Kevin approaches organizational change through excellent listening skills, a positive and collaborative nature, collegiality, humor, and gratitude, providing the foundation through which he fosters unity and common purpose amongst community members and the accomplishment of shared successes.An educator and researcher by nature, Kevin's background in teaching makes him an excellent meeting facilitator. Let's just say their experience was way different than they expected. Weight is an important thing when backpacking. Take it from Ethan, don't carry hot sauce on a hike. You don't need it. It's not worth the blisters and back pain after 20 miles of hiking. Lots of small items like hot sauce add up to a lot of poundage. Be like Nate. Don't research anything and just go with your gut. It'll work out better for you!
