Teil wurde viel gestritten. Wie geht der zweite Teil damit um?
