Data published by the CPF Board showed that more people who used their CPF monies to pay their housing loans were unable to fully refund the amount after selling their properties in 2020, compared with the previous 2 years. However, the CPF Board told The Straits Times that not a single person who was unable to do a full refund was required to top up their CPF in cash that year. In the real estate industry since the age of 19 (22 years), He learned persistence and consistency, therapy, finding the "right person", he's exploded real estate in the Florida keys, launched The Closer Club - an online interview series  Alex has been in the real estate industry for over 22 years, having worked with Keyes Real Estate in Florida, Prudential Real Estate in Florida, Colorado, and California, and ERA Real Estate in Florida. Privatize Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac The Trump administration released its long-awaited plan to reform the nation's housing finance system and privatize Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, calling it the "last unfinished business of the financial crisis." When we do that, we’re not doing them any favors because it leads them to shake off the responsibility they have for their own success. How to rethink scripts We call them scripts and dialogues, but they are nothing more than answering questions and providing information. If we learn to gather information properly by asking the questions, we can provide what the prospect is looking for.. How to have tough discussions with clients Not everything we’re going to say to our clients is going to be something they want to hear. Sometimes they’ll have to hear some hard truths. To do this without negatively impacting the relationship, ask for permission to deliver a message to prepare them for it. Scripts are everywhere in our lives, whether it’s learning the alphabet, counting, or song lyrics. We shouldn’t look at scripts like as an impossible obstacle to overcome. It’s all about communicating, being empathetic, and being genuine. If we genuinely care, this will shine through every single word we say.
